Synthesis, reactivity and stereochemistry of new phosphorus heterocycles with 5- or 6-membered rings

Syntheses of novel phosphorus heterocycles containing α-amino or α-hydroxyphosphonic or phosphinic acids motifs are developed. 2,3-dihydro-1,3-oxaphospholes (1) and 1,4,2-oxazaphosphinanes (2) exhibit a reactive part, respectively the enolether moiety and the P-H bond, which allows various structural modifications: (i) for 1a, by introduction of amino substituents, (ii) for 2a, by hydroxy- or aminoalkylation, by Michael addition or by P-arylation. These reactions present generally a good or even an excellent kinetic diastereoselectivity which can often be predicted by molecular models of the transition states. 相似文献

The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of azomethine ylides generated in situ from isatin and secondary amino acids with quinolinyl dipolarophiles in refluxing methanol afforded new class of quinolinyl dispiro heterocycles with multi hetero core units. The regio and stereochemistry of the product was unambiguously assigned by 1H, 13C, 2D NMR techniques and single crystal X-ray analysis. The structures of the compounds are stabilized through the presence of intermolecular hydrogen bonding and intramolecular non-covalent interactions. 相似文献

A novel and convenient protocol for synthesis of alpha-haloacrylates starting from phosphonium ylide and aldedyde or alcohol was described. Halodimethylsulfonium halide was used for the first time in halogenation of phosphonium ylide. Good yield as well as a high Z/E ratio were shown in representative cases, and an umpolung dimethyl sulfide-ylide species might be involved as an intermediate. 相似文献

An efficient method for the synthesis of novel medium ring phosphorus containing heterocycles starting from phenol derivatives by ruthenium catalyzed ring closing metathesis is described. This work deals with a sequential aromatic Claisen-rearrangement, coupling of an allyl/vinyl phosphonate, and ring closing metathesis reaction. All of these reactions were carried out at ambient temperature to afford the medium-sized phosphorus heterocycles in excellent yields. 相似文献

Isocyanides have long proved themselves to be irreplaceable building blocks in modern organic chemistry. The unique features of the isocyano group make isocyanides particularly useful for the synthesis of a number of important classes of nitrogen heterocycles, such as pyrroles, indoles, and quinolines. Several cocyclizations of isocyanides via zwitterions and radical intermediates as well as transition-metal-catalyzed syntheses of different types of heterocycles have recently been developed. Methods starting from isocyanides often have distinct advantages over alternative approaches to the same heterocycles because of their enhanced convergence, the great simplicity of most of the operations with them, and the great variety of isocyanides readily available for use. Isocyanides have also been used in some enantioselective syntheses of chiral heterocyclic compounds, including natural products as well as precursors thereof. 相似文献

A simple and convenient three-step synthesis of 5-amino-substituted tetrazolo[1,5-a]-1,3,5-triazin-7-one sodium salts based on a fairly simple sequence of nucleophilic substitution of chlorine atoms in cyanuric chloride has been developed. The corresponding tetrabutylammonium salts were synthesized by cation-exchange with tetrabutylammonium chloride. The structures of the products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopy, and by elemental and X-ray analysis. 相似文献

It is demonstrated that typical protection and deprotection of the phenolic groups are dispensable. New chiral binaphthylamido yttrium and ytterbium ate complexes with lithium and potassium counterions have been synthesised and characterised. X-ray structures have been obtained for [Li(thf)4][Ln{(R)-C20H12(NC5H9)2}2] (Ln=Yb, Y) and [K(thf)5][Yb{(R)-C20H12(NCH2CMe3)2}2] as isostructural complexes. The efficiency of these complexes for the enantioselective intramolecular hydroamination was examined. [Li(thf)4][Yb{(R)-C20H12(NC5H9)2}2] afforded the highest enantiomeric excess (up to 87 %) for the synthesis of a spiropyrrolidine, while [Li(thf)4][Y{(R)-C20H12(NC5H9)2}2] proved to be slightly more active. The role of the counter cation in the active catalytic species was evidenced by the comparison between lithium and potassium ate complexes. The most active catalyst of this series, [Li(thf)4][Yb{(R)-C20H12(NCH2CMe3)2}2], was successfully used for the cyclisation of aminopentenes with internal double bonds. 相似文献

A simple, efficient, possible industrial process has been developed for the synthesis of 1-aminophosphonic acids from simple starting materials. As described below, treatment of aromatic aldehydes with ammonia and reaction with diethyl phosphite gives diethyl N-(arylmethylene)-1-aminoaryl methylphosphonates, which can be easily hydrolyzed to diethyl 1-aminoarylmethylphosphonates. This method is easy, rapid, and good yielding for the synthesis of 1-aminoalkylphosphonates from simple starting materials. 相似文献

Two consecutive [3+2] cycloaddition reactions of the diphosphanylketenimine (PPh(2))(2)C[double bond]C[double bond]NPh (3), involving the phosphanyl groups, with two equivalents of the electron-poor alkynes dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate or methyl acetylenecarboxylate give rise to the formation of the bicyclic 1 lambda(5),3 lambda(5)-diphospholes 5 a,b, which contain a phosphorane unit with five carbon substituents attached to the phosphorus center. Compound 3 undergoes cyclodimerization by crystallization, affording the unsymmetrical dimer 6, which is converted back to 3 by heating in toluene. Compound 6 can be oxidized stepwise on the three trivalent phosphorus atoms by treatment with H(2)O(2) affording 7, 9, and the transient species 10, which are transformed into their corresponding ketenimine monomers either spontaneously (10) or by heating in toluene (7, 9). In this way, the compound (O[double bond]PPh(2))(PPh(2))C[double bond]C[double bond]NPh (8) is quantitatively obtained. Compound 8 readily reacts with the alkynes MeO(2)CC[triple bond]CCO(2)Me and MeO(2)CC[triple bond]CH, and with phenyl isocyanate and ethyl isothiocyanate through regiospecific [3+2] cycloaddition processes furnishing several lambda(5)-phosphole and lambda(5)-azaphosphole derivatives. Finally, the reaction of 8 with N-methylpropargylamine yields the new 2,3-dihydro-1,4-lambda(5)-azaphosphinine 15 through a cycloaddition process involving two functional groups from each molecule. 相似文献
