Limit theorems for random transformations and processes in random environments   总被引:11,自引:0,他引:11  
I derive general relativized central limit theorems and laws of iterated logarithm for random transformations both via certain mixing assumptions and via the martingale differences approach. The results are applied to Markov chains in random environments, random subshifts of finite type, and random expanding in average transformations where I show that the conditions of the general theorems are satisfied and so the corresponding (fiberwise) central limit theorems and laws of iterated logarithm hold true in these cases. I consider also a continuous time version of such limit theorems for random suspensions which are continuous time random dynamical systems.

We prove pointwise ergodic theorems for a class of random measures which occurs in Laplacian growth models, most notably in the anisotropic Hastings–Levitov random cluster models. The proofs are based on the theory of quasi-orthogonal functions and uniform Wiener–Wintner theorems.  相似文献

In this paper, we will prove that the random version of Fan's Theorem [6, Theorem 2] is true for a random hemicompact 1-set-contractive map defined on a closed ball, a sphere and an annulus in cones. This class of random 1-set-contractive map includes random condensing maps, random continuous semicontractive maps, random LANE maps, random nonexpansive maps and others. As applications of our theorems, some random fixed point theorems of non-self-maps are proved under various well-known boundary conditions. Stochastic versions of the extension theorems of Tietze and Dugundji are obtained, as well as an existence theorem for partitions of unity by random continuous functions. A form of the classical approximation theorem of Mergelyan valid for random holomorphic functions on random compact sets is presented. In the paper, we present some general theorems on large deviations of random vectors with cumulants satisfying the generalized Statulevi?ius condition. In recent years several authors have obtained limit theorems for the location of the right most particle in a supercritical branching random walk. In this paper we will consider analogous problems for an exponentially growing number of independent random walks. A comparison of our results with the known results of branching random walk then identifies the limit behaviors which are due to the number of particles and those which are determined by the branching structure.  相似文献

In this paper, we study a class of random nonlinear variational inequalities in Banach spaces. By applying a random minimax inequahty obtained by Tarafdar and Yuan, some existence uniqueness theorems of random solutions for the random nonhnear variational inequalities are proved. Next, by applying the random auxiliary problem technique, we suggest an innovative iterative algorithm to compute the random approximate solutions of the random nonlinear variational inequahty. In this paper, we will prove that the random version of Fan's Theorem (Math. Z. 112 (1969), 234-240) is true for 1-set-contractive random operator , where is a weakly compact separable closed ball in a Banach space and is a measurable space. This class of 1-set-contractive random operator includes condensing random operators, semicontractive random operators, LANE random operators, nonexpansive random operators and others. As applications of our theorems, some random fixed point theorems of non-self-maps are proved under various well-known boundary conditions.

Spatially homogeneous random evolutions arise in the study of the growth of a population in a spatially homogeneous random environment. The random evolution is obtained as the solution of a bilinear stochastic evolution equation. The main results are concerned with the asymptotic behavior of the solution for large times. In particular, conditions for the existence of a stationary random field are established. Furthermore space-time renormalization limit theorems are obtained which lead to either Gaussian or non-Gaussian generalized processes depending on the case under consideration.  相似文献

Large deviation theorems of Chernoff type for extended random variables are proved. The large deviation principle for extended random variables is obtained, too. The obtained limit theorems are used to prove the large deviation theorems of Chernoff type for the logarithm of the likelihood ratio in general binary statistical experiments. We consider random sets with values in a separable Banach space. We study set-valued amarts, L1-amarts, uniform amarts and submartingales. For all these classes of random sets, we prove convergence theorems in all main modes of set convergence (weak, Wijsman, Mosco, and Hausdorff).
