Reactions of divalent Zn‐Hg metal ions with 1,3‐imidazolidine‐2‐thione (imdtH2) in 1 : 2 molar ratio have formed monomeric complexes, [Zn(η1‐S‐imdtH2)2(OAc)2] ( 1 ), [Cd((η1‐SimdtH2)2I2] ( 2 ), [Cd(η1‐S‐imdtH2)2Br2] ( 3 ), and [Hg(η1‐S‐imdtH2)2I2] ( 4 ). Complexes 1 – 4 , have been characterized by elemental analysis (C, H, N), spectroscopy (IR, 1H, NMR) and x‐ray crystallography ( 1 ‐ 4 ). Hydrogen bonding between oxygen of acetate and imino hydrogen of ligand, {N(2)–H(2C)···O(2)#} in 1 , ring CH and imino hydrogen, {C(2A)–H(2A)···Br(2)#} in 3 have formed H‐bonded dimers. Similarly, the interactions between molecular units of complexes 2 and 4 have yielded 2D polymers. The polymerization occurs via intermolecular interactions between thione sulfur and imino hydrogen, {N(2)–H(2)···S(1)#}, imino hydrogen and the iodine atom, {NH(1)···I(2)#} in 2 and imino hydrogen – iodine atom {N(2A)–H(2A)···I(2)} and I···I interaction in 4 . A mixed ligand neodymium complex containing 1-phenyl-3-methyl-4-trifluoroacetyl-pyrazol-5-one (HPMTFP) and 1-phenyl-3-methyl-pyrazol-5-one (PMP), with molecular formula Nd (PMTFP)3·PMP·H2O was synthesized. Its crystal and molecular structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group C52-P21/n. There are four formula units in a cell of dimensions a = 12.837(3), b = 23.763(5), c = 16.810(4) Å, β = 109.58(2)°. The structure has been refined by full-matrix least-squares techniques to a final R value of 0.0487 and Rw value of 0.432. The neodymium atom is coordinated to eight oxygen atoms with the average Nd—O bond length 2.439Å. Its thermostability, and mass spectrum have been discussed.  相似文献

[Mo3,OS3(dtp)4(H2O)] reacts with NaOAc·3H2O in Py to give the title compound. The crystal data are as follows: [Mo2OS3)(OAc)2(dtp)2·Py]?0.5H,O(dtp = [S3P(OC2H5)2]?, Py = C5H5N); M = 976.64; triclinic; space group P1 ; a=11.704(5), b=14.169(7), c= 11.688 (5) Å α=109.94(4) β = 91.53(4), γ = 91.93(4)°; V= 1819(1) Å2; Z=2; Dc = 1.78 g·cm?3 λ(Mo Kα) = 0.71069 Å μ=15.15 cm?1; F(000) = 970 T=296 K; final R=0.071 for 1652 reflections with I>3σ(I). In the molecule, the [Mo3OS3] core is surrounded by two bridging OAc groups and two terminal chelate dtp groups attached to the {Mo3} triangle in a symmetric style, and the Py ligand is coordinated to the Mo atom at the apex of {Mo3} triangle with the nitrogen. This novel configuration is obtained for the first time with Mo—N bond length being 2.27 (2) Å and three Mo—Mo bond lengths 2.584 (4), 2.587 (4) and 2.657(4) Å, respectively. As a whole, the molecule has a virtual C2 symmetry.  相似文献

A mixed ligand complex of l-phenyl-3-methyl-4-trifluoroacetyl pyrazolone-5 (HPMTFP) and dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) with neodymium having molecular formula Nd(PMTFP)3 · 2DMSO has been synthesized. Its crystal and molecular structures have been determined by a four-circle X-ray diffractometer. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic with space group P 21/n. a = 21.897 (4), b = 23.339 (4), c = 8.958 (2)Å, β = 96.61 (3)°, Z = 4. The Nd atom is coordinated by eight oxygen atoms, which takes a distorted delta dodecahedron arrangement around the central Nd atom. The average bond length of Nd—O is 2.45 Å. A dinuclear copper(II) compound, [Cu(btssb)(H2O)]2 · 4(H2O) (1), and a 1-D chain copper(II) compound, [Cu(ctssb)(H2O)] n (2) [where H2btssb is 2-[(5-bromo-2-hydroxy-benzylidene)-amino]-ethanesulfonic acid and H2ctssb is 2-[(3,5-dichloro-2-hydroxy-benzylidene)-amino]-ethanesulfonic acid], were prepared and characterized. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/c, with a = 10.109(2) Å, b = 20.473(4) Å, c = 6.803(1) Å, β = 100.32(3)°, V = 1385.1(5) Å3, and Z = 2; R 1 for 1796 observed reflections [I > 2σ(I)] was 0.0357. The geometry around each copper(II) can be described as slightly distorted square pyramidal. The CuII ··· CuII distance is 5.471(1) Å. Compound 1 formed a 1-D network through O–H ··· O hydrogen bonds and 1-D water chains exist. The 1-D chain complex 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1, with a = 5.030(2) Å, b = 7.725(2) Å, c = 17.011(5) Å, α = 92.706(4)°, β = 97.131(4)°, γ = 102.452(3)°, V = 638.6(3) Å3, and Z = 2; R 1 for 1897 observed reflections [I > 2σ(I)] was 0.0171. In 2, Cu(II) was also a slightly distorted square pyramid formed by two oxygens and one nitrogen from ctssb, one oxygen from another ctssb, and one water molecule. The complex formed a 1-D chain through O–S–O bridge of ctssb ligand. The 1-D chain further constructed a double chain through O?H ··· O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

The heteronuclear germanium(IV) and neodymium(III) complex with 1,3-diamino-2-propanoltetraacetic acid (H5Hpdta) [Ge(OH)(μ-HHpdta)(μ-OH)Nd(OH)(H2O)3] · H2O has been synthesized for the first time and characterized by physicochemical methods (elemental analysis, X-ray powder diffraction, thermogravimetry, IR spectroscopy, X-ray crystallography). The crystals are monoclinic: a = 9.331(3) Å, b= 10.279(4) Å, c = 21.474(7) Å, β = 94.59(3)°, V = 2053.0(12) Å3, Z = 4, space group P21/n, R1 = 0.0245 for 4060 reflections with I > 2σ(I). The compound is built of complex binuclear molecules [Ge(OH)(μ-HHpdta)(μ-OH)Nd(OH)(H2O)3] and water molecules of crystallization. The germanium and neodymium atoms are bridged by the oxygen atom of the hydroxo group (Ge-O, 1.798(2) Å; Nd-O, 2.539(2) Å) and the deprotonated oxygen atom of the isopropanol group of the HHpdta4? ligand (Fe-O, 1.858(2)Å; Nd-O, 2.420(2) Å) to form a dimeric molecule. Each coordination sphere (of the Ge atom and of the Nd atom) contains one nitrogen atom (Ge-N, 2.096(3) Å; Nd-N, 2.807(2) Å) and two carboxylic oxygen atoms from four acetate branches of the octadentate HHpdta4? ligand (av. Ge-O, 1.928(2) Å; Nd-O, 2.391(2) Å). The coordination polyhedron of the Ge atom is completed to a distorted octahedron by the oxygen atom of the terminal hydroxo group (Ge-O 1.811(2) Å), and the polyhedron of the Nd atom is completed to a nine-vertex polyhedron by the oxygen atoms of the terminal hydroxo group (Nd-O 2.494(3) Å) and three water molecules (Nd-O, 2.512(3), 2.520(3), and 2.723(3) Å). In the crystal structure, the complex molecules and the water molecules of crystallization are joined by a hydrogen bond system.  相似文献

The alkylation of ethylenediamine with allyl bromide in the presence of a fourfold (with respect to ethylenediamine) molar amount of NaHCO3 in acetone with an ethanol admixture (15: 1) affords LBr2 · 2H2O (I), where L2+ is the N,N,N,N′,N′,N′-hexaallylethylenediaminium cation. Single crystals of complexes L[CuII(Br0.45Cl3.55)] (II), L[Cu4I(Br4.55Cl1.45)] (III), and L[Cu4IBr6] (IV) are prepared by ac electrochemical synthesis from an ethanolic solution of LBr2 · 2H2O, CuCl2 · 2H2O (or CuBr2) at copper wire electrodes. The crystal structures of compounds I–IV are determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals of complex I are monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 8.544(3), b = 10.404(3), c = 13.350(4) ?, β = 97.29(3)°, V = 1177.2(6) ?3, Z = 2. The bromine anions in compound I are bonded to the L2+ cations and water molecules through hydrogen contacts (E)H…Br (E = O, C) of 2.57(3)–2.86(3) ?. The crystals of compounds II–IV are triclinic: space group P . Colourless crystals of [Hg2(Mmt)(Dmt)2](NO3)(H2O) were obtained from a reaction of mercuric nitrate with monomethyl‐ and dimethyl‐1,2,4‐triazolate (Mmt? and Dmt?, respectively). In the crystal structure (monoclinic, C2/c (no. 15), a = 2579.4(4), b = 1231.1(2), c = 1634.8(2) pm, β = 128.32(1)°, V = 4073.3(11)·106·pm3, Z = 8, R1 [I0 > 2σ(I0)]: 0.0355), half of the mercuric ions are essentially two‐coordinate (Hg–N: 210‐215 pm), the other half are tetrahedrally surrounded by N‐donor atoms (Hg–N: 221, 225 pm) of the Mmt? and Dmt? anions. Red shiny crystals of [Rb(dibenzopyridino‐18‐crown‐6)2]2(I3)(I5) were obtained from a dichloromethane/ethanol solution of RbI, I2 and dibenzopyridino‐18‐crown‐6. Triclinic, , a = 1494.3(1), b = 1534.1(1), c = 2412.9(2) pm, α = 76.95(1), β = 83.58(1), γ = 68.67(1)°, V = 5016.7(7) 106·pm3, Z = 2. Black crystals of [Rb(crypt‐2,2,2)]4(I5)2(I8) were obtained from a dichloromethane/ethanol solution of RbI, I2 and Kryptofix‐2,2,2®. Two new ionic complexes built on polyoxometalate anions of [CoW12O40]6? and Ln3+ (Ln = Ce, Nd) cations, namely [Ce(CoW12O40)(NMP)2(H2O)6][Ce(NMP)(H2O)8] · 3H2O · NMP (I) and [Nd(CoW12O40)(NMP)2(H2O)6][Nd(NMP)(H2O)8] · 7H2O (II) (NMP = N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone) have been synthesized. Single crystal X-ray crystallographic analyses (CIF files CCDC nos. 704837 (I) and 689561 (II)) revealed that the structures of two complexes were similar, which crystallize in the P21/n monoclinic space group. Complexes I and II were both ionic clusters and the coordination numbers of Ln3+ (Ln = Ce, Nd) were nine. The unit cell parameters for I: a = 17.551(4), b = 17.783(4), c = 26.729(5) Å, β = 101.33(3)°, V = 8180(3) Å3, Z = 4. The unit cell parameters for II: a = 17.571(3), b = 17.750(3), c = 28.989(9) Å, β = 115.42(2)°, V = 8166(3) Å3, Z = 4. Complex I was characterized by TG analysis. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements showed that there exists a weak antiferromagnetic interaction of complex II.  相似文献

Iodoplumbates with Tetra‐ and Penta‐coordinated Pb2+ Ions In contrast to all known iodoplumbates with octahedrally coordinated Pb2+ ions, square pyramidal geometry is observed in the iodoplumbate chains of (Pr4N)[PbI3] ( 1 ) and [Mg(dmf)6][PbI3]2 ( 2 ), whereas the isolated anions in (Ph4P)2[Pb2I6] ( 3 ) and [Bu3N–(CH2)3–NBu3][PbI4] ( 4 ) contain tetra‐coordinated lead atoms. Reactions of K4[SnSe4], Na4[GeS4] or Ba2[GeSe4] with different 1,2‐diaminoethane (= en) coordinated complexes of CrCl3 ([Cr(en)2Cl2]Cl or [Cr(en)3]Cl3) in MeOH or aqueous solution yielded three novel compounds that contain complexes of Cr3+ with ortho‐chalcogenotetrelate anions [E′E4]4? Compound 2 contains the first structurally characterized complex with an ortho‐thiogermanate ligand. The formation of these compounds, and of a by‐product of 2 , [Cr(en)3][GeS3OH]·6H2O ( 3 : monoclinic space group C2/c; lattice dimensions at 203 K: a = 2396.8(5), b = 1463.4(3), c = 1740.1(4) pm, β = 132.99(3)°, V = 4463.8(15)·106 pm3; R1 [I > 2σ(I)] = 0.0462; wR2 = 0.1058), provides some insight in fundamental differences between the reaction behavior of [SnE4]4? anions one the one hand and [GeE4]4? anions on the other hand. The crucial role of the counterion charge becomes evident when comparing the structure motifs of the ternary anions in 1 and 2 with that observed in the Ba2+ compound 4 .  相似文献

NiCl2 · 6 H2O readily reacts with PPh2NHPh in the presence of zinc dust to yield the homoleptic nickel(0) tetrakis‐phosphine complex [Ni(PPh2NHPh)4] ( 1 ). 1 crystallises triclinic P1 (no. 2), with a = 14.656(1), b = 17.124(2), c = 17.424(1) Å, α = 95.998(1), β = 111.845(1), γ = 111.402(1)°, V = 3630.04(5) Å3, Z = 2, R values [I > 2σ(I)]: R1 = 0.0554, all data: wR2 = 0.1720. The nickel atom is coordinated in a distorted tetrahedral fashion by four phosphorus atoms, resembling a compressed tetrahedron along one of the non‐crystallographic S4 axes.  相似文献

The reaction of CuX2(X=Cl, Br) with 2-aminopyrimidine in aqueous solution, or 2-amino-5-bromopyrimidine in aqueous acid yields compounds of the forms [LCuCl2] n (1), [L2CuCl2] (2) and [L'2CuBr2] (3) [L=2-aminopyrimidine; L'=2-amino-5-bromo-pyrimidine]. The three compounds all form layered structures in which each copper ion is coordinated to two 2-aminopyrimidine molecules and two halide ions. Common structural threads involve bridging ligation [either by monomeric (1) or hydrogen bonded ligand dimers (2 and 3)], N-H···X and N-H···N hydrogen bonding and π-π stacking interactions as well as semi-coordinate Cu···X bond formation (1 and 2) or Br···Br interactions (3). Compounds 1 and 2 crystallize as two-dimensional coordination polymers with asymmetrically bihalide bridged (CuX2) n chains cross-linked into sheets by the 2-aminopyrimidine molecules (1) or by hydrogen bonded L2 dimers (2). The halide bibridged chains expand their primary copper coordination spheres to give 4 + 2 coordination spheres in 1 and 2. In 3, the layer structure involves coordination of the hydrogen bonded L'2 dimers and C-Br···Br- interactions. Crystal data: (1): monoclinic, P21/m, a=3.929(1), b=12.373(2), c=7.050(1)å, β=91.206(4)°, V=342.7(1)&Aringsup3;, Z=2, D calc= 2.225Mg/m3, μ=3.878 mm-1, R=0.0269 for [|I|≥3σ(I)]. For (2): triclinic, P-1, a=4.095(4), b=7.309(5), c=10.123(6) å, α=86.28(6), β=78.44(6), γ=74.55(8)°, V=286.1(4) Å3, Z=1, D calc=1.884 Mg/m3, μ=2.360 mm-1, R=0.0506 for [|I|≥2σ(I)]. The reaction between a solution of [Fe3O(μ‐OAc)6(H2O)3]Cl·6H2O ( 1 ) (OAc = acetate) and TMP (TMP = trimethyl phosphate) in absolute ethanol and DMSO (DMSO = dimethyl sulfoxide), led to the coordination macromolecule ‐[Fe163O)83‐OH)4(μ‐OH)4(μ‐DMP)12(μ‐OAc)12(DMSO)4]·2DMSO·1.5H2O ( 2 ) (DMP = dimethyl phosphate). This complex was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and single‐crystal structure. Indium(I) tetraiodoaluminate, InAlI4, was obtained from the respective molar amounts of In, InI3 and AlI3 at 553 K. The crystal structure [monoclinic, P21/m (no. 11), a = 713.5(4), b = 1182.2(3), c = 1108.3(6) pm, β = 96.32(6)°, V = 1013.2(8)·106 pm3, Z = 4, R1 for 981 reflections with I0>2σ(I0): 0.0404] contains discrete indium(I) cations and tetraiodoaluminate anions. Weak Sn…I Interactions in the Crystal Structures of the Iodostannates [SnI4]2– and [SnI3] Iodostannate complexes can be crystallized from SnI2 solutions in polar organic solvents by precipitation with large counterions. Thereby isolated anions as well as one, two or three‐dimensional polymeric anionic substructures are established, in which SnI3 and SnI42– groups are linked by weak Sn…I interactions. Examples are the iodostannates [Me3N–(CH2)2–NMe3][SnI4] ( 1 ), (Ph4P)2[Sn2I6] ( 2 ), [Me3N–(CH2)2–NMe3][Sn2I6] ( 3 ), [Fe(dmf)6][SnI3]2 ( 4 ) and (Pr4N)[SnI3] ( 5 ), which have been characterized by single crystal X‐ray diffraction.
