Five 5-substituted-4-(arylidene)amino-2,4-dihydro-3H-1, 2,4-triazole-3-thiones (2a-2e) and seven 6-aryl-3-(D-gluco-pentitol-1-yl)-7H-1,2,4-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazines (3a-3g) were synthesized. The complete 1H and 13C NMR chemical shift assignments were analyzed on one- and two-dimensional NMR techniques, including DEPT, NOE-DIF, COSY, gHMBC, and gHSQC.  相似文献

The 1H and 13C NMR resonances of thirty 2-functionalized 5-(methylsulfonyl)-1-phenyl-1H-indoles were assigned completely and unequivocally using the concerted application of one- and two-dimensional experiments (DEPT, gs-HMQC and gs-HMBC). Finally, the influence of the 2-substituent of 5-(methylsufonyl)-1-phenyl-1H-indoles on the carbon atoms of the indole moiety was estimated.  相似文献

Complexes of cadmium(II)-selenocyanate with several alkyldiamine ligands have been synthesized and characterized by IR, 113Cd, 77Se, 15N and 13C NMR spectroscopy. The X-ray structure of the complex [Cd(SeCN)2-en] reveals two non-equivalent metal ion centers, both with a distorted octahedral geometry. The combined bridging modes of selenocyanate and ethylenediamine with the blocking mode of a chelating ethylenediamine generate a 2D metal-organic framework.  相似文献

The conformational changes of free, monomeric glucagon-like peptide-1-(7–36)-amide (GLP-1) in aqueous solution with increasing concentrations of 2,2,2-trifluoroethanol (TFE) were monitored by NMR spectroscopy. It was found that GLP-1 gradually assumes a stable, single-stranded helical structure in water solution when the TFE concentration is increased from 0 to 35% (v/v). No further structural changes were observed at higher TFE concentrations. The structure of GLP-1 in 35% TFE was determined from 292 distance restraints and 44 angle restraints by distance geometry, simulating annealing and restrained energy minimization. The helical structure extends from T7 to K28, with a less well-defined region around G16 and a disordered six-residue N-terminal domain. The folding process of GLP-1 from random coil (in water) to helix (in 35% TFE) is initiated by the formation of the C-terminal segment of the helix that is extended gradually towards the N-terminus of the peptide with increasing concentration of TFE. The exchange rates of the slow exchanging amide protons indicate that the C-terminal part of the helix is more stable than the N-terminal part. Copyright © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Zinc(II), cadmium(II) and mercury(II) complexes of thiourea (TU) and selenourea (SeU) of general formula M(TU)2Cl2 or M(SeU)2Cl2 have been prepared. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis and NMR (1H, 13C, 15N, 77Se and 113Cd) spectroscopy. A low-frequency shift of the C=S resonance of thiones in 13C NMR and high-frequency shifts of N–H resonances in 1H and 15N NMR are consistent with sulfur or selenium coordination to the metal ions. The Se nucleus in Cd(SeU)2Cl2 in 77Se NMR is deshielded by 87?ppm on coordination, relative to the free ligand. In comparison, the analogous Zn(II) and Hg(II) complexes show deshielding by 33 and 50?ppm, respectively, indicating that the orbital overlap of Se with Cd is better. Principal components of 77Se and 113Cd shielding tensors were determined from solid-state NMR data.  相似文献

New cadmium(II) complexes with phosphine telluride ligands of the type CdX2(R3PTe)n [X?=?ClO4?, n?=?4: R?=?n-Bu (1), Me2?N (2), C5H10?N (3), C4H8?N (4) or OC4H8?N (5); X?=?Cl, n?=?2: R?=?n-Bu (6), Me2?N (7), C5H10?N (8), C4H8?N (9) or OC4H8?N (10)] have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR and multinuclear (31P, 125Te, and 113Cd) NMR spectroscopy. In particular, the solution structures of these complexes were confirmed by 113Cd NMR at low temperature, which displays a quintuplet for each of the perchlorate complexes and a triplet for each of the chloride complexes due to coupling with four and two equivalent phosphorus atoms, respectively, indicating a four-coordinate tetrahedral geometry for the metal center. These multiplet features were further accompanied by one bond Te–Cd couplings, clearly showing that the ligand is coordinated to the metal through tellurium. The results are discussed and compared with those obtained for closely related phosphine chalcogenide analogs.  相似文献

An unexpected six-membered silacycle was obtained using ring-closing metathesis of diallylsilane 3. The ring size of the compound formed was derived using a 2D 13C-13C inadequate experiment. All proton and carbon-13 resonances were assigned from classical 2D NMR experiments and the proton coupling pattern was clarified. Molecular modeling calculation was then applied using NMR data as constraints, giving the 3D structure of the synthesized compound.  相似文献

The complexation of rhodium(II) tetraacetate, tetrakistrifluoroaceate and tetrakisoctanoate with a set of diamines (ethane‐1,diamine, propane‐1,3‐diamine and nonane‐1,9‐diamine) and their N,N′‐dimethyl and N,N,N′,N′‐tetramethyl derivatives in chloroform solution has been investigated by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and density functional theory (DFT) modelling. A combination of two bifunctional reagents, diamines and rhodium(II) tetracarboxylates, yielded insoluble coordination polymers as main products of complexation and various adducts in the solution, being in equilibrium with insoluble material. All diamines initially formed the 2 : 1 (blue), (1 : 1)n oligomeric (red) and 1 : 2 (red) axial adducts in solution, depending on the reagents' molar ratio. Adducts of primary and secondary diamines decomposed in the presence of ligand excess, the former via unstable equatorial complexes. The complexation of secondary diamines slowed down the inversion at nitrogen atoms in NH(CH3) functional groups and resulted in the formation of nitrogenous stereogenic centres, detectable by NMR. Axial adducts of tertiary diamines appeared to be relatively stable. The presence of long aliphatic chains in molecules (adducts of nonane‐1,9‐diamines or rhodium(II) tetrakisoctanoate) increased adduct solubility. Hypothetical structures of the equatorial adduct of rhodium(II) tetraacetate with ethane‐1,2‐diamine and their NMR parameters were explored by means of DFT calculations. 15N isotopic enrichment was necessary for the unequivocal assignment of the 1H NMR lines to the protons in the NH–OH fragment of benzohydroxamic acid, BHXA, C6H5CONHOH, in dry dimethyl sulfoxide solutions. The assignment [δ(NH) = 11.21, δ(OH) = 9.01, 1J(15N,1H) = 102.2 Hz, 2J(15N,1H) <1.5 Hz], which is opposite to that used by other authors, confirms the assignment extended to BHXA by Brown and co‐workers from the spectra of acetohydroxamic acid. The enrichment allowed also assignment of the 29Si lines in the spectra of disilylated benzohydroxamic acid, (Z)‐tert‐butyldimethylsilyl Ntert‐butyldimethylsilyloxybenzoimidate (2) and (Z)‐tert‐butyldiphenylsilyl Ntert‐butyldiphenylsilyloxybenzoimidate (3), and confirmed structure of the monosilylated products, Ntert‐butyldiphenylsilyloxybenzamide (4) and Ntert‐butyldiphenylsilyloxy benzoimidic acid (5). The gradient pulse sequences for measurement of small long‐range couplings between heteronuclei (29Si? 13C) in natural abundance reported to date (INEPT‐(Si,C)gCOSY and INEPT‐(Si,C,Si)HMQC) suffer from significant signal loss when these nuclei (29Si, 13C) are coupled through one‐bond couplings to protons. This negative effect can be completely eliminated by using non‐gradient versions (INEPT‐(Si,C)COSY) or by switching proton decoupling off during gradient pulses (modified INEPT‐(Si,C,Si)gHMQC pulse sequence). The oxidation of symmetrical disulfides [D ,L ‐cystine ( 1 ) and 3,3′‐dithiobis(propionic acid) ( 2 )] with hydrogen peroxide in D2O–NaOH solution (pH 10–11) was studied by NMR spectroscopy. Assignments of the proton and carbon NMR signals of starting materials ( 1 and 2 ) and products of oxidation are based on conventional 1D NMR methods (DEPT, selective spin decoupling). Formation of C—S bond cleavage products or, in case of 2 , partially oxidized intermediates was not detected. The accelerating effect of Cu2+ cations, but not Fe3+ cations, on the oxidation rate of 1 in basic medium was demonstrated. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

1H, 13C and 15N NMR spectroscopy has been applied for investigation of amine adducts with rhodium(II) tetraacetate dimer and rhodium(II) tetratrifluoroacetate dimer in CDCl3 solution. Subsequent formation of two adducts, 1:1 and 2:1, was proved by NMR and VIS titration experiments, and by NMR measurements at reduced temperatures, from 233 to 273 K. The adduct formation shift, defined as Δδadductδligand and characterizing complexation reaction, varies from ca. 0 to +1.6 ppm for 1H, from ca. −10 to +6 ppm for 13C and from −4.4 to −39 ppm for 15N NMR. Formation of N–Rh bond slows the inversiof on the nitrogen atom and generates, in the case of N-methyl-(1-phenylethyl)-amine, a nitrogenous chiral center in the molecule. VIS spectra of amine-dirhodium salt mixture contain two bands in the 532–597 nm spectral range, assigned to 1:1- and 2:1-adducts.  相似文献

A new surfactin isomer (1) was isolated from a mangrove bacteria strain 'Bacillus sp'. Its structure was identified, and full assignments of (1)H and (13)C NMR spectral data were achieved for the first time by a combination of mass spectrometry and 1D and 2D NMR experiments including DEPT, (1)H-(1)H COSY, HSQC, HMBC, TOCSY, ROESY, and HSQC-TOCSY. We followed the reactivity of acetone with 3‐aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, a potential organosilane coupling agent, by 1H, 13C and 29Si NMR spectroscopy. Selective 1D and 2D‐edited NMR experiments significantly contributed to simplify the spectral complexity of reaction solution and elucidated molecular structures within progressive reaction phases. The course of the 3‐aminopropyltrimethoxysilane reaction with acetone was shown by a progressive decrease of both reactants, and a concomitant appearance of water and methanol, due to formation of imine and hydrolysis of alkoxysilane groups, respectively. The occurrence of multiple siloxane linkages in a progressively larger cross‐linked macromolecular structure was revealed by DOSY‐NMR experiments and new signals in 29Si‐NMR spectra at different reaction times. The NMR approach described here may be applied to investigate the reactivity of other γ‐aminopropylalkoxysilanes and contribute to define procedures for the preparation of silica‐based materials. Two new natural products, named paecilin A (1) and B (2), together with two known compounds secalonic acid D (3) and (11)-cytochalasa-6(12),13-diene-1,21-dione-16,18-dimethyl-7-hydroxy-10-phenyl-(7S*,13E,16S*,18S*) (4), were isolated from the mangrove endophytic fungus, Paecilomyces sp. (tree 1-7) from the South China Sea. 1D and 2D NMR experiments including COSY, HMQC, and HMBC were used for the determination of their structures. In our cytotoxicity assays, secalonic D (3) showed cytotoxicity toward KB cells with IC(50) < 1 microg ml(-1) and inhibiting human topoisomerase I with IC(50) at 0.16 micromol ml(-1). 1, 2, and 4 showed no activity to KB cells.  相似文献
