农村化学教师科学观念教学行为发展的个案研究

通过个案研究的方法对一名农村化学教师的科学观念教学行为发展过程进行研究。实践研究以短期培训为基本方式,所建设的培训课程包括以科学认识的基本任务,科学本质观、化学基本观念等为基本研讨专题,以基于科学观念的“分子”、“原子”、“原子结构”教学设计体验、范例认同研讨以及“化学键”教学设计实践活动等为基本内容。所得结论是：（1）短期专题课程培训是农村教师专业化发展的一种必要形式;（2）以科学观念及其价值研讨为先导,进行体验设计-范例认同研讨、教学设计研讨、实践和反思,可以较为有效地转变教师的教学行为。     

化学教学内容的学科理解研究——以“醛的结构与性质探究”为例

为在教学中切实落实化学学科核心素养,本研究从“学科”角度切入,针对教学内容探究教师如何进行学科理解。以乙醛课题为载体通过扎根理论分析专家团队基于学科理解的教学内容研讨过程,发现学科理解的对象主要是化学概念,在不同层级的概念理解中融汇化学学科思想方法。以核心概念羰基的理解过程为例,经历以下4个步骤:(1)比较烃类,确定乙醛的特殊性在于羰基;(2)基于乙醛特质挖掘本原性问题:如何基于结构认识羰基的性质;(3)运用比较分类逻辑方法抽提羰基的认识视角:极性多重键;(4)利用原子的杂化方式、电负性认识羰基结构特征,宏微结合发展认识思路。

论化学教师的课程知识及其发展

课程知识是教师PCK的一个重要构成要素。化学教师的课程知识按照其功能可以分为理解性的化学课程知识、实施性的化学课程知识、评价性的化学课程知识。化学教师的课程知识具有层次性、年段性、时段性、区域性和发展性。理解性实践是教师课程知识发展的根本途径。化学教师发展课程知识的基本策略是:理解化学科学;理解化学课程结构;理解化学教科书结构;把握具体内容的深广度;关注学生的学习;对具体内容的教学分析。     

化学学科核心素养导向的教学实践改革思考*——基于2019版AP化学课程标准的分析

《普通高中化学课程标准(2017年版)》的颁布,开启了我国化学学科核心素养导向的教学实践的新时代。美国高中阶段实施的2019版AP化学课程凸显科学实践的课程目标,以4个化学大概念为依据选择、组织课程内容,倡导教、学、评一体化的教学策略,开展以学生为中心的引导性探究实验,设计多样化的评价任务。对比我国现行化学教学实践中缺少大规模教、学、评一体化平台,科学解释和论证能力目标外显不足,教师难以建立化学知识与学科观念素养间联系的现状,提出聚焦课程目标建设过程性评价体系,深度挖掘教学内容背后的科学解释和科学论证能力要求,深入理解知识承载的认识功能和价值等思考。     

基于课程标准的化学学习表现性目标设计:理论基础、设计框架与案例解析

“教、学、评”一体化是确保化学学科核心素养课程顺利实施的重要举措。如何基于课程标准进行“教、学、评”一体化目标设计是当前化学教育理论与实践研究所共同关注的课题。引进国际科学教育领域中学习表现性目标理念,基于整合式化学学科核心素养视角,采用结构中心设计原则和证据中心设计原则作为设计方法论,构建了基于课程标准的化学学习表现性目标设计框架。并以“2.2 氧化还原反应”专题为例,阐述该专题下化学学习表现性目标的设计过程以及基于该目标的“教、学、评”一体化的活动设计,以期对基于化学学科核心素养的课堂教学与评价研究和实践提供新视角和思路。

发展学生化学学科核心素养离不开化学实验

化学实验是化学教学的重要组成部分,不仅具有教育教学功能,而且具有发展学生化学学科核心素养的功能。从认识层面、实践层面和价值追求层面来看,化学实验在发展学生科学本质观、科学实践观和科学价值观方面均发挥着不可替代的功能。教师可以利用化学实验史实呈现真实的科学发现过程,发展学生的科学本质观;可以通过引导学生对化学实验现象的观察和基于实验事实证据的推理发展学生“宏观辨识与微观探析”“证据推理和模型认知”素养;可以通过开展化学实验探究,引导学生拓宽认识视角和认识思路,发展学生“科学探究与创新意识”素养;可以通过化学实验评价发展学生的“科学态度和社会责任”素养。     

化学教师的TPACK结构及建构策略

随着教师职业的不断发展,教师进行有效教学的核心就是发展他们的TPACK,化学教师的TPACK主要包括:扎实科学的化学学科知识、信息技术与化学教学整合目的的统领性观念、信息技术与化学教学整合的课程资源和课程组织知识、关于信息技术与化学教学整合的学生理解和学生误解知识、信息技术与化学教学整合的教学策略和教学表征知识。化学教师TPACK建构的基本策略有:形成TPACK的教学意识、观摩培训、亲自参与教学、提升整合转化能力、多渠道多种方式丰富TPACK资源。     

以培养卓越化学教师为目标的职前教师教育课程设置研究

以"卓越教师培养计划"的实施为背景,从顺应科学教育范式转变和促进化学教师专业发展2方面分析了化学教师教育的现状,提出了以培养"卓越化学教师"为目标的职前教师教育课程设置问题。着重论述了化学教师的化学科学素养、化学教育实践能力的培养。指出要从关注条块分割的知识体系培养转变为关注教育者的全面发展培养,并从化学学科知识体系、科学与技术哲学、化学教师教育实践等方面进行课程优化,促进职前卓越化学教师既懂化学科学,又懂化学教育,还懂化学教育研究。     

利用手持技术改进测定乙醇分子结构实验

利用压强传感器代替排水集气法,改进测定乙醇分子结构实验的仪器装置,并探索最佳反应条件。另外,设计两个空白实验,结合压强变化曲线对实验误差进行相关讨论。     

Neutral diterpenoids of oleoresins of five species of conifers of Transcarpathia

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. The results obtained are necessary for the chemotaxonomy of conifers of the family Pinceae.Novosibirsk Institute of Organic Chemistry, Siberian Branch, Academy of Sciences of the USSR. Dichroism of absorption and polarization of phosphorescence of molecules of the closed form of nitrobenzospirothiopyran

The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom. Influence of viscosity of medium on processes of oxygen quenching of excited states of mesoporphyrin

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles. The long-range character of these processes is due to the relatively weak dependence of the quenching probability on distance.Translated from Teoreticheskaya i Éksperimental'naya Khimiya, Vol. 25, No. 2, pp. 161–167, March–April, 1989.     

Determination of heats of detonation and influence of components of composite explosives on heats of detonation of high explosives

The heats of detonation of 20 simple high explosives and explosive mixtures were determined by means of an adiabatic detonation calorimeter designed by the authors. The results indicated that the performance of the instrument was reliable and the experimental data were very accurate. For explosive mixtures, there was a linear accumulative relationship between the heats of detonation of the explosive mixture and its components. Accordingly, the heats of detonation of explosive mixtures could be calculated directly from the heats of detonation of simple explosives and the characteristic heats of other components. The experiments showed that the gold or brass shell of the cylindrical charge could be substituted by a thick-walled porcelain shell, which had the advantage of cheapness.

实验教学目的是从解决实际问题出发,以实验技术训练和实验设计思想培养为目标。介绍了将单一的物质分配系数测定实验改进为综合实验,提高了实验效果及实验资源利用率。     

Calculation of enthalpies of hydrogenation of hydrocarbons

Sets of hydrogen molecule equivalents have been developed which permit the calculation of hydrogenation of different types of carbon-carbon bonds from ab initio total energies (3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets, and, to a more limited extent, for MP2/6-31G* data) of reactants and products. The calculated enthalpies of hydrogenation are in good agreement with experiment for unstrained molecules, with average errors on the order of 2 kcal/mol. The 6-31G* equivalents allow the enthalpies for strained molecules to be calculated accurately, but the 3-21G equivalents do not. The equivalents for both basis sets have been tested by calculating the enthalpies of hydrogenation of carbon-carbon bonds in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic molecules, free radicals, and classical carbocations. The results are in good agreement with experiment in most cases.     

非那雄胺合成工艺改进

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。
