In this paper,we consider the global well-posedness of smooth solutions for the Cauchy problem of a sixth order convective Cahn-Hilliard equation with small initial data.We first construct a local smooth solution,then by combining some a priori estimates,continuity argument,the local smooth solution is extended step by step to all t>0 provided that the L1 norm of initial data is suitably small and the smooth nonlinear functions f(u)and g(u)satisfy certain local growth conditions at some fixed point■.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider a four-waves coupled system which describes the interaction between particles. Based on the uniform bound and strong convergence property in lower order norm, local existence and uniqueness of smooth solution is established by a limiting argument. Moreover, we show the solution exists globally in two dimensional case under certain condition on the size for $L^2$ norm of the initial data.  相似文献

In this paper, we consider the Cauchy problem for the incompressible Navier-Stokes equations with bounded initial data and derive a priori estimates of the maximum norm of all derivatives of the solution in terms of the maximum norm of the initial velocity field. For illustrative purposes, we first derive corresponding a priori estimates for certain parabolic systems. Because of the pressure term, the case of the Navier-Stokes equations is more difficult, however.  相似文献

研究具非线性边界条件的一类广义Ginzburg-Landau方程解的整体存在性.推导了Ginzburg-Landau方程的非齐次初边值问题光滑解的几个积分恒等式,由此得到了解的法向导数在边界上的平方模以及解的平方模和导数的平方模估计;通过逼近技巧、先验估计和取极限方法证明了Ginzburg-Landau方程的非齐次初边值问题整体弱解的存在性.  相似文献

This paper an iterative method is presented to solve the minimum Frobenius norm residual problem: with unknown symmetric matrix . By the iterative method, for any initial symmetric matrix , a solution can be obtained within finite iteration steps in the absence of roundoff errors, and the solution with least Frobenius norm can be obtained by choosing a special kind of initial symmetric matrix. In addition, in the solution set of the minimum Frobenius norm residual problem, the unique optimal approximation solution to a given matrix in Frobenius norm can be expressed as , where is the least norm symmetric solution of the new minimum residual problem: with . 本文考虑了分布阶时间分数阶扩散波动方程,其中时间分数阶导数是在Caputo意义上定义的,其阶次$\alpha,\beta$分别属于(0,1)和(1,2).文中提出了在计算上行之有效的数值方法来模拟分布阶时间分数阶扩散波动方程.在时间上,通过中点求积公式把分布阶项转换为多项的时间分数阶导数项,并且利用$L1$和$L2$公式来近似Caputo分数阶导数;空间上使用Galerkin有限元方法进行离散.给出了基于$H^1$范数的有限元解的稳定性和误差估计的详细证明,最后的数值算例结果说明了理论分析的正确性以及有效性.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with obtaining an approximate solution and an approximate derivative of the solution for neutral Volterra integro-differential equation with a weakly singular kernel. The solution of this equation, even for analytic data, is not smooth on the entire interval of integration. The Jacobi collocation discretization is proposed for the given equation. A rigorous analysis of error bound is also provided which theoretically justifies that both the error of approximate solution and the error of approximate derivative of the solution decay exponentially in $L^∞$ norm and weighted $L^2$ norm. Numerical results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of the spectral method.  相似文献

In this paper, we study the Crank-Nicolson Galerkin finite element method and construct a two-grid algorithm for the general two-dimensional time-dependent Schrödinger equation. Firstly, we analyze the superconvergence error estimate of the finite element solution in $H^1$ norm by use of the elliptic projection operator. Secondly, we propose a fully discrete two-grid finite element algorithm with Crank-Nicolson scheme in time. With this method, the solution of the Schrödinger equation on a fine grid is reduced to the solution of original problem on a much coarser grid together with the solution of two Poisson equations on the fine grid. Finally, we also derive error estimates of the two-grid finite element solution with the exact solution in $H^1$ norm. It is shown that the solution of two-grid algorithm can achieve asymptotically optimal accuracy as long as mesh sizes satisfy $H = \mathcal{O}(h^{\frac{1}{2}})$.  相似文献

The initial value problem on a line for singularly perturbed parabolic equations with convective terms is investigated. The first-and the second-order space derivatives are multiplied by the parameters ?1 and ?2, respectively, which may take arbitrarily small values. The right-hand side of the equations has a discontinuity of the first kind on the set $\bar \gamma $ = [x = 0] × [0, T]. Depending on the relation between the parameters, the appearing transient layers can be parabolic or regular, and the “intensity” of the layer (the maximum of the singular component) on the left and on the right of $\bar \gamma $ can be substantially different. If the parameter ?2 at the convective term is finite, the transient layer is weak. For the initial value problems under consideration, the condensing grid method is used to construct finite difference schemes whose solutions converge (in the discrete maximum norm) to the exact solution uniformly with respect to ?1 and ?2 (when ?2 is finite and, therefore, the transient layers are weak, no condensing grids are required).  相似文献

For an inhomogeneous quasilinear hyperbolic system of diagonal form, under the assumptions that the system is linearly degenerate and the C^1 norm of the boundary data is bounded, we show that the mechanism of the formation of singularities of C^1 classical solution to the Goursat problem with C^1 compatibility conditions at the origin must be an ODE type. The similar result is also obtained for the weakly discontinuous solution with C^0 compatibility conditions at the origin.  相似文献

In this paper, the periodic boundary problem and the initial value problem for the nonlinear system of parabolic type $\[{u_t} = (grad\varphi (u))\]$ are studied, where $\[u = ({u_1}, \cdots ,{u_N})\]$ is an N-dimensional vector valued function, $\[\varphi (u)\]$ is a strict convex function of vector variable $\[u\]$, and its matrix of derivatives of second order is zero-definite at $\[u = 0\]$. This system is degenerate. The definition of the generalized solution of the problem: $\[u(x,t) \in {L_\infty }((0,T);{L_2}(R)),\]$, grad $\[\varphi (u) \in {L_\infty }((0,T);W_2^{(1)}(R)),\]$ and it satisfies appropriate integral relation. The existence and uniqueness of the generalized solution of the problem are proved. When N=1, the system is the commonly so-called degenerate partial differential equation of filtration type.  相似文献

We consider the diffusion limit of a model transport equation on the torus or the whole space, as a scaling parameter ε (the mean free path), tends to zero. We show that, for arbitrary initial data $u_0(x,v)$\nopagenumbers\end , the solution converges in norm topology for each $t>0$\nopagenumbers\end , to the solution of a diffusion equation with initial data \def\d{{\rm d}}$u_D^0(x)=\int u_0(x,v)\,\d v$\nopagenumbers\end . The proof relies on Fourier analysis which diagonalizes the transport operator, a Dunford functional calculus and the analysis of the behaviour of the transport spectrum as ε tends to zero.
