In a real Hilbert space, we investigate the existence, uniqueness and asymptotic properties of the generalized solutions of some nonlinear differential systems with first- or second-order differences, subject to extreme conditions and initial data. Some generalizations of Minty’s theorem for the characterization of maximal monotone operators are also presented.  相似文献

In this paper, we establish the existence of solutions to systems of second order differential inclusions with maximal monotone terms. Our proofs rely on the theory of maximal monotone operators and the Schauder degree theory. A notion of solution-tube to these problems is introduced. This notion generalizes the notion of upper and lower solutions of second order differential equations.  相似文献

In this paper, we prove an existence theorem for time global monotone positive solutions of nonlinear second-order ordinary differential equations by applying the Schauder-Tikhonov fixed point theorem. This result generalizes the result of existence on a half-line given in Yin (2003) [8].  相似文献

In this paper we study a problem for a second order differential inclusion with Dirichlet, Neumann and mixed boundary conditions. The equation is driven by a nonlinear, not necessarily homogeneous, differential operator satisfying certain conditions and containing, as a particular case, the pp-Laplacian operator. We prove the existence of solutions both for the case in which the multivalued nonlinearity has convex values and for the case in which it has not convex values. The presence of a maximal monotone operator in the equation make the results applicable to gradient systems with non-smooth, time invariant, convex potential and differential variational inequalities.  相似文献

Combining three basic multi-valued versions of Banach, Schauder and Tarski fixed point theorems, a general hybrid fixed point theorem for multi-valued mappings in Banach spaces is proved via measure of noncompactness and it is further applied to perturbed differential inclusions for proving the existence results under mixed Lipschitz, compactness and monotone conditions.  相似文献

This paper describes the method of quasilinearization for first-order nonlinear impulsive functional differential equations with anti-periodic boundary conditions. In this paper, we show that the monotone technique produces two monotone sequences that converge uniformly to extremal solutions of second order functional differential equations and ??-Laplacian equations with Neumann boundary value conditions. In this paper, existence results are derived for the unique, smallest, greatest, minimal and maximal solutions of nonlinear distributional Cauchy problems. Dependence of solutions on the data is also studied. The obtained results are applied to impulsive differential equations. Main tools are fixed point results in function spaces and recently introduced concepts of regulated and continuous primitive integrals of distributions.  相似文献

The paper gives a new and natural method for the existence of multiple positive solutions for first order differential systems with non-local initial value conditions involving linear functionals. The case of higher order differential equations is also considered. In this paper, we study a class of nonlinear value boundary problems for second order differential inclusions with nonlinear perturbations, which satisfy the generalized Hartman condition weaker than that considered in some papers. Using techniques from multivalued analysis, theory of monotone operators and fixed points, we prove the existence of solutions in both “convex” and “nonconvex” cases. Our framework can be incorporated with Dirichlet, Neumann, and mixed boundary problems.  相似文献

We show the well-posedness of initial value problems for differential inclusions of a certain type using abstract perturbation results for maximal monotone operators in Hilbert spaces. For this purpose the time derivative is established in an exponentially weighted L2L2 space. The problem of well-posedness then reduces to show that the sum of two maximal monotone operators in time and space is again maximal monotone. The theory is exemplified by three inclusions describing phenomena in mathematical physics involving hysteresis.  相似文献

Let X be a real Banach space and X? be its dual. Let F: X → X? and K: X? → X be Lipschitz monotone mappings. In this paper an explicit iterative scheme is constructed for approximating solutions of the Hammerstein type equation, 0 = u + KF u, when they exist. Strong convergence of the scheme is obtained under appropriate conditions. Our results improve and unify many of the results in the literature.  相似文献
