For the first time ever it is demonstrated in this work that, in spontaneous conditions and following the imposition of an electric field, mutual penetration of components of WO3 and Me2(WO4)3 occurs at heterophase interfaces WO3|Me2(WO4)3 where Me = In, Eu, or Sc. Tungstic oxide WO3 is pulled onto the inner surface of ceramic Me2(WO4)3 and, in turn, components of Me2(WO4)3 penetrate onto the surface of grains of ceramic WO3, which is confirmed by the method of x-ray—fluorescence analysis. Data concerning the conductivity and transport numbers of Eu2(WO4)3 and a composite on its basis, which was manufactured as a result the electrosurface transport of WO3, are obtained for the first time ever. With allowance made for the data on the O2? character of the ionic conduction in MeWO4 and Eu2(WO4)3 it is concluded that the type of ionic carriers in tungstates (Me n+)2/n [WO4] makes no impact on the mechanism of spontaneous and field-induced processes that are developing at the (Me n+)2/n [WO4]|WO3 interfaces. 相似文献

A method has been developed for the preparation of homogeneous moisture-resistant glasses with the composition Li2O-B2O3-P2O5-CaF2 : Ce3+-Gd3+. Energy transfer from Gd3+ to Ce3+ was noted in a study of the radioluminescence spectra of these samples using 241Am as the excitation source (60 keV). The decay time of the Ce3+ radioluminescence in the glasses obtained was 20-25 ns. 相似文献

Shrinkage of porous glasses on heating from 20 to 800°C was studied and temperature dependences of the viscosity in the range of 1011–1013 P were determined for quartzoid (sintered) glasses based on five glasses with different compositions in the Na2O-B2O3-SiO2 system. The shrinkage of porous glasses and the viscosity of quartzoid glasses were analyzed in relation to their composition and temperature of preliminary thermal treatment. 相似文献

Coexisting solid solutions with spinel and corundum structure were synthesized at 1773 K and two pressures, 1 bar and 25 kbar.
Samples were analyzed by electron microprobe analysis and X-ray powder diffraction.
Pressure and temperature were shown to affect the properties of the solid solutions in different ways. Pressure governs the
composition of the defect spinel Mg1−xAl2O4, and temperature changes the cation distribution between coexisting phases. This allows one to separate the effects of cation
exchange and magnetic contribution to the heat capacity in thermodynamic modeling. The defect spinel itself can form only

Isothermal anneals (at 873 K) and powder X-ray diffraction were used to study isothermal sections of phase diagrams of the NdF3-Nd2O3-MF2 (M = Ba, Sr) systems. In studying the NdF3-Nd2O3-BaF2 system, classical solid-phase synthesis was supplemented with mechanochemical activation of feedstock mixtures or BaF2 activated with gaseous hydrogen fluoride was used. In both systems, a solid solution with the fluorite structure based on MF2 and NdOF phases, a solid solution with the tysonite structure based on NdF3, and an ordered fluorite-related phase Ba4Nd3F17 were found. The NdOF-based solid solutions were shown to have polymorphism: βtrig ai αcub at ≈800 K; a new trigonal phase of these solid solutions has been discovered. The effect of a dimensional factor $left( {R_{Ba^{2 + } } > R_{Sr^{2 + } } } right)$left( {R_{Ba^{2 + } } > R_{Sr^{2 + } } } right) on phase formation and unit cell parameters of the solid solutions was traced. 相似文献

New ferrites ErMFe2O5 (M = Li, Na, K) were synthesized from erbium and iron(III) oxides and lithium, sodium, and potassium carbonates by solid-state annealing. Ytterbium alkali-metal chromites YbMCr2O5 (M = Li, Na, K, Cs) were synthesized by a ceramic procedure from the corresponding oxides and carbonates. Phase formation in the BaB2O4-NaBO2-MBO3 (M = Sc, La, Y) system was studied using solid-phase synthesis, visual polythermal analysis, and spontaneous crystallization. The coordination polymers [AgPF6(Me4Pyz)2] (I) and [AgPF6(2,3-Et2Pyz)2] (II) were synthesized, and their structures were determined. Crystals of I are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 10.213(2) Å, b = 16.267(3) Å, c = 12.663(3) Å, β = 92.90(3)°, V = 2102.1(7) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.660 g/cm3, Z = 4. The structure of I is built of polymeric zigzag [Ag(C8H12N2)] ∞ + chains and octahedral [PF6] anions. The coordination polyhedron of the Ag+ ion is a flat triangle. Crystals of II are tetragonal, space group P \(\bar 4\)2(1)/c,a = b = 10.641(1) Å, c = 18.942(1) Å, V = 2144.6(2) Å3, ρcalcd = 1.627 g/cm3, Z = 4. In the structure of II, 2D cationic layers of fused square rings exist; the rings consist of four Ag+ cations linked by four bridging ligands of diethylpyrazine Et2Pyz. Compounds described as V2O3(XO4)2, where X = S or Se, were prepared from vanadium(V) oxide mixtures with concentrated sulfuric and selenic acids. The physicochemical properties of the products were studied; for V2O3(SeO4)2, the crystal structure was determined by powder X-ray diffraction and neutron diffraction, and its key differences from the structure of V2O3(SO4)2 were identified. Phase relations in the Y2O3-Ga2O3 system were studied by the anneal-and-quench technique in air within 1000–2300°C, and a phase diagram was plotted. Three compounds were found to form: Y3GaO6, Y4Ga2O9, and Y3Ga5O12; the temperature and concentration bounds of stability were determined for these compounds. Density functional theory was used to study the structure of various isomers of (Me2Cu)Li (1), (Me2Cu)Cu (2), (Me2Cu)Li · 2Me2O (3), and (Me2Cu)Cu · 2Me2S (4) in the gas phase. Isomers of 1 and 3 were shown to be typical cuprates, whereas isomers of 2 and 4 should rather be treated as unsolvated and solvated methylcopper dimers, respectively. The reasons for the difference between
structures 2, 4 and 1, 3 were considered. The energies of solvation of 1 by two dimethyl ether molecules (∼34 kcal/mol) and of 2 by two dimethyl sulfide molecules (∼36 kcal/mol) and the dissociation energies of all the compounds to the dimethylcuprate
anion and the corresponding cation were calculated. The energies of solvation of 1 and 2 being almost equal, the transformation of 2 into 4 decreased the dissociation energy much more substantially than the transformation of 1 into 3. 相似文献

The processes of nucleation of Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2 glasses with TiO2 and TiO2+ZrO2 as nucleating agents were discussed. The DTA peak temperature and DTA peak height shown a strong dependence on the nucleation temperature in the glass with TiO2, while in the glass with TiO2+ZrO2 this tendency was small. The optimum nucleation temperatures were 745 and 760°C for two glasses. It suggested that with TiO2+ZrO2 as nucleating agents, the crystallization had lower sensitivity for nucleation temperature, and the glass had higher nucleation efficiency than with TiO2. 相似文献
