The composition of the volatile compounds isolated by simultaneous distillation-extraction (SDE) and headspace-solid phase microextraction (SPME) from flowers of Magnolia grandiflora growing in Cuba was investigated by GC/FID and GC/MS. Sixty-seven and thirty-four components were obtained by SDE and SPME, respectively. beta-Pinene (10.5%), geraniol (7.4%) and germacrene D (6.2%) were the main constituents of the volatile oil isolated by SDE, while (E)-beta-ocimene (24.6%), geraniol (18.9%), beta-elemene (11.2%) and germacrene D (9.9%) were the most abundant in the headspace of the flowers, respectively.  相似文献

Volatile flavour components of tea flowers (Camellia sinensis) were isolated by two methods viz. simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE), supercritical fluid extraction (SFE), analyzed by GC and GC/MS and compared with headspace analysis (HS). The composition of the volatile components extracted by the three methods differed considerably. In SFE, phenylethanol (14.7%), linalool (7.9%), (E)-linalool oxide furanoid (3.5%), epoxy linalool (1.6%), geraniol (2.3%) and hotrienol (1.5%) were major components. m-Xylene (2.6%), (E)-linalool oxide pyranoid (5.4%), p-myrcene (5.2%), alpha-cadinol (4.3%) and methyl palmitate (2.9%) were major compounds isolated by SDE. 3-hexenol (2.1%) (E)-4,8-dimethyl-1,3,7-nonatriene (20.9%) and linalool (35.1%) are major components in headspace analysis. Acetophenone and pheromone germacrene D is detected in tea flowers by all the methods studied. Floral, fresh and fruity odour of tea flowers is retained by SFE as there is very little loss of heat sensitive volatiles in SFE. The flavour isolated from SFE has superior quality compared to SDE.  相似文献

报道了用蒸馏-萃取法和同时蒸馏-萃取法提取酸枣果肉中挥发性物质,测得两种方法提取的酸枣果肉挥发油含量分别为1.80%和2.30%。用GC/MS法从酸枣果肉挥发油中分别分离并确定出43种和28种化学成分,分别占酸枣果肉挥发油总检出量的95.62%和94.88%。用峰面积归一化法通过化学工作站数据处理系统,得出各化学成分在挥发油中的相对百分含量。  相似文献

The volatile components of yak butter were isolated by solvent-assisted flavour evaporation (SAFE), simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE; dichloromethane and diethyl ether as solvent, respectively) and headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME; CAR/PDMS, PDMS/DVB and DVB/CAR/PDMS fibre extraction, respectively) and were analysed by GC/MS. A total of 83 volatile components were identified under six different conditions, including 28 acids, 12 esters, 11 ketones, 10 lactones, 10 alcohols, 4 other compounds, 2 aldehydes, 2 unsaturated aldehydes, 1 furan, 1 sulphur-containing compound, 1 unsaturated alcohol and 1 unsatruated ketone. Among them, 51 were identified by SAFE, 58 by SDE (45 with dichloromethane as solvent and 41 with diethyl ether as solvent) and 40 by HS-SPME (26 with CAR/PDMS; 26 with PDMS/DVB and 32 with DVB/CAR/PDMS). Three pretreatment methods were compared to show that the volatile components obtained using different methods varied greatly, both in terms of categories and in content. Therefore, a multi-pretreatment method should be adopted, together with GC/MS. A total of 25 aroma-active compounds were detected by gas chromatography-olfactometry, among which 20 aroma-active compounds were found by SDE (14 with dichloromethane as solvent and 14 with diethyl ether as solvent) and 17 by SAFE.  相似文献

Hydrodistillation (HD), simultaneous distillation-solvent extraction (SDE), microwave-assisted hydrodistillation (MWHD), and supercritical fluid (CO2) extraction (SFE), were employed to isolate volatile secondary metabolites from Colombian Xylopia aromatica (Lamarck) fruits. Static headspace (S-HS), simultaneous purge and trap (P&T) in solvent (CH2Cl2), and headspace (HS) solid-phase microextraction (SPME) were utilised to obtain volatile fractions from fruits of X. aromatica trees, which grow wild in Central and South America, and are abundant in Colombia. Kováts indices, mass spectra or standard compounds, were used to identify more than 50 individual components in the various volatile fractions. beta-Phellandrene was the main component found in the HD and MWHD essential oils, SDE and SFE extracts (61, 65, 57, and ca. 40%, respectively), followed by beta-myrcene (9.1, 9.3, 8.2 and 5.1%), and alpha-pinene (8.1, 7.3, 8.1 and 5.9%). The main components present in the volatile fractions of the X. aromatica fruits, isolated by S-HS, P&T and HS-SPME were beta-phellandrene (53.8, 35.7 and 39%), beta-myrcene (13.3, 12.3 and 10.1%), p-mentha-1(7),8-diene (7.1, 10.6 and 10.4%), alpha-phellandrene (2.2, 5.0 and 6.4%), and p-cymene (2.2,4.7 and 4.4%), respectively.  相似文献

Roots of Vetiveria zizanioides Nash (Mae Hae; Thai ecotype) planted in three different cultivation systems (normal soil, normal soil with added microbes and semi- hydroponically) were extracted using a simultaneous steam distillation and solvent extraction (SDE) apparatus. Yields of the essential oils obtained were 0.27, 0.18 and 0.06%, respectively. The separation profiles obtained by comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography (GCxGC) and solid phase microextraction (SPME)-GCxGC analyses of the crude essential oils showed a total of 156 and 48 well-resolved components, respectively. The highly volatile fractions isolated from the three essential oils by SPME were subjected to analysis by GC-MS and 42 compounds were identified in total. Volatile component profiles of the oils obtained by normal soil and semi-hydroponic cultivation were similar, whereas a quantitative difference was noted in some major volatiles when the cultivation system containing microbes was utilized.  相似文献

以内蒙古蜂胶为实验材料,采用传统水蒸气蒸馏法(HD)、同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)和动态顶空进样(DHS)提取制备挥发性成分,以气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)法检测.对获得的蜂胶挥发性成分进行了分析,从HD所得样品中检测出了12种化合物,主要是3-甲基-2-丁烯-1-醇(26.81%)、苯乙醇(17.16%)、1,2,3,4,4a,5,6,7-八氢-α,α,4a,8-四甲基-2-萘甲醇(14.53%)、2-甲氧基-4-乙烯基苯酚(9.47%)、α-没药醇(4.29%)等.从SDE法所得样品中检测出了40种化合物,主要是α-没药醇(20.19%)、2-甲基-3-丁烯-2-醇(10.76%)、3-甲基-2-丁烯-1-醇(8.28%)、薁(5.21%)等.从DHS法所得样品中检测出了70种化合物,主要是十七烷(6 96%)、菲(3.99%)、芳姜黄酮(3.80%)、1-(1,5-二甲基-4-己烯基)-4-甲基-苯(3.41%)、十八烷(3 23%)、1-甲氧基-4-(1-丙烯基)-苯(2.59%)、十六烷(2.47%)等.研究表明:内蒙古蜂胶挥发物与北京蜂胶及唐山蜂胶的组分相近,原因可能是它们具有相似的胶源植物.DHS得到的挥发性物质种类最多,SDE次之,HD最少.如需获得生物活性检测样品,SDE是一个更好的方法.  相似文献

The study was performed to find out the profile of volatile flavor components from the aromatic medicinal plant, Angelica gigas Nakai. The volatile organic compounds of A. gigas Nakai were extracted by simultaneous steam distillation and extraction (SDE) method, and identified by gas chromatograph/mass spectrometric (GC/MS) analysis. A total of 116 compounds, including 40 hydrocarbons, 37 alcohols, 15 esters, 12 aldehydes, 7 ketones, and 5 miscellaneous were identified and quantified. Among them, 75 volatile organic compounds were detected which make up 90.52% of total volatile content. alpha-Pinene was detected as the prime volatile component which accounted for 30.89% of total volatile content and 2,4,6-trimethyl heptane, camphene, alpha-limonene, beta-eudesmol, vervenol, alpha-murrolene, and sphatulenol were detected as the major components of A. gigas Nakai.  相似文献

采用同时蒸馏萃取提取得到荷叶挥发油, 通过吹扫/捕集-热脱附法(P&T-TD)对上述提取物中挥发性成分进行富集, 以气质联用(GC/MS)进行定性检测, 同时与直接进样GC/MS法分析的成分进行比较. 两种方法成功分离分析出有机酸、酯、醛、醇、酚、烷烃、芳香烃、烯烃以及含氮、硫、氧杂原子的化合物等共计84种成分, 其中P&T-TD GC/MS鉴定出63种有机化合物, GC/MS鉴定出41种有机化合物, 有20种成分共同检出. 对比分析表明: P&T-TD GC/MS的吹扫/捕集-热脱附过程能富集各种组分, 相比GC/MS分析, 可以鉴定出微量成分及更多挥发性和半挥发性成分, 在精油等挥发性成分的分析检测中使用优势明显.  相似文献

Summary Volatile components in Custard Apple (Annona atemoya) have been isolated by both trapping on Tenax GC followed by thermal desorption and by simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE). Analysis by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry led to the characterisation of 40 components. Twenty components were identified in the headspace sample, and 94% of the GC peak area consisted of esters. The major components were methyl and ethyl butanoate and methyl hexanoate. All 25 components detected in the SDE extract were terpenes, major components being α- and β-pinene, E-ocimene and germacrene-D.  相似文献

To establish the analytic conditions for examining the aroma quality of vanilla pods, we compared different extraction methods and identified a suitable option. We utilized headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME), steam distillation (SD), simultaneous steam distillation (SDE) and alcoholic extraction combined with gas chromatography (GC) and gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) to identify volatile components of vanilla pods. A total of 84 volatile compounds were identified in this experiment, of which SDE could identify the most volatile compounds, with a total of 51 species, followed by HS-SPME, with a total of 28 species. Ten volatile compounds were identified by extraction with a minimum of 35% alcohol. HS-SPME extraction provided the highest total aroma peak areas, and the peak areas of aldehydes, furans, alcohols, monoterpenes and phenols compounds were several times higher than those of the other extraction methods. The results showed that the two technologies, SDE and HS-SPME, could be used together to facilitate analysis of vanilla pod aroma.  相似文献

为区分不同茶叶的香味,利用电子扫描仪对铁观音、兰贵人、玉针、碧螺春和云雾茶等5种茶叶进行了香味扫描,确定了电子鼻在茶叶香味辨别中的作用。采用固相微萃取.气相色谱/质谱联用法对这5种茶叶样品中的挥发性化学成分进行了定性和定量分析,分别鉴定出40、40、35、16和13种化合物。在鉴定出的化学成分中,乙酸、大茴香醚、十六烷、咖啡因、十六酸和双酚A是5种茶叶样品中所共有的化学成分,每种茶叶样品中又都含有一些特有的化学成分。最后对香味扫描结果和挥发性化学成分分析结果进行了分析,研究了挥发性化学成分组成和含量上的差别,对茶叶样品数据点在香味分析三维图中位置的影响。  相似文献

Traditional simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE) and solid-phase microextraction (SPME) techniques were compared for their effectiveness in the extraction of volatile flavor compounds from various mustard paste samples. Each method was used to evaluate the responses of some analytes from real samples and calibration standards in order to provide sensitivity comparisons between the two techniques. Experimental results showed traditional SDE lacked the sensitivity needed to evaluate certain flavor volatiles, such as 1,2-propanediol. Dramatic improvements in the extraction ability of the SPME fibers over the traditional SDE method were noted. Different SPME fibers were investigated to determine the selectivity of the various fibers to the different flavor compounds present in the mustard paste samples. Parameters that might affect the SPME, such as the duration of absorption and desorption, temperature of extraction, and the polarity and structure of the fiber were investigated. Of the various fibers investigated, the PDMS–DVB fiber proved to be the most desirable for these analytes.  相似文献

采用固相微萃取(SPME)方法吸附植物叶片中的挥发性物质,然后采用气相色谱/质谱法(GC/MS)分析了挥发性物 质的成分。在45 ℃水浴温度下,采用Polyacrylate(85 μm)固相微萃取头,在广口瓶中植物叶片的上方顶空吸附60 min,然后进行GC/MS分析。结果表明,植物叶片中的挥发性物质得到了很好的分离,受山楂叶螨(Tetraychus vienneis) 危害严重的植物的完好叶片中的挥发性物质均含有顺-3-己烯-1-醇乙酸酯、顺-3-己烯-1-醇丁酸酯和α-法呢烯,且含量 较大。初步确定这些物质是对山楂叶螨具有引诱作用的主要物质,从而为利用天然生物活性物质防治山楂叶螨提供了理论 依据。  相似文献

Various sampling techniques including flash evaporation (FE), headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and steam distillation (SD) were compared for the gas chromatography-mass spectrometry of volatile constituents present in Houttuynia cordata Thunb (HCT). 2-Undecanone (22.21%) and houttuynum (7.23%) were predominant components of HCT samples obtained by HS-SPME whereas those levels were 3.95 and 3.60% in the same samples by FE and 25.93 and 6.60% in those by SD, respectively. SPME with polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) fibre was more selective and particularly efficient for the isolation of biologically active compounds and afforded a higher yield of total compounds than FE and SD. A total of 60 compounds were detected in SPME extracts. While in FE and SD extracts, the detected compounds were 41 and 51, respectively. The total amount of compounds isolated by SPME was much larger than that isolated by FE or SD. Some minor constituents were isolated by SPME, but not by SD and FE. This carries great significance because of the importance of the oil volatiles to clinical therapy. HS-SPME is a powerful tool for determining the volatile constitutes present in the TCMs.  相似文献

Head-space solid phase microextration (SPME), followed by comprehensive two-dimensional gas chromatography-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GCxGC-TOFMS), has been implemented for the analysis of honey volatiles, with emphasis on the optimal selection of SPME fibre and the first- and second-dimension GC capillaries. From seven SPME fibres investigated, a divinylbenzene/Carboxen/polydimethylsiloxane (DVB/CAR/PDMS) 50/30 microm fibre provided the best sorption capacity and the broadest range of volatiles extracted from the headspace of a mixed honey sample. A combination of DB-5ms x SUPELCOWAX 10 columns enabled the best resolution of sample components compared to the other two tested column configurations. Employing this powerful analytical strategy led to the identification of 164 volatile compounds present in a honey mixture during a 19-min GC run. Combination of this simple and inexpensive SPME-based sampling/concentration technique with the advanced separation/identification approach represented by GCxGC-TOFMS allows a rapid and comprehensive examination of the honey volatiles profile. In this way, the laboratory sample throughput can be increased significantly and, at the same time, the risk of erroneous identification, which cannot be avoided in one-dimensional GC separation, is minimised.  相似文献

Steam distillation (SD), simultaneous distillation and extraction (SDE) and headspace co-distillation (HCD) were compared here for their effectiveness in the extraction of volatile compounds from tobacco. The different grades of aged flue-cured tobacco leaves extracted by the three methods respectively were analyzed using GC-MS. Mass spectra or authentic compounds were used to identify around 408 components in various volatile fractions. On the one hand, the qualitative comparison showed that more compounds were detected in HCD extract (391 components) than in SDE extract (377 components), and the approximately quantitative analysis showed that the total amount of volatile components in SDE extract (445.48 microg/g) was much more than that in HCD extract (315.72 microg/g). But on the other hand, HCD was the most efficient for nearly all the highly volatile compounds among the three methods. As to low-volatile compounds such as lactones, long chain aldehydes, ketones, alcohols, and esters, more was detected in SDE extract than in HCD extract. The SD method (322 components, total amount 228.42 microg/g) was the lowest sensitive to all compounds except semi-volatile fatty acids among the three methods.  相似文献

Summary Five different methods including solvent extraction, distillation and simultaneous distillation-solvent extraction (SDE) have been compared for the isolation of the volatile components of grapefruit juice. The search for an adequare procedure was directed to obtaining aroma concentrates with an odour resembling that of the original grapefruit juice. The methods have also been compared in terms of some experimental parameters. The concentrates have been analyzed by fused-silica, capillary gas chromatography and the GC patterns have been compared in terms of the recovery efficiencies for high-, medium-, and low-volatility components. The SDE methods gave the best results, particularly when using the apparatus proposed by Godefrootet al.  相似文献
