Three polymeric silver(I) complexes with terephthalate anions as counterions or ligands, [Ag(pren)]2(tp)·2H2O ( 1 ), [Ag(en)][Ag(μ2‐tp)]·H2O ( 2 ), and [Ag2(μ4‐tp)(apy)2] ( 3 ) (where pren = 1, 2‐propylenediamine, tp =terephthalate dianion, en = ethylenediamine, and apy = 2‐aminopyridine) were synthesized and characterized by X‐ray single crystal analysis and infrared spectroscopy. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P211/c with a = 11.3221(5), b = 7.1522(3), c = 14.8128(5)Å, V = 1015.77(7)Å3, β = 122.132(2), and Z = 2. 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic space group Pnma with a = 9.6144(6), b = 11.3465(7), c = 11.4810(7)Å, V = 1252.5(1)Å3, and Z = 4. 3 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 8.2003(5), b = 5.8869(4), c = 18.3769(11)Å, β = 92.593(1), V = 886.2(1)Å3, and Z = 4. Terephthalate dianions are not coordinated to the metal atoms in 1 , but act as a μ2‐bridging ligand in 2 and as a μ4‐bridging ligand in 3 .  相似文献

The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 8.706(1), b = 9.192(1), c = 15.261(2) Å, β = 94.740(3)°, V = 1217.0(3) Å3, Z = 4, Dcalc = 2.278 g cm–3. A nickel(II) complex containing both dithiolato and phosphine ligands, Ni2(PPh3)2(edt)2 (edt = SCH2CH2S2-), has been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffration. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P-1, with a = 10.693(3), b = 17.457 (6), c = 10.606 (3) Å, α = 102.84(2), β = 96.49 (2), γ = 82.56(3); V = 1906.8 Å3; Dc = 1.439 g·cm?3 for Z = 2; the final conventional R was 0.052 based on 3338 observed reflections. Nickel atoms are linked by two sulfur atoms from two edt ligands with the Ni—Ni distance of 2.893 Å, and each Ni atom is coordinated by one phosphorus atom and three sulfur atoms with a square-planar geometry, where the average length of Ni—S bond is 2.180 Å and Ni—P bond 2.188 Å. The UV-Vis and 1H NMR spectra have also been recorded.  相似文献

2,2-diphenyl-N-(R-carbamothioyl)acetamide (R = diethyl, dipropyl, dibutyl, dihexyl, diphenyl and morpholine-4) and their Ni2+ and Cu2+ complexes have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy and 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The spectroscopic data are consistent with the ligand and the metal complexes containing two O, S chelated ligands. 2,2-diphenyl-N-(diethylcarbamothioyl)acetamide, HL1, and bis(2,2-diphenyl-N-(diethylcarbamothioyl)acetamido)nickel(II), Ni(L1)2, were characterized by a single crystal X-ray diffraction study. HL1 complex, C19H22N2OS, crystallizes monoclinic, space group P21/c, with Z = 4, and unit cell parameters a = 14.964(2), b = 13.026(2), c = 9.0123(15) Å, β = 96.314(4)°. Ni(L1)2 complex, C38H42N4O2S2Ni, crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/c, with Z = 4, and unit cell parameters a = 15.434(6), b = 13.464(5), c = 17.679(7) Å, β = 108.477(11)°. The ligands coordinate bidentate to metal yielding neutral complexes of the type cis-[ML2].  相似文献

The phosphorus‐sulfur ligand 1‐(methylthio)‐3‐(diphenylphosphino)‐propane (S‐P3) has been synthesized and characterized by 1H NMR and 13C NMR. Reactions of S‐P3 with [PdCl2(PhCN)2] afforded the complexes [PdCl2(S‐P3)] ( I ) and [PdCl2(S‐P3)2] ( II ), in which S‐P3 acts as a bidentate and monodentate ligand, respectively. Compound I crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n (No. 14) with cell dimensions: a = 8.589(3), b = 15.051(3), c = 17.100(3)Å, β = 102.91(2)°, V = 2154.7(9)Å3, Z = 4. Likewise, compound II crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/n (No. 14) with a = 9.993(5), b = 8.613(4), c = 18.721(5)Å, β = 90.18(3)°, V = 1611.3(12)Å3, Z = 2. Compound II has a trans square planar configuration with only the P‐site of the ligand bonded to the palladium atom.  相似文献

Abstract

Two new cadmium(II) complexes with phenylthiourea (PTU), namely Cd(PTU)4Cl2 (1) and [Cd2(NCS)22-SCN)2(PTU)22-PTU)2] n (2), have been prepared and characterized structurally by X-ray diffaction. Complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a = 27.057(13), b = 8.108(3), c = 16.751(8) Å, β = 114.46°, V = 3345(3) Å3, Z = 4. Complex 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P-1, with a = 9.336(3), b = 14.686(5), c = 16.911(5) Å, α = 71.36(2), β = 84.31(2), γ = 72.470(10)°, V = 2095.0(12) Å3 Z = 4. The structural analysis shows that each metal atom in both the mononuclear complex 1 and polynuclear complex 2 is octahedrally coordinated by four sulfur atoms and two chloro ligands or two nitrogen atoms from the thiocyanate groups, respectively. The PTU ligand can serve as either a monodentate ligand or a μ2-bridging ligand upon coordination to a metal atom.  相似文献

Three 3, 5‐dimethylpyrazole (pz*) copper(II) complexes, [Cu(pz*)4(H2O)](ClO4)2 ( 1 ), [Cu(pz*)2(NCS)2]·H2O ( 2 ), and [Cu(pz*)2(OOCCH=CHCOO)(H2O)]·1.5H2O ( 3 ), have been synthesized and characterized with single crystal X‐ray structure analysis. 1 crystallizes in the tetragonal space group, 14/m, with a = 14.027 (3) Å, c = 16.301 (5) Å, and Z = 4. 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group, P21/c, with a = 8.008 (3) Å, b = 27.139 (9) Å, c = 8.934 (3) Å, β = 106.345 (6)°, and Z = 4. 3 crystallizes in the triclinic space group, P1¯, with a = 7.291 (9) Å, b = 10.891 (13) Å, c = 11.822 (14) Å, α = 80.90 (2)°, β = 79.73(2)°, γ = 70.60(2)°, and Z = 2. In 1 , one water molecule and four pz* ligands are coordinated to CuII. Two [Cu(pz*)4(H2O)]2+ units are connected to ClO4 via hydrogen bonds. One lattice water molecule is found in the unit cell of 2 , which forms an one‐dimensional chain via intermolecular hydrogen bonds with the N‐H atom of pz*. In 3 , the oxygen atom of the coordinated water molecule is connected with two C=O groups of two neighbouring maleic acid molecules to form a linear parallelogram structure. Another C=O group of maleic acid forms a hydrogen bond with the N‐H atom of pz* to create a two‐dimensional structure. The spectroscopic and bond properties are also discussed.  相似文献

Two coordination polymers, [Co(phen)(oba)(H2O)2] ( 1 ) and [Cd3(phen)3(oba)2(Hoba)2(H2O)2] ( 2 ) (oba = 4, 4′‐oxybis(benzoate), phen = 1, 10‐phenanthroline) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, P21/n, a = 7.543(6), b = 33.05(2), c = 9.902(5)Å, β = 103.69(2)°, V = 2398(3)Å3, Z = 4; 2 in monoclinic, P2/n, a = 15.11(1), b = 10.069(8), c = 28.02(2)Å, β = 101.83(1)°, V = 4174(5)Å3, Z = 2. X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction investigations shows that the complexes 1 and 2 consist of helical chains, which are further assembled into layers and networks via supramolecular interactions such as π—π stacking interactions and hydrogen bonds, respectively. The results indicate that the coordination environment is one of the most important factors for assembly of single‐stranded helical chains into double‐stranded helical chains via supramolecular interactions.  相似文献

One binuclear complex [Co(bpm*)2(dca)]2(ClO4)2 ( 1 ) and two 1D chain CoII complexes, {[Co(bpm)2(dca)](ClO4)}n ( 2 ) and [Co(dmf)2(dca)2]n ( 3 ), (bpm*: bis[(3, 5‐dimethyl)pyrazolyl]methane; bpm: bis(pyrazolyl)methane; dca: dicyanamide; dmf: N, N‐dimethyl formamide) have been prepared and structurally characterized. The cobalt atoms are hexa‐coordinated forming a slightly distorted octahedral coordination. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c, a = 9.849(3)Å, b = 21.944(7)Å, c = 13.814(5)Å, β = 94.824(6), Z = 4, R1 = 0.0672, wR2 = 0.1395. 1 is a binuclear complex linked by two dca ligands, and each CoII ion is coordinated by two terminal bpm* ligands. Compound 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Cmcm, a = 10.377(4)Å, b = 13.594(5)Å, c = 15.999(6)Å, Z = 4, R1 = 0.0609, wR2 = 0.1328. The structure of 2 can be described as a one‐dimensional zigzag chain of CoII ions bridged by one dca ligand. Each CoII ion in the chain is coordinated by two bpm ligands. Compound 3 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2, a = 13.559(15)Å, b = 7.393(8)Å, c = 8.110(9)Å, β = 112.228(15), Z = 2, R1 = 0.0260, wR2 = 0.0760. 3 has a one‐dimensional linear chain of CoII ions bridged by two dca ligands, in which each CoII ion is coordinated with two dmf molecules.  相似文献

Complex formation of 2, 6‐bis(2′‐hydroxyphenyl)pyridine (H2Li) with Fe3+ and Cu2+ was investigated in a H2O/DMSO medium (mole fraction xDMSO = 0.2) by potentiometric and spectrophotometric methods. The pKa values of [H3Li]+ are 2.25, 10.51 and 14.0 (25 °C, 0.1 M KCl). The formation constants of [FeIII(Li)]+ and [CuII(Li)] (25 °C, 0.1 M KCl) are log β1 = 21.5 for Fe3+ and log β1 = 18.5 for Cu2+. The crystal structures of [Al(Li)2Na(EtOH)3], [Fe(Li)2Na(EtOH)3], and [Cu(Li)(py)]2 were investigated by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analyses. The FeIII and the AlIII compound are isotypic and crystallize in the monoclinic space group P21/n. Al‐compound (215 K): a = 12.599(3) Å, b = 16.653(3) Å, c = 17.525(4) Å, β = 100.27(3)°, Z = 4 for C40H40AlN2NaO7; Fe‐compound (293 K): a = 12.753(3) Å, b = 16.715(3) Å, c = 17.493(3) Å, β = 99.68(3)°, Z = 4 for C40H40FeN2NaO7. Both compounds contain a homoleptic, anionic bis‐complex [M(Li)2] of approximate D2 symmetry. The Cu compound crystallized as an uncharged, dinuclear and centrosymmetric [Cu(Li)(py)]2 complex in the monoclinic space group P21/n with (293 K) a = 13.386(3) Å, b = 9.368(2) Å, c = 14.656(3) Å, β = 100.65(3)°, Z = 2 for C44H32Cu2N4O4. The structural properties and in particular the possible influence of the ligand geometry on the stability of the metal complexes is discussed.  相似文献

A new cadmium coordination polymer based on imidazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid (H3IDC) and 4,4′-bipyridine (Bipy), {[Cd9(IDC)2(HIDC)6(Bipy)4] · 2N(CH3)(CH2CH3)2 · 2DMF} n , has been synthesized under solvothermal conditions and characterized by energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy, elemental analysis, FT-IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pnnm with a = 20.530(2) Å, b = 15.5957(14) Å, c = 16.3846(15) Å, α = β = γ = 90°, V = 5245.9(9) Å3, and Z = 2. The complex exhibits a 3-D structure with channels along the c-axis, in which the free N,N-dimethylformamide and methyl-diethyl-amine molecules are located. The thermal behavior and luminescence of this complex have also been studied in the solid state.  相似文献

The reaction of Mo(0) complex [Mo(CO)4(S2CNEt2)]- with phenthiolate [Et4N]SΦ in acetonitrile in the presence of small amount of air affords a new oxo-molybdenum complex [MoO(SΦ)2(S2CNEt2)], which crystallizes in two forms of crystals. [Et4N][MoO(SΦ)2Φ(S2CNEt2)] (1a) and [Et4N][MoO(SΦ)2(S2CNEt2)]Φ(CH3)2CHOH (1b). The structures of 1a and 1b were determined from three-dimensional X-ray data. 1a crystallizes in the monoclinic, space group Ce with a=12.321(4), b=15.245(4), c=16.087(9)Å; β= 98.44(4)Φ, V=2989Å3, Z=4, Dc = 1.35g/cm3 and R=0.031 for 2434 reflections [I>36(I)]. 1b crystallizes in the monoclinic space group F21/n with a=9.861(1), b=20.357(3), c=17.122(5)Å; β= 92.27 (2)*, V=3434.3Å3, Z=4; De = 1.29g/cm3 and R= 0.051 for 2852 independent reflections [I>3σ(I)]. The structures of 1a and 1b reveal that the anion [MoO(SΦ)2(S2CNEt2)]- contains a single oxo ligand coordinating to a molybdenum(IV) and the geometry around Mo(IV) atom is a distorted square pyramid. Interestingly, the solvate molecule isopropanol of 1b is linked to oxo group by a hydrogen-bond of 1.928Å, leading to the increase of Mo?O bond distance (1.718Å). Mo—S distances are 2.44 and 2.39Å. The electrochemical behavior of 1 was discussed also.  相似文献

Two new inorganic–organic vanadate hybrid compounds [Mn(Hbbi)2(V4O12)] ( 1 ) and [Cd(Hbbi)2(V4O12)] ( 2 ) (bbi = 1,1’‐(1,4‐butanediyl)bis(imidazole)) were hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, TG and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. The two compounds crystallize in monoclinic system, P21/c space group with a = 8.556(5) Å, b = 10.761(5) Å, c = 16.917(5) Å, β = 93.032(5) o, V = 1555.4(12) Å3, Z = 2, R = 0.0390 for 1 and a = 8.657(5) Å, b = 10.743 (5) Å, c = 16.864 (5) Å, β = 93.81(5)o, V = 1564.9 (12) Å3, Z = 2, R = 0.0717 for 2 . Single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction analysis reveals that the two compounds are isostructural and both consist of one‐dimensional (1D) chains, which are constructed from vanadate anion clusters and [M(Hbbi)2]4+ cation groups [M = MnII ( 1 ), CdII ( 2 )]. Moreover, the polymeric chains are ultimately packed into a three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular framework through C–H ··· O and N–H ··· O hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

Reaction of CuCl2 · 2H2O, phenanthroline, maleic acid and NaOH in CH3OH/H2O (1:1 v/v) at pH = 7.0 yielded blue {[Cu(phen)]2(C4H2O4)2} · 4.5H2O, which crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c (no. 15) with cell dimensions: a = 18.127(2)Å, b = 12.482(2)Å, c = 14.602(2)Å, β = 103.43(1)°, U = 3213.5(8)Å3, Z = 4. The crystal structure consists of the centrosymmetric dinuclear {[Cu(phen)]2(C4H2O4)2} complex molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The Cu atoms are each square‐pyramidally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and three carboxyl O atoms of two maleato ligands with one carboxyl O atom at the apical position (d(Cu‐N) = 2.008, 2.012Å, equatorial d(Cu‐O) = 1.933, 1.969Å, axial d(Cu‐O) = 2.306Å). Two square‐pyramids are condensed via two apical carboxyl O atoms with a relatively larger Cu···Cu separation of 3.346(1)Å. The dinuclear complex molecules are assembled via the intermolecular π—π stacking interactions into 1D ribbons. Crossover of the resulting ribbons via interribbon π—π stacking interactions forms a 3D network with the tunnels occupied by H2O molecules. The title complex behaves paramagnetically between 5—300 K, following the Curie‐Weiss law χm(T—θ) = 0.435 cm3 · mol—1 · K with θ = 1.59 K.  相似文献

A dinuclear nickel(II) complex, [Ni2(MOBPT)2(N3)4] · 2H2O (MOBPT = 4-(p-methoxyphenyl)-3,5-bis(pyridine-2-yl)-1,2,4-triazole), has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, UV, IR, ESI-MS, and single crystal X-ray crystallography. The complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P 1 with a = 9.877(2) Å, b = 10.396(2) Å, c = 11.975(3) Å, α = 71.638(3)°, β = 74.968(3)°, γ = 64.747(3)°, V = 1044.2(4) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0371 for 5774 observed reflections. The crystal structure determination shows that the dinuclear Ni2N8 unit is almost planar with each Ni2+ coordinated by four nitrogens from two MOBPT ligands and two axial azides in a distorted octahedral geometry. Magnetic measurements reveal weak antiferromagnetic exchange in the complex.  相似文献

The trinuclear titanium(IV) β-diketonate complex, [Ti3(μ-O)3(dppd)6]?·?(DMF)(0.5EtOH) (1) (H-dppd?=?1,3-diphenylpropane-1,3-dione) has been synthesized and its crystal structure and spectroscopic properties have been studied. Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group C2/c and a?=?20.954(5)?Å, b?=?18.705(4)?Å, c?=?24.617(6)?Å, β?=?111.957(4)°, Z?=?4. The complex consists of a six-membered [Ti–(μ-O)]3 ring, of which three titanium(IV) ions are linked together by bridging oxygen atoms. Each titanium(IV) possesses an octahedral geometry, with four oxygen atoms from the two β-diketonate ligands and two bridging oxygen atoms.  相似文献

A new organically templated nickel–zinc phosphate, [C2N2H10]·[Ni2.4Zn3.6(PO4)4(HPO4)]·H2O, has been synthesized from an aqueous solution containing NiCl2·6H2O, Zn(OAc)2·2H2O, H3PO4 and ethylenediamine as the structure‐directing agent. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c (No. 15), a = 19.1563(5), b = 5.0316(2), c = 21.1724(5) Å, α = 103.201(3)°, V = 1986.81(11) Å3, Z = 4. It possesses a three‐dimensional framework constructed from MO4 (M = Ni, Zn), PO4, and HPO4 tetrahedra through their vertices. One‐dimensional 8‐ring channels are found in the structure, with the diprotonated organic templates residing in the tunnels and interacting with the inorganic framework by extensive hydrogen bonds. The framework is characterized by infinite helical chains of corner‐sharing MO4 (M = Ni, Zn) tetrahedra.  相似文献

Twelve ternary alloys in the Ca‐Cu‐Sn system were synthesized as a test on the existing phases. They were prepared from the elements sealed under argon in Ta crucibles, melted in an induction furnace and annealed at 700 °C or 600 °C. Four ordered compounds were found: CaCuSn (YbAuSn type), Imm2, a = 4.597(1) Å, b = 22.027(2) Å, c = 7.939(1) Å, Z = 12, wR2 = 0.080, 1683 F2 values; Ca3Cu8Sn4 (Nd3Co8Sn4 type), P63mc, a = 9.125(1) Å, c = 7.728(1) Å, Z = 2, wR2 = 0.087, 704 F2 values; CaCu2Sn2 (new structure type), C2/m, a = 10.943(3) Å, b = 4.222(1) Å, c = 4.834(1) Å, β = 107.94(1)°, Z = 2, wR2 = 0.051, 343 F2 values; CaCu9Sn4 (LaFe9Si4 type), I4/mcm, a = 8.630(1) Å, c = 12.402(1) Å, Z = 4, wR2 = 0.047, 566 F2 values. In all phases the shortest Cu‐Sn distances are in the range 2.59‐2.66Å, while the shortest Cu‐Cu distances are practically the same, 2.53‐2.54Å, except CaCuSn where no Cu‐Cu contacts occur.  相似文献

Abstract

DMF (dimethylformamide) reacts with Gd(NO3)36H2O and K3Mn(CN)6 to afford a novel cyano-bridged complex [Gd(DMF)4(H2O)2Mn(CN)6] · H2O] n . The crystal structure of the complex (abbreviated as GdMn) has shown that it has a novel one-dimensional chain structure. The complex crystallizes in space group P21/c with a = 13.004(2), b = 12.762(2), c = 19.160(4) Å, β = 109.51(3)°, V = 2997.2(9) Å, Dx = 1.584 Mgm?3, Z = 4. Variable temperature (1.5–300K) magnetism shows there exists weak antiferromagnetic interaction between Gd and Mn atoms across the cyano bridge.  相似文献

Two novel dicyanamide complexes [Co(dmf)2(NCNCN)2] ( 1 ) and [Cu(bipy)(NCNCN)]ClO4 ( 2 ) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2 with a = 13.568(6)Å, b = 7.403(3)Å, c = 8.118(3)Å and Z = 2, whereas 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, Cc group, a = 14.270(7)Å, b = 9.143(5)Å, c = 12.371(1) Å, β = 118.612(7)°, and Z = 4. According to X‐ray crystallographic studies, in complex 1 each CoII ion is six‐coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from four μ1, 5‐dca (dca = dicyanamide) ligands and two oxygen atoms from two dmf ligands to form distorted octahedra. 1 forms a 1‐D network bridged via μ1, 5‐dca. 2 consists of a uniform Cu(NCNCN)Cu chain, each CuII ion is octahedrally coordinated with four nitrogen atoms from two μ1, 5‐dca ligands and one bipy ligand and two oxygen atoms from two ClO4 ions. The octahedral CuII ion shows a significant Jahn‐Teller distortion, with two axial oxygen atoms considerably farther from the copper than the four equatorial nitrogens.  相似文献
