Reaction of methyl 3-aroyl-1-aryl-4,5-dioxo-4,5-dihydro-1<Emphasis Type="Italic">H</Emphasis>-pyrrole-2-carboxylates with arylhydrazines. synthesis of isomeric 5-arylcarbamoyl-4-aroyl- and 5-aryl-4-aryloxamoyl-1<Emphasis Type="Italic">H</Emphasis>-pyrazoles

Methyl 3-aroyl-1-aryl-4,5-dioxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylates reacted with arylhydrazines to give methyl 3-aroyl-1-aryl-2-(2-arylhydrazinyl)-4-hydroxy-5-oxo-2,5-dihydro-1H-pyrrole-2-carboxylates which underwent thermal recyclization into isomeric methyl 1-aryl-5-(arylcarbamoyl)-4-aroyl-1H-pyrazole- 3-carboxylates and methyl 1,5-diaryl-4-[2-oxo-2-(arylamino)acetyl]-1H-pyrazole-3-carboxylates.     

Bleaching of solutions of chlorophylls <Emphasis Type=Italic>a</Emphasis> and <Emphasis Type=Italic>b</Emphasis> with blue and red light

The dependences of the reaction rate constant for bleaching of solutions of chlorophyll under the action of light with a wavelength of 434 and 670 on the type of solvent and additives (O₂, H₂O, HCl, and anthocyanins) have been studied.     

Regioselective synthesis of polyfluoroalkyl-substituted 7-(1<Emphasis Type="Italic">H</Emphasis>-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)-6,7-dihydro-1<Emphasis Type="Italic">H</Emphasis>-indazol-4(5<Emphasis Type="Italic">H</Emphasis>)-ones

3-Polyfluoroalkyl-6,6-dimethyl-7-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)-6,7-dihydro-1H-indazol-4(5H)-ones were synthesized with high regioselectivity by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of terminal alkynes (phenylacetylene, hex- 1-yne, hept-1-yne, and but-3-yn-1-ol) to 7-azido-6,6-dimethyl-3-polyfluoroalkyl-6,7-dihydro-1H-indazol-4(5H)-ones which were prepared by bromination of 6,6-dimethyl-3-polyfluoroalkyl-6,7-dihydro-1H-indazol- 4(5H)-ones with N-bromosuccinimide in anhydrous carbon tetrachloride, followed by treatment of the corresponding 7-bromo derivatives with sodium azide.     

Three-component synthesis of 2-(4-amino-2,5-dihydro-1<Emphasis Type="Italic">H</Emphasis>-imidazol-5-ylidene)malononitriles

2-(4-Amino-2,5-dihydro-1H-imidazol-4-ylidene)malononitriles were synthesized by three-component reaction of tetracyanoethylene, carbonyl compound, and ammonium acetate. The synthesis can be performed in two steps with intermediate isolation of 2-aminoethene-1,1,2-tricarbonitrile, as well as using preliminarily prepard 2-aminoethene-1,1,2-tricarbonitrile and 1,3,5-trisubstituted 2,4-diazapentadienes.
