This paper deals with the forced harmonie responses of the discrete or continuous damped systems to harmonic excitation, where the viscous damping matrix cannot be diagonalized. The explicit expressions of the response solutions are given. Hence, with these expressions, some general and analytical study of some phenomena in vibration is made. For example, the fixed amplitude point phenomena in the single damped systems have been demonstrated generally. The conditions, under which all forces that exert on the system and possess common phase, which will excite common phase responses, are also discussed.The solutions deduced here only involve the inverse matrices of lower order. Thus, in the numerical computation for digital computers, the method is more simple, economical, and accurate than others.The method described here can be used in the analysis of unbalance responses of the rotor systems.  相似文献

A numerical analysis of the propagation of stress waves and the allied scabbing phenomena in a steel plate under explosive attack is made, by using a model of one-dimensional flow. The results are compared with our experimental results which were carried out several years ago. It is found that, in case the hydrodynamic-elastoplastic model for steel plate and the cumulative damage spall criterion are used, the calculated thickness of the major spall is in reasonable agreement with that obtained in the experiments. An approximate formula for the thickness of the major spall is presented and the mica-splitting phenomenon about the minor spalls observed in the experiments is satisfactorily explained.  相似文献

We study the saddle-node bifurcation of a spatially homogeneous oscillation in a reaction-diffusion system posed on the real line. Beyond the stability of the primary homogeneous oscillations created in the bifurcation, we investigate existence and stability of wave trains with large wavelength that accompany the homogeneous oscillation. We find two different scenarios of possible bifurcation diagrams which we refer to as elliptic and hyperbolic. In both cases, we find all bifurcating wave trains and determine their stability on the unbounded real line. We confirm that the accompanying wave trains undergo a saddle-node bifurcation parallel to the saddle-node of the homogeneous oscillation, and we also show that the wave trains necessarily undergo sideband instabilities prior to the saddle-node.  相似文献

本文对周边为广义刚性滑动和广义简支两种边界条件下的功能梯度压电材料圆板自由振动问题进行分析。根据轴对称横观各向同性压电材料基本方程,并利用有限Hankel变换得到了功能梯度压电材料圆板的状态空间方程。假设材料的机械和电学性质均沿板厚方向按统一的指数函数形式梯度分布,从而获得了周边为广义刚性滑动和广义弹性简支两种边界条件下功能梯度压电圆板自由振动问题的三维精确频率方程,该方程是一个关于自由振动频率的超越方程,通过求解该超越方程可得到在不同板厚以及不同的材料性质梯度变化情况下的圆板自由振动频率值,结果表明在相同的材料性质梯度变化情况下频率均随着板厚增加而增大,而在相同的板厚情况下频率则随材料性质梯度变化指数的增大而减小的结论。  相似文献

Based on the resulting Lax pairs of the generalized coupled KdV soliton equation, a new Darboux transformation with multi-parameters for the generalized coupled KdV soliton equation is derived with the help of a gauge transformation of the spectral problem. By using Darboux transformation, the generalized odd-soliton solutions of the generalized coupled KdV soliton equation are given and presented in determinant form. This paper deals with finite deformation problems of cantilever beam with variable section under the action of arbitrary transverse loads. By the use of a method of variable replacement, the nonlinear differential equation with varied coefficient for the problem can be transformed into an equation with variable separable. The exact solution can be obtained by the integration method. Some examples are given in the paper, and the results of these examples show that this exact solution includes the existing solutions in references as special cases. A useful exact analytical solution of the Boussinesq equation is discussed and is the most general solution presently available, and in particular yields a solution for a finite aquifer. It provides insight into the physical processes arising during the exchange of water between an aquifer and a free body of water of varying height as an application and extension of Barenblatt's solution. This paper presents a closed form solution to the dynamic stability problem of a beam-column system with hinged ends loaded by an axial periodically time-varying compressive force of an elliptic type,i.e.,a1cn 2(τ,k 2)+a2sn 2(τ,k 2)+a3dn 2(τ,k 2).The solution to the governing equation is obtained in the form of Fourier sine series.The resulting ordinary differential equation is solved analytically.Finding the exact analytical solutions to the dynamic buckling problems is difficult.However,the availability of exact solutions can provide adequate understanding for the physical characteristics of the system.In this study,the frequency-response characteristics of the system,the effects of the static load,the driving forces,and the frequency ratio on the critical buckling load are also investigated.  相似文献

Two one-parameter series of real solutions describing the process of deceleration and acceleration of a viscoplastic medium under the action of a time-varying pressure gradient are obtained. The problem of axisymmetric unsteady viscoplastic flow is reduced to the solution of the Stefan boundary-value problem for the heat conduction equation with a nonlinear condition on the boundary of the quasi-rigid core. By a self-similar change of variables the problem can be reduced to a second-order ordinary differential equation. The solutions of this equation are represented in terms of Bessel and elementary functions. As a result, two one-parameter series of solutions, the first of which describes the acceleration and the second the deceleration of a viscoplastic medium in a pipe under the action of a time-varying pressure gradient are obtained.  相似文献

The adhesion failure has become one dominant factor in determining the reliability and service life of miniaturized devices subject to loadings with arbitrary orientations. This article establishes an adhesive full stick contact model between an elastic half-space and a rigid cylinder loaded in any direction. Using the Papkovich-Neuber functions, the Fourier integral transform, and the asymmetric bipolar coordinates, the exact solution is obtained. Unlike the Johnson-Kendall-Roberts (JKR) model, the present adhesive contact model takes into account the effects of the load direction as well as the coupling of the normal and tangential contact stresses. Besides, it considers the full stick contact which has large values of the friction coefficient between contacting surfaces, contrary to the frictionless contact supposed in the JKR model. The result shows that suitable angles can be found, which makes the contact surfaces difficult to be peeled off or easy to be pressed into.

边界元中的边界积分计算影响计算精度和计算速度。非奇异积分一般采用数值积分,当配置点接近积分单元时,计算精度降低。未知函数线性插值得到的解是连续解,但计算难度增大。本文采用积分区域变换,将三维Laplace问题的二维积分化为一维积分,这样奇异积分和非奇异积分能采用精确积分的方法计算,使求解精度,计算速度都得到提高。  相似文献

圆环形的压电材料器件在智能结构中得到了广泛的应用。本文推导了横观各向同性功能梯度压电材料圆环在内、外边界上给定位移和电势情况下的一般解。极化方向在圆环的半径方向,材料常数的梯度方向也设定在半径方向,并可表示为半径r的幂,本构关系为线性。然后推导了压电圆环外壁固定、接地,内壁沿垂向有一微小位移、电势分别为余弦分布和均匀分布的问题的精确解,并计算了该问题在这两种电势情况下产生的无量纲形式的径向和环向位移、电势、应力及电位移沿径向分布的数值结果。计算中考虑了不同的材料梯度,以及内壁的位移与电势的不同比例。  相似文献

计算效率是制约工程尺度大规模颗粒系统离散元计算发展的重要因素,现有的粗粒化处理方法局限于特定应用并且缺少一般的理论依据。本文采用量纲分析方法,描述了在精确缩尺系统中各物理量应当满足的缩放定律;通过在粗粒化系统和原始系统的代表性体积单元之间建立质量、动量和能量的近似守恒关系,采用多尺度的描述方法得到了粗粒化系统与原始系统之间宏观和细观两种不同尺度的缩放关系,即双尺度粗粒化模型;精确缩尺系统中得到的缩放定律及离散元接触模型处理方法,完全适用于粗粒化系统中细观颗粒层面相关物理量的缩放,通过筒仓侧壁压力和休止角两个算例对精确缩尺模型在粗粒化系统中的有效性进行了验证。  相似文献

A class of exact analytic solutions of the system of nonlinear long-wave equations is found. This class corresponds to the axisymmetric vibrations of an ideal incompressible homogeneous fluid in a rotating vessel in the shape of a paraboloid of revolution. The radial velocity of these motions is a linear function, and the azimuthal velocity and free surface displacements are polynomials in the radial coordinate with time-dependent coefficients. The nonlinear vibration frequency is equal to the frequency of the lowest mode of linear axisymmetric standing waves in the parabolic vessel.  相似文献
