9-R-Anthracenes (R = Me, Ph) are effective acceptors of peroxyl and metalalkoxyl radicals in the systems tert-butylhydroperoxide-metal tert-butoxide (M = Al, V, Cr; C6H6, 20°C). Isolation of 9-R-9,10-dihydro-9,10-di-tert-butylperoxyanthracenes, 10-R-10-tert-butylperoxy-9-anthrones as major products reliably confirms the formation of tert-butylperoxy radicals and can be used for quantitative assessment of their content.  相似文献

The paper presents the results of a theoretical study of the dynamics of nonadiabatic transitions between the ion-pair states E0 g + and D0 u + of the I2 molecule induced by collisions with the I2 molecule in the ground electronic state X0 g + . The potential energy surfaces and diabatic coupling matrix elements of electronic states were obtained using a model based on the diatomics-in-molecule approximation. Special perturbation theory for intermolecular interaction was used to show that the large transition dipole moment between the E0 g + and D0 u + states caused the appearance of additional long-range corrections, an electrostatic dipole-quadrupole correction to the diabatic coupling matrix elements and induction dipole-dipole correction to the potential energy surface. The influence of these corrections on nonadiabatic dynamics was studied at the level of the semiclassical approximation. The electrostatic correction was found to sharply increase the contribution of resonance (accompanied by minimum kinetic energy changes) vibronic transitions at large distances between the colliding molecules. The induction correction had the opposite effect because of the high transition probability at short distances. The results obtained were in qualitative agreement with experimental data. The conclusion was drawn that obtaining quantitative agreement required a more balanced inclusion of interactions at short and long distances.  相似文献

Using mesoporous N-doped carbons (NCs) derived from glucose and melamine as the supports, a series of Pd/NC catalysts were prepared, in which Pd nanoparticles with average size<2.0 nm were uniformly distributed on the supports. It was indicated that the resultant Pd/NC catalysts were effective for N-formylation of amines with CO2 and H2 in ethanol without any additives. Especially, the catalyst Pd/NC-800-6.9% containing quaternary N showed the best performance, affording a series of formylamides in good or even excellent yields. Further investigation reveals that the interaction between the Pd nanoparticles and quaternary nitrogen in the NC support was responsible for the good performance of the catalyst.  相似文献

N-Chloroacetylcytisine was synthesized by acylation of (–)-cytisine. Stable Z- and E-conformers with respect to rotational isomerism around the N-12–CO bond were found in PMR spectra at room temperature. The point at which PMR resonances of the Z- and E-conformers coalesced upon heating was measured. The transition barrier between the conformers was estimated.  相似文献

Reaction of N-tert-butyl-2-chloro-2-methylpropanimine with thiocarboxylic acids has proceeded by two routes, one involving nucleophilic substitution of the chlorine atom in the primary iminium salt by acylthio group, and another via reduction of its cation at the C–Cl bond. Thiocarboxylic acids have reacted with 2-bromoaldimines only via reduction of primary salt cation at the C–Br bond. CO2 biofixation was investigated using tubular bioreactors (15 and 1.5 l) either in the presence of green algae Chlorella vulgaris or Nannochloropsis gaditana. The cultivation was carried out in the following conditions: temperature of 25 °C, inlet-CO2 of 4 and 8 vol%, and artificial light enhancing photosynthesis. Higher biofixation were observed in 8 vol% CO2 concentration for both microalgae cultures than in 4 vol%. Characteristic process parameters such as productivity, CO2 fixation, and kinetic rate coefficient were determined and discussed. Simplified and advanced methods for determination of CO2 fixation were compared. In a simplified method, it is assumed that 1 kg of produced biomass equals 1.88 kg recycled CO2. Advance method is based on empirical results of the present study (formula with carbon content in biomass). It was observed that application of the simplified method can generate large errors, especially if the biomass contains a relatively low amount of carbon. N. gaditana is the recommended species for CO2 removal due to a high biofixation rate—more than 1.7 g/l/day. On day 10 of cultivation, the cell concentration was more than 1.7?×?107 cells/ml. In the case of C. vulgaris, the maximal biofixation rate and cell concentration did not exceed 1.4 g/l/day and 1.3?×?107 cells/ml, respectively.  相似文献

Two mercury(II) cyanide complexes of N-ethylthiourea (Ettu) and N-propylthiourea (Prtu) ligands, [Hg(Ettu)2(CN)2] (1) and [Hg(Prtu)2(CN)2] (2), were prepared and their crystal structures were determined by X-ray crystallography. In both structures, the mercury atom is coordinated to two sulfur atoms of thioureas and two cyanide carbon atoms in a pseudo-tetrahedral mode with the bond angles in the range of 90.52(11)–162.2(3)°. The structures are stabilized by N-H—S, N-H—N, and C-H—N intramolecular and intermolecular hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

A novel organic gel film modified electrode was simply and conveniently fabricated by casting LixMoOy and polypropylene carbonate (PPC) onto the surface of a gold electrode. The cyclic voltammetry and amperometry studies demonstrated that the LixMoOy film modified electrode has a high stability and a good electrocatalytic activity for the reduction of iodate. In amperometry, a good linear relationship between the steady current and the concentration of iodate was obtained in the range from 3×10–7 to 1×10–4 mol L–1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997 and a detection limit of 1×10–7 mol L–1.  相似文献

The two-quantum photochemistry of aqueous solutions of cis,trans-[PtIV(en)(I)2(CH3COO)2] (complex 1) has been studied by laser flash photolysis using an irradiation wavelength of 355 nm. This compound can be considered as a model representative of the mixed-ligand Pt(IV) complexes tested for use in photodynamic therapy. The appearance of transient absorption, presumably due to two consecutively produced Pt(III) complexes, has been revealed. The spectral and kinetic characteristics of the intermediates have been determined. A mechanism of two-quantum photolysis of complex 1 is proposed on the basis of the data obtained.  相似文献

By means of the ab initio DMol3 method Mo n Si m nanoparticles and fragments of Mo3Si and MoSi2 crystal lattices are theoretically modeled. For both crystals a few neutral Mo4Si6 and Mo6Si6 fragments of different shapes and symmetry are considered. In each case, after cluster separation its geometry is optimized, as a result of which the geometric structure noticeably changes and its stability increases. In order to theoretically search for the spatial configurations of Mo4Si6 and Mo6Si6 nanoparticle, two approaches are used: 1) in the most stable Fe4C6 and Fe6C6 isomers found previously, iron and carbon atoms are replaced by molybdenum and silicon respectively and then the geometry is optimized to obtain new equilibrium distances and angles; 2) the search for main Mo4Si6 and Mo6Si6 configurations is performed using the binominal scheme, starting from Mo2, MoSi, and Si2 dimers. The nanoparticle structures are found to contain metal atom chains and isolated pairs and triples of silicon atoms. In most cases, the nanoparticle stability proves to be higher than that of the crystal clusters.  相似文献

Iron selenide (FexSey) thin films were electrodeposited on a glassy carbon electrode (GCE) surface under constant potential and pulse potential modes. The deposition mechanism was investigated using cyclic voltammetry. Electrochemical processes at room temperature are accompanied by adsorption of selenium on the electrode surface and complicated by chemical reactions in the solution bulk. Several approaches to control the film stoichiometry were applied: varying of electrodeposition potential; the use of elevated temperatures (60–80°C) to decrease the electrode passivation and electrodissolution of interfering elements under pulse mode. The composition of FexSey thin films was analyzed using an energy dispersive X-rays (EDX) analysis.  相似文献

A number of catalysts of the (Ru-Ni)/C system is synthesized and studied for application in anodes of alkaline ethanol-air fuel cells. The carbon supports used are carbon blacks with different specific surface area and graphite powders. The X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy technique allowed detecting on the catalyst surface metallic ruthenium and nickel in the form of Ni(OH)2 hydroxide and possibly oxyhydroxide NiOOH. It is shown that the catalyst activity in the reaction of ethanol electrochemical oxidation grows at an increase in the specific surface area of the carbon support. The method of carbon monoxide oxidative desorption was used to determine the values of the specific surface area of the catalyst metallic phase. It is shown that at an increase in the relative ruthenium content from (1Ru3Ni)/C to Ru/C, the specific catalytic activity in the catalysts of the (Ru-Ni)/C system reaches the maximum value near the composition of (2Ru1Ni)/C. It is shown that the found optimum catalyst composition is independent of the carbon support dispersion degree. Activity in ethanol electrooxidation of the (2Ru1Ni)/C catalyst supported on the Ketjenblack EC-600 carbon black is 18 ± 3 A/g of the catalyst (>120 A/g of Ru) at 40°C and potential E = 0.5 V in the 2MKOH + 1 M C2H5OH electrolyte.  相似文献

Combining the powers of a fast pneumatic transport system and the Automatic Activation Analyzer (AAA) of the Atominstitut in Vienna with the newest version of the IAEA k 0-Software, the application of the k 0-method to the determination of short-lived radionuclides becomes easily possible. By calculating Asp-values with the IAEA software, the often expensive and time-consuming measurement of Asp-values using certified reference materials is reduced to quality control checks. Measurements clearly show that the two approaches are equivalent, especially since both take self-absorption and neutron self-shielding into account. In this way it is possible to expand the library of the AAA with many hitherto unobtainable Asp-values. At the same time, using highly accurate Asp-values already measured for many short-lived radionuclides, k 0-values for those can be produced with a simple procedure.  相似文献

Excitation energies of the bacteriochlorophyll (BChl) chromophores embedded in the photosynthetic light-harvesting complex of the purple bacterium Thermochromatium tepidum are computed using the time-dependent density functional theory based upon the fragmental molecular orbital (FMO-TDDFT) method. The results are correlated with the empirically based estimates of the Q y absorption maximum, as well as with the observed large red shift induced by the binding of calcium.  相似文献

The mechanism of the reaction of carbonylate anions ([M(CO) n L]) with highly activated vinyl halides (Hal = Cl, Br, I) was investigated by the method of “anion traps” – the effect of proton donors on the composition of the reaction products. It was demonstrated that the reactions with PhCHal=C(Z)2 (Hal = Br, I;Z=CN, CO2Et) and PhCN=CClI take place through initial attack by the carbonylate at the halogen atom, the reactions with PhCCl=C(CO2Et)2 and PhCOCH=CHHal (Hal = Cl, I) take place through attack by the carbonylate at the π bond (AdNE mechanism), and in the case of E-and Z-PhCN=CHI the two mechanisms operate concurrently. The main laws determining the reaction mechanisms are analyzed.  相似文献

Fluosilicic acid reacts with solutions of N,N-di-tert-butylurea (DTBU) in methanol or acetone to form crystalline compounds 2DTBU ? H2SiF6 and 2DTBU ? H2SiF6 ? Me2CO, which were characterized by the IR and 19F NMR spectra and mass spectroscopy supplemented by theoretical calculations. According to the data of IR and 19F NMR spectra, the complexes are hexafluorosilicates of O-protonated DTBU. They undergo hydrolysis in organic media with water traces; their solubility in water is very low (0.10 and 0.14 wt %, respectively). In the DTBU structure, two independent ligand molecules are joined by hydrogen bonds NH?O(N?O) 2.888(5)–2.944(5) Å).  相似文献

Conformers of the biologically active compounds CH3P(O)(OR)(SCH2CH2NR 2 ), where (I) R = i-C4H9, R′ = C2H5 and (II) R = C2H5, R′ = i-C3H7, are calculated within the AM1 level of theory. The elongated and twisted forms with maximum and minimum distances between a nitrogen atom and those of a phosphorus tetrahedron, respectively, and bearing a syn and anti oriented alkoxy group relative to a phosphoryl oxygen, are studied. It is found that the differences between the energy, electronic, and geometric parameters of these forms are apparent in differences between their properties, e.g., the ability to participate in complexation and protonation, reactions that to some extent simulate the interaction between a substance and a biological object.  相似文献
