Three new halogenated tricyclic sesquiterpenes, omphalaurediol (1), rhodolaurenones B (2) and C (3) were isolated together with nine known haloganated sesquiterpenes such as rhodolaurenone A (4), rhodolaureol (5), isorhodolaureol (6), (?)-laurencenone D (7), elatol (8), (+)-deschloroelatol (9), cartilagineol (10), (+)-laurencenone B (11) and 2-chloro-3-hydroxy-α-chamigren-9-one (12) from a population of Bornean red algae Laurencia majuscula. The structures of three new metabolites were determined based on their spectroscopic data (IR, 1D and 2D NMR, and MS). These compounds showed antibacterial activity against three human pathogenic bacteria (Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi and Vibrio cholera).  相似文献

Two new glycosides of phytolaccagenin and 2β-hydroxyoleanoic acid, namely bonushenricoside A (3) and bonushenricoside B (5) together with four known saponins, respectively compounds 3-O-L-α-arabinopyranosyl-bayogenin-28-O-β-glucopyranosyl ester (1), 3-O-β-glucuronopyranosyl-2β-hydroxygypsogenin-28-O-β-glucopyranosyl ester (2), 3-O-β-glucuronopyranosyl-bayogenin-28-O-β-glucopyranosyl ester (4) and 3-O-β-glucuronopyranosyl-medicagenic acid-28-β-xylopyranosyl(1→4)-α-rhamnopyranosyl(1→2)-α-arabinopyranosyl ester (6) were isolated from the roots of Chenopodium bonus-henricus L. The structures of the compounds were determined by means of spectroscopic methods (1D and 2D NMR, IR and HRMS). The MeOH extract and compounds were tested for cytotoxic activity on five leukemic cell lines (HL-60, SKW-3, Jurkat E6-1, BV-173 and K-562). In addition, the ability of metanolic extract and saponins to modulate the interleukin-2 production in PHA/PMA stimulated Jurkat E6-1 cells was investigated as well.  相似文献

This is the first study on the phytochemistry and antioxidant activity of Ferula longipes Coss. ex Bonnier and Maury (Apiaceae). A new flavonoid quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside-7-O-ß-D-[2-O-caffeoyl]-glucopyranoside (1), along with 10 known compounds kaempferol-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (2), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (3), kaempferol-3-O-ß-D-glucopyranoside-7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (4), isorhamnetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside-7-O-ß-D-glucopyranoside (5), quercetin-3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside-7-O-ß-D-glucopyranoside (6), isorhamnetin-3,7-di-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (7), apigenin (8), apigenin-7-O-ß-D-glucopyranoside (9), 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid (10), deltoin (11) were isolated from the aerial parts of Ferula longipes Coss. Structures elucidation was performed by comprehensive 1D and 2D NMR analyses, mass spectrometry and by comparison with literature data. The compounds 1, 3, 4, 6, 7 and 10 were evaluated for their antioxidant activity, compound 1 exhibited the best antiradical activity potential and showed IC50 and A0.5 values 5.70, 7.25, 5.00, and 2.63 μg/mL towards DPPH free radical-scavenging, ABTS, CUPRAC, and reducing power assays, respectively compared with BHA, BHT and ascorbic acid which were used as positive controls.  相似文献

A new citromycetin analogue, ascomycotin A (1), together with eight known compounds, wortmannilactone E (2), orcinol (3), orsellinic acid (4), isosclerone (5), (3R,4S)-( ? )-4-hydroxymellein (6), diorcinol (7), chaetocyclinone B (8) and 2,5-dimethoxy-3,6-di(p-methoxypheny1)-1,4-benzoquinone (9), was isolated from the fungal strain Ascomycota sp. Ind19F07, which was isolated from the deep sea sediment of the Indian Ocean. The structures of the compounds were established by spectroscopic data including 1D and 2D NMR and HR-ESI-MS. A new flavone glucoside tricetin 4′-O-β-glucopyranoside (1) and four known ellagitannins and flavones tricetin (2), luteolin (3), ellagic acid (4), and granatin B (5) were isolated from the flowers of Punica granatum L. (Lythraceae). Their structures were established by 1D and 2D NMR as well as mass spectrometry analyses. Among all tested compounds, tricetin (2) exhibited the strongest α-glucosidase inhibitory activity that was comparable to the anti-diabetic drug acarbose. Comparative structure-function analysis of tri-, tetra-, and pentahydroxy flavones [apigenin, luteolin (3), and tricetin (2), respectively] suggested that a greater number of hydroxyl groups on the flavone molecule enhanced its suppression of α-glucosidase, α-amylase, and lipase activities.  相似文献

Three new sesquiterpenes: 4-acrylic-6-methyl-α-tetralone (1), ainsliaea acid A (2) and ainsliaea acid B (3), together with 8 known compounds (4-11) were isolated from the whole herb of Ainsliaea glabra and their structures were established by means of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and HR-ESIMS. Compounds 1–6 were tested for the inhibition of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) in the 293-NF-κB-luciferase reporter cell line induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and compound 2 was further tested for the production of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), IL-6 and IL-10 in RAW264.7 macrophages induced by LPS. From the fruit of Pandanus tectorius Parkinson ex Du Roi, one new dihydrofurocoumarin, named pandanusin A (1) and 15 known compounds, including one furanocoumarin (2), two coumarins (3, 4), four lignans (58), one neolignan (9), two flavonoids (10, 11), three phenolics (1214), one monoglyceride (15) and one monosaccharide (16) were isolated by various chromatography methods. Among them, compounds (35) were obtained from the Pandanus genus for the first time and compounds (914, 16) were reported from this species for the first time. Their structures were elucidated by HR–ESI–MS, NMR 1D and 2D experiments and comparison with previous reported data. The α-glucosidase inhibitory activity of all compounds was measured. The isolated compounds (112, 14) showed better α-glucosidase inhibitory activity (IC50 = 42.2, 36.5, 84.7, 73.2, 40.8, 26.7, 76.5, 33.8, 68.1, 14.4, 22.1, 81.5, 43.8 μM, respectively) than the standard drug acarbose (IC50 = 214.5 μM).  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of methanol extract of the rhizomes of Alpinia officinarum Hance afforded four known diarylheptanoids 1,7-diphenylhept-4-en-3-one (1), 5-hydroxy-1,7-diphenyl-3-heptanone (2), 5-hydroxy-7-(4″-hydroxy-3″-methoxyphenyl)-1-phenyl-3-heptanone (3), and 7-(4″-hydroxy-3″-methoxyphenyl)-1-phenyl heptan-3-one (4).The acetate derivative of (4), 7-(4″-actetate-3″-methoxy phenyl)-1-phenyl heptan-3-one (5), was prepared. These diarylheptanoids exhibited promising in vitro and ex vivo antitubercular activity for the first time against dormant Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37Ra with the IC50 values between 0.3447.69 and 0.13–22.91 μM, respectively. All compounds showed comparable activity against Mycobacterium bovis BCG (dormant phage) and did not show any activity against two gram + ve and two gram –ve bacterial strains. These compounds were also weakly cytotoxic up to 300 μM against three human cancer cell lines THP-1, Panc-1 and A549.  相似文献

The dichloromethane bark extract of Garcinia hombroniana yielded one new cycloartane triterpene; (22Z,24E)-3β-hydroxycycloart-14,22,24-trien-26-oic acid (1) together with five known compounds: garcihombronane G (2), garcihombronane J (3), 3β acetoxy-9α-hydroxy-17,14-friedolanostan-14,24-dien-26-oic acid (4), (22Z, 24E)-3β, 9α-dihydroxy-17,14-friedolanostan-14,22,24-trien-26-oic acid (5) and 3β, 23α-dihydroxy-17,14-friedolanostan-8,14,24-trien-26-oic acid (6). Their structures were established by the spectral techniques of NMR and ESI-MS. These compounds together with some previously isolated compounds; garcihombronane B (7), garcihombronane D (8) 2,3’,4,5’-tetrahydroxy-6-methoxybenzophenone (9), volkensiflavone (10), 4’’-O-methyll-volkensiflavone (11), volkensiflavone-7-O-glucopyranoside (12), volkensiflavone-7-O-rhamnopyranoside (13), Morelloflavone (14), 3’’-O-methyl-morelloflavone (15) and morelloflavone-7-O-glucopyranoside (16) were evaluated for cholinesterase enzymes inhibitory activities using acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase. In these activities, compounds 1–9 showed good dual inhibition on both the enzymes while compounds 10–16 did not reasonably contribute to both the cholinesterases inhibitory effects.  相似文献

An endophytic fungus, Chaetomium sp. YMF432, was isolated from Huperzia serrata (Thunb. ex Murray) Trev. and subjected to phytochemical investigation based on its special environment. From the extracts of fermentation solid of strain YMF 432, eight compounds including 1-O-methylemodin (1), 5-methoxy-2-methyl-3-tricosyl-1,4-benzoquinone (2), 4,8-dihydroxy-1-tetralone (3), (3β,5α,6α, 22E)-3-hydroxy-5,6-epoxy-7-one-8(14),22-dien-ergosta (4), ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one (5), β-sitostenone (6), β-sitosterol (7) and (22E,24R)-ergosta-5,7,22 -trien-3β-ol (8) were obtained. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of their spectroscopic data. These compounds were evaluated for acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activities in vitro. Compounds 1, 2, and 4 showed moderate acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activities (IC50 from 37.7 ± 1.5 to 370.0 ± 2.9 μM).  相似文献

Two new diarylheptanoids, ( ? )-threo-3′,4″-epoxy-1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-7-(3-methoxyphenyl)heptan-2,3-diol (1) and (1α,3β,5α,6α)-1,5-epoxy-3,6-dihydroxy-1,7-bis(3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-phenyl)-heptane (2), along with one known diarylheptanoid, rhoiptelol B (3), were isolated from the roots of Juglans mandshurica. Three new acyltyramines, N-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]hentriacontanamide (1), N-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]nonacosanamide (2) and N-[2-(4-hydroxyphenyl)ethyl]heneicosanamide (3) have been isolated from n-hexane extract of leaves of Anisodus luridus (Solanaceae). Successive extraction of defatted leaves of A. luridus with methanol afforded a residue on removal of solvent under reduced pressure. Residue was partitioned by means of chloroform and n-butanol. Chromatographic resolution of n-BuOH extract afforded six known compounds, apigenin (4), luteolin (5), quercetin (6), quercetin 3-O-α-l-rhamnoside (7), kaempferol 3-O-α-rhamnoside (8) and quercetin 3-O-α-l-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→6)-β-d-glucopyranoside (9). The structures of the isolated compounds were assigned with the help of spectroscopic techniques. This is the first report of isolation of these compounds from this plant.  相似文献

Fifteen known compounds including four triterpenoids (14), one sterol (5), one diketopiperazine alkaloid (6) and nine phenolics (715) were isolated from the stems of Piper wallichii. Their structures were elucidated by means of spectroscopic analysis, and acidic hydrolysis in case of the 2-oxo-3β,19α,23-trihydroxyurs-12-en-28-oic acid β-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1). The structure of compound 1 was fully assigned by 1D and 2D NMR experiments for the first time. YIM 64630, and their structures were elucidated as 5′-O-acetyl-2′-deoxyuridine (1), 22E,24R-5α,6α-epoxyergosta-8(14),22-diene-3β,7α-diol (2), 22E,24R-5α,6α-epoxyergosta-8,22-diene-3β,7α-diol (3), 22E,24R-ergosta-7,22-diene-3β,5α,6β-triol (4), 5α,8α-epidioxyergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (5), 4′,5,6-trihydroxy-7-methoxyisoflavone (6), 2,4,4′-trihydroxy-deoxybenzoin (7), methyl [4-hydroxyphenyl]acetate (8) and daidzein by extensive spectroscopic analyses. A new cadinane-type sesquiterpenoid, microporotriol (1), together with four known compound, 5-methylresorcinol (2), (22E,24R)-ergosta-4,6,8(14),22-tetraen-3-one (3), (22E,24R)-ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol (4), (22E,24R)-5α,8α-epidioxy-ergosta-6,22-dien-3β-ol (5), were isolated from the fermentation broth of the wood decaying fungus Microporus affinis HFG829. The structures of the compounds were established by extensive spectroscopic methods, including 1D & 2D NMR, along with HRMS spectroscopic analysis. The relative configuration of 1 was confirmed by NMR calculation. Compound 1 was evaluated for the cytotoxicity against five human cancer cell lines.  相似文献

Two new abietane diterpenes, huperphlegmarin A–B (12), were isolated from the aerial parts of Huperzia phlegmaria (L.) Rothm. (Lycopodiaceae), in addition to five known compounds including lycoxanthol (3), 21β-hydroxyserrat-14-en-3β-yl acetate (4), 21α-hydroxyserrat-14-en-3β-yl acetate (5), 21α-hydroxyserrat-14-en-3β-ol (6), and fawcettidine (7). Their structures were determined by the combination analyses of spectroscopy, including 1D-, 2D-NMR, HRESIMS, CD and comparison with the reported data in the literature. Huperphlegmarin B (2) presented the rare 1,11-epoxy group in the molecule. Compounds 3, 4, 5 and 6 were performed for AChE inhibitory activity and compound 3 showed the inhibitory activity against AChE with IC50 of 465.6 μg/mL.  相似文献

Two thiophenes; 5-(3-buten-1-ynyl)-2,2′-bithiophene (2) and α-tertthienyl (9), two alkaloids; echinopsine (10) and echinorine (11), three flavonoids; genkwanin (5), apigenin (6), and rutin (7), two triterpenoids; lupeol acetate (1) and lupeol linoleate (4), together with 2,6,10-trimethyldodeca-2,6,10-triene (4) and β-sitosterol glucoside (8) were isolated from the aerial parts of Echinops albicaulis. Antioxidant, antimicrobial and antiprotozoal activities were evaluated. E. albicaulis aqueous methanolic extract (50, 10, and 1 mg/mL) showed significant antioxidant activity comparable to the potent antioxidant, N-acetyl cysteine, moreover, the aqueous methanolic extract (1 mg/mL) significantly reduced intracellular reactive oxygen species in active cell cultures of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells under oxidative stress more than the reference antioxidant N-acetyl cysteine. None of the isolated compounds showed antimicrobial or antiprotozoal activities at concentration up to 20 μg/mL.  相似文献

Two new chalcones, 2′,3,4,4′-tetrahydroxy-2-prenylchalcone (1) and 3-methoxy-2′,4,4′-trihydroxy-2-prenylchalcone (2), together with two known compounds, munsericin (3) and 3,4-dihydroxylonchocarpin (4), were isolated from the ethanol extract of the whole plant of Shuteria sinensis. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis methods, such as 1D and 2D NMR, along with HR-MS data. A new alkylamide, named (2E,6E,8E)-N-(2-methylpropyl)-10-oxo-2,6,8-decatrienamide (1), together with 22 known compounds (2–23), were isolated from the stems of Zanthoxylum nitidum. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy. The isolated compounds exhibited slightly antioxidant activities through DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging assays but showed no antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutans ATCC2517, a dental caries causing bacteria.  相似文献

Chemical investigation and activity test of Arundina graminifolia led to the isolation of six phenanthrenes: blestriarene A (1), shancidin (2), densiflorol B (3), ephemeranthoquinone (4), coelonin (5) and lusianthridin (6). The isolated compounds demonstrated antibacterial and anti-haemolytic activities. It was found that compounds 1 and 2 had medium antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus subtilis and Escherichia coli, with MICs of 20–40 μg/mL and MBCs of 40–320 μg/mL. Bactericidal mechanisms were explored. Rupture of cell wall and membrane and leakage of nuclear mass were observed by transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Moreover, compounds 13 attenuated the erythrocyte damage. Compounds 1 and 2 showed significant anti-haemolytic activity with inhibition rate about 50% at 16 μg/mL.  相似文献
