本文讨论了一种新的解析计算方法,用以标定六角晶系和四方晶系的德拜-谢乐衍射线指数。分析的结果表明:用低角度衍射线的sin2θ值,单纯地用解联立方程组求重解的方法进行标定是有困难的,因为重解并不是唯一的。本文根据文献[2]所提出的原理,发展了一种解析计算方法,用数字计算机对六角晶系和四方晶系的德拜-谢乐衍射线指数进行解析计算标定。也即利用A-C座标系中一系列条件直线方程及等原子线方程直接求解,得出条件直线与等原子线的交点座标,这就是晶胞的初基参量。本计算方法的源程序是用FORTRAN语言编写的,标定一次指数的时间少于一分钟。

本文叙述了用德拜·谢乐的方法探讨Mn-Ga二元系中γ3相的晶体结构,并进一步研究了在这个相区内原子排列的有序度随Ga含量的变迁。γ3相属四方晶系,空间群为D4h1—P4/mmm,其理想配比成分为MnGa,每晶胞含1个化合式量,Mn原子和Ga原子分别占据着(0,0,0)和(1/2,1/2,1/2)等效位置。这是一种畸变型的B2结构,如果原晶胞沿c轴转动π/4,则变换后的晶胞就是LI0型结构,与CuAu-1同型。在室温,原晶胞在42.9at.%Ga成分处的点阵常数为a=2.7475?,c=3.6756?。这个相可看作是γ-Mn的替代式固溶体,由于Ga原子替代了部分Mn原子而在室温稳定存在为四方面心有序结构。在整个相区内,有序度随Ga含量的增加而增加。

对α-Al2O3(0001)晶体表层三种不同终止原子结构的计算模型, 在三维周期边界条件下 的κ空间中,采用超软赝势平面波函数描述多电子体系.应用基于密度泛函理论的局域密度 近似,计算了不同表层结构的体系能量,表明最表层终止原子为单层Al的表面结构最稳定. 对由10个原子组成的菱形原胞进行了结构优化,得到晶胞参数值(a0=0.48178n m)与实验 报道值误差小于1.3%.进一步计算了超晶胞(2×2)表面弛豫,弛豫后原第2层O原子层成为最 表层; 对不同表层O,Al原子最外层电子进行了布居分析,表面电子有更大的概率被定域在 O原子的周围,表面明显地表现出O原子的电子表面态.

(Ni,Co)3Al4。是Al-Ni-Co三元系中的一种三元相,其均匀存在范围在室温为,55—58.5A/0 Al,26—35A/0 Ni和10-15.5A/0 Co。这个三元相属立方晶系,空间群为Oh10-Ia3d,每晶胞含112个原子,在室温的点阵常数为α=11.3962?。这个结构是由64个CsCI型基本结构单位堆垛而成的一种超结构。在这64个基本结构单位中,有16个体心位置是有序地空着的,在16(b)的等效位置上构成了16个八面体空位。基本结构单位的角位置16(a)和48(f)都由Al原子占据着,而心位置48(g)则由Ni原子和Co原子无规地占据着。由于空位的存在,原子位置从其原来的CsCl型结构单位位置有所偏离;测定的结果是,xf=0.010,xg=0.369。从合金相的存在范围及原子在结构内的分布情况,这个合金相的理想化合式决定为(Ni,Co)3Al4,每单胞含16个化合式量。

使用X射线单晶衍射法测定了Bi2Pb2V2O10的结构。该晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为C11-P1,单位晶胞内化学式数Z=1,晶胞参数为:a=7.084(4)?,b=7.278(3)?,c=5.587(3)?,α=111.91(5)°,β=95.01(6)°,γ=108.86(4)°,V=245.70?3,Dx=7.35g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=678,94cm-1,F(000)=456。用Patterson函数分析及Forier技术测定了结构,对原子坐标、各向同性及各向异性热参数进行了最小二乘方修正,R=0.079。结构分析表明,Bi2Pb2V2O10的Pb原子与O原子形成八角十二面体,Bi原子与O原子形成六角多面体。两个共棱的Pb—O多面体与两个共棱的Bi—O多面体相连,并沿bc平面无限延伸。讨论了吸收的影响。最后,将Bi2Pb2VO10的结构与Pb2SO5的结构进行了比较。

本文叙述了X射线粉末照相指数的新图解法在正交晶系与单斜晶系中的应用。由于在这两个晶系中所须确定的原始参量多于2,所以不可能像在四方晶系或六角晶系的情形,一次用图解法在平面上求得晶胞的所有初基参量。本文分析了正交晶系与单斜晶系的一些特殊情形,可用新图解法对粉末照相上一些特殊情形下的衍射线指数进行标定。为方便起见,图解法是尽量用线坐标进行的。 相似文献

Published data on lepton pair and quark pair final states ine + e ? annihilation have been analysed in a self consistent way to yield values for the lepton and quark weak vector and axial vector couplings. Generation universality has been tested for the leptons and under the assumption of the standard model of the weak interaction, the parameter sin2θ w has been determined separately for the lepton and quark sector. In the renormalisation scheme α,G μ and sin2θ w , the result for the lepton final states is sin2θ w = 0.212±0.014 and for the hadron final states, sin2θ w = 0.236±0.015. The combined result for this single parameter in the model is sin2θ w = 0.223±0.011±0.007, corresponding tom Z =93.0 ?1.8 +2.0 GeV. 相似文献

According to my recent analysis, in which the use ofM z has been found to give a more precise sin2 θ w than the use ofG F inv μ e→v μ e scattering, I make calculations of sin2 θ w in this process withM z input including the full one-loop and all the leading log corrections. The result from the present data of cross-section σ(v μ e) = (1.55±0.20)x10?42 E v andZ boson massM z =92.6±1.7 GeV is sin2 θ w =0.228±0.016, which is in good agreement with the value 0.227±0.014 derived through the usual method from the data of \(v_\mu ,\bar v_\mu e\) and \(v_e ,\bar v_e e\) scatterings, and quite consistent with the world-average sin2 θ w=0.228±0.004. 相似文献

It has been proposed that a unitary operator, U(θ), connects axial charges with the generators A(λiσz) of SU(6) and the form of this operator has been partially determined up to second order using a perturbative approach. We obtain the details of this operator and then apply it to find its implications on the mass spectrum at low order in θ. We present new axially symmetric half-monopole configuration of the SU(2)×U(1) Weinberg–Salam model of electromagnetic and weak interactions. The half-monopole configuration possesses net magnetic charge 2π/e which is half the magnetic charge of a Cho–Maison monopole. The electromagnetic gauge potential is singular along the negative z-axis. However the total energy is finite and increases only logarithmically with increasing Higgs field self-coupling constant λ1/2 at sin2θW=0.2312. In the U(1) magnetic field, the half-monopole is just a one dimensional finite length line magnetic charge extending from the origin r=0 and lying along the negative z-axis. In the SU(2) ’t Hooft magnetic field, it is a point magnetic charge located at r=0. The half-monopole possesses magnetic dipole moment that decreases exponentially fast with increasing Higgs field self-coupling constant λ1/2 at sin2θW=0.2312. 相似文献

本文详尽地讨论了从X射线衍射强度测定均匀的且各向同性的晶体的德拜特征温度的方法。本方法指明:如将所有的计算强度对观察强度之比的自然对数In(Icalc/Iobs)对sin2θ/λ2标绘,则应该得到一条直线,这条直线的斜率为2B。在德拜的比热理论中,B可表示为(6h2T/MkΘD2){φ(x)+(x/4)},其中x=ΘD/T。如使G=BMkT/6h2,则φ(x)+x/4=Gx2,既然已求得了B值,则这个方程式中的G是一个可量度的数。求解这个方程式可用图解法来进行。使y1=Gx2,而y2=φ(x)+x/4,则从这两个方程式的标绘可以得到两条曲线,这两条曲线的交点就是所要测定的x值,由x值可确定在测定温度时的特征温度。必须指出,由于ΘD本身是温度的一个函数,本方法提供了一个在所需要的温度测定德拜特征温度的可能性。

In the SKAT neutrino bubble chamber experiment at the Serpukhov accelerator we observe 83 events with electrons and no further lepton in the final state. Comparing the ratio of electron to muon charged current events at energies 3<E v <30 GeV with that expected fromv e -beam background assuming lepton universality we find \(R = (N_{e^ - } /N_{\mu ^ - } )_{\exp } /(N_{e^ - } /N_{\mu ^ - } )_{calc} = 0.98 \pm 0.15\) . Furthermore we compare experimental observations and theoretical expectations for some differential distributions of the electron-neutrino charged current reaction. No significant deviation from lepton universality is found. Looking in the charged current reaction for oscillations of muon to electron type neutrinos we find no effect down to the 90% confidence limits Δm 2 =1.3 eV2 at sin22θ=1 and sin22θ=2.5·10?3 at Δm 2=60 eV2. 相似文献
