A new taxoid, 2-deacetyl-2α, 14β-dihydroxybaccatin Ⅳ (1), was isolated from the leaves and branches of Taxus chinensis together with the known compound baccatin Ⅳ (2). The structure of the new compound was elucidated by spectroscopic techniques. The detailed ^13C NMR assignments of baccatin Ⅳ are reported for the first time. 相似文献

Two new flavanols, (8S,9R)‐9,10‐dihydro‐5,9‐dihydroxy‐8‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)‐2H,8H‐benzo[1,2‐b:3,4‐b′]dipyran‐2‐one ( 1 ) and (2S,3R)‐3,4‐dihydro‐3,5‐dihydroxy‐2‐(3,4,5‐trimethoxyphenyl)‐2H,8H‐benzo[1,2‐b:3,4‐b′]dipyran‐8‐one ( 2 ), were isolated from the stems of Glycosmis pentaphylla. The structures of these compounds were determined by extensive spectroscopic (UV, IR, HR‐ESI‐MS, 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR) analyses. The cytotoxic activities of these compounds were evaluated using the MTT method. The results showed that compounds 1 and 2 exhibited considerable cytotoxic activities against HL‐60 and A549 cell lines. 相似文献

A new flavonoid, dihydroglychalcone-A, was isolated from the leaves extract of Glycosmis chlorosperma in addition to two known sulphur-containing amides, dambullin and gerambullin. The structure of the new compound was assigned as 2'-hydroxy-4,6'-dimethoxy-3',4'-(2",2"-dimethylpyrano)dihydrochalcone. Carpesium cernuun L. has long been used as chinese folk medicine for its anti-inflammatory, pain-relief, and detoxication properties1. A new dimeric pyranocarbazole alkaloid, bisisomahanine (1), was isolated from the roots of Glycosmis stenocarpa (DRAKE) TAN., along with two known monomeric carbazole alkaloids, murrayafoline-A (2) and murrayanine (3). The planar structure of bisisomahanine was determined to be 9,9'-dihydroxy-3,3',8,8'-tetramethyl-3,3'-bis-(4-methyl-3-pentenyl)-3,3',11,11'-tetrahydro-10,10'-(bipyrano[3,2-a]carbazole) from the combination of spectroscopic and chemical evidence. Bisisomahanine is the first dimeric prenylated pyranocarbazole alkaloid with a 1,1' type of linkage; the NMR and CD spectroscopic data indicated it to be a mixture of diastereomers having a dominant configuration at the axis of chirality.
