α-Oxoketene dithioacetals( compound 1 ) are versatile synthons for organic synthesis due to their specially structural characteristic, that is, the masked ketene is conjugated with the convertible carbonyl in their molecules. Although there have been numerous reports covering the reactions in which they have been taken as 1,3-electrophiles, the reaction at the α-carbon atom of α-oxoketene dithioacetals has seldom been investigated. Junjappa and co-workers found the α- bromination of compound 2 in the presence of NBS led to α-aroyl-α-bromo ketenedithioacetals. However, the flexibility of the functional groups at the α-carbon atom of compound 2 are still limited.  相似文献

A facile method for the title transformation is described. The reaction of 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-methoxypiperidine oxoammonium chloride (1b) and ketones bearing a-methylene group in acetonitrile proceeded smoothly to give the a-oxyfunctionalized coupling products (6a-h). These coupling products decomposed upon heating in acidic medium to produce a-diketones (7a-h) in good to excellent yields.  相似文献

Ten α,α,α′-trisubstituted cyclododecanones were synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, infrared, 1^H NMR and 13^C NMR spectra, and X-ray diffraction. NMR data could not give conformational information clearly, but some of their ring skeleton conformations of cyclododecanone moiety were showed to remain the unchanged [3333]-2-one conformation with little distortion, while the others were changed to the [3324]-2-one conformation in their crystal structures. These are consistent with the results of molecular mechanics calculation with Sybyl 6.9 software and Tripos force field, and semi-empirical quantum calculation with AM 1 method in Gaussian 98 software. Two geminal substituting groups are located at α-corner carbon atom, and the third group is at α-side-exo carbon atom in both conformations. Both [3333]-2-one and [3324]-2-one conformations are present in a dynamic equilibrium in the solution, but only one preferred conformation exists in the crystal solid.  相似文献

A convenient and efficient protocol for the synthesis of unnatural N-glycosyl a-amino acids was developed.Condensation of 1,3,4,6-tetra-O-actyl-β-D-glucosamine hydrochloride,alkenyl boronic acid,and glyoxylic acid was achieved in CH_2C1_2 to give the derivatives of 2-(N-glycosyl)aminobut-3-enoic acid which may find applications in glycobiology research and medicinal chemistry.  相似文献

Due to the chemoselective dehalogenation by SmI_2, the additionof α-halomethylsulfones to carbonyl compounds afforded β-hy-droxysulfones. Those reactions with α-bromomethylsulfonesgave the products in moderate to good yields. The SmI_2-mediat-ed addition of gem-dihalomethylsulfones to ketones also afford-ed α-halo-β-hydroxysulfones in moderate yields.  相似文献

Chiral α-aminophosphonates were synthesized using (R) or (S)-1-phenylethylamine in the presence of BF3·Et2O under microwave irradiation in moderate to good yields. The new compounds were identified by ^1H NMR, ^19F NMR, IR and elemental analysis. Their antifungal activities were evaluated and some compounds were found to exhibit excellent antifungal activities. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report on antifungal activity of chiral α-aminophosphonates containing fluorine moiety.  相似文献

A chiral Lewis base organocatalyzed enantioselective hydrosilylation ofa-keto ketimines was investigated.The reactions afforded various enantioenriched a-amino ketones with good yields(up to 95%) in moderate to good enantioselectivities(up to 98% e.e.).Furthermore,one of the products was reduced to a chiral 1,2-amino alcohol.Following cyclization of it with triphosgene generated a cannabinoid receptor 1 (CB 1) inhibitor with good diastereoselectivity.  相似文献

The adsorption behavior of butyl xanthate on the surface of lead oxide was investigated using continuous online in situ attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared(ATR-FTIR) spectroscopy technique and two dimensional(2D) correlation analysis.The adsorbed layer studied was prepared by coating α-PbO particles onto the surfaces of the ZnSe crystal.The appearance of spectral peaks at 1203 cm~(-1),1033 cm~(-1) and their red shift indicated the formation and aggregation of xanthate at the surface of α-PbO.According to 1R intensity changes after rinsing with deionized water and a NaOH solution,the adsorption was proved to be a chemisorption type.The competition between xanthate and OH for the surfaces leads to desorption of xanthate at higher pH.The technique of 2D correlation ATR-FTIR spectroscopy was used to evaluate the changing order of spectral intensities in the adsorption process,and the results indicated that xanthate micelles were formed at the surfaces.The adsorption kinetics of butyl xanthate was found to be a pseudo-second-order reaction model and the adsorption capacity of butyl xanthate at α-PbO was as high as 281 mg g~(-1) after 150 min.  相似文献

A new route of utilization of α-olefin rich hydrocarbon fractions obtained by waste polymer pyrolysis was investigated. α-olefin-succinic-anhydride intermediate-based pour point depressant additives for diesel fuel were synthesized, in which reactions needed α-olefins were obtained by pyrolysis of waste high-density polyethylene (HDPE). Fraction of α-olefins was produced by the de-polymerization of plastic waste in a tube reactor at 500℃ in the absence of catalysts and air. C17~22 range of mixtures of olefins and paraffins were separated for synthesis and then, these hydrocarbons were reacted with maleic-anhydride (MA) for formation of α-olefin-succinic-anhydride intermediates. The olefin-rich hydrocarbon fraction contained approximately 60% of olefins, including 90%~95% α-olefins. Other intermediates were produced in the same way by using commercial C20 α-olefin instead of C17~22 olefin mixture. The two different experimental intermediates with number average molecular weights of 1850g/mol and 1760g/mol were reacted with different alcohols: 1-butanol, 1-hexanol, 1-octanol, i-butanol, and c-hexanol to produce their ester derivatives. The synthesized ten experimental pour point depressants were added in different concentrations to conventional diesel fuel, which had no other additive content before. The structure and efficiency of experimental additives were followed by different standardized and non-standardized methods. Results showed that the experimental additives on the basis of the product of waste pyrolysis were able to decrease not only the pour but also the cloud point and cold filter plugging point (CFPP) of diesel fuel, whose effects could be observed even if the concentration of additives was low. Furthermore, all additives had anti-wear and anti-friction effects in diesel fuel.  相似文献

A novel biomimetic catalyst of complex Cu(p-OTs)2/ethanolamine(1∶1) was used to oxidize 1,1′-bi-2-naphthol into xanthene derivatives with a relative high yield in a mixed solvents of dimethyl sulfoxide(DMSO) and CH3OH. The studies on the effect of some solvents on the yield of xanthene derivatives indicates that the yield reduces dramatically with the increase of the content of H2O in the mixed solvents of H2O and DMSO. No product can be obtained when the content of H2O is up to 70%. The cyclic voltammetric study demonstrated that the copper ion in complex Cu(p-OTs)2/ethanolamine(1∶1) is reduced via a two-step one-electron reduction process from Cu(Ⅱ) to Cu in the mixture of DMSO and H2O. Water as a poor solvent in respect to the reactants probably hampered the coordination of 1,1′-bi-2-naphthol to copper/amine complex and led to the insufficient catalytic efficiency of complex Cu(p-OTs)2/ethanolamine(1∶1).  相似文献

The synthesis of α-ZrP with a range of crystallinity is of high importance due to the different requirements in various applications.Nanosized crystalline α-ZrP is typically obtained by refluxing amorphous ZrP in concentrated H3PO4 solutions.Microcrystalline α-ZrP are obtained by direct precipitation in the presence of either HF or oxalic acid which are used as complexing agents for zirconium.These larger crystals are useful as ion-exchangers in column-type applications as the back pressure can be significantly reduced.A novel minimalistic synthesis that is green,simple and fast is highlighted in this review.Both nano-sized and micro-sized α-ZrP can be prepared via this protocol to meet many potential applications.Applications of α-ZrP in ion-exchange,catalysis,lubricants,intercalation hosts,polymer fillers and fire retardants are discussed.  相似文献
