The thermal substitution kinetics of norbornadiene (NBD) by bis(diphenylphosphino)alkanes (PP), (C6H5)2P(CH2)nP(C6H5)2 (n=1, 2, 3) in M(CO)42:2-NBD) complexes (M=Cr, Mo, W), were studied by quantitative FT-IR spectroscopy. The reaction rate exhibits first-order dependence on the concentration of the starting complex, and the observed rate constant depends on the concentration of the leaving NBD ligand and on the concentration and the nature of the entering PP ligand. In the proposed mechanism there are two competing initial steps: an associative reaction involving the attachment of the entering PP ligand to the transition metal center and a dissociative reaction involving the stepwise detachment of the diolefin ligand from the transition metal center. A rate law is derived from the proposed mechanism. The activation parameters are obtained from the evaluation of the kinetic data. It is found that at higher concentrations of the entering ligand, the associative path is dominant, while at lower concentrations the contribution of the dissociative path becomes significant. Both the observed rate constant and the activation parameters show noticeable variation with the chain length of the diphosphine ligand.  相似文献

Three procedures were used for the synthesis of -, , and -pyridyl-substituted (5Z)-3-phenyl-5-(pyridylmethylene)-2-thiohydantoins: the reaction of 2-thiohydantoin with the corresponding aldehyde in AcOH in the presence of AcONa, the two-step one-pot synthesis with the use of the same starting compounds, and three-component condensation of aryl isothiocyanate, glycine, and aldehyde in AcOH. Alkylation of the resulting thiohydantoins with iodomethane in the presence of a base afforded the corresponding S-methylated derivatives, viz., 2-methylthio-3-phenyl-5-(pyridylmethylene)-3,5-dihydro-4H-imidazol-4-ones. The structures of (5Z)-3-phenyl-5-(pyridin-2-ylmethylene)-2-thioxoimidazolin-4-one and (5Z)-2-methylthio-3-phenyl-5-(pyridin-2-ylmethylene)-3,5-dihydro-4H-imidazol-4-one were established by X-ray diffraction analysis.__________Published in Russian in Izvestiya Akademii Nauk. We have prepared analogues of (2S,4S)-N-(t-butoxycarbonyl)-4-(diphenylphosphino)-2-[(diphenylphsphino)methyl]pyrrolidine (BPPM), bearing para-dimethyl-amino groups to prove the utility of our designing concept with regard to electronic effects of the phosphino groups on the enantioselectivity and the activity of the rhodium complex catalysts. Their rhodium complexes are much more effective than those of BPPM and (2S,4S)-N-(t-butoxycarbonyl)-4-(dicyclohexylphosphino)-2-[(diphenylphosphino)methyl]pyrrolidine (BCPM) for the asymmetric hydrogenation of dimethyl itaconate. The hydrogenation has also been used successfully in an efficient asymmetric synthesis of the key intermediate of new human renin inhibitors.  相似文献

Enantioselective asymmetric hydrolysis of (1α,2β,3α)-2-(benzyloxymethyl)-cyclopent-4-ene-1,3-diol diacetate 1 to the corresponding (+)-monoacetate 2 was carried out using lipase PS-30 from Pseudomonas cepacia or pancreatin. A reaction yield of 85 M % with an enantiomeric excess (ee) of 98% was obtained. Using pancreatin, a reaction yield of 75 M % with an ee of 98.5% was obtained. Asymmetric acetylation of (1α,2β,3α)-2-(benzyloxymethyl)-cyclopent-4-ene-1,3-diol 3 to the corresponding (−)-monoacetate 4 was carried out using lipase PS-30 with isopropenyl acetate as the acylating agent. A reaction yield of 80 M % with an ee of 98% was obtained for (−)-monoacetate 4.  相似文献

A series of heterodimetallic complexes of general formula (C5R5)M(μ-CO)3RuC5Me5 (M = Cr, Mo, W; R = Me, Et) has been prepared in good yields by the reaction of [C5R5M(CO)3] with [C5Me5Ru(CH3CN)3]+. (C5Me4Et)W(μ-CO)3Ru(C5Me5) was characterized by a crystal structure determination. The W---Ru bond length of 2.41 Å is consistent with the formulation of a metal-metal triple bond, while the unsymmetrical bonding mode of the three bridging carbonyl groups reflects the inherent non-equivalence of the two different C5R5M-units. Using [CpRu(CH3CN)3]+ or [CpRu(CO)2(CH3CN)]+ as the cationic precursor leads to the formation of dimetallic species (C5R5)M(CO)5RuC5H5 with both bridging and terminal carbonyl groups.  相似文献

The intramolecularly coordinated heteroleptic stannylene [4-t-Bu-2,6-{P(O)(O-i-Pr)2}2C6H2]SnCl serves as synthon for the synthesis of the ferrocenyl-bridged bis(diorganostannylene) [4-t-Bu-2,6-{P(O)(O-i-Pr)2}2C6H2SnC5H4]2Fe (1) which in turn reacts with W(CO)6 and Cr(CO)4(C7H8) to provide the corresponding transition metal complexes [4-t-Bu-2,6-{P(O)(O-i-Pr)2}2C6H2Sn{W(CO)5}C5H4]2Fe (2) and [4-t-Bu-2,6-{P(O)(O-i-Pr)2}2C6H2SnC5H4]2Fe · Cr(CO)4 (3), respectively. Reaction of compound 1 with sulphur and atmospheric moisture gave, under partial tin-carbon and oxygen-carbon bond cleavage, a tetranuclear organotin-oxothio cluster 5. All compounds were characterized by 1H, 13C, 31P, and 119Sn NMR, and IR spectroscopy, as well as by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compounds 1 and 3 were also investigated by Mössbauer spectroscopy. Cyclovoltametric studies reveal the influence of the organostannyl moieties on the redox-behaviour of compounds 1-3 in comparison with unsubstituted ferrocene.  相似文献

A new synthetic strategy for (R)- and (S)-3-hydroxy-4-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)butanoic acid, a building block in the preparation of sitagliptin and its derivatives, was developed. Pd(OAc)2 catalyzed coupling of 2,4,5-trifluoro-1-iodobenzene with allyl alcohol gave 3-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)propanal in a yield of 95%. l-Proline catalyzed reaction of the 3-phenylpropanal (in only 1.2 molar equiv) with nitrosobenzene followed by reduction with NaBH4 and Pd/C catalyzed hydrogenation gave (R)-3-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)propane-1,2-diol with >99% ee and 65% yield. Selective tosylation of primary hydroxyl group of the 1,2-propandiol unit followed by cyanide displacement afforded (R)-3-hydroxy-4-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)butanenitrile (80%). The nitrile was converted to the title β-hydroxy acid under basic hydrolysis in a yield of 90%. Thus, (R)-3-hydroxy-4-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)butanoic acid was prepared enantioselectively from the starting material in four steps and 45% overall yield. The reaction sequence was repeated with d-proline as the catalyst to give (S)-3-hydroxy-4-(2,4,5-trifluorophenyl)butanoic acid in 45% overall yield and >99% enantiomeric excess.  相似文献

Five crystalline 2-(dimethylsila)pyrimidine derivatives (Z) have been prepared in excellent 14 or satisfactory 5 yield and characterised. The source of each was ultimately Li[CH(SiMe2R)(SiMe2OMe)] [R = Me (B) or OMe (I)]. Compound 1 (Z with Ar = Ph, X = SiMe3, n = 1) was obtained from Z [with Ar = Ph, X = Li(OEt2), n = 4; previously isolated from B [P.B. Hitchcock, M.F. Lappert, X.-H. Wei, J. Organomet. Chem. 689 (2004) 1342]] and Me3SiCl. The potassium salt 2 [Z with Ar = C6H4But-4; X = K(thf)3, n = 2] was made from K[CH(SiMe3)(SiMe2OMe)] (C) (via B) and 4-ButC6H4CN. Treatment of 2 with 1,2-dibromoethane afforded 3 (Z with Ar = 4-ButC6H4; X = H, n = 1); which when reacted with successively n-butyllithium and Me3SiCl produced 4 (Z with Ar = 4-ButC6H4, X = SiMe3, n = 1). Compound 5 [Z with Ar = 4-ButC6H4, X = Li(hmpa)2, n = 1] resulted from I with 4-ButC6H4CN and then OP(NMe2)3 (≡ hmpa). Plausible reaction pathways from the appropriate alkali metal alkyl C or I to 2 or 5, respectively, are suggested; these involve regiospecific 1,3-migrations of SiMe2OMe from C → N and electrocyclic loss of Me3SiOMe or SiMe2(OMe)2, respectively. 1-Dimethylamino-2-(p-tolylsulfonyl)polyfluoro-1-alken-3-ones were obtained from hydrates of 3,3,3-trifluoro-1-(p-tolylsulfonyl)-2-propanone and 3,3,4,4,5,5-hexafluoro-1-(p-tolylsulfonyl)-2-pentanone under conditions of the Vilsmeier-Haack-Arnold reaction. The analogous reaction of 3,3-difluoro-1-(p-tolylsulfonyl)-2-propanone hydrate leads to 3-chloro-1-dimethylamino-4,4-difluoro-2-(p-tolylsulfonyl)-1,3-butadiene. The feasibility of using 1-dimethylamino-2-(p-tolylsulfonyl)-polyfluoro-1-alken-3-ones in reactions with nitrogen binucleophiles has been demonstrated for the regioselective synthesis of pyrazoles and pyrimidines.
