2－甲基－3－芳基－7－（5，5－二甲基－3－酮－1－环己烯－1－基）甲酸酯－4（3H）－喹唑啉酮的合成

以2－氨基对苯二甲酸（1）为起始原料，与乙酸酐缩合生成7－羧基乙酰苯邻 甲内酰胺（2）；2和芳胺缩合产生7－羧基－2－甲基－3－芳基－4（3H）－喹唑啉 酮（3）；3和N，N－双环己基碳双亚胺（DCC）加成得到中间体4，4在4－二甲氨基 吡啶（DMAP）催化下和5，5－二甲基－1，3－环己二酮（5）缩合得到目标产物2－ 甲基－3－芳基－7－（5，5－二甲基－3－酮－1－环己烯－1－基）甲酸酯－4（ 3H）－喹唑啉酮（6）。所得15个新型化合物的结构均经^1H NMR、元素分析确证， 部分化合物经IC／MSD确证。     

无外加催化剂条件下邻取代芳香醛与5, 5-二甲基-1, 3-环己二 酮的反应研究

在DMF溶剂中,不外加催化剂使邻取代芳香醛(1)与5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮(2)发生缩合和加成反应生成3,3,6,6-四甲基-4a-羟基-9-芳基-1,8-二氧代-2,3,4,4a,5,6,7,8,9,9a-十氢化-1H-氧杂蒽(3a-3d)。在同样条件下,邻羟基芳香醛与5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮则发生缩合、加成和脱水反应生成3,3-二甲基-9-(5,5-二甲基-3-羟基-2-环己烯-1-酮-2-基)-1-氧代-2,3,4,9-四氢化-1-氧杂蒽(4a-4b)。用单晶X-射线分析法确定了产物3a和4a的晶体结构。

KF-Al2O3催化下3-芳基-3-(5，5-二甲基-3-羟基-2-环己烯-1-酮-2-基)丙酰胺衍生物的合成

芳醛、5，5—二甲基—1，3—环己二酮、丙二酸亚异丙酯、芳胺在KF-Al2O3催 化下，在DMF中反应生成3—芳基—3—(5，5—二甲基—3—羟基—2—环己烯—1— 酮—2—基)丙酰胺衍生物，产率良好。     

3,6-二甲基-9-芳基-1,8-二氧代-2,7,10-三氧杂蒽的合成及晶体结构

以芳醛、6 甲基 4 羟基 2 吡喃酮为原料 ,醋酸酐为溶剂合成了一系列 3 ,6 二甲基 9 芳基 1,8 二氧代 2 ,7,10 三氧杂蒽 ,产物的结构经红外、核磁、元素分析及X射线衍射法表征 ;并对反应过程提出了可能的机理     

3，6-二甲基-9-芳基-1，8-二氧代-2，7，10-三氧杂蒽的合成及晶体结构

以芳醛、6-甲基-4-羟基-2-吡喃酮为原料，醋酸酐为溶剂合成了一系列3，6-二甲基-9-芳基-1，8-二氧代-2，7，10-三氧杂蒽，产物的结构经红外、核磁、元素分析及X射线衍射法表征；并对反应过程提出了可能的机理．     

含环己烯氮杂环结构的聚醚砜酮三元共聚物合成

用1－甲基－4，5－二（4－氯代苯甲酰基）环己烯与4－（4－羟基苯基）－2，3－二氮杂萘－1－酮、4，4′－二氯二苯砜经亲核共缩聚反应，合成了含环己烯结构的杂环联苯型聚醚砜酮三元共聚物。结果表明，聚合物是一种具有较高的玻璃化转变温度的可溶性无规共聚物。聚合物含有不饱和双键结构，有一种反应性高分子。     

超声辐射下一步法合成2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-7，7-二甲基-5-氧代-5，6，7，8-四氢-4H-苯并[b]吡喃

芳醛、丙二腈和5，5-二甲基-1，3-环己二酮在乙二醇中不加任何催化剂经超 声辐射5-7min得2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基-7，7-二甲基-5-氧代-4H-5，6，7，8-四氢 苯并[b]吡喃，产率88％—96％．     

6－烷氧基－6－硫－12H双苯并[1,3,2]二氧磷杂八环与DMSO反应研究

通过6－烷氧基－6－硫－2，4，8，10－四氯代－12H－双苯并[d,g][1,3,2]二 氧磷杂八环92）与DMSO在130℃反应，得到了相应的6－羟基－6－氧－双苯并[1， 3，2]二氧磷杂八环与DMSO（1：1）的分子复合物3。通过^31P NMR监视反应证实， 2与DMSO反应生成3的过程是先水解，后氧化，再形成复合物。     

KF-Al_2O_3催化下达米酮与查尔酮的麦克尔加成反应

5，5-二甲基-1，3-环己二酮（达米酮）、1，3-二芳基-2-丙烯-1-酮（查尔酮 ）在KF-Al_2O_3催化下，在DMF中进行麦克尔加成反应，生成产物为1，3-二芳基- 3-（5，5-二甲基-3-羟基-2-环己烯-1-酮-2-基）-1-丙酮，产率良好。     

A Convenient Synthesis of 3-Aryl-3-(5,5-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-2-cyclohexene-1-one-2-yl) Propanic Esters Catalyzed by KF-Alumina

A series of 3-aryl-3-(5,5-dimethyl-3-hydroxy-2-cyclohexene-1-one-2-yl) propanic esters were synthesized by reaction of aromatic aldehydes, 5,5-dimethyl-1,3-cyclohexanedione and isopropylidene malonate in alcohols catalyzed by KF-Al₂O₃. The structure of 4a was determined by X-ray analysis.     

Synthesis of 2,2'-arylmethylene bis(3-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-2-cyclohexene-1-one) in aqueous medium at room temperature

The reaction of dimedone with various aromatic aldehydes produces 2,2'-arylmethylene bis (3-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-2-cyclohexene-1-one) in excellent yields. The reactions occur in water as solvent at room temperature and avoiding the addition of any catalyst. The workup procedure is very simple and the products do not required further purification.

6,11-Dioxa-D-homoanalogs of steroids by reaction of 2-acetyl-2-cyclohexen-1-ones with 4-hydroxycoumarins

Unsubstituted 2-acetyl-2-cyclohexetz-1-one reacts with 4-hydroxycoumarin following the pattern of a Diels -Alder heterodiene condensation to form 12-methyl-6,11-dioxa-9-hydroxy-D-homo-1,3,5(10), 12-tetraene-7,17a-dione. In the case of 2-acetyl-5,5-dimethyl-2-cyclohexen-1-one, reaction with both 4-hydroxy- and 4,7-dihydroxycoumarin follows the pattern of a Michael addition with the formation of 3-(2-acetyl-5,5-dimethyl-3-oxocyclohexyl)-4-hydroxy-and 4,7-dihydroxy coumarin respectively. Chemistry of Iminofuran: XVI. Synthesis,Structure, Biological Activity,and Cyclization of 4-Oxo-2-(2-phenylaminobenzoylhydrazono)butanoic Acids

The reaction of (2-phenylaminobenzoyl)hydrazine with 4-aryl-2-hydroxy-4-oxobut-2-enoic and 2-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-4-oxohex-2-enoic acids results in the formation of 4-aryl-2-(2-phenylaminobenzoyl-hydrazono)-4-oxobutanoic and 5,5-dimethyl-2-(2-phenylaminobenzoylhydrazono)-4-oxohexanoic acids. The products in solutions are present as mixtures of a Z,E-hydrazono form and a cyclic pyrazolinic form, and under the action of acetic anhydride they cyclize in 5-aryl- and 5-tert-butyl-3-(2-phenylaminobenzoylhydrazono)-furan-2,3-diones. 4-Aryl-2-(2-phenylaminobenzoylhydrazono)-4-oxobutanoic and 5,5-dimethyl-2-(2-phenyl-aminobenzoylhydrazono)-4-oxohexanoic acids were tested for antinociceptive and anti-inflammatory activity.

     

Synthesis of 4,6-diaryl-1-benzyl-6-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-2-oxopiperidine-3-carbonitriles and their analogs via a modified Reformatsky reaction

Organozinc compounds obtained from 1-aryl-2-bromo-2-methylpropanone and zinc react with N-benzyl-3-aryl-2-cyanoacrylamides or N-[6-(2-cyano-1-oxo-3-phenylprop-2-enylamino)hexyl]-2-cyano-3-phenylacrylamide to give 4,6-diaryl-1-benzyl-6-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-2-oxopiperidine-3-carbonitriles or 1,6-bis(6-aryl-3-cyano-6-hydroxy-5,5-dimethyl-2-oxo-4-phenylpiperidyl)hexanes as a single isomer with trans-located piperidine hydrogen atoms.
