In this study, we report the first phytochemical analysis of polar fraction of Pedicularis kerneri Dalla Torre growing in Dolomites, Italy. Several iridoid glucosides were isolated, namely aucubin (1), monomelittoside (2), plantarenaloside (3), euphroside (4), mussaenosidic acid (5) and 8-epiloganic acid (6), showing a composition in accordance with previous study on this genus. The studied samples, collected from Dolomites, presented a chemotype already recognised in species from North America, characterised by euphroside (4) and aucubin (1) as main components, but the main character was the presence of monomelittoside (2) never reported in this genus. The identification of verbascoside (7), leucosceptoside A (9) and echinacoside (10) complete the systematic framing of this species since is ascertained the co-occurrence of phenylethanoid glycosides with iridoids in Lamiales species.  相似文献

A new fatty acid ester (1) and seven known phenolic compounds, i.e. salfredin B11 (2), nigephenol C (3), nigephenol B (4), acetovanillion (5), p-hydroxybenzoic acid (6), p-hydroxy-acetophenone (7) and p-hydroxybenzaldehyde (8), were isolated from the seeds of Nigella sativa var. hispidula. Among them, compounds 5, 7 and 8 were isolated from Nigella for the first time. Their structures were elucidated with HR-ESI-MS, 1D and 2D NMR spectra. Evaluation of the isolated compounds on protein tyrosine phosphatase (PTP1B) assay indicated that although compounds 2–8 show no promising anti-PTP1B activities, compound 1 possess anti-PTP1B activity with an IC50 value of 7.38 ± 0.14 μM in vitro.  相似文献

The dichloromethane bark extract of Garcinia hombroniana yielded one new cycloartane triterpene; (22Z,24E)-3β-hydroxycycloart-14,22,24-trien-26-oic acid (1) together with five known compounds: garcihombronane G (2), garcihombronane J (3), 3β acetoxy-9α-hydroxy-17,14-friedolanostan-14,24-dien-26-oic acid (4), (22Z, 24E)-3β, 9α-dihydroxy-17,14-friedolanostan-14,22,24-trien-26-oic acid (5) and 3β, 23α-dihydroxy-17,14-friedolanostan-8,14,24-trien-26-oic acid (6). Their structures were established by the spectral techniques of NMR and ESI-MS. These compounds together with some previously isolated compounds; garcihombronane B (7), garcihombronane D (8) 2,3’,4,5’-tetrahydroxy-6-methoxybenzophenone (9), volkensiflavone (10), 4’’-O-methyll-volkensiflavone (11), volkensiflavone-7-O-glucopyranoside (12), volkensiflavone-7-O-rhamnopyranoside (13), Morelloflavone (14), 3’’-O-methyl-morelloflavone (15) and morelloflavone-7-O-glucopyranoside (16) were evaluated for cholinesterase enzymes inhibitory activities using acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase. In these activities, compounds 1–9 showed good dual inhibition on both the enzymes while compounds 10–16 did not reasonably contribute to both the cholinesterases inhibitory effects.  相似文献

Cichorium intybus L. (Asteraceae family) is a world-wide grown plant known as chicory. In traditional medicine, this plant is used as diuretic, anti-inflammatory, digestive, cardiotonic and liver tonic. Chromatographic purification of the supercritical fluid extract of aerial parts of C. intybus on silica gel column led to isolation of three compounds: new compound, 28β-hydroxytaraxasterol (I), and two known compounds usnic acid (II) and β-sitosterol (III). Purification of the ethanolic extract of aerial parts of this plant on silica gel column chromatography yielded four compounds: 1,3-dioleylglycerate (IV), sitoindoside II (V), 11β-13-dihydrolactucin (VI) and β-sitosterol-3-O-glucoside (VII). The structures of the isolated compounds were determined by their 1D, 2D NMR and MS spectral data. All the fractions and isolated compounds were tested for cannabinoid and opioid receptor binding, as well as antibacterial, antifungal and antimalarial activities. Compound I showed moderate activity (60.5% displacement) towards CB1 receptor.  相似文献

从中国南海的裸鳃目软体动物美丽拟皮片鳃(Dermatobranchus ornatus)中分离得到4个eunicellane型二萜: Ophirin (1), calicophirin B (2), 13-去乙酰氧基 calicophirin B (3)及3-去乙酰基-13-去乙酰氧基calicophirin B (4); 而由同时、同地采集到的柳珊瑚Muricella sp. 中则分离得到calicophirin B (2), 13-去乙酰氧基 calicophirin B (3), astrogorgin (5) 及类似物6. 这些化合物的结构经波谱学实验并与文献报道的数据相对照得以确定, 并首次对Ophirin (1) 的NMR数据进行了全归属. Ophirin (1) 的单晶X衍射实验不但进一步确证了化合物的结构, 而且使这一类化合物的立体结构表述得到修正. 本文是对Dermatobranchus属软体动物化学成分研究的首次报道; 研究提示, 美丽拟皮片鳃能通过选择适当的食物, 并将食物中有用的次生代谢产物转移、富集到身体的特定部位, 使之成为自身的化学防性物质. 美丽拟皮片鳃与Muricella 属柳珊瑚中共同出现的类似化合物支持二者间可能存在的捕食与被捕食的生态学关系.  相似文献

Three new compounds (13) and seven known compounds (410) have been isolated from the ethanolic extract of Viburnum macrocephalum f. keteleeri using bioactivity-guided fractionation and identified as methyl (2-α-L-rhamnopyranosyloxy)acetate (1), methyl (2R-3-α-L-rhamnopyranosyloxy)glycerate (2), methyl (3R-4-α-L-rhamnopyranosyloxy-3-hydroxy)butanoate (3), bridelionoside B (4), (6S,7E,9R)-roseoside (5), linarionoside A (6), 3,7,11-trimethyl-1,6-dodecadien-3,10,11-triol (7), (+)-8-hydroxylinalool (8), β-sitosterol (9) and daucosterol (10). The structures of 13, including absolute configurations, were determined by spectroscopic data (1H and 13C NMR, HSQC, HMBC and ORD) and chemical methods. In addition, compounds 1–8 were assayed for their insecticidal and antimicrobial activities. Compounds 7 and 8 exhibited moderately insecticidal effects against Mythimna separata with LD50 values of 180 and 230 μg g?1, respectively. Compounds 2, 3, 7 and 8 showed varying antimicrobial activities with IC50 values ranging from 125 to 529 μM.  相似文献

Three new sesquiterpenes: 4-acrylic-6-methyl-α-tetralone (1), ainsliaea acid A (2) and ainsliaea acid B (3), together with 8 known compounds (4-11) were isolated from the whole herb of Ainsliaea glabra and their structures were established by means of 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy and HR-ESIMS. Compounds 1–6 were tested for the inhibition of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) in the 293-NF-κB-luciferase reporter cell line induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS), and compound 2 was further tested for the production of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-1β (IL-1β), IL-6 and IL-10 in RAW264.7 macrophages induced by LPS. The isolated compound 2 exhibited significant anti-inflammatory activity.  相似文献

Abstract

Phytochemical composition of ethyl acetate fraction and total phenolic content, in vitro antioxidant, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial activities of petroleum ether, chloroform, ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions of the ethanol extract obtained from the subaerial parts of Scorzonera pygmaea Sibth. & Sm. (Asteraceae) were investigated. Nine compounds; scorzopygmaecoside (1), scorzonerol (2), cudrabibenzyl A (3), thunberginol C (4), scorzocreticoside I (5) and II (6), chlorogenic acid (7), chlorogenic acid methyl ester (8), 3,5-di-O-caffeoylquinic acid (9) were isolated and identified using spectroscopic methods. All substances were isolated for the first time from this species. Compounds 1 and 2 are new. The fractions showed high antioxidant capacity correlated with their phenolic content and no significant antimicrobial activity against tested bacteria and fungi. COX inhibition test was used to evaluate the anti-inflammatory activity and all the fractions showed low inhibition in comparison with indomethacin.  相似文献

A new sesquiterpenoid quinone, Acyl hibiscone B (1), together with five known compounds, (R)-lasiodiplodin (2), (R)-de-O-methyllasiodiplodin, (3) dibutyl phthalate (4), (R)-9-phenylnonan-2-ol (5) and hibiscone B (6), was obtained from the stem tuber of Abelmoschus sagittifolius. The structure of compound 1 was elucidated by analysing its 1H and 13C NMR, 1H–1H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY and HR-ESI-MS values. Compound 1 showed significant cytotoxicity against Hela and HepG-2 human cancer cell lines.  相似文献

Ptychopetalum olacoides is a folk medicinal plant for health care in market, especially in Brazil. Fourteen known compounds were isolated from P. olacoides and their chemical structures were elucidated by extensive spectroscopic data, including 1D NMR, 2D NMR, UV, IR and HR-ESI-MS. The 14 known compounds were identified as N-trans-feruloyl-3,5-dihydroxyindolin-2-one (1), magnoflorine (2), menisperine (3), 4-coumaroylserotonin (4), moschamine (5), luteolin (6), 4′-methoxyluteolin (7), 3-methoxyluteolin (8), 3, 7-dimethoxyluteolin (9), caffeic acid (10), ferulic acid (11), vanillic acid (12), syringic acid (13) and ginsenoside Re (14). To our knowledge, compounds (16, 1314) were isolated from the plant for the first time. Additionally, quantitative analysis results indicated that calibration equations of compounds (13, 6, 9, 1113) exhibited good linear regressions within the test ranges (R2 ≥ 0.9990) and magnoflorine and menisperine were the major constituents in the barks of P. olacoides. The contents of magnoflorine and menisperine accounted for 75.96% of all analytes. However, the content of phenolic components was smaller and the highest content was no more than 1.04 mg/g. Collectively, these results suggested that alkaloids are the dominant substances in P. olacoides, which can make a difference for the quality control and further use of P. olacoides.  相似文献

Alkaloids from the marine sponge Zyzzya fuliginosa damirones A (1) and B (2); makaluvamines H (3), C (4), G (5), and L (6); and zyzzyanones A (8) and B (9) were investigated for the ability to protect egg-cell membranes of the sea urchin Strongylocentrotus nudus from UV-radiation. Damirones, zyzzyanones, and tricyclic makaluvamines C (4) and H (3) exhibited the greatest membrane-protective activity. One new tigliane-type diterpene, 4-deoxy-4(β)H-8-hydroperoxyphorbol-12-benzoate-13-isobutyrate (1), together with two known diterpenoids, 3-acetyl-5,8-dibenzoyl-14α-propanoyl-13,17-epoxy-7-myrsinaone diterpene with C9–C10 cyclised to form an additional lactone ring (2), Euphodendriane A (3) have been isolated from the whole plants of Euphorbia dracunculoides Lam. Their structures were elucidated by means of extensive spectroscopic analysis (NMR and HR-ESI-MS) and comparison with data reported in the literature. This is the first isolation of 8-hydroperoxy tigliane diterpene (1) from the genus of Euphorbia. All compounds were evaluated for their antifungal activities.  相似文献

Five 2-(1H-benzimidazol-2-yl)-phenol derivatives including 1H (HL1), 5-chloro-(HL2), 5-methyl-(HL3), 5,6-dichloro-(HL4), and 5,6-dimethyl-(HL5) were synthesized by the reaction of their corresponding benzene-1,2-diamine precursors and 2-hydroxybenzaldehyde which subsequently was employed in complexation with Fe(II) to prepare complexes C1C5, respectively. Indeed, in all complexes, the ligands were coordinated as bidentate, via the C=N nitrogen and hydroxy oxygen atom of benzimidazole moiety and phenol ring, respectively. The compounds were characterized by FTIR, UV–vis, 1H- and 13C-NMR spectropscopy, ICP, and elemental analysis (C, H, and N). The purity of these compounds was determined by melting point (m.p )and TLC. The synthesized ligands and complexes were geometrically optimized by Gaussian09 software at B3LYP/TZVP level of theory and satisfactory theoretical–experimental agreement was achieved for analysis of IR data of the compounds. Catalytic behavior of the iron(II) complexes was investigated for ethylene reactivity. On activation with diethylaluminum chloride (Et2AlCl), iron(II) complex (C4) showed the highest activity (1686 kg oligomers.mol?1(Fe).h?1) for ethylene oligomerization when it contains chlorine substituents and exhibits good selectivity for linear 1-butene. The steric and electronic effects of ligands were investigated in detail on the influence of their catalytic activities.  相似文献

Three new halogenated tricyclic sesquiterpenes, omphalaurediol (1), rhodolaurenones B (2) and C (3) were isolated together with nine known haloganated sesquiterpenes such as rhodolaurenone A (4), rhodolaureol (5), isorhodolaureol (6), (?)-laurencenone D (7), elatol (8), (+)-deschloroelatol (9), cartilagineol (10), (+)-laurencenone B (11) and 2-chloro-3-hydroxy-α-chamigren-9-one (12) from a population of Bornean red algae Laurencia majuscula. The structures of three new metabolites were determined based on their spectroscopic data (IR, 1D and 2D NMR, and MS). These compounds showed antibacterial activity against three human pathogenic bacteria (Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi and Vibrio cholera).  相似文献

In continual study on the heartwood of Rhamnus nakaharai, a new alaternin-8-O-glucoside, namely 1,2,6,8-tetrahydroxy-3-methylanthraquinone-8-O-β-glucopyranoside (1), together with some known compounds were further isolated and characterised by 1-D, 2-D NMR and other spectral evidences. The free radical scavenging and antityrosinase activities of the isolates, including alaternin (1a), emodin (2a), emodin-8-O-β-glucopyranoside (2), 6-methoxysorigenin-8-O-β-glucopyranoside (3) and 6-methoxysorigenin (3a) were tested. Alaternin (1a) exhibited to be mild DPPH radical scavenger with half as potent as vitamin C, while both alaternin (1a) and emodin-8-O-β-glucopyranoside (2) exhibited stronger SOD-like activity than that of BHA. 6-Methoxysorigenin (3a), a reported potential antioxidant, and its 8-O-glucoside (3) both performed significant inhibitory effect on mushroom tyrosinase with about twice as potent as kojic acid, the positive control.  相似文献

A new lactam alkaloid named oleraciamide D (1), indentified as (5R)-4-(3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenyl)-5-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-5,6-dihydropyridin-2(1H)-one, together with five known compounds, indole-3-aldehyde (2), portulacatone (3), N-trans-feruloyloctopamine (4), N-trans-feruloyl-3′-O-methyldopamine (5) and N-trans-feruloyltyramine (6) were isolated from Potulaca oleracea L. Among them, indole-3-aldehyde (2) was isolated from the medicine for the first time. The structure of the new alkaloid was elucidated via UHPLC-ESI-Q-TOF/MS, 1D NMR and 2D NMR. The five known compounds were established by comparing the 1H-NMR and 13C NMR with the reported literature. Oleraciamide D (1) showed cytotoxicity against SH-SY5Y cells when concentration at 50 uM by CCK-8 method.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigations on the EtOH extract of Clematis viticella led to the isolation of six flavonoid glycosides, isoorientin (1), isoorientin 3′-O-methyl ether (2), quercetin 7-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (3), quercetin 3,7-di-O-α-L-rhamnopyranoside (4), manghaslin (5) and chrysoeriol 7-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (6), one phenylethanol derivative, hydroxytyrosol (7), along with three phenolic acids, caffeic acid (8), (E)-p-coumaric acid (9) and p-hydroxybenzoic acid (10). The structures of the isolates were elucidated on the basis of NMR and HR-MS data. All compounds were isolated from C. viticella for the first time. Compounds 7 and 8 showed significant anti-inflammatory activity at 100 μM by reducing the release of NO in LPS-stimulated macrophages comparable to positive control indomethacin. Compounds 3 and 7 exhibited anti-inflammatory activity through lowering the levels of TNF-α while 1, 3 and 5 decreased the levels of neopterin better than the positive controls.  相似文献

A new dicoumarol, 3,3′-methylenebis(4,6-dihydroxycoumarin) (1), along with the known metabolites, β-sitosteryl stearate (2), n-tetracosanoic acid (3), friedelin (4), friedel-1-en-3-one (5), β-sitosterol (6), 29-norcycloartanol (7), oleanolic acid (8), 3-O-acetyloleanolic acid (9), 6-methoxy-7,8-methylenedioxy coumarin (10), and methyl-3-acetyloleanolate (11), were isolated from the roots of Guazuma tomentosa. Three new analogues of the arylethyl (= phenylethanoid) glycoside echinacoside ( 5 ), namely cistantubulosides A ( 1 ), B1/B2 ( 2a / 2b ), and C1/C2 ( 3a / 3b ), and one new oligosaccharide, cistantubulose A1/A2 ( 4a / 4b ), were isolated from the stems of Cistanche tubulosa (Schenk ) R. Wight , together with five known compounds, i.e., campneoside I, campneoside II ( 6 ), echinacoside ( 5 ), tubuloside, and cistanoside F. Among the compounds isolated, 2a / 2b, 3a / 3b, 4a / 4b , campneoside I, campneoside II ( 6 ), and cistanoside F each consisted of a pair of epimers. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of spectral data.  相似文献
