A new dinuclear copper complex, [Cu(C9H11N3)Cl2]2(C18H22Cl4Cu2N6), has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray structure determination. It crystallizes in the triclinic P-1 space group with a = 7.526(3), b = 9.473(4), c = 9.535(3)(A), α = 117.214(10), β = 108.251(9), γ = 91.560(6)°, V = 562.3(4)(A)3, Z = 1, Mr = 591.30, F(000) = 298, Dc = 1.746 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 2.385 mm-1, the final R = 0.0577 and wR = 0.1248 for 2188 unique reflections with 1629 observed ones (Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ)). In the title complex, each copper(Ⅱ) atom is located at the center of a distorted trigonal bipyramid of five coordination atoms (two nitrogen and three chlorine atoms). Two copper(Ⅱ) atoms were bridged by two chlorine anions (Cl(2) and Cl(2a)) to form a Cu(Ⅱ)-Cu(Ⅱ) binuclear entity with the distance between two copper(Ⅱ) atoms of 3.398 (A).  相似文献

The interaction of Hg(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅰ) and Ag(Ⅰ) with dipyridine quinoxaline ligand 2,3-bis(2-pyridyl)quinoxaline(DPQ) were investigated, and three new complexes have been synthesized and characterized. Complex 1 exhibits a 0D dual-core structure, complex 2 is a 0D tetra nuclear case based on a dual-core Cu unit, and complex 3 shows a one-dimensional pipeline structure. Furthermore, the optical properties of complex and DPQ were also investigated, and the results showed that the fluorescence intensity of complexes was weaker than that of ligand DPQ.  相似文献

Two comparable discrete complexes [CuⅡ(CH3CN)2L2]·2(ClO4) 1 and [CuI2I2L2]·(DMF)2 2 were successfully synthesized by the reaction of CuⅡ and CuⅠ salts with a novel dinucleating ligand 2,5-bis(3-pyridinylmethylthio)-1,3,4-thiadiazole)(L),respectively.Complex 1 presents a single nuclear structure while 2 has a dimeric structure where two CuI ions are doubly bridged by halide ions in a μ2-fashion.Both discrete molecules were outspreaded into a one-dimensional supramolecular chain via aromatic interactions such as C-H…π and π…π interactions.  相似文献

Two distinct copper coordination polymers, namely [Cu~Ⅱ_2(2,5-pydc)_2(bpp)_2]·H_2O(1) and Cu_2~ⅠCu~Ⅱ(2,5-pydc)_2(bpp)_2(2)(2,5-pydc = pyridine-2,5-dicarboxylic acid, bpp = 1,3-bi(4-pyridyl)propane), have been successfully synthesized through hydrothermal conditions under different temperatures. Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis revealed that both complexes 1 and 2 are 3D frameworks. Complex 1 is an 8-connected 2-fold interpenetrating network based on [Cu(2,5-pydc)]_4 molecular building block(MBB), and also can be simplified as a 4-connected net if the Cu(Ⅱ) ion is regarded as an independent node, whereas 2 shows a(4,4)-connected non-interpenetrated framework which contains mixed valence Cu(Ⅰ/Ⅱ) centers. The results demonstrate that temperature plays a significant role in the final structures of the complexes.  相似文献

A novel copper(Ⅱ) complex with tert-butyl 2-[N-(tert-butyloxycarbonylmethyl)-2-picolyamino]acetate(ampy) was synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR spectrum, electrospray ionization-mass spectrometry, UV-vis spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction, respectively. A mononuclear copper(II) complex with ampy, [Cu(ampy)Cl2](1), was formed irrespective of the metal-to-ligand molar ratios([Cu2+]:[ampy] = 0.5:1, 1:1, and 2:1) as a single product. Complex 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 12.343(2), b = 18.928(3), c = 20.058(4) ?, V = 4686.1(14) ?3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.3349(4) g/cm~3, F(000) = 1920, S = 1.016, R = 0.0693 and w R = 0.1721 for 3151 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the central copper(II) ion is bound by pyridyl N, tertiary amine N and carbonyl O atoms of the quadridentate ampy as well as two Cl anions, constructing a slightly distorted octahedral geometry. Complex 1 further constructs a stable 3D supramolecular architecture by intermolecular C–H···Cl hydrogen bonds. In addition, the molecular geometry was calculated by density functional theory(DFT/B3LYP) method with the basis sets(6-31+G(d,p) for H, C, N, O and Cl atoms, and LANL2 DZ for Cu atom, respectively). The calculated results show that the optimized geometrical parameters are in good agreement with the experimental data. Natural bond orbital(NBO) analysis and frontier molecular orbitals(FMOs) analysis were investigated at the same level.  相似文献

Complex salt Co_2Cl_5(py)_5 (py=pyridine) was obtained by the reaction of CoCl_2·6H_2O with Bu_4NMnO_4 in pyridine in the presence of benzoic acid. It is monoclinic and crystallizes in space group P2_1/n, fw=690.64, a=28.652(5), b=14.108(4), c=7.424(3) ;β=90.09(1); V=3001(2)~3; Z=4, Dc=1.53g/cm~3. Final R factor is 0.041. The structure consists of a discrete cation [Co~ⅢCl_2(py)_4]~+ and an anion [Co~Ⅱ Cl_3(py)]~-. The Co~Ⅲ ion is coordinated by two Cl~- and four pyridine nitrogen atoms to form an octahedral geometry, and Co~Ⅱ is coordinated by three Cl~- and one pyridine nitrogen atom to form the apices of a tetrahedron. The variable-temperature magnetic susceptility measurement shows no magnet-exchange interaction between Co~Ⅲ and Co~Ⅱ ions.  相似文献

1 INTRODUCTION There has been considerable interest of copper(II) -hydroxylate complexes in the structural chemistry and biochemistry. There are two structural types in copper(II) -hydroxylate com- plexes: mononuclear[1~6] and dinuclear structure[7~9]. The present work is a part of our study on the copper complexes of -hydroxylated acid and reports the synthesis and structure of a mononuclear copper(II) complex with 9-hydroxy- fluorene-9-carboxylato acid, [Cu(C14H8O3)(C5H13- NO)(H…  相似文献

A new asymmetric oligobipyridine ligand, 1-(5'-methyl-2, 2'-bipyridin-5-yl)-2-(6'-methyl-2, 2'-bipyridin-6-yl)ethane (L), in which the bipyridine units are bridged by CH_2CH_2 at 5, 6'-position has been synthesized. The ligand L reacts with Cu(Ⅰ) and Cu(Ⅱ) ions giving double-stranded helical complexes [Cu_2~ⅠL_2] (ClO_4)_2·Et_2O (1) and [Cu_2~ⅡL_2 (OH) (H_2O)][ClO_4]_3(2), respectively. Complexes 1 and 2 were characterized by X-ray diffraction analyses, ES-MS, ESR and cyclic voltammetry, etc. Differing from the oligobipyridine ligands bridged by CH_2CH_2 at 6,6'-or 5,5'-position, the ligand L not only forms a double-stranded helicate with Cu(Ⅰ) ion, but also gives a double-stranded helicate with Cu(Ⅱ) ion. The results show that the linkage mode of the spacer group to the bipyridine units exerts a great impact on the formation of helix.  相似文献

Two new binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complexes, [Cu(oxpn)CuL](ClO_4)_2, have been synthesizedand characterized, where oxpn is N,N' bis(3-aminopropyl)oxamido and L is 1,10-phenan-throline (phen) or 5-nitro-1,10-phenanthroline (NO_2-phen). The crystal structure and vari-able-temperature magnetic susceptibility (4- 300 K) of the Complex (L=phen) have beendetermined. Crystal data: orthorhombic system, space group Pnma, with a = 10.433(1), b11.458(2), c = 21.999(2)A, z = 4. Every copper(Ⅱ) ion is in a square pyramidal environment. The two copper(Ⅱ) ions are linked by μ-oxamido bridge and the separation of them is 5.208A. The singlet-triplet energy gap J was found equal to -452.92cm~(-1), indicating that astrongantiferromagnetic spin-exchange interaction operates between the copper(Ⅱ) ions.  相似文献

The stability of the complexes of four pyridine-like ligandswith Cu(ATP)~(2-) was studied and by comparing the stability constants of theternary complexes[Cu(ATP)L]~(2-) with those of the binary complexes[CuL]~(2+),astacking interaction between the pyridine ring and the purine ring of ATP isindicated. It is possible to interpret the antitumor mechanism of[Pt(NH_3)_8(N-het)Cl]Cl in terms of this stacking interaction.  相似文献

Two new dicopper(II) complexes [Cu2L(OAc)2](ClO4)·H2O(1) and [Cu2L(BPP)2]-(ClO4)(2) using an asymmetric dinucleating ligand HL and auxiliary ligands such as acetate(OAc) and bisphenyl phosphate(BPP) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 crystallizes as blue single crystals that belong to the triclinic crystal system and P1 space group, while complex 2 crystallizes in a monoclinic P21/c space group. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the two copper ions in complexes 1 and 2 reside within the adjacent ligand compartments and are bridged by the endogenous phenoxo-O from ligand L and the introduction of two desired exogenous carboxylates or phosphates in the bidentate μ-1,3-bridged mode. The coordination geometries of Cu(1) and Cu(2) are both distorted square pyramids.  相似文献

A new copper(Ⅱ) complex[Cu(PDA)(H2O)2] was synthesized and its structure was determined.Cu(Ⅱ)is five-coordinated in a tetragonal pyramid geometry. The two coordinating water molecules are different and the two Cu-O bond lengths differ by nearly 0.02nm.The whole crystal is linked to form a three-dimensional network by means of hydrogen bonds. The X-band ESR spectrum shows three different g tensors with a well-resolved hyperfine structure in the gz signal, giving the ESR parameters gx=2.05,gy=2.065 and gz=2.29.The covalency of the coordinate bonds and the deviation from tetragonal pyramid geometry for the complex are discussed based on the ESR spectra.  相似文献

Four novel Cu(Ⅰ) complexes,[Cu(o-PYO)(PPh3)2]BF4(1),[Cu(o-PYO)(DPEphos)]BF4(2),[Cu2 (o-PYO)(PPh3)3(CH3CN)](BF4)2(3) and [Cu2(o-PYO)(DPEphos)2 ](BF4)2(4) (o-PYO=2,5bis(pyridyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole,PPh 3=triphenylphosphine,DPEphos=bis(2-(diphenylphosphanyl)phenyl)ether),have been synthesized and characterized by 1 H NMR,elemental analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The central cuprous ions in all complexes are surrounded by N and P atoms to form a distorted tetrahedral geometry, although one of the cuprous ions in complex 3 is coordinated by a PPh3 and an acetonitrile molecule due to the steric hindrance and weak coordination ability from monodentate PPh3 ligand. The UV-vis absorption spectra in CH2Cl2 show the characteristic metal-to-ligand charge transfer (MLCT) absorption bands in the region of 360-480nm.Four Cu(I) complexes exhibit yellow to orange-red phosphorescence with the emission maximum at 572,577,562 and 597nm,respectively in the solid state.  相似文献

This study describes the application of electrospray ionization mass spectrometry(ESI-MS) to investigate copper ion interaction with amoxicillin. ESI mass spectra of Cu–amoxicillin complexes show complex ions at m/z 828, 792, 753, 731, 428, 388 and 366 corresponding to [63Cu+(2A-H)+2H2 O]+, [63Cu+(2A-H)]+, [2A+Na]+, [2A+H]+, [63Cu+(A-H)]+, [A+Na]+and [A+H]+(where A = amoxicillin). Based on the observed m/z values of Cu–amoxicillin complex ions, it is found that the Cu–amoxicillin ratios are 1:1 and 1:2, and the copper ions exhibited three feasible coordination numbers(2, 4 and 6) with amoxicillin complexes. The structures and coordination numbers of copper–amoxicillin complex ions were probed from their collisionally activated dissociation(CAD) spectra. Based on these results, it is confirmed that the copper ions could form stable tetrahedral and octahedral complexes with amoxicillin. This study validates the applicability of ESI-MS for probing copper–amoxicillin complex ions.  相似文献

The mono- and binuclear Cu(Ⅰ) complexes with substituted 2,2′-bipyridine and iodide ligands, [CuL2]BF4(L=4-methoxycarbonyl-6-(4-methylphenyl)-2,2′-bipyridine (a), 6-(4-hydroxymethylphenyl)-2,2′-bipyridine (b) and 6-(4-methoxylphenyl)-2,2′-bipyridine (c)) and [Cu2(μ-I)2L2] were prepared, and the crystal structures of the complexes were obtained from signal-crystal X-ray diffractional analysis. The spectroscopic properties of the complexes in dichloromethane are dominated by low energy MLCT bands from 360 to 650 nrn. The electrochemical studies of mononuclear complexes reveal that the complexes have stable copper(Ⅰ) state.  相似文献

New binuclear copper(Ⅱ) complexes, [Cu(samen)Cu(NO_2-phen)]·H_2O and [Cu(sampn)-Cu(NO_2-phen)]·2H_2O have been synthesized, where samen~(4-), sampn~(4-) and NO_2-phen denote N, N′-ethylenedisalicylamidate anion, N, N′-1, 2-propanedisalicylamidate anion and 5-nitro-1, 10-phenanthroline respectively. 3ased on IR, elemental analyses and electronic spectra, the complexes are proposed to have a phenoxy-bridged structure and to consist of the Cu(Ⅱ)ion in distorted planar environment. The complexes have been characterized with varlable-temperature magnetic susceptibility (4—300 K) and the observed data were fit to those from a modified Bleaney-Bowers equation by least-squares method, giving the exchange integral J=-63.0 cm~(-1) (samen) and J=-46.5cm~(-1) (sampn). This indicates the existence of antiferromagnetic spin exchange interaction among the metal ions.  相似文献

The evolved gaseous analysis (EGA),infrared spectra, and XRD have been appliedto the study of solid state reactions of KSCN with five cobalt(Ⅲ)-ammine complexes:[Co-(NH_3)_5N_3]Cl_2,[Co(NH_3)_5(NO_2)]Cl_2,[Co(NH_3)_5(H_2O)]Cl_3,[Co(NH_3)_5Cl]Cl_2,and [Co(NH_3)_6]Cl_3in a hydrogen atmosphere. It is found that the existence of KSCN shifts the thermal decom-position of these complexes to a lower temperature. The corresponding peak temperatures arenear 140℃.The effect of KSCN is discussed and kinetic parameters of deammine reactionsare calculated.  相似文献

A series of novel heteronuclear Ln(Ⅲ)-Cu(Ⅱ) complexes with noncyclic polyether-amino acid Schiff base were synthesized. The general formula is [LnCu_2(H_2TALY)(NO_3)_5](NO_3)_2' nH_2O(Ln=La, Nd, Sm, Gd, n= 4; Ln=Yb, Y, n=3), where H_2TALY = tetraglycol aldehyde bis-lysine Schiff base. It is the first time to report the synthetic method for this new Cu(Ⅱ) complexes and Ln(Ⅲ)-Cu(Ⅱ) heteronuclear complexes. The complexes were characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, TG-DTA, magnetic susceptibility, and especially by a 500 MHz NMR spectrometer for 2D-COSY NMR. Coordination mechanism and structures of complexes have been suggested as well. Of particular interest is the potential that the novel complexes obtained may be used as a catalyst, which prompted us to investigate them. It shows 100% conversion with the viscosity-average molecular weight 120 000 for the polymerization of methyl methacrylate (MMA) without addition of any cocatalyst. Furthermore, the complexes with such aliphatic Schiff bas  相似文献
