Novel catalytic system based on palladium nanoparticles supported on poly (N-vinylpyrrolidone) (PVP) grafted silica was prepared. Aminopropylsilica was reacted with acryloyl chloride to form acrylamidopropylsilica, and onto this functionalized silica vinylpyrrolidone monomer was polymerized by free-radical polymerization. The complexation of PVP-grafted silica with PdCl2 was carried out to obtain the heterogeneous catalytic system. X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) image showed that palladium dispersed through the support in nanometer size. This catalytic system exhibited excellent activity in cross-coupling reactions of aryl iodides, bromides and also chlorides with olefinic compounds in Heck-Mizoraki reactions in short reaction time and high yields. Elemental analysis of Pd by inductively coupled plasma (ICP) technique and hot filtration test showed low leaching of the metal into solution from the supported catalyst. The catalyst can be reused several times in repeating Heck reaction cycles without considerable loss in its activity.  相似文献

A palladium(II)-bis(oxazoline) complex supported on silica (Pd-BOX-Si) was prepared, characterized and applied as a catalyst in Mizoroki–Heck cross-coupling reactions. The bis(oxazoline) (BOX) ligand has a hydroxyl group that can be anchored to 4-benzyl chloride-functionalized silica gel, followed by the coordination of palladium(II) chloride. The catalytic activity and the recyclability of Pd-BOX-Si have been investigated in the production of cinnamic acid derivatives via Mizoroki–Heck coupling reactions of acrylates with aryl halides; The Pd-BOX-Si catalyst demonstrated excellent catalytic activity. Characterization of the recycled Pd-BOX-Si catalyst revealed its good stability under the reaction conditions employed.  相似文献

A highly efficient cross-coupling of diarylborinic acids and anhydrides with aryl chlorides and bromides has been effected by using a palladium catalyst system co-supported by a strong σ-donor N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC), N,N'-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl) imidazol-2-ylidene, and a strong π-acceptor phosphite, triphenylphosphite, in tert-BuOH in the present of K(3)PO(4)·3H(2)O. Unsymmetrical biaryls with a variety of functional groups could be obtained in good to excellent yields using as low as 0.01, 0.2-0.5, and 1 mol % palladium loadings for aryl bromides and activated and deactivated aryl chlorides, respectively, under mild conditions. A ligand synergy between the σ-donor NHC and the π-acceptor phosphite in the Pd/NHC/P(OPh)(3) catalytic system has been proposed to be responsible for the high efficacy to arylchlorides in the cross-coupling. A scalable and economical process has therefore been developed for synthesis of Sartan biphenyl from the Pd/NHC/P(OPh)(3) catalyzed cross-coupling of di(4-methylphenyl)borinic acid with 2-chlorobenzonitrile.  相似文献

The introduction of electron rich and sterically hindered ligands has made otherwise inert aryl chlorides and hetero aryl chlorides viable coupling partners in palladium-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura, Sonogashira, Stille and other types of cross-coupling reactions. This review gives highlights of cross-coupling of aryl chlorides employing in situ generated palladium catalytic systems.  相似文献

The exploration of highly efficient Pd/MOF heterogeneous catalyst system for the Suzuki–Miyaura cross-coupling (SMC) reactions of aryl chlorides is still challenging. Herein, a PdCl2/UiO-67-bpydc was successfully synthesized by immobilizing a low amount of PdCl2 onto the zirconium-based MOF (UiO-67-bpydc). PdCl2/UiO-67-bpydc showed excellent catalytic performance and good recycle ability for the SMC reaction of aryl chlorides under an ambient condition. Furthermore, PdCl2/UiO-67-bpydc retains the high catalytic activity even after five cycles, and exhibited excellent substrate size selectivity.  相似文献

A chitosan-supported palladium (Pd) (0) catalyst was prepared by simple adsorption of palladium(II) ion onto chitosan beads and a subsequent reduction process. To maintain mechanical stability, the chitosan-supported palladium(0) catalyst was cross-linked with either glutaraldehyde or diglycidyl ether polyethylene glycol. The catalysts were utilized for the Suzuki cross-coupling reaction in water. The catalyst, in the presence of a tetrabutylammonium bromide (TBAB) additive, showed excellent catalytic activity in microwave-prompted Suzuki cross-coupling reactions using various aryl halides and boronic acids. In addition, the catalyst was successfully reused up to five times without significant loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

The preparation of a bimacrocyclic NHC palladium allyl complex 4 is described. The complex was obtained by transmetalation with allyl palladium chloride dimer from the NHC silver complex 2 in 85% yield. Complex 4 was fully characterized by spectroscopic methods and by single-crystal X-ray analysis. In a preliminary catalytic study, complex 4 showed high activity in the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling of unactivated aryl chlorides and bromides with 1-naphthalene-boronic acid at low catalyst loading. Good results were also obtained in the Mizoroki-Heck reaction of aryl bromides with styrene, but a decrease in yield was observed when aryl chlorides were used.  相似文献

A series of well-defined, air- and moisture-stable (NHC)Pd(allyl)Cl (NHC = N-heterocyclic carbene) complexes has been used in several catalytic reactions: Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling, catalytic dehalogenation of aryl halides, and aryl amination. The scope of the three processes using various substrates was examined. A general system involving the use of (IPr)Pd(allyl)Cl as catalyst and NaO(t)Bu as base has proven to be highly active for the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling of activated and unactivated aryl chlorides and bromides, for the catalytic dehalogenation of aryl chlorides, and for the catalytic aryl amination of aryl triflates. All reactions proceed in short reaction times and at mild temperatures. The system has also proven to be compatible with the microwave-assisted Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling and catalytic dehalogenation processes, affording yields similar to those of the conventionally heated analogous reactions.  相似文献

A catalyst based on a new biarylphosphine ligand (3) for the Pd-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of amides and aryl chlorides is described. This system shows the highest turnover frequencies reported to date for these reactions, especially for aryl chloride substrates bearing an ortho substituent. An array of amides and aryl chlorides were successfully reacted in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

[structure: see text]. A Pd(OAc)2/diazabutadiene system has been developed for the catalytic cross-coupling of aryl halides with arylboronic acids. A combination of the diazabutadiene DAB-Cy (1, N,N'-dicyclohexyl-1,4-dizabutadiene) and Pd(OAc)2 was found to form an excellent catalyst for the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling of various aryl bromides and activated aryl chlorides with arylboronic acids.  相似文献

Air-stable palladium complexes [(t-Bu)(2)P(OH)](2)PdCl(2), [(t-Bu)(2)P(OH)PdCl(2)](2), and [[(t-Bu)(2)PO...H...OP((t-Bu)(2)]PdCl](2) serve as efficient catalysts for a variety of cross-coupling reactions of vinyl and aryl chlorides with arylboronic acids, arylzinc reagents, and thiols to yield the corresponding styrene derivatives, biaryls, and thioethers. (31)P NMR and mechanistic studies argue that the phosphinous acid ligands in the complexes can be deprotonated in the presence of a base to yield an electron-rich anionic species, which is likely a catalyst intermediate, and dimeric [[(t-Bu)(2)PO...H...OP((t-Bu)(2)]PdCl](2) was isolated and cystallographically characterized. These anionic complexes are anticipated not only to accelerate the rate-determining oxidative addition of aryl chlorides but also to stabilize the palladium complexes in the catalytic cycle.  相似文献

Room temperature Pd(0)/Ad3P-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of aryl chlorides with bis(pinacolato)diboron are described. The Pd(0)/Ad3P catalyst, generated from Ad3P-coordinated acetanilide-based palladacycle complex, proved to be an efficient catalyst system for the Miyaura borylation reactions of a variety of aryl chlorides with bis(pinacolato)diboron. The mild reaction condition, the easy availability of the catalyst and good coupling yields make these reactions potentially useful in organic synthesis.  相似文献

A combination of Cu2O nanoparticles with P(o-tol)3 shows highly catalytic activity for the Stille cross-coupling reaction. A series of copper catalysts and ligands were evaluated, and Cu2O nanoparticles combined with P(o-tol)3 provided the best results. In the presence of Cu2O nanoparticles and P(o-tol)3, a variety of aryl halides including aryl chlorides underwent the Stille reaction with organotins smoothly in moderate to excellent yields using inexpensive TBAB (n-Bu4NBr) as the medium. It is noteworthy that the Cu2O/P(o-tol)3/TBAB system can be recovered and reused at least three times without any loss of catalytic activity among the reactions of aryl iodides and activated aryl bromides.  相似文献

A series of PEPPSI-type palladium(II) complexes was synthesized that contain 3-chloropyridine as an easily removable ligand and a triazolylidene as a strongly donating mesoionic spectator ligand. Catalytic tests in Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions revealed the activity of these complexes towards aryl bromides and aryl chlorides at moderate temperatures (50?°C). However, the impact of steric shielding was the inverse of that observed with related normal Nheterocyclic carbenes (imidazol-2-ylidenes) and sterically congested mesityl substituents induced lower activity than small alkyl groups. Mechanistic investigations, including mercury poisoning experiments, TEM analyses, and ESI mass spectrometry, provide evidence for ligand dissociation and the formation of nanoparticles as a catalyst resting state. These heterogeneous particles provide a reservoir for soluble palladium atoms or clusters as operationally homogeneous catalysts for the arylation of aryl halides. Clearly, the substitution of a normal N-heterocyclic carbene for a more basic triazolylidene ligand in the precatalyst has a profound impact on the mode of action of the catalytic system.  相似文献

Silica supported palladium NHC complexes have been prepared by two different routes: one involving the reaction of silica-supported imidazolium salts with palladium acetate and a direct immobilisation of a pre-formed complex by reacting a (trimethoxysilylpropyl)-N-aryl-imidazolylidene palladium complex with surface hydroxyl groups. A small range of catalysts of varying steric bulk were prepared in order to evaluate the effect on catalytic conversion. The activity of the palladium catalysts in Suzuki cross-coupling reactions has been established. The catalysts prepared by immobilising pre-formed palladium complexes gave superior results for the conversion of aryl bromides and aryl chlorides. In addition, use of sterically bulky NHCs (such as the N-2,6-(diisopropyl)phenyl-substituted ligand) resulted in increased catalytic activity, which is analogous to the trends noted in homogeneous catalysis.  相似文献

Two new air-stable palladium(II) complexes containing a N4-Schiff-base ligand have been synthesized and investigated as catalysts for the Suzuki-Miyaura reactions. The binuclear complex 2 has proven to be an excellent catalyst for additive-free Suzuki-Miyaura reactions of aryl bromides in neat water at room temperature and aryl chlorides in aqueous-glycerol at 80 °C. Satisfactory to excellent yields of biaryls are obtained with a wide range of substrates with relatively low loading of catalyst.  相似文献

One palladium dichloride adduct of a phosphine-pyridine ligand N-diphenylphosphanyl-2-aminopyridine (L1) [(L1)PdCl2] (1) has been prepared and structurally characterized. Compound 1 can be used as an effective catalyst for the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions of unreactive aryl chlorides with aryl boronic acids, and worked much better than its mono- or bidentate phosphine ligands. The reactions with a wide scope of substrates proceeded to give desired products in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

The bis-1,4-dimesityl-1,2,3-triazol-5-ylidene-palladium complex (1a) successfully catalyzes the Mizoroki-Heck and Sonogashira coupling reactions with aryl bromides to give the corresponding alkenes and alkynes, respectively, in good to excellent yields. In the Mizoroki-Heck reaction, electron-rich, electron-poor, and functionalized aryl bromides and alkenes are tolerated, while the substrates are limited to electron-poor aryl halides in the Sonogashira coupling reaction. The palladium complex also catalyzes cross-coupling reactions with aryl chlorides to give higher yields of products than does the bis-IMes-Pd complex analogue (2), under specific conditions.  相似文献

An efficient palladium(0) immobilized MCM-41 catalytic system for C-C cross-coupling reaction has been developed. Ligand-free Pd(0)-MCM-41 catalyst can be successfully used in coupling reaction between various aryl halides including deactivated chlorobenzene with aryl borane and organotin to give biaryls in excellent yields with high turnover frequency (TOF) (the maximal TOFs are up to 6990 for the reaction of bromobenzene with phenylboronic acid). The catalyst can be recycled and reused without any loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献
