Nitrogen‐containing organic compounds are valuable in many fields of science and industry. The most reliable method for the construction of C(sp2)–N bonds is undoubtedly palladium‐catalyzed amination. In spite of the great achievements made in this area, the use of expensive Pd‐based catalysts constitutes an important limitation for large‐scale applications. Since nickel is the least expensive and most abundant among the group 10 metals, the interest in Ni‐based catalysts for processes typically catalyzed by palladium has grown considerably over the last few years. Herein, we revise the development of Ni‐catalyzed amination reactions, emphasizing the most relevant and recent advances in the field.  相似文献

Enamines and enamides are useful synthetic intermediates and common components of bioactive compounds. A new protocol for their direct synthesis by a net alkene C? H amination and allylic amination by using catalytic CuII in the presence of MnO2 is reported. Reactions between N‐aryl sulfonamides and vinyl arenes furnish enamides, allylic amines, indoles, benzothiazine dioxides, and dibenzazepines directly and efficiently. Control experiments further showed that MnO2 alone can promote the reaction in the absence of a copper salt, albeit with lower efficiency. Mechanistic probes support the involvement of nitrogen‐radical intermediates. This method is ideal for the synthesis of enamides from 1,1‐disubstituted vinyl arenes, which are uncommon substrates in existing oxidative amination protocols.  相似文献

A combination of a palladium–NHC catalyst and potassium hexamethyldisilazide enables the amination of aryl sulfides with anilines to afford a wide variety of diarylamines. The reaction conditions are versatile enough for the reaction of even bulky ortho‐substituted aryl sulfides. This amination can be applied to the modular synthesis of N‐aryl carbazoles from the corresponding ortho‐bromothioanisoles. As aryl sulfoxides undergo extended Pummerer reactions to afford ortho‐substituted aryl sulfides, the Pummerer products are thus useful substrates for the amination to culminate in efficient syntheses of a 2‐anilinobenzothiophene and an indole as proof‐of‐principle of the utility of the extended Pummerer reaction/amination cascade.  相似文献

Oxidizing gold? A gold(I)/gold(III) catalytic cycle is essential for the first oxidative cross‐coupling reaction in gold catalysis. By using Selectfluor for gold(I) oxidation, this chemistry reveals the synthetic potential of incorporating gold(I)/gold(III) catalytic cycles into contemporary gold chemistry and promises a new area of gold research by merging powerful gold catalysis and oxidative metal‐catalyzed cross‐coupling reactions.

CuI‐catalyzed coupling reactions of aryl iodides and electron‐deficient aryl bromides with nitrogen‐containing reagents, such as imidazole, benzimidazole, aliphatic primary and secondary amines, aniline, primary and secondary amides, in ionic liquid were developed. The reaction conditions involved the use of [Bmim][BF4] as the solvent, potassium phosphate as the base, and CuI as the catalyst. The CuI and [Bmim][BF4] could be recovered and recycled for five consecutive trials without significant loss of their activity.  相似文献

A copper‐catalyzed oxidative amination of unactivated internal alkenes has been developed. The Wacker‐type oxidative alkene amination reaction is traditionally catalyzed by a palladium through a mechanism involving aminopalladation and β‐hydride elimination. Replacing the precious and scarce palladium with a cheap and abundant copper for this transformation has been challenging because of the difficulty associated with the aminocupration of internal alkenes. The combination of a simple copper salt, without additional ligand, as the catalyst and Dess–Martin periodinane as the oxidant, promotes efficiently the oxidative amination of allylic carbamates and ureas bearing di‐ and trisubstituted alkenes leading to oxazolidinones and imidazolidinones. Preliminary mechanistic studies suggested a hybrid radical–organometallic mechanism involving an amidyl radical cyclization to form the key C?N bond.  相似文献

Regio‐ and enantioselective synthesis of N‐allylindoles was realized through an iridium‐catalyzed asymmetric allylic amination reaction with 2‐alkynylanilines and subsequent transition‐metal‐catalyzed cyclization reactions. The highly enantioenriched allylic amines prepared from Ir‐catalysis were treated with catalytic amount of NaAuCl4 ? 2 H2O or PdCl2 providing various substituted N‐allylindoles in excellent yields and enantioselectivities.  相似文献

A general and practical N‐iodosuccinimide (NIS)‐promoted aza‐Friedel–Crafts reaction of various aromatic nucleophiles with N‐acylimines generated in situ from α‐amidosulfides to give a rapid access to highly functionalized amines is described. Facile synthesis of bicyclic ureas by NIS/PhI(OAc)2‐mediated diamination/oxidation of N‐alkenyl formamidines is reported. Bulky aromatic groups such as 2,6‐diisopropylphenyl and mesityl and alkyl groups were tolerated towards the process. Several control experiments have been performed, and the reaction outcomes indicate that the oxidation process is probably concerted with the diamination cyclization, and succinimide generated from NIS‐mediated aminoamidiniumation step promoted the PhI(OAc)2‐mediated oxidation step. The new methodology provides an efficient method for the synthesis of fused tricyclic ureas.  相似文献

Dynamic kinetic asymmetric amination of branched allylic acetimidates has been applied to the synthesis of 2‐alkyl‐dihydrobenzoazepin‐5‐ones. These seven‐membered‐ring aza ketones are prepared in good yield with high enantiomeric excess by rhodium‐catalyzed allylic substitution with 2‐amino aryl aldehydes followed by intramolecular olefin hydroacylation of the resulting alkenals. This two‐step procedure is amenable to varied functionality and proves useful for the enantioselective preparation of these ring systems.  相似文献
