In this paper we establish a collectively fixed point theorem and an equilibrium existence theorem for generalized games in product locally G-convex uniform spaces. As applications, some new existence theorems of solutions for the system of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problems are derived in product locally G-convex uniform spaces. These theorems are new and generalize some known results in the literature.  相似文献

By applying the maximal element theorems on product of G-convex spaces due to the first author, some equilibrium existence theorems for generalized games with fuzzy constraint correspondences are proved in G-convex spaces. As applications, some existence theorems of solutions for the system of generalized vector quasiequilibrium problem are established in noncompact product of G-convex spaces. A new intersection theorem is obtained in L-convex spaces without linear structure. As its applications, a fixed point theorem, a maximal element theorem, a coincidence theorem, some new minimax inequalities and a saddle point theorem are given in L-convex spaces. The purpose of this paper is to establish some new matching theorems in G-convex spaces and, as applications, to obtain some new fixed point theorems, section theorems and a minimax theorem in G-convex spaces. Using the strong maximum principle, we obtain a constant rank theorem for the k-convex solutions of semilinear elliptic partial differential equations. As an application we obtain an existence theorem of k-convex starshaped hypersurface with prescribed mean curvature in R n+1.  相似文献

In this paper, by applying the technique of continuous partition of unity and Tychonoff's fixed-point theorem, some new collectively fixed-point theorems for a family of set-valued mappings defined on the product space of noncompact G-convex spaces are proved. Our theorems improve, unify, and generalize many important collectively fixed-point theorems in recent literature.  相似文献

The Busemann theorem states that the intersection body of an origin-symmetric convex body is also convex. In this paper, we prove a version of the Busemann theorem for complex p-convex bodies. Namely that the complex intersection body of an origin-symmetric complex p-convex body is γ-convex for certain γ. The result is the complex analogue of the work of Kim, Yaskin, and Zvavitch on (real) p-convex bodies. Furthermore, we show that the generalized radial qth mean body of a p-convex body is γ-convex for certain γ.  相似文献

New classes of LFc-correspondences and LFc-majorized correspondences with out open lower sections are introduced in G-convex spaces. Some existence theorems of maximal elements for LFc correspondences and LFc-majorized correspondences are proved under nonparacompact setting of G-convex spaces. As applications, some new equilibrium existence theorems for qualitative games and generalized games with infinite set of players and LFc-majorized preference correspondences are established under nonparacompact setting of G-convex spaces. These results unify, improve and generalize many known results in recent literature.  相似文献

Busemann's theorem states that the intersection body of an origin-symmetric convex body is also convex. In this paper we provide a version of Busemann's theorem for p-convex bodies. We show that the intersection body of a p-convex body is q-convex for certain q. Furthermore, we discuss the sharpness of the previous result by constructing an appropriate example. This example is also used to show that IK, the intersection body of K, can be much farther away from the Euclidean ball than K. Finally, we extend these theorems to some general measure spaces with log-concave and s-concave measures.  相似文献

In this paper we prove an existence and uniqueness theorem for solving the operator equation F(x)+G(x)=0, where F is a Gateaux differentiable continuous operator while the operator G satisfies a Lipschitz-condition on an open convex subset of a Banach space. As corollaries, a theorem of Tapia on a weak Newton's method and the classical convergence theorem for modified Newton-iterates are deduced. An existence theorem for a generalized Euler-Lagrange equation in the setting of Sobolev space is obtained as a consequence of the main theorem. We also obtain a class of Gateaux differentiable operators which are nowhere Frechet differentiable. Illustrative examples are also provided.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with α-convex operators on ordered Banach spaces. A surjection theorem for 1-convex operators in order intervals is established by means of the properties of cone and monotone iterative technique. It is assumed that 1-convex operator A is increasing and satisfies AyAx?M(yx) for θ?x?y?v0, where θ denotes the zero element and v0 is a constant. Moreover, we prove a fixed point theorem for -convex operators by using fixed point theorem of cone expansion. In the end, we apply the fixed point theorem to certain integral equations.  相似文献

Let B be the class of 'better' admissible multimaps due to the author. We introduce new concepts of admissibility (in the sense of Klee) and of Klee approximability for subsets of G-convex uniform spaces and show that any compact closed multimap in B from a G-convex space into itself with the Klee approximable range has a fixed point. This new theorem contains a large number of known results on topological vector spaces or on various subclasses of the class of admissible G-convex spaces. Such subclasses are those of O-spaces, sets of the Zima-Hadzic type, locally G-convex spaces, and LG-spaces. Mutual relations among those subclasses and some related results are added.  相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to exhibit the relations between some basic results derived from the two kinds of topologies (namely the (ε,λ)-topology and the stronger locally L0-convex topology) for a random locally convex module. First, we give an extremely simple proof of the known Hahn-Banach extension theorem for L0-linear functions as well as its continuous variant. Then we give the relations between the hyperplane separation theorems in [D. Filipovi?, M. Kupper, N. Vogelpoth, Separation and duality in locally L0-convex modules, J. Funct. Anal. 256 (2009) 3996-4029] and a basic strict separation theorem in [T.X. Guo, H.X. Xiao, X.X. Chen, A basic strict separation theorem in random locally convex modules, Nonlinear Anal. 71 (2009) 3794-3804]: in the process we also obtain a very useful fact that a random locally convex module with the countable concatenation property must have the same completeness under the two topologies. As applications of the fact, we prove that most of the previously established principal results of random conjugate spaces of random normed modules under the (ε,λ)-topology are still valid under the locally L0-convex topology, which considerably enriches financial applications of random normed modules.  相似文献

We consider inner metric spaces of curvature bounded below in the sense of Wald, without assuming local compactness or existence of minimal curves. We first extend the Hopf-Rinow theorem by proving existence, uniqueness, and “almost extendability” of minimal curves from any point to a denseG δ subset. An immediate consequence is that Alexandrov’s comparisons are meaningful in this setting. We then prove Toponogov’s theorem in this generality, and a rigidity theorem which characterizes spheres. Finally, we use our characterization to show the existence of spheres in the space of directions at points in a denseG δ set. This allows us to define a notion of “local dimension” of the space using the dimension of such spheres. If the local dimension is finite, the space is an Alexandrov space.  相似文献

In the present paper, we introduce fundamental results in the KKM theory for G-convex spaces which are equivalent to the Brouwer theorem, the Sperner lemma, and the KKM theorem. Those results are all abstract versions of known corresponding ones for convex subsets of topological vector spaces. Some earlier applications of those results are indicated. Finally, we give a new proof of the Himmelberg fixed point theorem andG-convex space versions of the von Neumann type minimax theorem and the Nash equilibrium theorem as typical examples of applications of our theory.  相似文献

In this paper, we prove some fixed point theorems for generalized contractions in the setting of G-metric spaces. Our results extend a result of Edelstein [M. Edelstein, On fixed and periodic points under contractive mappings, J. London Math. Soc., 37 (1962), 74–79] and a result of Suzuki [T. Suzuki, A new type of fixed point theorem in metric spaces, Nonlinear Anal., 71 (2009), 5313–5317]. We prove, also, a fixed point theorem in the setting of G-cone metric spaces.  相似文献

A set of vertices S of a graph G is convex if all vertices of every geodesic between two of its vertices are in S. We say that G is k-convex if V(G) can be partitioned into k convex sets. The convex partition number of G is the least k ⩾ 2 for which G is k-convex. In this paper we examine k-convexity of graphs. We show that it is NP-complete to decide if G is k-convex, for any fixed k ⩾ 2. We describe a characterization for k-convex cographs, leading to a polynomial time algorithm to recognize if a cograph is k-convex. Finally, we discuss k-convexity for disconnected graphs.  相似文献
