[(dien)Cu(imH)](ClO_4)_2、[(tren)Cu(imH)](ClO_4)_2中配位咪唑的离解

本文用紫外可见光谱、pH滴定等方法研究了配合物[(dien)Cu(imH)]1(ClO_4)_2、[(tren)Cu(imH))(ClO_4)_2中Cu-imH的配位和离解作用,得到了它们的稳定常数,并探索了共存配体的影响。     

[Cu(H_2O)(phen)_2](CIO_4)_2的晶体结构

标题化合物晶体属三斜晶系;空间群为P_1;晶胞参数:a=8.182(2)A,b=10.389(2)A,c=16.261(5)A,α=99.38(2)°,β=89.97(2)°,γ=113.18(2)°;Z=2,两个phen上的四个N原子和一个配位水中的O原子围绕中心体Cu原子形成一个畸变的三角双锥构型,配位水与阴离子ClO_4~-中的O原子形成氢键。     

Mn(Ⅲ)-mediated radical reaction of 2-isocyano-6-alkenyl(alkynyl)benzonitriles with arylboronic acids:Synthesis of pyrroloisoquinoline derivatives

A Mn(Ⅲ) mediated radical reaction of new designed multi-functionalized 2-isocyano-6-alkenyl(alkynyl)benzonitriles with arylboronic acids has been developed.This reaction provides a method for the synthesis of pyrroloisoquinoline derivatives through the formation of two C-C bonds and one C-N bond via radical cascade cyclization in one step.     

An unexpected iron(Ⅱ)-promoted reaction of N-arylprop-2-yn-1-imines with water:Facile assembly of multi-substituted pyrroles

Generation of multi-substituted pyrroles is accomplished through an unexpected iron(Ⅱ)-promoted reaction of N-arylprop-2-yn-1-imines with wate r.This transformation proceeds smoothly with excellent chemoselectivityand regioselectivity.A stoichiometric amount of Fe(OTf)₂ is necessary for the succes s ful conversion.A Lewis acid-promoted tandem reaction pathway is proposed.     

Synthesis of Mg5(CO3)4(OH)2·4H2O with Flower-like Microstructure and Its Catalytic Activity for Transesterification of Dimethyl Carbonate with Phenol

A novel flower-like hydrated magnesium carbonate hydroxide,Mg_5(CO_3)_4(OH)_2·4H_2O,with micro-structure composed of individual thin nano-sheets was synthesized using a facile solution route without the use of template or organic surfactant.Reaction time has an important effect on the final morphology of the product.The micro-structure and morphology of Mg_5(CO_3)_4(OH)_2·4H_2O were characterized by means of X-ray diffractometry(XRD),field-emission scanning electron microscopy(FE-SEM).Brunauer-Emmett-Teller(BET)surface areas of the samples were also measured.The probable formation mechanism of flower-like micro-structure was discussed.It was found that Mg_5(CO_3)_4(OH)_2·4H_2O with flower-like micro-structure was a novel and efficient catalyst for the synthesis of diphenyl carbonate(DPC)by transesterification of dimethyl carbonate(DMC)with phenol.     

Solvent-free preparation of arylaminotetrazole derivatives using aluminum(Ⅲ) hydrogensulfate as an effective catalyst

<正>An efficient and simple method for the preparation of 5-arylamino-1H-tetrazole and 1-aryl-5-amino-1H-tetrazole derivatives is reported using aluminum(Ⅲ) hydrogensulfate(Al(HSO_4)_3) as an effective heterogeneous catalyst from secondary arylcyanamides. Generally,when the substitution in arylcyanamide is strongly electron-withdrawing the position of equilibrium would shift toward the isomer of 1-aryl-5-amino-1H-tetrazole(B) and as the electron-donating of substituent increased,the position of equilibrium is shifted toward the isomer of 5-arylamino-1H-tetrazole(A).The present methodology offers several advantages,such as excellent yields,short reaction times,easy work-up and greener conditions.     

Ca(NO3)2•4H2O-catalysed Biginelli Reaction: One-pot Synthesis of 1,2,3,4-Tetrahydropyrimidin-2-ones/pyrimidine-2-thiones under Solvent-free Conditions

The synthesis of 1,2,3,4-dihydropyrimidinone/thione derivatives was achieved in good to excellent yields using calcium(II) nitrate as catalyst to promote the Biginelli three-component condensation reaction from a diversity of aromatic aldehydes, β-keto compounds and urea or thiourea. The reaction was carried out under solvent-free conditions.     

SmI_2-promoted imino-Reformatsky reaction for facile synthesis of enantioenriched β-amino acid esters

A facile and efficient method for the stereoselective synthesis of β-amino acid esters via SmI2-promoted imino-Reformatsky reaction is described.Asymmetric addition of tert-butyl bromoacetate to N-tert-butanesulfinyl aldimines afforded β-amino acid esters in moderate to high yields with excellent diastereoselectivities.The synthetic utilities of the tert-butyl β-amino acid esters were expanded by the preparation of β-lactams and 3-aminoindan-1-ones derivatives.

A Three-dimensional Porous Metal-organic Framework Based on Cyano Unit and 1,4-Bis（1,2,4-triazol-1-yl）butane（btb）：{[Cu_8（btb）_2（CN）_8].3H_2O}_n

The title coordination polymer 1,{[Cu8(btb)2(CN)8].3H2O}n(btb = 1,4-bis(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butane),has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a = 1.2938(3),b = 1.9422(5),c = 0.9406(2) nm,β = 121.891(4)°,V = 2.0066(9) nm3,C24H30Cu8N20O3,Mr = 1155.00,Dc = 1.912 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 4.209 mm?1,F(000) = 1140,GOF = 1.184,Z = 2,the final R = 0.0634 and wR = 0.1503 for I > 2σ(I).In complex 1,one-dimensional CuCN zigzag chains are linked by triazolyl groups of btb ligands to form two-dimensional networks,which are further bridged by 1,4-butyl moieties of btb ligands to fabricate a three-dimensional order framework,in which one-dimensional ellipsoid-like channels are observed.     

Facile Synthesis and Catalytic Properties of β-Co（OH）2 and Mg（OH）2 Nanoplates

β-Co(OH)2 and Mg(OH)2 nanoplates were synthesized via a facile template-free hydrothermal approach.The different conditions of preparation and catalytic properties of the products were studied and discussed.The products were characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,selected area electron diffraction(SAED),and gas chromatograph.     

Syntheses and Crystal Structures of Copper（Ⅱ） and Nickel Complexes with 1,2,3-Triazole-carboxylic Acid

Three novel complexes [Cu(L1)2(H2O)2] (1), [Ni(L1)2(H2O)2]·(H2O)4(2,HL1=5-methyl-1-(4-methylphenyl)-1,2,3-triazole-4-carboxylic acid) and [Ni2 (HL2)2(CH3OH)6]·(CH3OH)2(3,H3L2=1,2,3-triazole-4,5-dicarboxylic acid) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction. Complexes 1 and 2 are mononuclear structures, and are assembled into a two-dimensional sheet by C(7) H(7)···O(3) weak interactions or hydrogen-bonding interaction. Complex 3 is a centrosymmetric dinuclear structure, and is assembled into a three-dimensional supramolecular structure by hydrogen-bonding interaction.     

Synthesis and Structural Characterization of 2,3-Bis（hydroxymethyl）-2,3-dinitro-1,4-butanediol

2,3-Bis(hydroxymethyl)-2,3-dinitro-1,4-butanediol(C6H12N2O8) was synthesized by condensation,cyclization,oxidative dimerization and deketalization of nitromethane with a total yield of 42.4%.The structure of the title compound was characterized by 1H NMR,13C NMR,FT-IR,elementary analysis,and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis,which reveals that the title compound crystallizes in triclinic,space group P with a = 0.6324(2),b = 0.6454(3),c = 0.7062(3) nm,α= 111.550(4),β= 95.505(4),γ= 113.395(4)°,V = 0.23595(16) nm3,Z = 1,Mr = 240.18,Dc = 1.690 g·cm-3,μ = 0.159 mm-1,F(000) = 126,R = 0.0304 and wR = 0.0907.     

Synthesis of propyl O-(α-L-rhamnopyranosyl)-(1→3)-[2,4-di-O-(2s-methylbutyryl)-α-L-rhamno-pyranosyl]-(1→2)-(3-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranoside,the tetrasaccharide moiety of Tricolorin A

Propyl O-(α-L-rhamncpyranosyl)-(1→3)-[2,4-di-O-(2s-methylbutyryl)-α-L-rham-nopyranosyl]-(1→2)-(3-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-(1→2)-β-D-fucopyranoside (1), the tetrasac-charide moiety of Tricolorin A, was synthesized in total 23 steps with a longest linear sequence of 10 steps, and overall yield of 3.7% from D-Glucose. The isomerization of the dioxolane-type berzyli-dene in the presence of NIS/AgOTf was observed. Tetrasaccharide 1 exhibited no activity against the cultured P388 cell as Tricolorin A did.     

Synthesis and molecular modeling study of Cu(Ⅱ) complexes derived from 2-(diphenylmethylene)hydrazinecarbothioamide derivatives with cholinesterase inhibitory activities

Thiosemicarbazones of 2-amino-5-chlorobenzophenone and 3-aminobenzophenone（L¹-L⁴） have been synthesized and their Cu（Ⅱ） complexes（1-4） were afforded via coordination with cupric chloride.All these compounds were characterized by UV-vis and IR spectroscopy together with CHN elemental analysis.NMR spectroscopy was also applied to characterize the ligands.In vitro chohnesterase inhibitory assays for the complexes（1-4） showed IC₅₀ values less than 10μmol/L,with complex 1 exhibiting the most activity,IC₅₀=2.15μmol/L and 2.16μmol/L for AChE and BuChE,respectively. Molecular modeling simulation revealed the binding interaction template for complex 1 with the AChE and BuChE receptors.In DPPH assay,the complexes also showed more in vitro antioxidant activities in comparison to their parent ligands.

测定了1,4-双(取代苯乙炔基)苯(Ⅰ)和反,反-1,4-双(β-取代苯乙烯基)苯(Ⅱ)的紫外光谱、荧光光谱.用CNDO/S-CI和HMO方法对苯乙炔、二苯乙炔和(Ⅰ)及苯乙烯、1,2-二苯乙烯和(Ⅱ)的激发能进行了计算和研究.讨论了化合物结构对光谱的影响.

V(HSO_4)_3 promoted oxidation of alcohols and trimethylsilyl,tetrahyropyranyl and methoxymethyl ethers with Cu(NO_3)_2·3H_2O in the absence of solvent

V(HSO_4)_3 has been found to be an efficient reagent for the promotion of the oxidation of alcohols and trimethylsilyl, tetrahydropyranyl and methoxymethyl ethers to their corresponding carbonyl compounds with Cu(NO_3)_2·3H_2O in the absence of solvent.     

Crystal and Molecular Structure of Copper (Ⅱ) Dimeric Complex of S-Methyl-β-N-(Pyridine N-Oxide-2-ylmethylidene) Dithiocarbazate with Acetonitrile

The crystal and molecular structure of copper(Ⅱ) dimeric complex of S-methyl-B-N-(pyridine N-oxide-2-ylmethylidene) dithiocarbazate with acetonitrile, [CuL (CH3CN)]2 (ClO4)2, was determined by X-ray diffraction. The complex crystalizes in monoclinic system with space group P21/n, a= 7. 685(2), 6=20.160(6), c= 10. 847(5) A ,B = 107.89(3), Z=2,Dc=1.788 g/cm3, F(000) = 835. 8, u= 18. 17 cm-1(Moka,R= 0. 057.Each Cu(Ⅱ) ion in the complex is surrounded by a distorted square pyramidal. The basal plane is comprised of S, N and O atoms of one ligand together with a N atom of the solvent--acetonitrile, while the axial position is occupied by the S atom of the other ligand. The bond length of Cu-S(bridging) is 3. 038A . and Cu-Cu distance is 3. 700A.
