[3+2] Cycloaddition of azide groups of N,N′-bis(4-azidofurazan-3-yl)methylenediamine to 1,3-dicarbonyl compounds and malonodinitrile was shown to proceed regioselectively with the formation of the corresponding N,N′-bis[4-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)furazan-3-yl]methylenediamine derivatives. The reactions of N,N′-bis(4-azidofurazan-3-yl)methylenediamine with cyanoacetic acid ethyl ester and amide led to the formation of the product of transformation of the azide group in the starting compound to the amino groups.  相似文献

Reaction of 5-methyl-1-aryl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carbocylic acid chlorides with tryptamine derivatives afforded substituted 1-aryl-N-[2-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl]-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxamides. At heating these compounds in toluene in the presence of POCl3 and P2O5 Bischler-Napieralski cyclization occurs giving 1-(1-aryl-5-methyl-1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)-4,9-dihydro-3H-β-carbolines that can be transformed into β-carboline and tetrahydro-β-carboline derivatives.  相似文献

The title compound, N′-(4-methoxybenzylidene)-2-(1 H -1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)acetohydrazide, was synthesized and its structure was confirmed by means of IR, MS, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray diffraction. The preliminary biological test shows that the synthesized compound has a low antifungal activity.  相似文献

Methods were developed for the synthesis of complexes of CoII, NiII, and CuII nitrates and chlorides with N-(1-phenylethylidene)-N-(4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)amine (L1) and N′-(4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)benzamidine (L2). The CoII and NiII complexes have a linear trinuclear structure. The CuII complexes are polynuclear. Both ligands are coordinated to the metal ions in a bidentate-bridging mode through the N(1) and N(2) atoms of the heterocycle. In all compounds, the coordination polyhedron can be described as a distorted octahedron. The molecular and crystal structure of the [Ni3(L1)6(EtOH)2(H2O)4](NO3)6·2EtOH·4H2O complex was established.  相似文献

A series of eight N1-(β-D-ribofuranosyl)-C4-(coumarin-4′′-yl)-1,2,3-triazoles have been synthesized by Cu(I)-catalyzed click reaction of 1-azido-1-deoxy-2,3,5-tri-O-benzoyl-β-D-ribofuranose with differently substituted 4-ethynylcoumarins followed by debenzoylation of the resulted N1-(2′,3′,5′-tri-O-benzoyl-β-D-ribofuranosyl)-C4-(coumarin-4″-yl)-1,2,3-triazoles in 71 to 89% overall yields. The structures of all the synthesized compounds were established on the basis of their spectral data analysis that was further confirmed by X-ray data analysis of one of the model benzoylated compounds, i.e. N1-(2′,3′,5′-tri-O-benzoyl-β-D-ribofuranosyl)-C4-(7″-isopropoxycoumarin-4″-yl)-1,2,3-triazole.  相似文献

A novel 1,4,5-trisubstituted 1,2,3-triazole(C18H21N3O3) was synthesized by a one-pot three component reaction of 1-azidocyclohexane, 1-copper(I) phenylethyne and ethoxalyl chloride at room temperature. The molecular structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray analysis. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 12.8167(9), b = 8.0966(6), c = 16.7079(9) , β = 98.716(2)o, Z = 4 and V = 1713.8(2). In the crystal, the molecules are related by inversion and paired into dimers via C–H···O and C–O···C interactions involving(oxo) acetate groups. Furthermore, X-ray analysis results are compared with the optimized structure computed by using B3 LYP method with 6-311 G basis set. The calculated results showed that optimized geometry can well reproduce the crystal structure parameters. The bioassay results indicate that the compound has good antibacterial and antifungal activities.  相似文献

A simple synthetic approach to racemic N-tert-butyloxycarbonyl-2-methyl-3-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)alanine (5) in four steps and 68% overall yield starting from oxazoline derivative 1 is reported. In this paper new heterocyclic compounds 5-[(1,1-dimethyl)ethyl]-3-aryl-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)-5-isoxazolidinols were obtained by the reaction of vinyl triazole derivatives with hydrox-ylamine hydrochloride under the action of sodium carbonate.The biological tests indicate that they had plant-growth regulating activity.  相似文献

A novel series of Zn(II) complexes [LnZnCl2] (Ln = LA ? LF) based on N,N′,N-bis((1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)amine bidentate ligands, N,N-bis((1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)-3,5-dimethylaniline [LA], N,N-bis((1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)-2,6-dimethylaniline [LB], N,N-bis((1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)-2,6-diethylaniline [LC], N,N-bis((1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)-2,6-diisopropylaniline [LD], N,N-bis((1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)-4-bromoaniline [LE] and N,N-bis((1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)benzhydrylamine [LF], has been synthesized and characterized. X-ray structures of these Zn(II) complexes showed a distorted tetrahedral geometry. No interaction exists between the Namine and the Zn(II) center in the [LnZnCl2] (Ln = LA ? LF) complexes, resulting in formation of an eight-membered chelate ring. [LFZnCl2] exhibited the highest catalytic activity (3.95 × 104 g PMMA/mol·Zn·h) for the polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) in the presence of modified methylaluminoxane (MMAO) at 60 °C and yielded high molecular weight (Mw) (11.0 × 105 g/mol) of poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA). All the complexes resulted in syndiotactic enriched PMMA with high Tg (125–131 °C). The steric bulk of ligand architecture plays an influential role in controlling the catalytic activity and stereoregularity of the resultant PMMA. Further, alkyl derivatives [LnZnMe2] (Ln = LA ? LF) of synthesized Zn(II) complexes, generated in situ, showed moderate to high activities toward ring opening polymerization (ROP) of rac-lactide (rac-LA) and yielded heterotactic polylactide (PLA) with Pr up to 0.95 at ?50 °C. The activity and stereoselectivity toward ROP of rac-LA by these dimethyl Zn(II) complexes should be considered as a combined effect of steric hindrance and electronic density around the metal center.  相似文献

Mononuclear Co(II), Zn(II) and Cd(II) complexes derived from bidentate or tridentate N,N′,N-bis((1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)amines (Ln = LA, LB), where LA is N,N-bis((1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)-3-methoxypropan-1-amine and LB is 3-methoxy-N,N-bis((3,5-dimethyl-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)methyl)propan-1-amine, have been synthesized and characterized. The geometry at Co(II) and Cd(II) for [LACoCl2], [LBCoCl2] and [LBCdBr2] with N,N′,N-tridentate ligands (Ln = LA, LB) can be described as a distorted trigonal bipyramid achieved by coordinative interaction of Npyrazole, two halides and the nitrogen of amine moiety. However, the molecular structure of four-coordinate [LAZnCl2] can be best described as tetrahedral, resulting in an eight-membered chelate ring. [LACoCl2] polymerized methyl methacrylate in the presence of modified methylaluminoxane at 60 °C and resulted in poly(methylmethacrylate) (PMMA) with higher molecular weight and narrower polydispersity index compared to the other synthesized complexes. However, all the synthesized complexes yielded syndiospecific PMMA, characterized using 1H NMR spectroscopy, with ca. 0.70.  相似文献

A new complex[Zn(3,4-APT)2(H2 O)4]·8 H2 O(1,3,4-HAPT=4-(5-(pyridin-3-yl)-4 H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)benzoic acid)has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis,thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectrum analysis.Theoretical calculation based on density functional theory(DFT)is also employed to explicate frontier orbitals of 3,4-HAPT.X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis reveals that 1 belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=7.5123(3),b=8.6745(3),c=15.2074(6)?,α=78.469(1),β=87.387(1),γ=65.448(1)°,V=882.42(6)?,Z=1,Dc=1.528 g·cm–3,μ=0.780 mm–1,Mr=812.09,F(000)=424,the final R=0.0401 and wR=0.1136.Zn(II)ion is coordinated by two N atoms from two 3,4-HAPT as well as four O atoms from four coordinated water molecules,forming a 0D motif with distorted octahedral coordinated geometry.The adjacent 0 D units are linked into a 3 D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonding interaction.In addition,complex 1 exhibits better antifungal activity against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz than the ligand and metal salt by MIC,MBC tests and Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method which exhibit potential application in the antifungal fields.  相似文献
