Novel Ag–BaTiO3/PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) three-component nanocomposites and traditional BaTiO3/PVDF two-component nanocomposites were prepared by the same procedures. The dielectric properties of these two kinds of composites were compared. The results showed that the kind of three-component nanocomposites had better dielectric properties. The energy density of such kind of composites could reach nearly 10 J/cm3, which indicated that these nanocomposites could be used as the dielectric layers of pulse-power capacitors. The Coulomb blockade effect was used to explain the dielectric breakdown properties and the resistivities under high electric field of such new kind of nanocomposites.  相似文献

In this work, the program Cindy was modified to calculate the formation cross section of each energy level of residual nucleus 181W resulting from the reaction 181Ta(p,nγ)181W. The concerned cross sections calculated at proton energy Ep=4.5-8.5 MeV agreed well with experimental results. The influence of the spin cut-off parameter in the energy level density model on the cross section was studied. The obtained results show that the influence of spin cut-off is obvious for lower energy levels.  相似文献

New data on the production of charged kaons in p+p interactions are presented. The data come from a sample of 4.8 million inelastic events obtained with the NA49 detector at the CERN SPS at 158 GeV/c beam momentum. The kaons are identified by energy loss in a large TPC tracking system. Inclusive invariant cross sections are obtained in intervals from 0 to 1.7 GeV/c in transverse momentum and from 0 to 0.5 in Feynman x. Using these data as a reference, a new evaluation of the energy dependence of kaon production, including neutral kaons, is conducted over a range from 3 GeV to $\mathrm{p}+\overline{\mathrm{p}}$ collider energies.  相似文献

The rate of 68Ge production at sea level under the effect of the nuclear component of cosmic rays is calculated. The calculation is based on the experimental values of the cross sections for 68Ge production in natural- and enriched-germanium targets (enrichment in 76Ge) irradiated with high-energy protons. The background from the decays of 68Ge can be a serious problem in new-generation experiments devoted to searches for the 2β0ν decay of 76Ge.  相似文献
