In continuation of our search for new antibacterial and antioxidant metabolites from sponge-derived fungi, one new tyrosol derivative, hypocrol A (1), together with four known congeners, trichodenol B (2), 4-hydroxyphenethyl acetate (3), 4-hydroxyphenethyl tetradecanoate (4) and 1-oleyltyrosol (5), was isolated from the strain Hypocrea koningii PF04. Their planar structures were unequivocally elucidated by spectroscopic methods and comparison with the literature data. All the compounds displayed weak antibacterial activities against Staphylococcus aureus, methicillin-resistant S. aureus and Escherichia coli, whereas compounds 1 and 2 exhibited a moderate antioxidant efficacy in the DPPH (2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl) radical scavenging assay with IC50 values of 48.5 and 97.4 μg/mL, respectively. 相似文献

A new indole diterpene, named penicindopene A (1), together with seven known compounds (2?–?8), was isolated from the deep-sea fungus Penicillium sp. YPCMAC1. The structure of penicindopene A was elucidated by extensive spectroscopic analyses (1?D and 2?D NMR, and HRESIMS data), in addition to the ECD calculations for the assignments of its absolute configuration. Penicindopene A represented the first example of indole diterpenes possessing a 3-hydroxyl-2-indolone moiety, and it exhibited moderate cytotoxicities against A549 and HeLa cell lines with IC50 values of 15.2 and 20.5?µM, respectively. 相似文献

A new lactam, oligoamide (1), along with three known compounds (2–4), stigmasterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), formononetin (3) and (-)-pinitol (4) were isolated from the CH2Cl2/CH3OH (1:1) extract of the leaves of Angylocalyx oligophyllus by chromatographic separation. A new compound 1 was isolated from the methanolic extract of the stems of the Caesalpinia pulcherrima Linn. along with a reported compound (2) 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranosyl ester. The new compound 1 has m.p. 272–274°C, m.f. C46H74O17, [M]+ m/z 898. It was characterised as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1→4)-α-L-arabinopyranosyl hederagenin 28-O-β-D- xylopyranosyl ester by various colour reactions, chemical degradations and spectral analyses. Antibacterial activity of compound 1 was screened against various Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria and showed significant results. 相似文献

A new dolabellane diterpene (1) and a new polyacetylene (2) were isolated from the soft coral Clavularia viridis. The structures of 1 and 2 were elucidated by spectroscopic analyses including 1D and 2DNMR experiments and HRESIMS data. The absolute configuration of 1 was determined by the modified Mosher’s method and 2 by ECD calculations. Compound 1 exhibited moderate cytotoxicities against MCF-7 and A549 cell lines with IC50 values of 10.5 and 12.6 µM, respectively. 相似文献

The complex [NbOF3(Ipr)]2, 1, was afforded in crystalline form by reaction of NbF5 with the bulky NHC ligand 1,3-bis(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)imidazol-2-ylidene (IPr) in toluene by slow contact with moisture air. The molecular structure of 1 was ascertained by X-ray diffraction, providing the first example of a dinuclear NbOF3 derivative and also a rare case of niobium compound with a monodentate NHC. A DFT investigation has shown that the Nb–C bond consists of a weak NHC to Nb σ donation, reinforced by an electrostatic contribution presumably favored by the presence of the ancillary fluoride ligands. The computed enthalpy for the dissociation of one Ipr from 1 is ca. 36 kcal mol?1. The presence of bulky 2,6-diisopropylphenyl substituents on the carbene ligand has negligible influence on the Nb–C bond, as highlighted by DFT analyses on simplified models. 相似文献

A dinuclear copper(II) complex with a newly synthesized tridentate Schiff-base ligand 2-[(2-hydroxy-ethylimino)-methyl]-4,6-diiodo-phenol (HL), of formula [Cu2L2Cl2?·?C4H8O] (1), was prepared. Both the ligand and the complex were characterized by X-ray crystallography, confirming that the Schiff base is tridentate and its dinuclear copper(II) complex is five-coordinate from one nitrogen and two oxygens from L and two chlorides. The complex was assayed for antibacterial (Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus faecalis, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Enterobacter cloacae) activities by the MTT method. Complex 1 exhibited better antimicrobial activity than the ligand. 相似文献

A new lignan glucoside, officinalioside (1), was isolated from n-BuOH fraction of the aerial parts of Borago officinalis L., together with four known compounds: actinidioionoside (2), roseoside (3), crotalionoside C (4) and kaempferol 3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside (5). The structure of the new compound was established by means of spectroscopic and chemical analyses. Compounds 1 and 2 showed a moderate DPPH radical scavenging activity (IC50: 52.6 ± 1.70 and 41.3 ± 0.25 μM, respectively) comparable with that of the standard trolox (16.6 ± 2.2 μM) without any significant cytotoxicity towards human cell line A549 (IC50 > 100 μM). 相似文献

A one-dimensional linear chain polymer {[Mn(OOCC6H4Fc)2(μ 2-OH2)(DMF)2]} n (1) was obtained by substitution from a precursor polymer {[Mn(OOCC6H4Fc)2(μ 2-OH2)(H2O)2](H2O)} n (P1), in which the terminal coordinated H2O molecules are substituted by DMF, while the bridging aqua molecules are intact, so product 1 and precursor P1 are isomorphous. Polymer 1 behaves as a 1D Heisenberg Mn(II) chain with weak intrachain antiferromagnetic interaction between the local high-spin Mn(II) ions; the exchange coupling parameters J = ?5.00 cm?1 are larger than most of the reported di-Mn(II) complexes containing μ 2-aqua and μ 2-carboxylato units and some one-dimensional Mn(II) carboxylic polymers. 相似文献

Terrenolide S, a new butenolide derivative (6), together with six known compounds: (22E,24R)-stigmasta-5,7,22-trien-3-β-ol (1), stigmast-4-ene-3-one (2), stigmasta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one (3), terretonin A (4), terretonin (5) and butyrolactone VI (7) have been isolated from the endophytic fungus Aspergillus terreus isolated from the roots of Carthamus lanatus (Asteraceae). Their structures were established by extensive spectroscopic analyses (1D, 2D NMR and HRESIMS), as well as optical rotation measurement and comparison with literature data. Compound 1 displayed a potent activity towards methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Cryptococcus neoformans with IC50 values of 2.29 and 10.68 µM, respectively. Moreover, 1, 2 and 6 exhibited antileishmanial activity towards Leishmania donovani with IC50 values of 11.24, 15.32 and 27.27 µM, respectively and IC90 values of 14.68, 40.56 and 167.03 µM, respectively. 相似文献

A pair of temperature and cosolvent-controlled assemblies of one dimensional (1-D) and two dimensional (2-D) Zn(II)-organic frameworks (ZOFs] based on 5-iodoisophthalic acid (H2IIP) and an auxiliary flexible ligand, 1,4-bis(triazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene (bbtz) with different structures, has been rationally designed and successfully synthesized. Results show that when the reaction was carried out under ambient condition, the novel discrete single-walled Zn(II)-organic coordination polymer nanotube {[Zn(IIP)(bbtz)(H2O)]·H2O}n (SWCPNT-1), which shows a fascinating 3-D supramolecular interdigitated columnar microporous architecture supported by face to face π?π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds, was generated, whereas under solvothermal condition at 120?°C, an interesting 3-D-polycatenated array of layers, [Zn(IIP)(bbtz)] (2), which further extends into a threefold-interpenetrated 3-D supramolecular mesoporous framework with 1-D channels (ca. 3.46?×?1.54?nm2) through C–I?O halogen bonds would be obtained. Interestingly, the reversible in situ rapid rehydration from static air is significantly observed in the discrete SWCPNT-1, revealing its potential application as water absorbent and sensing material. The dehydrated SWCPNT-1 shows selective gas adsorption of CO2 over N2. Luminescent studies show that SWCPNT-1, dehydrated SWCPNT-1, and 2 exhibit blue fluorescence in the solid state. A pair of azido-bridged copper(II) complexes, [Cu2L2(μ 1,1-N3)2] (1) and [Cu2L2(μ 1,3-N3)2] · H2O (2) (HL = 1-[(3-dimethylaminopropylimino)methyl]naphthalen-2-ol), have been obtained from an identical synthetic procedure and starting materials with solvents as the only independent variable. Complex 1 was synthesized and crystallized using the anhydrous methanol, while 2 was synthesized and crystallized using 95% ethanol. Both complexes show interesting self-assembled structures in their crystals as elucidated by X-ray analysis. The end-on azido-bridged dinuclear 1 crystallizes in the P 1 space group. A complex with the terminally coordinated ligand is formed in the first step of the reaction of diamine3 with cluster1. Heating of the resulting complex is accompanied by activation of one of the methyl groups of the ligand to form diastereomers
with the bridging tricyclic dihydroimidazole ligand. One of these diastereomers was studied by X-ray diffraction analysis
and its absolute configuration was established. Pyrazolycarboxylic acids react with cluster2 as simple organic acids and are coordinated as a bridge at the Os—Os bond through the carboxyl group.

AbstractThe CHCl3 fraction of MeOH extract of Periploca somaliensis (family Asclepiadaceae) fruits afforded a new scalarane sesterterpene, namely perisomalien A (1), along with lupeol acetate (2), β-amyrin (3), cycloart-23Z-ene-3β,25-diol (4), and β-sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5). Their chemical structures were established by various spectroscopic analyses, in addition to comparison with the formerly reported data. Moreover, the cytotoxic activity of these metabolites was assessed towards MCF-7, HepG2, and HCT-116 tumour cell lines using sulforhodamine B (SRB) assay. Compound 4 showed the most potent cytotoxic profile with IC50 9.0?µM towards MCF-7, compared to doxorubicin (IC50 0.18?µM). Also, 1 and 4 possessed the most potent effect towards HepG2 with IC50s 26.7 and 25.9?μM, respectively. In addition, all tested compounds showed cytotoxic effects with IC50 values ranging from 19.9 to 39.3?µM against HCT-116. 相似文献

A cobalt(II) coordination polymer [Co(4-TZBA2?)(H2O)2] (1) was obtained by treatment of Co(ClO4)2 · 6H2O with 4-(1H-tetrazol-5-yl)benzoic acid [H2(4-TZBA)] under hydrothermal conditions. The X-ray single crystal diffraction analysis reveals that 1 crystallizes in monoclinic P21/c, with a = 10.503(2) Å, b = 9.0860(18) Å, c = 10.179(2) Å, β = 96.75(3)° and Z = 4. In 1, adjacent cobalt(II) atoms are bridged by two 4-TZBA2? ligands to form a dimer, which is linked with six dimers to result in a 3-D structure. 1 exhibits strong luminescence at room temperature in the solid state. 相似文献
