The radical copolymerizations of 2,2,6, 6-tetramethyl 4-piperidinyl methacrylate (TMPM) with styrene in various solvents have been studied. The monomer reactivity ratios r_1 and r_2 were determined. It is observed that in all of these reaction systems, there are appreciable solvent effects on both r_1 and r_2, which can be correlated to the difference in chemical shifts of olefinic protons of TMPM. And the variance of the copolymer microstructure in various media was discussed.  相似文献

A series of bisthienylethenes containing imidazole and imidazolium derivatives have been prepared and the products have been characterized by means of NMR and MS.Their photochromic and fluorescent switch properties have been investigated by UV–vis absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra.The fluorescent emissions of these kinds of photochromic compounds can be simply modulated by varying the imidazole groups,which shows that these compounds may have potential application in the design of fluorescent photochromic materials.  相似文献

Functionalized nano-PbS has been prepared and characterized. The functionalized nanoparticles have good dispersibility in water. Reaction of functionalized nano-PbS with γ-globulin (γ-IgG) results an enhanced resonance light scattering (RLS) around 385nm.However, when the content of HSA is lower than 0.5μg/ml^-1 the RLS enhancement is very weak and is nonlinear to concentration of HSA. Based on these results, a new direct quantitative determination method for γ-globulin in blood serum samples without separation is established.Under optimal conditions, the enhanced RLS intensity is in proportion to the γ-IgG concentration in the range 10-500ng/mL. The limit of detection is 2.75ng/mL. This method is proved to be very sensitive, rapid, simple and selective for detection of γ-IgG in blood serum.  相似文献

Experimental determination of density, ultrasonic velocity and viscosity of two pyrimidine bases thymine and cytosine along with their respective nucleosides, thymidine and cytidine has been carried out in aqueous urea solutions in the presence of different concentrations of three salts, viz. NaCl, KCl and CaCl2. The experimental data have been used for the computation of various thermodynamic parameters, viz. apparent molar volume, apparent molar compressibility, coefficients A and B of the Jones-Dole equation, internal pressure, acoustic impedance, etc. Structural studies of solutions under investigation have also been carried out by ultraviolet spectroscopy, and an attempt has been made to collaborate the findings of ultraviolet spectroscopy with results obtained thermodynamically.  相似文献

The γ-substituted β-diketonate 2,4-dioxo-3-pentyl 4-[4-(n-octyloxy)cinnamoyl]oxybenzoate 1 and its pyrazole and isoxazole derivatives (2 and 3 respectively) have been synthesized and characterized by the spectroscopic methods and elemental analysis. The mesogenic properties of these compounds have been studied by polarizing optical microscopy (POM) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). A monotropic nematic mesophase was observed for the β-diketonate 1, in contrast, the pyrazole 2 displays an enantiotropic smectic A and isoxazole 3 exhibits an enantiotropic nematic mesophase. The relationship between the structure and liquid crystalline properties has also been discussed.  相似文献

The content and isotopic compositions of different sulphur species in pore-water and solid phases have been examined on five sediment cores taken from muddy sediment region in the Yellow Sea and the East China Sea. Relationships among these data have been investigated with the combination of morphology of mineral pyrite and organic matter so as to role out the diagenetic behaviour of sulphur species at the early stage of diagenesis in modern marine sediment and the origin of pyrite formation.  相似文献

Monodispersed magnetite Fe3O4 and hematite α-Fe2O3 nanocrystals have been grown in co-solvents of alcohol and water. Either the shape or the size of the nanocrystals could be easily controlled. Both the phases and nanostructures have been characterized by powder X-ray diffraction patterns and electron microscopy. Hartree-Fock-Roothaan (HFR) calculations for ground states of some atoms, i.e. He, Be, Ne, Ar, and Kr have been performed using minimal basis sets of Slater type orbitals (STOs) with integer and noninteger principal quantum numbers (integer n-STOs and noninteger n-STOs). The obtained total energies for these atoms using minimal basis sets of integer n-STOs are in good agreement with those in the previous literature. On the other hand, for the case of minimal basis sets of noninteger n-STOs, although the calculated total energies of these atoms agree well with the results in literature, some striking results have been obtained for atoms Ar and Kr. Our computational resuits for the energies of atoms Ar and Kr are slightly better than those in literature, by amount of 0.00222 and 0.000054 a.u., respectively. The improvement in the energies of atoms Ar and Kr may result from the efficient calculations of one-center two-electron integrals over noninteger n-STOs. For some atomic ions in their ground state, HFR calculations have been carried out using minimal basis sets of noninteger n-STOs. The obtained total energies for these atomic ions are substantially lower than those available in literature.  相似文献

A fast and reliable method for the determination of trace PAHs (polynuclear aromatic hydrocarbons) in seawater by solid-phase microextraction (SPME) followed by gas chromatographic (GC) analysis has been developed. The SPME operational parameters have been optimized, and the effects of salinity and dissolved organic matter (DOM) on PAHs recoveries have been investigated. SPME measures only the portion of PAHs which are water soluble, and can be used to quantify PAH partition coefficient between water and DOM phases. The detection limits of the overall method for the measurement of sixteen PAHs range from 0.1 to 3.5 ng/g, and the precisions of individual PAH measurements range from 4% to 23% RSD. The average recovery for PAHs is 88.2±20.4%. The method has been applied to the determination of PAHs in seawater and sediment porewater samples collected in Jiaozhou Bay and Laizhou Bay in Shandong Peninsula, China. The overall levels of PAHs in these samples reflect moderate pollution compared to seawater samples reported elsewhere. The PAH distribution pattern shows that the soluble PAHs in seawater and porewater samples are dominated by naphthalenes and 3 ring PAHs. This is in direct contrast to those of the sediment samples reported earlier, in which both light and heavy PAHs are present at comparable concentrations. The absence of heavy PAHs in soluble forms (<0.1-3.5 ng/L) is indicative of the strong binding of these PAHs to the dissolved or solid matters and their low seawater solubility.  相似文献

Ten aromatic derivatives of β-aminopropionic acid and γ-aminobutyric acid were prepared.Their compositions and structures were identified by elemental analysis,IR,and 1H NMR.They have been examined for their antibacterial action against Staphylococcua aurens and Escherichia coli.These compounds showed higher activity than the aromatic derivatives of ct-amino acid which were reported previously.The general conclusion to be drawn is that the distance between amino and carboxylic group in these molecules could affect their antibacterial activity.Furthermore,those compounds with p-methyl substituent in phenyl ring exhibit higher activity than the others,and all the compounds exhibit higher activity against Escherichia coli and against Staphylococcua aureus.  相似文献

In the presence of Bu4NBr acting as phasetransfer reagent, organothiophosphoryl polyoxotungstate derivatives α-[RP(S)]2PW9O54^5- (R=C6Hs, C6H11) have been obtained by reaction of the trivacant β-[PW9O34]^9- anions with electrophilic C6H5P(S)Cl2 or C6H11P(S)Cl2 in acetonitrile. These new organic-inorganic hybrid anions have been characterized by elemental analysis, IR, ^31P and ^183W NMR spectroscopy. The collective application of the spectroscopy data of these new species indicates that the hybrid anion consists of an α-[PW9O34] framework on which are grafted two RP(S) groups through P-O-W bridges. The five-line ^183W spectra indicate that the hybrid anions possess Cs symmetry in acetonitrile.  相似文献

The application of microwave techniques for chemical synthesis has attracted considerable interest in recent years because of their enhanced selectivity, reduced reaction time, easier work-up procedure. Aromatic amines are widely used as intermediate for dyes, photographic materials, pharmaceutical and agricultural chemicals and as antioxidants. So, particularly intense interest has been directed toward the synthesis of these compounds. Reduction of aromatic nitro compounds is one of the important routes to prepare them. Several polyphenylquinoxalines (PPQ's) containing chloro-atom in the side chain have been syn-thesized and characterized by IR, TGA, ITGA and DTA. High quality, flekible, glass-cast films andvarnished wires have been obtained.
