A simplified procedure for enantioselective synthesis of (S)-( )-2-(6′-methoxyl-2-naphthyl)propionic acid ((S)-( )-naproxen), starting from (6-methoxy-α-naphthyl)-1-propanone,with D-mannitol as auxiliary catalyzed by SmCl3 in one-pot is described. The yield is 87.5%(ee value 99%).  相似文献

A penta-coordinated Cu(Ⅱ) complex with 1,4-diazacycloheptane (DACH),[Cu(DACH)2(H2O)]Cl2(1),has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction,IR spectra,elemental analyses,thermal analyses,UV-Vis and ESR techniques.Complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic crystal system,Pbcn space group with a=1.6075(4),b=1.0539(3),c=0.9195(3)nm,V=1.5578(7)nm^3,Mr=352.79,Z=4,Dc=1.487g/cm^3,final R=0.0451 and wR=0.1294.The structure of 1 indicates that the central Cu(Ⅱ) atom is penta-coordinated by four nitrogen aboms of two DACH moieties at the equatorial positions and a water molecule at the axis position.The coordination geometry of Cu(Ⅱ) could be considered as an approximately ideal square-pyramidal environment.Both DACH rings arrange in cis-form and are predominantly in the boat-boat conformation (80%) with some disorder to the chair-chair conformation (20%).The Cl^- anions are hydrogen bonded with the nitrogen donors of the DACH rings and the oxygen donor of the coordinated H2O molecule to form a one-dimensional zigzag linear structure. The solution behaviors of 1 are also discussed in detail by Uvvis and ESR technique.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound 2-[(P, P-Diphenoxy)phosphono(p-methyl)benzyl]-1, 2-benzisoselenazol-3(2H)-one, C27H22NO4PSe, was determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P(No. 2) with Mr=534.41, a=9.761(2), b=10.304(2), c=13.396(3), α=110.97(3), β=107.70(3). γ=90.02(3)°, V=1190(1) 3, Z=2, Dx=1.492 g/cm3, λ=0.71073, μ=1.6596 mm-1 and F(000)=544. The structure was solved by direct methods. The final R factor is 0.068 and Rw is 0.074 for 2500 unique observed reflections [I≥3σ(I)]. The results presented herein indicate that the selenium-containing bicyclic moiety is a coplanar structure and that two adjacent molecules are symmetrically linked to each other forming a dimer through the Se(1c)...O=P(1) bonding interaction with an intermolecular Se(1c)...O distance of 2.797 .  相似文献

Bis(β-alkoxy-ethyl cyclopentadienyl) titanium (zirconium) dichlorides was newly synthe-sized,and through interfacial polycondensation of bis(β-alkoxy-ethyl cyclopentadienyl) titanium dichlorides with diacids,diphenols,and hydroxy-acids,a series of new titanium polymers were prepared.The polymers obtained are yellow in color,having mol. wts between 10^3-10^6.They possess heat-resistant properties and show better solubilities that Carraher′s series.Thus,TG/DTG determinations showed that while suffering initial loss of wts. at around 260℃-470℃,they remain stable at 600-800℃.Residual wts.are around 50% of the initial at 947.5℃.They are soluble in glacial acetic acid,DMAC,DMF,and DMSO.  相似文献

Several isoxazoline compounds were obtained by the 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of benzonitrile oxide to 5-(R)-(1-menthyloxy)-2(5H)-furanone. The reaction condition was investigated preliminarily, the structures of these compounds have been established via the analysis of NMR data (involved NOEID or HMBC) and the reaction seems occurred regioselectively.  相似文献

A new class of non-covalent charge-transfer complex for anion sensing, consisting of di(hydroxymethyl) di-(2-pyrrolyl) methane and chloranil (TCBQ) is characterized. The new colorimetric anion sensors can generate visual color change against PO4^3 and HPO4^2- anions in EtOH/H2O (1:1 v/v) mixture solution. The dipyrromethane-quinone aggregations may be used for higher selective detection of PO4^3- than other inorganic anions in water solution.  相似文献

Mn(bzimpy)2(1)[bzimpy=2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2-yl)pyridine],a mononuclear manganese(Ⅱ)complex,was synthesized by the reaction of Mn(OOCMe)2 with bzimpy in absolute ethanol.The complex was structurally characterized by elemental analysis,cyclic voltammetry,and X-ray crystallography.In the complex,the manganese-nitrogen distances were different,and the geometry and the metal ion environment showed the distortion.The cyclic voltammetric measurements have been performed to assess its redox characteristics.The presence of oxidation wave at 0.62V and 0.081V vs.SCE or 0.8V and 1.0v vs.NHE suggested that this complex could catalyze the oxidation of water,therefore,simulate the water-oxidizing complex(WOC) of photosystem Ⅱ (PS Ⅱ).The measurements of photoreduction of 2,6-dichlorophenolindophenol (DCPIP),and oxygen evolution in the manganess-depleted and the comples 1-reconstituted PS Ⅱ preparations just support our conjecture.  相似文献

The title polymeric complex [Cu(C4H2O4)(C10H8N2)]n·2nH2O was prepared and its crystal structure was determined by X‐ray diffraction methods. The crystal belongs to space group P21/c with cell dimensions of a = 1.0104(1), b = 1.9952(2), c = 0.7357(2) nm, β= 98.38(2)° and Z = 4. The complex forms zig‐zag chains along crystallographic axis c via Cu—O (carboxyl) bond in the apical direction. Each repeated unit consists of a square pyramidal Cu(II) centre with one maleate dianion and one 2,2′‐bipyridine forming a basal plane. Adjacent chains link to each other by H‐bonding between carboxyl groups and crystalline water. The distance of 0.3482 nm between parallel bipyridine rings shows a π‐π stacking interaction. The title complex was also characterized by IR, UV and ESR spectra.  相似文献
