A new Diels-Alder type adduct mongolicin G (1) and a new flavone 5'-(1", 1"-dimethylallyl)-5,7,2',4'-tetrahydroxyflavone (2) were isolated from the stem and root bark of Morus mongolica. Their structures were determined by spectroscopic analysis and chiroptical methods.  相似文献

The phytochemical investigation of the MeOH extract from fruits of Kotschya strigosa using repeated normal and reversed‐phase column chromatography and Sephadex LH‐20 chromatography led to the isolation and characterization of a new isoflavanol, named kotstrigoisoflavanol ( 1 ), together with three known compounds, diosmetin ( 2 ), β‐sitosterol ( 3 ), and the 3‐Oβ‐d‐glucopyranoside of β‐sitosterol ( 4 ). The antioxidant activity of crude extract, 1, and 2 was determined using the 2,2‐diphenyl‐1‐picrylhydrazyl (DPPH˙) method. The crude extract (IC50 61.7 ± 0.2 μg/ml) and 2 (IC50 70.2 ± 0.1 μg/ml) showed moderate antioxidant activities, while 1 was weakly active (IC50 153.1 ± 0.1 μg/ml), as compared with the standard reference l ‐ascorbic acid (IC50 21.9 ± 0.0 μg/ml).  相似文献

Three new guaiane type sesquiterpenes were isolated from the methanolic extract of the fruits of Torilis japonica together with a known compound, torilin (1). Their structures were established as 11-acetoxy-8-isobutyryl-4-guaien-3-one (2), 11-acetoxy-8-methacrylyl-4-guaien-3-one (3), and 11-acetoxy-8-propionyl-4-guaien-3-one (4) by spectroscopic methods. These compounds inhibited lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced nitric oxide production in murine macrophages RAW 264.7 cells.  相似文献

Fractionation directed by hepatoprotective activity of Inula crithmoides L. root resulted in the isolation of two new quinic acid derivatives, 3,5‐di‐O‐caffeoylquinic acid 1‐methyl ether ( I ; caffeoyl=(E)‐3‐(3,4‐dihydroxyphenyl)prop‐2‐enoyl; quinic acid=1,3,4,5‐tetrahydroxycyclohexanecarboxylic acid) and 4,5‐di‐O‐caffeoylquinic acid 1‐methyl ether ( II ), in addition to the well‐known hepatoprotective compound, 1,5‐di‐O‐caffeoylquinic acid ( III ). The hepatoprotective effect was indicated by the significant decrease in the level of four measured serum biochemical parameters (SGOT, SGPT, ALP, and bilirubin) in experimental rats. The structures of the isolated compounds were determined by analyses of 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR spectroscopic data.  相似文献

Two new guaiane sesquiterpenoids, 11‐(acetyloxy)‐1,8‐dihydroxyguai‐4‐en‐3‐one ( 5 ) and (1α,6β)‐1,6‐dihydroxytorilin ( 6 ), were isolated from the fruits of Torilis japonica (Umbelliferae), along with four known sesquiterpenes, torilin ( 1 ), torilolone ( 2 ), (1β)‐1‐hydroxytorilin ( 3 ), and (1α)‐1‐hydroxytorilin ( 4 ). During the phytochemical investigation, daucosterol, friedelin, and epifriedelanol were also isolated from the plant for the first time. The structures of the new sesquiterpenoids 5 and 6 were determined by comprehensive analyses of MS and NMR spectroscopic data. These isolates were evaluated against human breast cancer cells (MCF‐7) and Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) cells. Compounds 1, 3 , and 4 exhibited cytotoxic activity against the LLC cells with IC50 values of 31.3, 32.5, and 34.0 μg/ml, respectively. However, no significant cytotoxicity was found against the MCF‐7 cells for any of the compounds tested.  相似文献

通过改进的Koenigs-knorr法在熊果酸3位和28位进行半乳糖苷化得到6个化合物. 通过MTT法考察了上述化合物对大鼠肝干细胞样上皮细胞WB-F344 的作用, 发现化合物12b和12e可明显提高WB-F344细胞的成活率. 体内实验结果表明, 化合物12b, 12d和12f在刀豆蛋白引起的小鼠急性免疫性肝损伤模型上, 除化合物12d对小鼠血清谷草转氨酶升高具有一定程度的降低作用外, 其余化合物均未见对谷草和谷丙转氨酶的升高表现出明显的保护作用.  相似文献

Wolfberry (Lycium barbarum L.) is a nutritious and medicinal fruit, and deeply processed products of wolfberry needs to be improved. In this study, nutrition, bioactive compounds, and hepaprotective activity were explored in wolfberry vinegar (WFV). The contents of nutrients including total sugar and protein in WFV samples were 2.46 and 0.27 g/100 mL, respectively. Total phenolic and flavonoid contents in WFV were 2.42 mg GAE/mL and 1.67 mg RE/mL, respectively. p-Hydroxybenzoic acid and m-hydroxycinnamic acid were the main polyphenols in WFV. The antioxidant activity of WFV were 20.176 mM Trolox/L (ABTS), 8.614 mM Trolox/L (FRAP), and 26.736 mM Trolox/L (DPPH), respectively. In addition, WFV treatment effectively alleviated liver injury by improving histopathological changes and reducing liver biochemical indexes in CCl4-treated mice. WFV alleviated oxidative damage by inhibiting oxidative levels and increasing antioxidant levels. These results suggest that WFV can be utilized as a functional food to prevent oxidative liver injury.  相似文献

Fourteen sesquiterpenoids were isolated from the fruits of Alpinia oxyphylla Miq . Their structures were elucidated based on NMR analyses (1H, 13C, DEPT, 1H,1H‐COSY, HMQC, HMBC, and NOESY) and identified as 12‐nornootkaton‐6‐en‐11‐one ( 3 ), (+)‐(3S,4aS,5R)‐2,3,4,4a,5,6‐hexahydro‐3‐isopropenyl‐4a,5‐dimethyl‐1,7‐naphthoquinone ( 5 ), nootkatene ( 6 ), 9β‐hydroxynootkatone ( 7 ), 2β‐hydroxy‐δ‐cadinol ( 8 ), 4‐isopropyl‐6‐methyl‐1‐tetralone ( 11 ), oxyphyllone E ( 12 ), oxyphyllone D ( 13 ), oxyphyllanene B ( 15 ), oxyphyllone A ( 16 ), oxyphyllol E ( 17 ), (9E)‐humulene‐2,3;6,7‐diepoxide ( 18 ), mustakone ( 20 ), and pubescone ( 21 ). Among them, 3 was a new norsesquiterpenoid, 8 was a new natural product, and 5, 6, 11, 20, 21 were isolated from A. oxyphylla for the first time. Twenty sesquiterpenoids, 1 – 5 and 7 – 21 , were investigated for their in vitro acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitory activities, including previously isolated seven sesquiterpenoids from A. oxyphylla, (11S)‐12‐chloronootkaton‐11‐ol ( 1 ), (11R)‐12‐chloronootkaton‐11‐ol ( 2 ), nootkatone ( 4 ), oxyphyllenodiol A ( 9 ), oxyphyllenodiol B ( 10 ), 7‐epiteucrenone B ( 14 ), and alpinenone ( 19 ). TLC‐Bioautographic assay indicated that 1 – 4, 7, 14, 16, 18, 19 , and 21 displayed anti‐AChE activities at 10 nmol. Microplate assay confirmed that 19, 18, 16 , and 21 displayed moderate‐to‐weak anti‐AChE activities at the concentration of 100 μM , and 19 was the most potent inhibitor with an IC50 value of 81.6±3.5 μM . The presence of anti‐AChE sesquiterpenoids in A. oxyphylla may partially support the traditional use of this fruit for the treatment of dementia.  相似文献

In the present work, we are reporting the isolation. characterisation and bioactvity of inophyllums, xanthones and other compounds found in the fruits of Callophyllum inophyllum. In-vitro assays demonstrated that the crude extract at concentration of 50 μg/ml inhibited 77% and 88% cyclooxygenase and lipooxygenase activities, respectively, indicating its potential as anti-inflamatory agent. Phytochemical studies was also conducted on the fruits. Inophyllum A, inophyllum C, inophyllum E, calophylloide, calophynic acid, 11,12-anhydroinophyllum A, 1,7-dihydroxy-6-methoxyxanthone, potocatechuic acid, gallic acid, n-nonacosane, β-sitosterol and sitosterol-3-O-β-D-glucopyranoside were isolated and idetified. On the HPLC chromatogram, at least 18 compounds can be detected.  相似文献
