α‐Halogenoacetanilides (X=F, Cl, Br) were examined as H‐bonding organocatalysts designed for the double activation of C?O bonds through NH and CH donor groups. Depending on the halide substituents, the double H‐bond involved a nonconventional C?H???O interaction with either a H?CXn (n=1–2, X=Cl, Br) or a H?CAr bond (X=F), as shown in the solid‐state crystal structures and by molecular modeling. In addition, the catalytic properties of α‐halogenoacetanilides were evaluated in the ring‐opening polymerization of lactide, in the presence of a tertiary amine as cocatalyst. The α‐dichloro‐ and α‐dibromoacetanilides containing electron‐deficient aromatic groups afforded the most attractive double H‐bonding properties towards C?O bonds, with a N?H???O???H?CX2 interaction.  相似文献

The europium complex [EuCl2(bpy)2(H2O)2]Cl?1.25 C2H6O?0.37 H2O, where bpy is 2,2′‐bipyridine, was synthesized and investigated with the aim to relate its molecular geometry and crystal packing to the efficiency of energy‐transfer processes. The presence of H‐bonds between noncoordinated Cl? ions and coordinated H2O molecules leads to the formation of discrete trimers assembled by a number of C? H???Cl and stacking interactions into ‘supramolecular balls’ which contain Cl? ions and solvate molecules (H2O and EtOH). The additional stabilization of the complex is due to intramolecular N???C interactions between two bpy ligands that causes some shortening of the Eu? N bonds. Deciphering the luminescence properties of the Eu complex was performed under consideration of both the composition of the inner coordination sphere and the peculiarities of the crystal packing. The influence of the latter and the bpy orientation on the energy of the ligand→Eu charge‐transfer state (LMCT) was established, and an additional excited state induced by the π‐stacking interaction (SICT) was identified.  相似文献

The MP2 ab initio quantum chemistry methods were utilized to study the halogen‐bond and pnicogen‐bond system formed between PH2X (X = Br, CH3, OH, CN, NO2, CF3) and BrY (Y = Br, Cl, F). Calculated results show that all substituent can form halogen‐bond complexes while part substituent can form pnicogen‐bond complexes. Traditional, chlorine‐shared and ion‐pair halogen‐bonds complexes have been found with the different substituent X and Y. The halogen‐bonds are stronger than the related pnicogen‐bonds. For halogen‐bonds, strongly electronegative substituents which are connected to the Lewis acid can strengthen the bonds and significantly influenced the structures and properties of the compounds. In contrast, the substituents which connected to the Lewis bases can produce opposite effects. The interaction energies of halogen‐bonds are 2.56 to 32.06 kcal·mol?1; The strongest halogen‐bond was found in the complex of PH2OH???BrF. The interaction energies of pnicogen‐bonds are in the range 1.20 to 2.28 kcal·mol?1; the strongest pnicogen‐bond was found in PH2Br???Br2 complex. The charge transfer of lp(P) ? σ*(Br? Y), lp(F) ? σ*(Br? P), and lp(Br) ? σ*(X? P) play important roles in the formation of the halogen‐bonds and pnicogen‐bonds, which lead to polarization of the monomers. The polarization caused by the halogen‐bond is more obvious than that by the pnicogen‐bond, resulting in that some halogen‐bonds having little covalent character. The symmetry adapted perturbation theory (SAPT) energy decomposition analysis showes that the halogen‐bond and pnicogen‐bond interactions are predominantly electrostatic and dispersion, respectively.  相似文献

The molecules of (2RS,4SR)‐2‐exo‐(5‐bromo‐2‐thienyl)‐7‐chloro‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐1,4‐epoxy‐1‐benzazepine, C14H11BrClNOS, (I), are linked into cyclic centrosymmetric dimers by C—H...π(thienyl) hydrogen bonds. Each such dimer makes rather short Br...Br contacts with two other dimers. In (2RS,4SR)‐2‐exo‐(5‐methyl‐2‐thienyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐1,4‐epoxy‐1‐benzazepine, C15H15NOS, (II), a combination of C—H...O and C—H...π(thienyl) hydrogen bonds links the molecules into chains of rings. A more complex chain of rings is formed in (2RS,4SR)‐7‐chloro‐2‐exo‐(5‐methyl‐2‐thienyl)‐2,3,4,5‐tetrahydro‐1H‐1,4‐epoxy‐1‐benzazepine, C15H14ClNOS, (III), built from a combination of two independent C—H...O hydrogen bonds, one C—H...π(arene) hydrogen bond and one C—H...π(thienyl) hydrogen bond.  相似文献

Reactions of Pentafulvene Complexes of Titanium with Nitriles and iso‐Nitriles — Synthesis and Isomerizations of σ, π‐Chelat Complexes with Cp∼N‐Ligands The reactions of fulvene complexes Cp*Ti{η6—C5H4=C(R)(R')}Cl (R = H, R' = tBu ( 1 ); R = Me, R' = iPr ( 4 )) with nitriles and iso‐nitriles, leading to σ, π‐chelat complexes with Cp∼N‐ligands, have been examined and the formed products characterized. Whereas in the reactions of 1 and 4 , respectively, with nitriles a 1, 2‐mono‐insertion of the CN‐group in the Ti—C(R)(R') (Fv) bond is observed, the reaction with iso‐nitrils leads to the insertion of two molecules iso‐nitrile. The nitrile insertion product of 1 is characterized by an imine‐enamine tautomerization. Whereas the primary built meta stable imine species ( 3 ) was only identified by NMR measurements in solution, the enamine tautomer ( 2 ) crystallized from n‐hexane, so that the crystal structure could be determined. The primary formed iminoacyl complex ( 7 ) rearranges due to the electrophilicity of the titanium centre and builds a Ti—N bond with significant N(pπ) → Ti(dπ) bonding character.  相似文献

A microcrystalline carboxyl‐functionalized imidazolium chloride, namely 1‐carboxymethyl‐3‐ethylimidazolium chloride, C7H11N2O2+·Cl, has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform IR spectroscopy (ATR‐FT‐IR), single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, thermal analysis (TGA/DSC), and photoluminescence spectroscopy. In the crystal structure, cations and anions are linked by C—H…Cl and C—H…O hydrogen bonds to create a helix along the [010] direction. Adjacent helical chains are further interconnected through O—H…Cl and C—H…O hydrogen bonds to form a (10) layer. Finally, neighboring layers are joined together via C—H…Cl contacts to generate a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. Thermal analyses reveal that the compound melts at 449.7 K and is stable up to 560.0 K under a dynamic air atmosphere. Photoluminescence measurements show that the compound exhibits a blue fluorescence and a green phosphorescence associated with spin‐allowed (1π←1π*) and spin‐forbidden (1π←3π*) transitions, respectively. The average luminescence lifetime was determined to be 1.40 ns for the short‐lived (1π←1π*) transition and 105 ms for the long‐lived (1π←3π*) transition.  相似文献

Earlier studies with 2‐bromocyclohexanone demonstrated a measurable long‐range coupling constant (4JH2,H6) for the equatorial conformer, although 4JH2,H4 and 4JH4,H6 were not observed; as a consequence, it is inferred that the carbonyl group plays an important role particularly due to hyperconjugative interactions σC2H2→π*C═O and σC6H6→π*C═O. In the present study, NBO analysis and coupling constant calculations were performed to cyclohexanone and cyclohexanethione alpha substituted with F, Cl, and Br, aiming to evaluate the halogen effect and acceptor character of the π* orbital on the long‐range coupling pathway. The σC2H2→π*C1═Y and σC6H6→π*C1═Y (Y═O and S) hyperconjugative interactions for the equatorial conformer indeed contribute for the 4JH2,H6 transmission mechanism. Surprisingly, the 4JH2,H6 value is higher for the carbonyl compounds, although the interactions σC2H2→π*C═Y and σC6H6→π*C═Y are more efficient for the thiocarbonyl compounds. Accordingly, the Fermi contact (FC) contribution for the thiocarbonyl compounds decays deeper than in ketones, thus reducing more the 4JH2,H6 values. Moreover, both πC═S→σ*C─X and πC═S→σ*C─H interactions seem to be stronger in thiocarbonyl than in carbonylic compounds. The implicit solvent effect (DMSO and water) on the coupling constant values was negligible when compared with the gas phase. On the other hand, an explicit solvent effect was found and 4JH2,H6 for the thiocarbonyl compounds appeared to be more sensitive than for the cyclohexanones.  相似文献

The 2,8‐dihydroxy‐1,3,7,9‐tetramethyl‐6,12‐dihydrodipyrido[1,2‐a:1′,2′‐d]pyrazinediylium dication possesses 2/m symmetry and lies in the mirror plane together with a chloride anion and the water O atom. The dication also lies on an inversion centre, i.e. C16H20N2O22+·2Cl?·2H2O. Due to these symmetry constrictions the dication adopts an unexpected planar conformation. Molecules are linked by O—H?O and O—H?Cl hydrogen bonds to form chains, which are cross‐connected by C—H?Cl attractive interactions forming a complex three‐dimensional hydrogen‐bond network.  相似文献

The title compound, [4′‐(4‐bromophenyl)‐2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine]chlorido(trifluoromethanesulfonato)copper(II), [Cu(CF3O3S)Cl(C21H14BrN3)], is a new copper complex containing a polypyridyl‐based ligand. The CuII centre is five‐coordinated in a square‐pyramidal manner by one substituted 2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridine ligand, one chloride ligand and a coordinated trifluoromethanesulfonate anion. The Cu—N bond lengths differ by 0.1 Å for the peripheral and central pyridine rings [2.032 (2) (mean) and 1.9345 (15) Å, respectively]. The presence of the trifluoromethanesulfonate anion coordinated to the metal centre allows Br...F halogen–halogen interactions, giving rise to the formation of a dimer about an inversion centre. This work also demonstrates that the rigidity of the ligand allows the formation of other types of nonclassical interactions (C—H...Cl and C—H...O), yielding a three‐dimensional network.  相似文献

In the title compound, C29H30N6O, the naphthyridine moiety is planar with a dihedral angle between the fused rings of 1.9 (1)°. The phenol ring is nearly coplanar, while the diethylaminophenyl substituent is orthogonal to the central naphthyridine ring and the pyrrolidine ring makes an angle of 11.2 (1)° with it. The O atom of the hydroxy substituent is coplanar with the phenyl ring to which it is attached. The molecular structure is stabilized by a C—H?N‐type intramolecular hydrogen bond and the packing is stabilized by intermolecular C—H?π, O—H?N and N—H?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The complexes [Pt(tBu3tpy){C?C(C6H4C?C)n?1R}]+ (n=1: R=alkyl and aryl (Ar); n=1–3: R=phenyl (Ph) or Ph‐N(CH3)2‐4; n=1 and 2, R=Ph‐NH2‐4; tBu3tpy=4,4’,4’’‐tri‐tert‐butyl‐2,2’:6’,2’’‐terpyridine) and [Pt(Cl3tpy)(C?CR)]+ (R=tert‐butyl (tBu), Ph, 9,9’‐dibutylfluorene, 9,9’‐dibutyl‐7‐dimethyl‐amine‐fluorene; Cl3tpy=4,4’,4’’‐trichloro‐2,2’:6’,2’’‐terpyridine) were prepared. The effects of substituent(s) on the terpyridine (tpy) and acetylide ligands and chain length of arylacetylide ligands on the absorption and emission spectra were examined. Resonance Raman (RR) spectra of [Pt(tBu3tpy)(C?CR)]+ (R=n‐butyl, Ph, and C6H4‐OCH3‐4) obtained in acetonitrile at 298 K reveal that the structural distortion of the C?C bond in the electronic excited state obtained by 502.9 nm excitation is substantially larger than that obtained by 416 nm excitation. Density functional theory (DFT) and time‐dependent DFT (TDDFT) calculations on [Pt(H3tpy)(C?CR)]+ (R= n‐propyl (nPr), 2‐pyridyl (Py)), [Pt(H3tpy){C?C(C6H4C?C)n?1Ph}]+ (n=1–3), and [Pt(H3tpy){C?C(C6H4C?C)n?1C6H4‐N(CH3)2‐4}]+/+H+ (n=1–3; H3tpy=nonsubstituted terpyridine) at two different conformations were performed, namely, with the phenyl rings of the arylacetylide ligands coplanar (“cop”) with and perpendicular (“per”) to the H3tpy ligand. Combining the experimental data and calculated results, the two lowest energy absorption peak maxima, λ1 and λ2, of [Pt(Y3tpy)(C?CR)]+ (Y=tBu or Cl, R=aryl) are attributed to 1[π(C?CR)→π*(Y3tpy)] in the “cop” conformation and mixed 1[dπ(Pt)→π*(Y3tpy)]/1[π(C?CR)→π*(Y3tpy)] transitions in the “per” conformation. The lowest energy absorption peak λ1 for [Pt(tBu3tpy){C?C(C6H4C?C)n?1C6H4‐H‐4}]+ (n=1–3) shows a redshift with increasing chain length. However, for [Pt(tBu3tpy){C?C(C6H4C?C)n?1C6H4‐N(CH3)2‐4}]+ (n=1–3), λ1 shows a blueshift with increasing chain length n, but shows a redshift after the addition of acid. The emissions of [Pt(Y3tpy)(C?CR)]+ (Y=tBu or Cl) at 524–642 nm measured in dichloromethane at 298 K are assigned to the 3[π(C?CAr)→π*(Y3tpy)] excited states and mixed 3[dπ(Pt)→π*(Y3tpy)]/3[π(C?C)→π*(Y3tpy)] excited states for R=aryl and alkyl groups, respectively. [Pt(tBu3tpy){C?C(C6H4C?C)n?1C6H4‐N(CH3)2‐4}]+ (n=1 and 2) are nonemissive, and this is attributed to the small energy gap between the singlet ground state (S0) and the lowest triplet excited state (T1).  相似文献

The title compounds, 2‐(4‐bromophenyl)‐1,2‐dihydropyrimido[1,2‐a]benzimidazol‐4‐(3H)‐one, C16H12BrN3O, (IVa), and 4‐(4‐methylphenyl)‐3,4‐dihydropyrimido[1,2‐a]benzimidazol‐2‐(1H)‐one, C17H15N3O, (Vb), both form R(8) centrosymmetric dimers via N—H?N hydrogen bonds. The N?N distance is 2.943 (3) Å for (IVa) and 2.8481 (16) Å for (Vb), with the corresponding N—H?N angles being 129 and 167°, respectively. However, in other respects, the supramolecular structures of the two compounds differ. Both compounds contain different C—H?π interactions, in which the C—H?π(centroid) distances are 2.59 and 2.47 Å for (IVa) and (Vb), respectively (the latter being a short distance), with C—H?π(centroid) angles of 158 and 159°, respectively. The supramolecular structures also differ, with a short Br?O distance of 3.117 (2) Å in bromo derivative (IVa), and a C—H?O interaction with a C?O distance of 3.2561 (19) Å and a C—H?O angle of 127° in tolyl system (Vb). The dihydropyrimido part of (Vb) is disordered, with a ratio of the major and minor components of 0.9:0.1. The disorder consists of two non‐interchangeable envelope conformers, each with an equatorial tolyl group and an axial methine H atom.  相似文献

The phenylimidorhenium(V) complexes [Re(NPh)X3(PPh3)2] (X = Cl, Br) react with the N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) 1,3‐diethyl‐4,5‐dimethylimidazole‐2‐ylidene (LEt) under formation of the stable rhenium(V) complex cations [Re(NPh)X(LEt)4]2+ (X = Cl, Br), which can be isolated as their chloride or [PF6]? salts. The compounds are remarkably stable against air, moisture and ligand exchange. The hydroxo species [Re(NPh)(OH)(LEt)4]2+ is formed when moist solvents are used during the synthesis. The rhenium atoms in all three complexes are coordinated in a distorted octahedral fashion with the four NHC ligands in equatorial planes of the molecules. The Re–C(carbene) bond lengths between 2.171(8) and 2.221(3) Å indicate mainly σ‐bonding between the NHC ligand and the electron deficient d2 metal atoms. Attempts to prepare analogous phenylimido complexes from [Re(NPh)Cl3(PPh3)2] and 1,3‐diisopropyl‐4,5‐dimethylimidazole‐2‐ylidene (Li?Pr) led to a cleavage of the rhenium‐nitrogen multiple bond and the formation of the dioxo complex [ReO2(Li?Pr)4]+.  相似文献

In 2‐iodo‐N‐(3‐nitrobenzyl)aniline, C13H11IN2O2, the molecules are linked into a three‐dimensional structure by a combination of C—H?O hydrogen bonds, iodo–nitro interactions and aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions, but N—H?O and C—H?π(arene) hydrogen bonds are absent. In the isomeric 3‐iodo‐N‐(3‐nitrobenzyl)aniline, a two‐dimensional array is generated by a combination of N—H?O, C—H?O and C—H?π(arene) hydrogen bonds, but iodo–nitro interactions and aromatic π–π‐stacking interactions are both absent.  相似文献

The time‐dependent density functional theory (TDDFT) method has been carried out to investigate the excited‐state hydrogen‐bonding dynamics of 4‐aminophthalimide (4AP) in hydrogen‐donating water solvent. The infrared spectra of the hydrogen‐bonded solute?solvent complexes in electronically excited state have been calculated using the TDDFT method. We have demonstrated that the intermolecular hydrogen bond C? O···H? O and N? H···O? H in the hydrogen‐bonded 4AP?(H2O)2 trimer are significantly strengthened in the electronically excited state by theoretically monitoring the changes of the bond lengths of hydrogen bonds and hydrogen‐bonding groups in different electronic states. The hydrogen bonds strengthening in the electronically excited state are confirmed because the calculated stretching vibrational modes of the hydrogen bonding C?O, amino N? H, and H? O groups are markedly red‐shifted upon photoexcitation. The calculated results are consistent with the mechanism of the hydrogen bond strengthening in the electronically excited state, while contrast with mechanism of hydrogen bond cleavage. Furthermore, we believe that the transient hydrogen bond strengthening behavior in electroniclly excited state of chromophores in hydrogen‐donating solvents exists in many other systems in solution. © 2010 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. The title compound, C6H9N2O2+·Cl·C6H8N2O2·H2O, contains one 2‐(3‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐3‐ium‐1‐yl)acetate inner salt molecule, one 1‐carboxymethyl‐3‐methyl‐1H‐imidazol‐3‐ium cation, one chloride ion and one water molecule. In the extended structure, chloride anions and water molecules are linked via O—H...Cl hydrogen bonds, forming an infinite one‐dimensional chain. The chloride anions are also linked by two weak C—H...Cl interactions to neighbouring methylene groups and imidazole rings. Two imidazolium moieties form a homoconjugated cation through a strong and asymmetric O—H...O hydrogen bond of 2.472 (2) Å. The IR spectrum shows a continuous D‐type absorption in the region below 1300 cm−1 and is different to that of 1‐carboxymethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium chloride [Xuan, Wang & Xue (2012). Spectrochim. Acta Part A, 96 , 436–443].  相似文献

The title compounds, C12H13NO4, are derived from l ‐threonine and dl ‐threonine, respectively. Hydrogen bonding in the chiral derivative, (2S/3R)‐3‐hydroxy‐2‐(1‐oxoisoindolin‐2‐yl)butanoic acid, consists of O—Hacid?Oalkyl—H?O=Cindole chains [O?O 2.659 (3) and 2.718 (3) Å], Csp3—H?O and three C—H?πarene interactions. In the (2R,3S/2S,3R) racemate, conventional carboxylic acid hydrogen bonding as cyclical (O—H?O=C)2 [graph set R22(8)] is present, with Oalkyl—H?O=Cindole, Csp3—H?O and C—H?πarene interactions. The COOH group geometry differs between the two forms, with C—O, C=O, C—C—O and C—C=O bond lengths and angles of 1.322 (3) and 1.193 (3) Å, and 109.7 (2) and 125.4 (3)°, respectively, in the chiral structure, and 1.2961 (17) and 1.2210 (18) Å, and 113.29 (12) and 122.63 (13)°, respectively, in the racemate structure. The O—C=O angles of 124.9 (3) and 124.05 (14)° are similar. The differences arise from the contrasting COOH hydrogen‐bonding environments in the two structures.  相似文献

In the crystal structure of the title salt, C7H7Cl2N2O2+·Cl, the chloride anions participate in extensive hydrogen bonding with the aminium cations and indirectly link the molecules through multiple N+—H⋯Cl salt bridges. There are two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit, related by a pseudo‐inversion center. The direct intermolecular coupling is established by C—H⋯O, C—H⋯Cl and C—Cl⋯Cl interactions. A rare three‐center (donor bifurcated) C—H⋯(O,O) hydrogen bond is observed between the methylene and nitro groups, with a side‐on intramolecular component of closed‐ring type and a head‐on intermolecular component.  相似文献
