The hydrothermal syntheses of a family of new alkali-metal/ammonium vanadium(V) methylphosphonates, M(VO(2))(3)(PO(3)CH(3))(2) (M = K, NH(4), Rb, Tl), are described. The crystal structures of K(VO(2))(3)(PO(3)CH(3))(2) and NH(4)(VO(2))(3)(PO(3)CH(3))(2) have been determined from single-crystal X-ray data. Crystal data: K(VO(2))(3)(PO(3)CH(3))(2), M(r) = 475.93, trigonal, R32 (No. 155), a = 7.139(3) ?, c = 19.109(5) ?, Z = 3; NH(4)(VO(2))(3)(PO(3)CH(3))(2), M(r) = 454.87, trigonal, R32 (No. 155), a = 7.150(3) ?, c = 19.459(5) ?, Z = 3. These isostructural, noncentrosymmetric phases are built up from hexagonal tungsten oxide (HTO) like sheets of vertex-sharing VO(6) octahedra, capped on both sides of the V/O sheets by PCH(3) entities (as [PO(3)CH(3)](2-) methylphosphonate groups). In both phases, the vanadium octahedra display a distinctive two short + two intermediate + two long V-O bond distance distribution within the VO(6) unit. Interlayer potassium or ammonium cations provide charge balance for the anionic (VO(2))(3)(PO(3)CH(3))(2) sheets. Powder X-ray, TGA, IR, and Raman data for these phases are reported and discussed. The structures of K(VO(2))(3)(PO(3)CH(3))(2) and NH(4)(VO(2))(3)(PO(3)CH(3))(2) are compared and contrasted with related layered phases based on the HTO motif.  相似文献

The new oxovanadium (Ⅴ) complex, [PyH][VO2(L)] 1 (salicyladehyde 5-bromo salicyloylhydrazone is abbreviated as H2L; Hpy is protonated pyridine) was obtained from a refluxed solution of VOSO4 and H2L in acetonitrile-methanol-pyridine. Similarly, another new complex, [VO(L)(OCH3)] 2 was synthesized by refluxing VOSO4 and H2L in methanol-pyridine. Crystal data for 1: C19H15N3O5BrV, Mr = 496.2, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 7.1885(3), b = 9.2718(3), c = 28.803(1) (A), ( = 96.185(1)(, Z = 4 and V = 1908.6(1) (A)3; for 2: C15H12N2O5BrV, Mr = 431.1, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 12.202(2), b = 8.045(2), c = 16.604(3)(A), ( = 101.29(3)(, Z = 4 and V = 1598.4(2)(A)3. The structures of 1 and 2 have been determined by X-ray analyses and reveal that the coordination environments of V atoms in both complexes are of square-based pyramid. Three of the four based donor atoms are from the tridentate "ONO" donor ligand while the fourth is one terminal oxygen atom with the V(1)–O(3) distance 1.646(4) (A) for 1 and one -OCH3 group with the V(1)-O(3) distance 1.753(3)(A) for 2. The V(1)-O(4) terminals occupy the axial sites in both cases. The complexes are also characterized by IR and 1H NMR spectroscopies.  相似文献

Oxide methanesulfonates of Mo, U, Re, and V have been prepared by reaction of MoO(3), UO(2)(CH(3)COO)(2)·2H(2)O, Re(2)O(7)(H(2)O)(2), and V(2)O(5) with CH(3)SO(3)H or mixtures thereof with its anhydride. These compounds are the first examples of solvent-free oxide methanesulfonates of these elements. MoO(2)(CH(3)SO(3))(2) (Pbca, a=1487.05(4), b=752.55(2), c=1549.61(5) pm, V=1.73414(9) nm(3), Z=8) contains [MoO(2)] moieties connected by [CH(3)SO(3)] ions to form layers parallel to (100). UO(2)(CH(3)SO(3))(2) (P2(1)/c, a=1320.4(1), b=1014.41(6), c=1533.7(1) pm, β=112.80(1)°, V=1.8937(3) nm(3), Z=8) consists of linear UO(2)(2+) ions coordinated by five [CH(3)SO(3)] ions, forming a layer structure. VO(CH(3)SO(3))(2) (P2(1)/c, a=1136.5(1), b=869.87(7), c=915.5(1) pm, β=113.66(1)°, V=0.8290(2) nm(3), Z=4) contains [VO] units connected by methanesulfonate anions to form corrugated layers parallel to (100). In ReO(3)(CH(3)SO(3)) (P1, a=574.0(1), b=1279.6(3), c=1641.9(3) pm, α=102.08(2), β=96.11(2), γ=99.04(2)°, V=1.1523(4) nm(3), Z=8) a chain structure exhibiting infinite O-[ReO(2)]-O-[ReO(2)]-O chains is formed. Each [ReO(2)]-O-[ReO(2)] unit is coordinated by two bidentate [CH(3)SO(3)] ions. V(2)O(3)(CH(3)SO(3))(4) (I2/a, a=1645.2(3), b=583.1(1), c=1670.2(3) pm, β=102.58(3), V=1.5637(5) pm(3), Z=4) adopts a chain structure, too, but contains discrete [VO]-O-[VO] moieties, each coordinated by two bidentate [CH(3)SO(3)] ligands. Additional methanesulfonate ions connect the [V(2)O(3)] groups along [001]. Thermal decomposition of the compounds was monitored under N(2) and O(2) atmosphere by thermogravimetric/differential thermal analysis and XRD measurements. Under N(2) the decomposition proceeds with reduction of the metal leading to the oxides MoO(2), U(3)O(7), V(4)O(7), and VO(2); for MoO(2)(CH(3)SO(3))(2), a small amount of MoS(2) is formed. If the thermal decomposition is carried out in a atmosphere of O(2) the oxides MoO(3) and V(2)O(5) are formed.  相似文献

Depending on experimental conditions and the nature of the hydrazine, the reactions of ReCl3P3 [P = PPh(OEt)2] with RNHNH2 (R = H, CH3, tBu) afford the bis(dinitrogen) [Re(N2)2P4]+ (2+), dinitrogen ReClN2P4 (3), and methyldiazenido [ReCl(CH3N2)(CH3NHNH2)P3]+ (1+) derivatives. In contrast, reactions of ReCl3P3 [P = PPh(OEt)2, PPh2OEt] with arylhydrazines ArNHNH2 (Ar = Ph, p-tolyl) give the aryldiazenido cations [ReCl(ArN2)(ArNHNH2)P3]+ (4+) and [ReCl(ArN2)P4]+ (7+) and the bis(aryldiazenido) cations [Re(ArN2)2P3]+ (5+, 6+). These complexes were characterized spectroscopically (IR; 1H and 31P NMR), and the BPh4 complexes 1, 2, and 7 were characterized crystallographically. The methyldiazenido derivative [ReCl(CH3N2)(CH3NHNH2)(PPh(OEt)2)3][BPh4] (1) crystallizes in space group P1 with a = 15.396(5) A, b = 16.986(5) A, c = 11.560(5) A, alpha = 93.96(5) degrees, beta = 93.99(5) degrees, gamma = 93.09(5) degrees, and Z = 2 and contains a singly bent CH3N2, group bonded to an octahedral central metal. One methylhydrazine ligand, one Cl- trans to the CH3N2, and three PPh(OEt)2 ligands complete the coordination. The complex [Re(N2)2(PPh(OEt)2)4][BPh4] (2) crystallizes in space group Pbaa with a = 23.008(5) A, b = 23.367(5) A, c = 12.863(3) A, and Z = 4. The structure displays octahedral coordination with two end-on N2 ligands in mutually trans positions. [ReCl(PhN2)(PPh(OEt)2)4][BPh4] (7) crystallizes in space group P2(1)/n with a = 19.613(5) A, b = 20.101(5) A, c = 19.918(5) A, beta = 115.12(2) degrees, and Z = 4. The structure shows a singly bent phenyldiazenido group trans to the Cl- ligand in an octahedral environment. The dinitrogen complex ReClN2P4 (3) reacts with CF3SO3CH3 to give the unstable methyldiazenido derivative [ReCl(CH3N2)P4][BPh4]. Reaction of the methylhydrazine complex [ReCl(CH3N2)(CH3NHNH2)P3][BPh4] (1) with Pb(OAc)4 at -30 degrees C results in selective oxidation of the hydrazine, affording the corresponding methyldiazene derivative [ReCl(CH3N=NH)(CH3N2)P3][BPh4] (8). In contrast, treatment with Pb(OAc)4 of the related arylhydrazines [ReCl(ArN2)(ArNHNH2)P3][BPh4] (4) [P = PPh(OEt)2] gives the bis(aryldiazenido) complexes [Re(ArN2)2P3][BPh4] (5). Possible protonation reactions of Br?nsted acids HX with all diazenides, 1, 4, 5, 6, and 8, were investigated and found to proceed only in the cases of the bis(aryldiazenido) complexes 5 and 6, affording, with HCl, the octahedral [ReCl(ArN=NH)(ArN2)P3][BPh4] or [ReCl(Ar(H)NN)(ArN2)P3][BPh4] (10) (Ar = Ph; P = PPh2OEt) derivative.  相似文献

[VO2F(L-L)] (L-L = 2,2'-bipyridyl, 1,10-phenanthroline, Me2N(CH2)2NMe2) and [VO2F(py)2] (py = pyridine) have been prepared from the corresponding [VOF3(L-L)] or [VOF3(py)2] and O(SiMe3)2 in MeCN solution. VO2F (itself made from VOF3 and O(SiMe3)2 in MeCN) forms [Me4N][VO2F2] with [Me4N]F, but does not react with neutral N- or O-donor ligands. VO2Cl, prepared from VOCl3 and ozone, reacts with 2,2'-bipyridyl or 1,10-phenanthroline to form [VO2Cl(L-L)], with pyridine or pyridine-N-oxide (L) to produce [VO2Cl(L)2], and with OPPh3 or OAsPh3 (L') gives [VO2Cl(L')]. A second product from the OPPh3 system is the ionic [VO2(OPPh3)3][VO2Cl2] containing a trigonal bipyramidal cation. Neither VO2F nor VO2Cl form isolable complexes with MeCN, thf or MeO(CH2)2OMe, and both are reduced by P-, As-, S- or Se-donor ligands. [Ph4As][VO2X2] (X = F or Cl) react with 2,2'-bipyridyl to form [VO2X(2,2'-bipyridyl)], but similar reactions with weaker O-donor ligands fail. The complexes have been characterised by IR, multinuclear NMR (1H, 19F, 51V or 31P) and UV-visible spectroscopy. X-ray crystal structures are reported for [VO2F(py)2], [VO2Cl(L)2] (L = py or pyNO) and [VO2(OPPh3)3][VO2Cl2].  相似文献

The reaction of IrH(5)(PCy(3))(2) in acetone with 2 equiv of HBF(4) results in the formation of the air-stable complex [Ir(H)(2)(PCy(3))(2)(acetone)(2)]BF(4), 1. The reaction of 1 with an excess of 2-thiazolidinethione or 2-benzothiazolethione in the presence of 2 equiv of HBF(4) gives the complexes [Ir(H)(PCy(3))(L)(4)](BF(4))(2) (2a, L = 2-thiazolidinethione; 2b, L = 2-benzothiazolethione). Complex 2a has an intramolecular NH.H(Ir).HN interaction both in the crystalline solid as determined by X-ray diffraction and in a CD(2)Cl(2) solution as determined by the T(1) method. The d(HH) were determined to be 2.2 +/- 0.1 ? in the solid state and 1.9 +/- 0.1 ? in solution. The NH.H(Ir).HN interactions and NH.F.HN hydrogen bonds which involve FBF(3)(-) form a four-member ring in a butterfly conformation. The nOe effect of the hydride on the NH proton is around 10%. A crystal of 2a is in the triclinic space group P&onemacr; with a = 11.426(3), b = 11.922(3), c = 19.734(4) ?, alpha = 87.05(1) degrees, beta = 88.23(1) degrees, gamma = 75.50(1) degrees, V = 2599(1) ?(3), and Z = 2 at T = 173 K; full-matrix least-squares refinement on F(2) was performed for 10 198 independent reflections; R[F(2)>2sigma(F(2))] = 0.0480, R(w)(F(2)) = 0.099. The formation of the NH.HIr proton-hydride interaction is as favorable as the formation of intermolecular hydrogen bonds NH.FBF(3)(-) or NH.O hydrogen bonds with OPPh(3) or H(2)O in CD(2)Cl(2). A similar NH.HIr interaction also has been observed in the complexes [Ir(H)(2)(PCy(3))(2)(L)(2)]BF(4) (3a, L = 2-thiazolidinethione; 3b, L = 2-benzothiazolethione) but not in the complexes with L = NH(2)NH(2) (3c) and L = NH(3) (3d). Both the NH and IrH protons are deuterated when a solution of 2 or 3 in C(6)D(6) is exposed to 1 atm of D(2) gas or D(2)O.  相似文献

IR spectra are reported for the compounds [Fe3O(O2CC(CH3)3)6(py)3][FeCl4] and [Fe3O(O2CC(CH3)3)6(py)3]. Using isotopic substitution at the central oxygen atom, the assignments of the in-plane and out-of-plane vibrations of this atom are confirmed, and coupling is demonstrated between the in-plane modes v(as)(Fe3O) and carboxylate deformation modes rho(r)(C-CO2).  相似文献

Vanadium(III) and vanadium(V) complexes derived from the tris(2-thiolatoethyl)amine ligand [(NS3)3-] and the bis(2-thiolatoethyl)ether ligand [(OS2)2-] have been synthesized with the aim of investigating the potential of these vanadium sites to bind dinitrogen and activate its reduction. Evidence is presented for the transient existence of (V(NS3)(N2)V(NS3), and a series of mononuclear complexes containing hydrazine, hydrazide, imide, ammine, organic cyanide, and isocyanide ligands has been prepared and the chemistry of these complexes investigated. [V(NS3)O] (1) reacts with an excess of N2H4 to give, probably via the intermediates (V(NS3)(NNH2) (2a) and (V(NS3)(N2)V(NS3) (3), the V(III) adduct [V(NS3)(N2H4)] (4). If 1 is treated with 0.5 mol of N2H4, 0.5 mol of N2 is evolved and green, insoluble [(V(NS3))n] (5) results. Compound 4 is converted by disproportionation to [V(NS3)(NH3)] (6), but 4 does not act as a catalyst for disproportionation of N2H4 nor does it act as a catalyst for its reduction by Zn/HOC6H3Pri2-2,6. Compound 1 reacts with NR1(2)NR2(2) (R1 = H or SiMe3; R2(2) = Me2, MePh, or HPh) to give the hydrazide complexes [V(NS3)(NNR2(2)] (R2(2) = Me2, 2b; R2(2) = MePh, 2c; R2(2) = HPh, 2d), which are not protonated by anhydrous HBr nor are they reduced by Zn/HOC6H3Pri2-2,6. Compound 2b can also be prepared by reaction of [V(NNMe2)(dipp)3] (dipp = OC6H3Pri2-2,6) with NS3H3. N2H4 is displaced quantitatively from 4 by anions to give the salts [NR3(4)][V(NS3)X] (X = Cl, R3 = Et, 7a; X = Cl, R3 = Ph, 7b; X = Br, R3 = Et, 7c; X = N3, R3 = Bu(n), 7d; X = N3, R3 = Et, 7e; X = CN, R3 = Et, 7f). Compound 6 loses NH3 thermally to give 5, which can also be prepared from [VCl3(THF)3] and NS3H3/LiBun. Displacement of NH3 from 6 by ligands L gives the adducts [V(NS3)(L)] (L = MeCN, nu CN 2264 cm-1, 8a; L = ButNC, nu NC 2173 cm-1, 8b; L = C6H11NC, nu NC 2173 cm-1, 8c). Reaction of 4 with N3SiMe3 gives [V(NS3)(NSiMe3)] (9), which is converted to [V(NS3)(NH)] (10) by hydrolysis and to [V(NS3)(NCPh3)] (11) by reaction with ClCPh3. Compound 10 is converted into 1 by [NMe4]OH and to [V(NS3)NLi(THF)2] (12) by LiNPri in THF. A further range of imido complexes [V(NS3)(NR4)] (R4 = C6H4Y-4 where Y = H (13a), OMe (13b), Me (13c), Cl (13d), Br (13e), NO2 (13f); R4 = C6H4Y-3, where Y = OMe (13g); Cl (13h); R4 = C6H3Y2-3,4, where Y = Me (13i); Cl (13j); R4 = C6H11 (13k)) has been prepared by reaction of 1 with R4NCO. The precursor complex [V(OS2)O(dipp)] (14) [OS2(2-) = O(CH2CH2S)2(2-)] has been prepared from [VO(OPri)3], Hdipp, and OS2H2. It reacts with NH2NMe2 to give [V(OS2)(NNMe2)(dipp)] (15) and with N3SiMe3 to give [V(OS2)(NSiMe3)(dipp)] (16). A second oxide precursor, formulated as [V(OS2)1.5O] (17), has also been obtained, and it reacts with SiMe3NHNMe2 to give [V(OS2)(NNMe2)(OSiMe3)] (18). The X-ray crystal structures of the complexes 2b, 2c, 4, 6, 7a, 8a, 9, 10, 13d, 14, 15, 16, and 18 have been determined, and the 51V NMR and other spectroscopic parameters of the complexes are discussed in terms of electronic effects.  相似文献

The 1/2V2O5-H2C2O4/H3PO4/NH4OH system was investigated using hydrothermal techniques. Four new phases, (NH4)VOPO(4).1.5H2O (1), (NH4)0.5VOPO(4).1.5H2O (2), (NH4)2[VO(H2O)3]2[VO(H2O)][VO(PO4)2]2.3H2O (3), and (NH4)2[VO(HPO4)]2(C2O4).H2O (4), have been prepared and structurally characterized. Compounds 1 and 2 have layered structures closely related to VOPO(4).2H2O and A0.5VOPO4.yH2O (A = mono- or divalent metals), whereas 3 has a 3D open-framework structure. Compound 4 has a layered structure and contains both oxalate and phosphate anions coordinated to vanadium cations. Trans complexes such as trans-[PtCl(2)(NH(3))(2)] have historically been considered therapeutically inactive. The use of planar ligands such as pyridine greatly enhances the cytotoxicity of the trans geometry. The complexes trans-[PtCl(R'R'SO)(A)(2)]NO(3) (R'R'SO = substituted sulfoxides such as dimethyl (Me(2)SO), methyl benzyl (MeBzSO), and methyl phenyl sulfoxide (MePhSO) and A = NH(3), pyridine (py) and 4-methylpyridine or picoline (pic)) were prepared for comparison of the chemical reactivity between ammine and pyridine ligands. The X-ray crystal structure determination for trans-[PtCl(Me(2)SO)(py)(2)]NO(3) confirmed the geometry with S-bound Me(2)SO. The crystals are orthorhombic, space group P2(1)2(1)2(1), with cell dimensions a = 7.888(2) A, b = 14.740(3) A, c =15.626(5) A, and Z = 4. The geometry around the platinum atom is square planar with l(Pt-Cl) = 2.304(4) A, l(Pt-S) = 2.218(5) A, and l(Pt-N) = 2.03(1) and 2.02(1) A. Bond angles are normal with Cl-Pt-S = 177.9(2) degrees, Cl-Pt-N(1) = 88.0(4) degrees, Cl-Pt-N(2) = 89.3(5) degrees, S-Pt-N(1) = 93.8(4) degrees, S-Pt-N(2) = 88.9(4) degrees, and N(1)-Pt-N(2) = 177.2(6) degrees. The intensity data were collected with Mo Kalpha radiation with lambda = 0.710 69 A. Refinement was by full-matrix least-squares methods to a final R value of 3.80%. Unlike trans-[PtCl(2)(NH(3))(2)], trans-[PtCl(2)(A)(2)] (A = py or pic) complexes do not react with Me(2)SO. The solvolytic products of cis-[PtCl(2)(A)(2)] (A = py or pic) were characterized. Studies of displacement of the sulfoxide by chloride were performed using HPLC. The sulfoxide was displaced faster for the pyridine complex relative to the ammine complex. Chemical studies comparing the reactivity of trans-[PtCl(R'R'SO)(amine)(2)]NO(3) with a model nucleotide, guanosine 5'-monophosphate (GMP), showed that the reaction gave two principal products: the species [Pt(R'R'SO)(amine)(2)(N7-GMP)], which reacts with a second equivalent of GMP, forming [Pt(amine)(2)(N7-GMP)(2)]. The reaction pathways were different, however, for the pyridine complexes in comparison to the NH(3) species, with sulfoxide displacement again being significantly faster for the pyridine case.  相似文献

<正>The new oxovanadium (V) complex, [PyH][VO2(L)] 1 (salicyladehyde 5-bromo salicyloylhydrazone is abbreviated as H2L; Hpy is protonated pyridine) was obtained from a refluxed solution of VOSO4 and H2L in acetonitrile-methanol-pyridine. Similarly, another new complex, [VO(L)(OCH3)] 2 was synthesized by refluxing VOSO4 and H2L in methanol-pyridine. Crystal data for 1: C19H15N3O5BrV, Mr= 496.2, monoclinic, P21/n, a = 7.1885(3), b = 9.2718(3), c = 28.803(1) A, β = 96.185(1)°, Z = 4 and V = 1908.6(1) A3; for 2: C15H12N2O5BrV, Mr= 431.1, monoclinic, P2,/n, a = 12.202(2), b = 8.045(2), c = 16.604(3) A, β = 101.29(3)°, Z = 4 and V = 1598.4(2) A3. The structures of 1 and 2 have been determined by X-ray analyses and reveal that the coordination environments of V atoms in both complexes are of square-based pyramid. Neutral peroxovanadium(v) complexes, [VO(O2)(pca)(bpy)] (1), [VO(O2)(pca)(phen)] (2) and [VO(O2)(pic)(pcaa)(H2O)].H2O(3), were synthesized [2,2'-bipyridine (bpy), 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), pyrazinecarboxamide (pcaa), 2-pyrazinecarboxylic (Hpca) and picolinic (Hpic) acids]. Their X-ray single crystal analysis revealed a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry in all complex molecules. The four "free" coordination sites of the vanadium atoms of the VO(eta2-O2)+ moieties in 1 and 2 are occupied by the donor atoms of two bidentate heteroligands. The supramolecular structures of 1 and 2 are exclusively constructed by intermolecular C--H(ar)...O hydrogen bonds [dH(H...O): 2.292-2.708 A (1), and 2.260-2.720 A (2)]. In addition, the structures are stabilized by parallel off-set pi-pi interactions between the bpy rings resp. non-parallel off-set interactions between the phen rings [centroid distances: 3.7000(1) A (1), 3.9781(2) and 3.6757(2) A (2)]. In the molecular structure of 3, pcaa is coordinated in an equatorial position of the bipyramid via the nitrogen atom of the pyrazine ring, while the aqua ligand is in the apical position. The disordered crystal water molecules are located in 1D channels oriented along the a axis. The intermolecular C-H(ar)...O hydrogen bonds in 3 were found within the dH(H..O) range 2.409-2.669 A. The pic ligands are off-set pi-pi stacked, with centroid distances: 3.6725(3) and 3.8323(3) A. The DFT orbital calculations and NBO analysis for the VO(eta2-O2)+ group gave evidence for a triple V[triple bond]O bond, and showed that the observed cis arrangement of the oxo and peroxo ligands results from the direct interaction between them. Experimental and calculated UV-Vis and IR spectral data are presented.  相似文献

The reaction of a monosubstituted Keggin polyoxometalate (POM) generated in situ with copper-phenanthroline complexes in excess ammonium or rubidium acetate led to the formation of the hybrid metal organic-inorganic compounds A7[Cu2(ac)2(phen)2(H2O)2][Cu3(ac)3(phen)3(H2O)3][Si2W22Cu2O78(H2O)].approximately 18 H2O (A=NH4+ (1), Rb+ (2); ac=acetate; phen=1,10-phenanthroline). These compounds are constructed from inorganic and metalorganic interpenetrated sublattices containing the novel bimolecular Keggin POM, [Si2W22Cu2O78(H2O)]12-, and Cu-ac-phen complexes, [Cu(ac)(phen)(H2O)]n n+ (n=2, 3). The packing of compound 1 can be viewed as a stacking of open-framework layers parallel to the xy plane built of hydrogen-bonded POMs, and zigzag columns of pi-stacked Cu-ac-phen complex cations running along the [111] direction. Magnetic and EPR results are discussed with respect to the crystal structure of the compounds. DFT calculations on [Cu(ac)(phen)(H2O)]n n+ cationic complexes have been performed, to check the influence of packing in the complex geometry and determine the magnetic exchange pathways.  相似文献

Four new zinc diphosphonate compounds with formulas [NH(3)(CH(2))(2)NH(3)]Zn(hedpH(2))(2).2H(2)O, 1, [NH(3)(CH(2))(n)()NH(3)]Zn(2)(hedpH)(2).2H(2)O, (n = 4, 2; n = 5, 3; n = 6, 4) (hedp = 1-hydroxyethylidenediphosphonate) have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions at 110 degrees C and in the presence of alkylenediamines NH(2)(CH(2))(n)()NH(2) (n = 2, 4, 5, 6). Crystallographic data for 1: monoclinic, space group C2/c, a = 24.7422(15), b = 5.2889(2), c = 16.0338(2) A, beta = 117.903(1) degrees, V = 1856.17(18) A(3), Z = 4; 2: monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, a = 5.4970(3), b = 12.1041(6), c = 16.2814(12) A, beta = 98.619(5) degrees, V = 1071.07(11) A(3), Z = 2; 3: monoclinic, space group P2(1)/n, a = 5.5251(2), b = 12.5968(3), c = 16.1705(5) A, beta = 99.182(1) degrees, V = 1111.02(6) A(3), Z = 2; 4: triclinic, space group P-1, a = 5.4785(2), b = 14.1940(5), c = 16.0682(6) A, alpha = 81.982(2) degrees, beta = 89.435(2) degrees, gamma = 79.679(2) degrees, V = 1217.11(8) A(3), Z = 2. In compound 1, two of the phosphonate oxygens are protonated. The metal ions are bridged by the hedpH(2)(2-) groups through three of the remaining four phosphonate oxygens, forming a one-dimensional infinite chain. The protonated ethylenediamines locate between the chains in the lattice. In compounds 2-4, only one phosphonate oxygen is protonated. Compounds 2 and 3 have a similar three-dimensional open-network structure composed of [Zn(2)(hedpH)(2)](n) double chains with strong hydrogen bonding interactions between them, thus generating channels along the [100] direction. The protonated diamines and water molecules reside in the channels. Compound 4 contains two types of [Zn(2)(hedpH)(2)](n) double chains which are held together by strong hydrogen bonds, forming a two-dimensional network. The interlayer spaces are occupied by the [NH(3)(CH(2))(6)NH(3)](2+) cations and water molecules. The significant difference between structures 2-4 is also featured by the coordination geometries of the zinc atoms. The geometries of those in 2 can be described as distorted octahedral, and those in 3 as distorted square pyramidal. In 4, two independent zinc atoms are found, each with a distorted octahedral and a tetrahedral geometry, respectively.  相似文献

In the three-dimensional oxalate network structures [M(II)(bpy)3][M(I)-M(III)(ox)3] (ox= C2O4(2-); bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine) the negatively charged oxalate backbone provides perfect cavities for tris-bipyridyl complex cations. The size of the cavity can be adjusted by variation of the metal ions of the oxalate backbone. In [Co(bpy)3][NaCr(ox)3], the [Co(bpy)3]2 + complex is in its usual 4T1(t2g5e(g)2) high-spin ground state. Substituting Na+ by Li+ reduces the size of the cavity. The resulting chemical pressure destabilises the high-spin state of [Co(bpy)3]2+ to such an extent that the 2E(t2g6e(g)1) low-spin state becomes the actual ground state. As a result. [Co(bpy)3][LiCr(ox)3] becomes a spin-crossover system, as shown by temperature-dependent magnetic susceptibility measurements and single-crystal optical spectroscopy, as well as by an X-ray structure determination at 290 and 10 K.  相似文献

Reaction between [VO(acac)2] and H2L (H2L are the hydrazones H2sal-nah I or H2sal-fah II; sal = salicylaldehyde, nah = nicotinic acid hydrazide and fah = 2-furoic acid hydrazide) in methanol leads to the formation of oxovanadium(IV) complexes [VOL.H2O](H2L = I: 1, H2L = II: 4). Aerial oxidation of the methanolic solutions of 1 and 4 yields the dinuclear oxo-bridged monooxovanadium(V) complexes [{VOL}2mu-O](H2L = I: 2, H2L = II: 5). These dinuclear complexes slowly convert, in excess methanol, to [VO(OMe)(MeOH)L](H(2)L = I: 9, H(2)L = II: 10), the crystal and molecular structures of which have been determined, confirming the ONO binding mode of the dianionic ligands in their enolate form. Reaction of aqueous K[VO3] with the ligands at pH ca. 7.5 results in the formation of [K(H2O)][VO2L](H2L = I: 3, H2L = II: 6). Treatment of 3 and 6 with H2O2 yields (unstable) oxoperoxovanadium(v) complexes K[VO(O2)L], the formation of which has been monitored spectrophotometrically. Acidification of methanolic solutions of 3 and 6 with HCl affords oxohydroxo complexes, while the neutral complexes [VO2(Hsal-nah)] 7 and [VO2(Hsal-fah)] 8 were isolated on treatment of aqueous solutions of 3 and 6 with HClO4. These complexes slowly transform into 9 and 10 in methanol, as confirmed by 1H, 13C and 51V NMR. The anionic complexes 3 and 6 catalyse the oxidative bromination of salicylaldehyde in water in the presence of H2O2/KBr to 5-bromosalicylaldehyde and 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde, a reaction similar to that exhibited by vanadate-dependent haloperoxidases. They are also catalytically active for the oxidation of benzene to phenol and phenol to catechol and p-hydroquinone.  相似文献

Two nickel(II) complexes of formula (H(3)dien)(2)[Ni(2)(ox)(5)].12H(2)O (1) and [Ni(2)(dien)(2)(H(2)O)(2)(ox)]Cl(2) (2) (dien = diethylenetriamine and ox = oxalate dianion) have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Abnn, with a = 15.386(4) ?, b = 15.710(4) ?, c = 17.071(4) ?, and Z = 4. 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c, with a = 10.579(1) ?, b = 7.258(1) ?, c = 13.326(1) ?, beta = 93.52(3) degrees, and Z = 2. The structures of 1 and 2 consist of dinuclear oxalato-bridged nickel(II) units which contain bidentate oxalate (1) and tridentate dien in the fac-conformation (2) as terminal ligands. Both features, oxalato as a peripheral ligand and dien in the fac-conformation (instead of its usual mer-conformation), are unprecedented in the coordination chemistry of nickel(II). The nickel atom is six-coordinated in both compounds, the chromophores being NiO(6) (1) and NiN(3)O(3) (2). The Ni-O(ox) bond distances at the bridge (2.072(4) ? in 1 and 2.11(1) and 2.125(9) ? in 2) are somewhat longer than those concerning the terminal oxalate (2.037(5) and 2.035(3) ? in 1). Magnetic susceptibility data of 1 and 2 in the temperature range 4.2-300 K show the occurrence of intramolecular antiferromagnetic coupling with J = -22.8 (1) and -28.8 (2) cm(-)(1) (J being the parameter of the exchange Hamiltonian H = -JS(A).S(B)). The observed value of -J in the investigated oxalato-bridged nickel(II) complexes, which can vary from 22 to 39 cm(-)(1), is strongly dependent on the nature of the donor atoms from the peripheral ligands. This influence has been analyzed and rationalized through extended Hückel calculations.  相似文献

The oxidation of oxovanadium(IV) complexes [LV(IV)O] (L = tetradentate Schiff-base ligands such as N,N'-ethylenebis(salicylideneaminate)(2-) (salen) and N,N'-2,2-dimethylpropylenebis(salicylideneaminate)(2-) (salpn)) to [LV(V)O](+), believed to be responsible for the voltammetric response near 0.6 V vs Ag/AgCl in CH(2)Cl(2) in the presence of tetrabutylammonium tetrafluoroborate as a supporting electrolyte, is in fact coupled to a homogeneous process where [LVO](+) coordinates BF(4)(-) to form a neutral complex formulated as [LVOBF(4)]. The formation constants for [VO(salen)BF(4)] and [VO(salpn)BF(4)] are evaluated to be K(salen)(-)(1) = 1.1 x 10(2) M(-)(1) and K(salpn)(-)(1) = 1.4 x 10 M(-)(1), respectively. Crystal structure of [VO(salen)BF(4)] reveals that one of the fluorine atoms in BF(4)(-) is so close to the vanadium(V) atom as to be practically bound in the solid state.  相似文献
