The synthesis of a new class of two-dimensional triazole compounds is described, including the crystal structure of [Co(NCS)2(btr)2]H2O [btr stands for 4,4′-bis-1,2,4-triazole (C4H4N6)]. Crystals are monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 11.159(1) Å, b = 13.047(4) Å, c = 12.993(3) Å, β = 91.81(2)°, Z = 4. The structure has been solved by Fourier and direct methods and refined by full-matrix least squares to R = 0.0229, Rw = 0.0283. The structure consists of layers of six-coordinated cobalt atoms, each having two trans-oriented N-bonded thiocyanate groups [CoNCS 2.098(2) Å] and linked together in the equatorial plane by single bridges of btr to a two-dimensional network. The btr ligand coordinates through its N(1) and N(1′) atoms [CoN 2.128(1) and 2.142(1) Å]. The intralayer CoCo distance is 9.207(2) Å, and the inter-layer CoCo distance is 8.584(1) Å. The magnetic susceptibilities of the compound and of the isostructural nickel and iron compounds are discussed. The iron compound exhibits a high-spin-low-spin crossover at liquid-nitrogen temperatures, as shown by magnetic susceptibility.  相似文献

Tricyclopentadienyltetrahydrofuranuranium(III), (η5-C5H5)3U·OC4H8, crystallizes in the centrosymmetric monoclinic space group P21/n with a 8.248(3), b 24.322(17), c 8.357(4) Å, β 101.29(5)°, V 1644.0 Å3 and ρ(calc) 2.04 g cm?1 for Z = 4 and mol.wt. 595.0. Diffraction data (Mo-Kα, 2θ(max) 45°) were collected on an Enraf-Nonius CAD4 diffractometer and the structure was refined to Rw(F) 4.7% for those 1530 reflections having I > 2σ(I). The molecule consists of a distorted tetrahedral arrangement of THF and (η5-C5H5) ligands with CpUCp angles in the range 110.4–122.4° and CpUO angles between 90.2 and 106.0°. Individual uranium-carbon distances range from 2.76(2) to 2.82(2) Å and average 2.79[1] Å. The uranium-oxygen distance of 2.551(10) Å suggests a 10-coordinate U3+ radius of 1.20 Å in this class of compounds.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [(C8H12)Ir{P(OC6H3Me)(OC6H4Me)2} {P(OCH2)3CMe}] has been determined. a 18.32, b 18.98, c 9.35 Å, U 3251 Å3, Pn21a, Z = 4, R = 0.048, 2541 observed data. The coordination about the iridium atom is distorted trigonal bipyramidal; the two phosphorus atoms are equatorial, the σ-bonded carbon is axial, and the bidentate cyclooctadiene is bonded axialequatorial. The IrC(axial) bonds are longer than the IrC(equatorial) bonds: 2.22, 2.26; 2.17, 2.19 Å. The IrC(σ) bond length is 2.19 Å, not significantly different from the formally π-bonded C to Ir distances. The IrP lengths of 2.201 and 2.240 Å and the PIrP angle of 108.7° are normal. The longer IrP bond is in the five-membered chelate ring. The inertness to substitution is discussed.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of hexaphenylditin selenide (C6H5)3SnSeSn(G6H5)3 was determined by X-ray diffraction data and was refined to R  0.055. The compound is monoclinic, space group P21, with a  9.950(4), b  18.650(7), c  18.066(6) Å, β  106.81(4)°, Z  4. The two molecules in the asymmetric unit differ slightly in their conformations, both having approximate C2 symmetry. Bond lengths and angles are: SnSe 2.526 (2.521(3) ? 2.538(3)) Å; SnC 2.138 (2.107(16)?2.168(19)) Å; SnSeSn 103.4(1)°, 105.2(1)°. There are only slight angular distortions at the SnSeC3 tetrahedra (SeSnC angles: 104.3(5)?114.8(4)°). The bond data indicate essentially single bonds around the Sn atoms.  相似文献

Dimethylaluminium- and dimethylgallium-N,N′-dimethylacetamidine (I and II) are doubly associated forming a puckered eight-membered ring. They crystallize isostructurally in the monoclinic space group P21/c with two dimers per unit cell. The lattice constants of I are a 8.187, b 7.266, c 14.778 Å, β 103.58° and those of II a 8.163, b 7.277, c 14.835 Å, β 103.46°. The MN and the NC bond lengths within the rings are nearly equal, their mean values are for I: AlN 1.925 Å, CN 1.330 Å and for II: GaN 1.979 Å, CN 1.335 Å. This is also true for the exocyclic bond lengths with average values AlC 1.975 Å, NC 1.474 Å, CC 1.509 Å (for I) and GaC 1.998 Å, NC 1.484 Å and CC 1.507 Å (for II). The metal atoms are tetrahedrally coordinated, and the distortion is only slight. The final R-values are 0.034 and 0.056, respectively.  相似文献

The system MgOSiO2H2O was investigated at pressures between 40 and 95 kbar and at temperatures between 500 and 1400°C. The reaction products were examined by X-ray, optical and thermal analysis techniques and the density of phase A discovered by Ringwood and Major was also measured. It was found that phase A was hydrated and its chemical formula was H6Mg7Si2O14. When the MgSi ratio of the system is 2, phase A + clinoenstatite, and forsterite are stable at temperatures lower and higher than a boundary curve T (°C) = 10P (kbar), respectively. When the MgSi ratio of the system is 3, phase A + phase D (which is completely different from the phases, A, B and C discovered by Ringwood and Major, and any other known phases of magnesium silicate) and phase D + brucite are stable at temperatures lower and higher than a boundary curve T(°C) = 10P (kbar) + 200. Phase A has approximately an hexagonal symmetry and the space group and the lattice parameters are determined as P63 or P63m and a = 7.866(2) Å and c = 9.600(3) Å, respectively. The measured density is 2.96 ± 0.02 g/cm3. The optical observations show that phase A is biaxial positive crystal with refractive indices α = 1.638 ± 0.001, β = 1.640 ± 0.002, and γ = 1.649 ± 0.001. Some interpretation is given on the inconsistency between the symmetry determined by the X-ray diffraction and the optical observation. The new phase D belongs to the space group P21c with lattice parameters a = 7.914(2)Å, b = 4.752(1) Å, c = 10.350(2) Å and β = 108.71(5)° and is a biaxial crystal with refractive indices α = 1.630 ± 0.002, β = 1.642 ± 0.002 and γ = 1.658 ± 0.001.  相似文献

The structure of Mn(NO)3PPh3 has been analyzed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. It shows a tetrahedral geometry with essentially linear nitrosyl groups, and an eclipsed configuration around the MnP bond. Average distances and angles are: MnN 1.686(7) Å, MnP 2.315(2) Å, NO 1.165(10) Å, PC 1.815(4) Å, MnNO 177.2(7)°, PMnN 103.6(2)°, NMnN 114.7(4)°. Final R factor 7.3% for 2064 non-zero reflections. The structure of the five-coordinate nitrito complex Mn(NO)2(ONO)(PEt3)2 is also mentioned briefly.  相似文献

The crystalline compound Li4P2S6 is obtained either by devitrification of Li4P2S7 glass at 450°C with sulfur formation or by crystallisation at 450°C of a Li2S, P and S melt. The structure determination has been solved by X-ray diffraction on a monocrystal. The unit cell is hexagonal P63mcm with a = 6.070(4), c = 6.577(4) Å, V = 209 Å3, Z = 1. Intensities were collected at 293°K with (λ = 0.71069 Å) Mo radiation on an automatic Nonius CAD-4 diffractometer. The structure was solved under the assumption of random disorder of P atoms over two sites (occupancy factor of 0.5). Anisotropic least-squares refinement with W = 1 gave R = 0.047 for 90 independent reflections and 9 variables. The structure is built according to an ABAB sequence sulfur packing. Per unit cell, four out of six octahedral sites are occupied by Li ions, and the other two are statistically filled (0.5) by PP pairs. The PP central bond (2.256(13) Å) links two staggered PS3 groups (PS = 2.032(5) Å) to form the D3d symmetry P2S4?6 anion. Infrared and Raman spectra show features very similar to those of Na4P2S6, 6H2O and MIIPS3 compounds. A new assignment in terms of symmetry species is proposed for the P2S6 internal modes, which is confirmed by a normal coordinate calculation using a valence force field; the stretching force constants fPP and fPS are equal to 1.6 and 2.7 mdyne Å?1, respectively.  相似文献

Reactions of (RC5H4)2Cr2(SCMe3)2S(I, R = H; II, R = Me) with (PPh3)2PdCl2 in benzene at 20°C gives trinuclear complexes (RC5H4)2Cr2Cl23-S)(μ-SCMe3)2Pd(PPh3)(III, R = H; IV, R = Me). The structure of IV as a monobenzene solvate is established by an X-ray analysis (black-green triclinic crystals space group P1 with a = 11.403(4), b = 14.933(5), c = 14.131(5) Å, α = 99.13(3), β = 112.72(3), γ = 95.65(3)°, V = 2201.6 Å, Z = 2; IV·C6H6). The structure was solved by direct methods and refined in an anisotropic approximation to R = 0.046, Rw = 0.058 for 7643 reflections with I ? 2σ(I). In the molecule of IV metal atoms are separated by non-bonding distances (Cr … Cr 4.079(I), Cr … Pd 3.230(I) and 3.380(I) Å) but linked by the bridging tridentate sulphur atom (CrS 2.339(2) and 2.329(2), PdS 2.327(2) Å), and two SCMe3 groups between Pd and Cr (CrS 2.396(2) and 2.403(2), PdS 2.350(2) and 2.381(2) Å, Cr?Pd 85.14(6) and 89.92(6)°). The Cl atoms are transferred from Pd to Cr atoms (CrCl 2.308(2) Å) and being terminally coordinated are in trans-positions to each other (as well as η-CH3C5H4 rings) with respect to the Cr2Pd plane. Cr atoms in III and IV exhibit ferromagnetic exchange interactions over the Cr?Cr system (+2J = 28 and 11 cm?1, respectively).  相似文献

A single crystal study of Ba3Pt2O7 shows that the structure tolerates a variable composition which can be written Ba3Pt2+xO7+2x. The crystal studied has a hexagonal cell of dimensions a = 10.108 ± 0.006 Å and c = 8.638 ± 0.009 Å, and a probable space group P62c, Z = 4. The density determined by water displacement is 7.99 g/cm3; the theoretical density for Ba3Pt2O7 is 7.94 g/cm3. The structure was determined from the set of 401 observed independent reflections obtained from 5189 reflections measured by automated counter methods. Refinement on F was carried to a conventional R of 8.0%. The structure has barium-oxygen layers with an essentially four-layer stacking sequence of the double hexagonal (ABAB) type. Platinum is found mainly in face-sharing octahedra, but is also distributed over some sites in which the coordination is nearly square planar and other sites in which the coordination is trigonal prismatic with three PtO bond lengths of 2.00 Å and three long PtO distances of 2.65 Å. The platinum with planar coordination is 0.08 Å from the plane of the four oxygen atoms.  相似文献

NH3(MoO3)3 crystallizes with hexagonal symmetry, space group P63m, lattice constants a = 10.568 Å, c = 3.726 Å, and Z = 2. The crystal structure has been determined by Patterson synthesis and refined assuming isotropic temperature factors to a final conventional R value of 0.085. The structure shows a three-dimensional arrangement built up of double chains of distorted MoO6 octahedra, parallel to the [001] direction. The octahedral double chains are linked among each other through common oxygen atoms. In addition to the shared oxygen atoms, each molybdenum is coordinated to one terminal oxygen. MoO distances range from 1.645 to 2.378 Å and OMoO angles from 74.3 to 114.3°. These results are consistent with the fact that molybdenum in high-valence states shows octahedral coordination with terminal oxygens.  相似文献

This compound is prepared, within sealed metallic tubes at 1000°C, through different reactions between components of the FeFe2O3NaFeO2 system. It is black and weakly hygroscopic and gives two forms, α and β, according to oxygen pressure values. The examination of a crystal of the α form leads to a trigonal cell (space group R3m, R3m or R32) with a = 3.047 Å and c = 31.04 Å for the hexagonal cell (Z = 4). The structure is described as a stacking of alternate cationic and anionic planes with a succession of 12 cationic planes: 3 × FFMM (F, plane including Fe; M, mixed plane including 23Na + 13Fe).α-NaFe2O3 is paramagnetic above 94°K with μeff = 5.40; it is a semiconductor, n type, with E = 0.18 eV. Above 1050°C it dissociates into NaFeO2 and sodic wustite, which oxidizes easily. The β form is probably a polytype with a hexagonal cell (a = 3.045Å, c = 15.55 Å) with six cationic planes.  相似文献

The title compound has been prepared by reaction of (C5H5)2Cr with oxindole (indole with CO in place of CH2 at the 2-position). Red single crystals belong to space group P21/c with a = 10.107(4) Å, b = 22.496(7) Å, c = 9.210(3) Å, β = 93.26(3)°, V = 2091(2), and Z = 2. The centrosymmetric molecule has a CrCr distance of 2.495(4) Å. The mean CrO and CrN distances for the bonds to bridging oxindolate anions are 2.024(7) and 2.065(8) Å, respectively. There is an oxindole molecule bound at each end with a CrO axial bond of length 2.341(8) Å and a hydrogen bond from the oxindole NH group to an equatorial oxygen atom of length 2.83(1) Å. The significance of this compound with respect to CrCr bonding is discussed.  相似文献

Reaction of tellurium(IV) with excess phenylenethiourea(2-mercaptobenzimidazole) in aqueous methanolic hydrochloric acid leads to the formation of Te(II) complex, tetrakis(phenylenethiourea)tellurium(II) chloride dihydrochloride. The characterisation and crystal structure of the complex are reported. The crystals are monoclinic, space group P21/c, a = 13.939(5), b = 26.523(9), c = 4.873(2) Å, β = 100.29(4)°, V = 1772.6 Å3, M = 872.4, Dc = 1.651 g cm?3, Z = 2, F(000) = 868, μ(MoKα) = 1.298 mm?1. Final R = 0.055 and RW = 0.056 for 918 independent reflections. The tellurium atom in the molecule lies at the crystallographic centre of symmetry and is bonded to four phenylenethiourea sulphur atoms in a square planar arrangement with TeS(1) = 2.678(6), TeS(2) = 2.674(5) Å and S(1)TeS(2) is 90.5(3)°. The ligand behaves as a thione. Chlorine atoms remain outside the coordination sphere of the Te and stabilise the packing arrangement in the unit cell through hydrogen bondings to nitrogen atoms.  相似文献

The formula of a new compound isolated in the LaOsO system has been established by means of crystal structure determination. There are two La3Os2O10 units in a face-centered monoclinic unit cell (S.G. C2m); a = 7.911(2) Å, b = 7.963(2) Å, c = 6.966(2)Å, β = 115.76(2)°;. For 1082 intensities, collected on an automated single-crystal diffractometer, the final R value was 0.025 after absorption corrections. The structure consists of isolated Os2O10 clusters composed of two edge-shared OsO6 octahedra. These dimeric units are connected together by two types of La3+ ions in eightfold coordination. In view of the OsOs distance inside the pair (2.462 Å), La3Os2O10 provides an example of metal-metal bonding involving a transition metal in a half-integral formal oxidation state of 5.5.  相似文献

The crystal structure of Cs[VOF3] · 12H2O has been determined and refined on the basis of three-dimensional X-ray diffractometer data (Mo radiation). The structure is monoclinic, a = 7.710(2), b = 19.474(7), c = 7.216(2)Å, β = 116.75(1)°, V = 967.5Å3, Z =8, space group Cc (No. 9). The final R and Rw were 0.0295 and 0.0300, respectively, for 1356 independent reflections and 117 variables. The structure contains two crystallographically different VOF5 octahedra linked so as to form complex chains. Two non-equivalent octahedra share one FF edge, forming V2O2F8 doublets. Two F atoms, connected to different V atoms within the doublet, form an edge in the adjacent equivalent V2O2F8 unit thus continuing the chain. The VO distances are 1.583(7) and 1.595(7) Å. The VF distances are in the range 1.881-2.205 Å, mean value: 1.989 Å. The H2O group is a crystal water molecule.  相似文献

There is a continuous series of solid solutions between InFeCoO4 and Fe2CoO4 which have the spinel structure at 1300°C. The crystal chemical roles of Fe3+ and Ga3+ in the present ternary systems were qualitatively compared.  相似文献
