[reaction: see text] A simple two-step procedure for synthesizing functionalized benzhydrylamines is described. The first step involves a Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction between arylboronic acids and 3-chloro-3-arylacrylonitriles at 45 degrees C. A variety of boronic acids and substituted acrylonitriles can be used for the reaction. The resulting 3,3-diaryl-substituted acrylonitriles can be converted into their corresponding Boc-protected amines by catalytic hydrogenation.  相似文献

The Pd-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction of unsymmetric 1,3-disubstituted secondary allylic carbonates with arylboronic acids has been developed in a wet solvent under a base-free system to afford allyl-aryl coupling products in a high level of isolated yields with complete regio- and E/Z-selectivities with good to excellent chemoselectivities. The coupling reaction of optically active allyl carbonates gave allyl-aryl coupling products with excellent enantioselectivities with inversion of the stereochemistry. This coupling method was successfully applied to the synthesis of (S)-naproxen.  相似文献

Four monodentate benzoferrocenyl phosphines were studied as supporting ligands in palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of aryl chlorides with arylboronic acids. Of these ligands, the more electron-rich and steric demanding benzoferrocenyl dicyclohexyl phosphine was found highly effective for the reaction followed by the benzoferrocenyl diisopropyl phosphine. The corresponding diethyl and diphenyl phosphines are much less active. When the dicyclohexyl phosphine was used, both electron-rich and electron-poor aryl chlorides were coupled with arylboronic acids within 1 h giving good to excellent yields. Chloro-substituted pyridines were also found highly reactive under these conditions giving excellent yields of biaryl products. Sterically hindered biaryls can also be prepared using the dicyclohexyl phosphine as ligand.  相似文献

Aromatic ketones are synthesized efficiently via palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of boronic acids with acyl chlorides in the presence of K3PO4 hydrate in toluene. This allows the use of aliphatic acyl chlorides as the starting material. Hydrated water plays a significant role as an H2O source to activate the catalytic system.  相似文献

Treatment of fluorapatite (prepared by incorporating basic species F(-) in apatite in situ by coprecipitation) with an aqueous solution of RhCl(3) resulted in rhodium-exchanged fluorapatite catalyst (RhFAP), which successfully promoted cross coupling of Baylis-Hillman adducts with arylboronic acids to yield trisubstituted olefins. A variety of arylboronic acids and Baylis-Hillman adducts were converted to the corresponding trisubstituted olefins, demonstrating the versatility of the reaction. The reaction is highly stereoselective. RhFAP was recovered quantitatively by simple filtration and reused with almost consistent activity.  相似文献

Optimum conditions employed the simple catalytic system of palladium(II) acetate (1 mol %) and triphenylphosphine (4 mol %) with either potassium phosphate or potassium carbonate as the base and toluene as the solvent at 90 degrees C. Using the developed conditions, a series of structurally diverse diarylmethanes were prepared.  相似文献

Arylboronic acids having a remote azido group were prepared from the corresponding azidosubstituted aryl bromides via lithiation and treatment with trialkyl borates. Preparative yields were achieved when the starting aryl bromides possessed ortho-alkoxy groups, which would stabilize the intermediate aryllithium species. Conventional Suzuki cross-coupling of the arylboronic acids proceeded generally well with retention of azido group; however, sometimes azidomethyl fragment underwent oxidative transformation into a nitrile.  相似文献

A general and effective palladium system for Suzuki-Miyaura coupling of alkenyl electrophiles under mild reaction conditions is reported. With the Pd(OAc)(2)/CM-phos system, a variety of alkenyl tosylates are coupled well with ArB(OH)(2). N-Arylation of electron-deficient pyrroles has been achieved by cross-coupling with arylboronic acids at room temperature in the presence of stoichiometric amounts of copper(II) acetate. The generality of this reaction has been established with variously substituted pyrroles as well as boronic acids. A metal-free deaminative coupling of non-prefunctionalised benzylamines and arylboronic acids is reported. In this operationally simple reaction, a primary amine in benzylamine is converted into a good leaving group in situ using inexpensive and commercially available isoamyl nitrite as a nitrosating reagent. Lewis-acidic arylboronic acids are shown to replace mineral acids such as HCl or HBF4 that are conventionally used in the preparation of aryl diazonium salts. This unlocked the formation of the corresponding diarylmethanes by forging a new C–C bond in good yields.

Palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling of 2-aryl-4-azido-3-iodo-quinolines with arylboronic acids afforded the corresponding primary 4-amino-2,3-diarylquinolines in a single-pot operation along with symmetrical biaryls and traces of the 2,3-diaryl-4-azidoquinolines. A plausible mechanism, which implicates palladium hydride species in the reduction of the incipient 2,3-diaryl-4-azidoquinolines to afford the 4-amino-2,3-diarylquinolines is proposed.  相似文献

Oxidative coupling of three different arenes and a thiophene derivative with various arylboronic acids was achieved with a [RhCl(C2H4)2]2/P[p-(CF3)C6H4]3 catalyst system. Commercially available 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-N-oxyl radical (TEMPO) was used as a stoichiometric oxidant. A 2-pyridyl group and an imine functional group served as ortho-directing groups to mediate the direct C-H arylation by a Rh complex. We have developed an efficient cascade reaction, a Suzuki-Miyaura coupling followed by an aldol condensation, for the construction of phenanthrene derivatives using microwave irradiation. For example, the reaction of methyl 2-bromophenylacetamide with 2-formylphenylboronic acid in the presence of a palladium catalyst and a base provided a biaryl intermediate, which underwent in situ cyclization to afford the corresponding phenanthrene in high yield.  相似文献

In this letter we report a simple and efficient way for the direct Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling of unprotected 2-hydroxyaryl bromides and of 2-chlorophenol with arylboronic acids using suitable phosphine/Pd(OAc)2 catalysts systems with moist K3PO4/toluene or moist CsF/dioxane and microwave heating (20 min 105 °C to 3 h 100-120 °C) with an internal temperature control providing 2-hydroxybiaryls in yields up to 98%.  相似文献
