Quinazolyl-2-propionic acid hydrochloride (5) was synthesized by reduction of N-(o-nitrobenzyl)succinimide with tin chloride. A pyrroloquinazolin-1-one {4, 3,9-dihydropyrrolo[2,1-b]quinazolin-1(2H)-one} was prepared in 68% yield by heating 5 in Ac2O and subsequent treatment with Et3N. Compound 4 was obtained in 71% yield in one step by reduction of N-(o-nitrobenzyl)succinimide with Fe in the presence of HCl. Compound 4 was protonated, alkylated, and acylated on the N(4) atom. Thiocarbamoylation of aliphatic amines with tetramethylthiuram disulfide (TMTD) was studied. The reactions were established to proceed according to a two-stage mechanism. In the first stage,S-(thiocarbamoyl)thiohydroxylamines and dimethyl dithiocarbamates are formed. The latter exist in equilibrium with dimethyldithiocarbamic acid, which can undergo decomposition to give dimethylamine and carbon disulfide. In the second stage, several competitive transformations of these intermediates into the final products occur,viz., (1) the reactions of CS2 with primary amines on heating (70–110 °C) yield mixed and symmetrical thioureas and the reactions of CS2 with secondary amines give symmetrical dithiocarbamates, and (2) insertion of CS2 intoS-(thiocarbamoyl)thiohydroxylamines affords thiuram disulfides. Thiuram disulfides formed from primary amines decompose to give isothiocyanates, which are converted into thioureas by condensation with amines, whereas thiuram disulfides which are obtained in the reactions with secondary amines and which cannot form thioureas react with amines analogously to TMTD. When heated in piperidine, 1-amino-2-(3-hydroxyalk-1-ynyl)-9,10-anthraquinones undergo cyclization into 2-(1-hydroxyalkyl)naphtho[2,3-g]indole-6,11-diones. In contrast, 1-amino-2-(3-hydroxy-3-phenylpropynyl)-9,10-anthraquinone reacts with primary and secondary amines to give the corresponding 1-amino-2-(1-amino-2-benzoylvinyl)-9,10-anthraquinones, which undergo cyclization into 4-dialkylamino- or 4-alkylamino-2-phenylnaphtho[2,3-h]quinoline-7,12-diones. Heating of the starting phenylpropynol with Et3N causes its dehydrogenation and isomerization.  相似文献

Two methods for the synthesis of 2-oxabicyclo[4.10.0]hexadec-1(6)-ene from cyclododecanone have been suggested. Thiocarbamoylation of 5-aminosalicylic acid with tetramethylthiuram disulfide afforded 5-(N′,N′-dimethylthioureido)salicyclic acid. Treatment of the latter with mineral acids or Ac2O gave 5-isothiocyanatosalicylic acid whose reaction with ethanolamine yielded 5-[N′-(2-hydroxyethyl)thioureido]salicylic acid. The acylation of benzo[b]furan-, benzo[b]thiophene, and indolyl-3-acetic acid arylamides using acetic anhydride in the presence of 70% perchloric acid occurs at the -position of the heterocycle to give 2-acetylbenzo[b]furan-, 2-acetylbenzo[b]thiophene, and 2-acetylindolyl-3-acetic acid arylamides. Depending on the amount of perchloric used in the reaction they undergo cyclodehydration to 3-arylamino-1-methylhetero[2,3-c]pyrilium salts and to N-aryl-1-methyl-3(2H)hetero[2,3-c]pyridones.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 1-(2-pyridiniomethyl)-2,4-bis(phenylsulfonyl)benzene bromide, (C24H20NO4S2)+. Br (I) has been investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD)analysis. The triclinic structure of I (space group P1, a = 7.863 , b = 8.350 , c = 9.043 , = 94.00°, = 97.81°, = 104.62°, Z = 1) was solved by direct methods and refined by full-matrix least-squares analysis in an anisotropic approximation to R = 0.048 for all 4570 reflections collected (CAD-4 automatic diffractometer, CuK ). The geometrical parameters of the organic cation were determined with a sufficient degree of accuracy. A catalytic procedure has been developed for the synthesis of 15-pentadecanolide (1) from readily available 1-hydroperoxy-16-oxabicyclo[10.4.0]hexadecane (2). The method is based on the reaction of hydroperoxide2 with copper acetate (0.15–5 mol.%). Ring expansion occurred as a result of generation of tertiary bicyclohexadecyloxyl radicals4 from hydroperoxide2 under the action of Cu1 ions, β-scission of the radicals accompanied by regioselective cleavage of the bridge bond to form macrocyclic C-centered radicals5, and their oxidation by Cu11 ions to (E)-11- and (E)-12-pentadecen-15-olides (6). The products obtained were converted into 15-pentadecanolide by subsequent catalytic hydrogenation over a Pd catalyst in a yield of more than 90% with respect to hydroperoxide2. Treatment of the ozonization products from N-acetyl- or 2-methyl-N-trifluoroacetyl-6-(cyclopent-1-enyl)anilines with NaBH4 gives 6-methyl-2-tetrahydropyranylaniline. When treated with Me2S, the ozonization products yield the corresponding oxoaldehyde dimethyl acetals. The oxidation of N-acetyl-2-(cyclopent-1-enyl)- or -(cyclohex-1-enyl)anilines with H2O2 in HCOOH affords -(2-acetamidophenyl)-5-oxopentanoic or -6-oxohexanoic acid, respectively. The reaction of N-acetyl-2-(cyclopent-1-enyl)aniline with H2O2 in the presence of Na2WO4 and H3PO4 gives 3,1-benzooxazine in high yield.  相似文献

Two new inclusion compounds (n-C4H9)4N+C18-H13O4 ·B(OH)3 (1) and (n-C4H9)4N+C18H13O4 (2) were prepared and characterized by X-ray crystallography. Crystal data: compound 1, monoclinic P2(1)/c, a = 1.569 9(1) nm, b = 0.995 5(6) nm, c = 2.293 3(1) nm, β = 109.962(3)°, Z = 4, and R 1 = 0.0434, wR = 0.075 9; compound 2, monoclinic C2/c, a = 1.400 5(3) nm, b = 1,282 1(2) nm, c = 1.765 7(3) nm, β = 100.388(1)°, Z = 4, and R 1 = 0.0584, wR = 0.096 6. In the crystal structure of 1, the tetramers formed by two trans-9,10-dihydro-9,10-ethanoanthracene-11,12-dicarboxylic acid (EADA) anions and two boric acid molecules were connected through O—H⋯O hydrogen bonds to generate a channel type host lattice. The tetra-n-butylammonium cations were stacked to give two columns within each channel with cross-sectional size of about 2.30 nm × 0.93 nm. In the crystal structure of 2, similar honeycomb host lattices with big size were also formed along the [101] direction by three-dimensional accumulation of EADA anions. The visible absorption spectra of 4-(2-benzothiazolylazo)resorcinol (BTAR) and 4-(2-benzothiazolylazo)salicylic acid (BTAS) have been recorded in water-organic solvent mixtures in the pH range 0.5–12.0. The organic solvents used are methanol, ethanol,n-propanol, iso-propanol, acetone, dioxane and dimethyl formamide. The spectral changes have been explained in terms of shifts in equilibria among different molecular and ionic species of BTAR and BTAS existing in solution. The pK a values corresponding to the different ionization steps have been determined at 25°C and I=0.1M (KNO3) by graphic analysis of the absorbance-pH curves. The results obtained are discussed in terms of the molecular structure of the reagents and the nature of the organic co-solvent used.  相似文献
