3-Polyfluoroalkyl-6,6-dimethyl-7-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-1-yl)-6,7-dihydro-1H-indazol-4(5H)-ones were synthesized with high regioselectivity by 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of terminal alkynes (phenylacetylene, hex- 1-yne, hept-1-yne, and but-3-yn-1-ol) to 7-azido-6,6-dimethyl-3-polyfluoroalkyl-6,7-dihydro-1H-indazol-4(5H)-ones which were prepared by bromination of 6,6-dimethyl-3-polyfluoroalkyl-6,7-dihydro-1H-indazol- 4(5H)-ones with N-bromosuccinimide in anhydrous carbon tetrachloride, followed by treatment of the corresponding 7-bromo derivatives with sodium azide.  相似文献

A strategy was developed for the synthesis of 7,8,9-trimethyl-1-phenyl-3H-pyrrolo[2,1-d][1,2,5]-triazepin-4(5H)-one, reactions of its functionalization at the С4 atom and aza rings fusion at the С4?N3 bond were explored. The formation mechanism of the pyrrolo-1,2,5-triazepinone scaffold was suggested.  相似文献

The electronic structures of complexes of cobalt(II) halides with 2-(1H-pyrazol-1-yl)-4(3H)-pyrimidinone have been studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy. The Co2p 3/2 lines of cobalt atoms, N1s lines of nitrogen atoms, and O1s lines of oxygen atoms in the X-ray photoelectron spectra have been analyzed. Based on these data for the free and coordinated ligands, the atoms of the ligand coordinated to the central metal atom are determined. The coordinated organic compound serves as an electron-donating ligand. The results obtained are consistent with IR and UV-Vis spectroscopic data.  相似文献

A series of novel substituted bis-benzimidazole derivatives were synthesized by reaction of 5,5′-methylenebis(2-hydroxybenzaldehyde) with various substituted o-phenylenediamines in glacial acetic acid. The structure of the newly synthesized compounds was elucidated by 1H and 13C NMR, FT-IR, and MS spectra, and their antimicrobial activity against gram positive and gram negative bacteria and antifungal activity were evaluated. The thienyl-substituted derivative showed significant activity against Bacillus licheniformis. Bacillus subtilis, Staphylococcus aureus, Klebsiella pneumonia (bacteria), and Fusarium solani (fungi). The activities of the fluoro-substituted substituted derivative against some bacterial strains and of the thienyl-substituted derivative against fungi were found to be similar to those of standard drugs.  相似文献

A number of nitrogen heterocycles reacted with 4-methoxy-3-nitrobenzyl chloride in dimethyl-formamide in the presence of potassium carbonate to give the corresponding N-(4-methoxy-3-nitrobenzyl) derivatives. The reaction of 5-fluoro-1,3-bis(4-methoxy-3-nitrobenzyl)pyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione with aqueous methylamine afforded N,N′-bis(4-methylamino-3-nitrobenzyl)urea, whereas analogous reaction with 1-(4-methoxy-3-nitrobenzyl)-2-(methylsulfanyl)-1H-benzimidazole resulted in substitution of the methoxy group by methylamino.  相似文献

The structure of 9-(5,5-dimethyl-2,4,5,6-tetrahydro-1H-phenalen-2-yl)-5,5,9-trimethyl-5,6,8,9-tetrahydrocyclopenta[а]phenalen-10(4H)-one was determined by X-ray crystallography. The intermolecular interaction energies were calculated by the atom-atomic approach for the crystal structure. The condensation of 1-amino-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydronaphthalene-2-carbonitrile with chloroacetyl chloride afforded chloro-N-(2-cyano-3,3-dimethyl-3,4-dihydronaphthalen-1-yl)acetamide which underwent cyclization to 2-(chloromethyl)-5,5-dimethyl-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinazolin-4(3H)-one. The latter reacted with various nucleophiles (alkali metal alkoxides, piperazine, 2-sulfanylethanol) to give 2-(alkoxymethyl)-, 2-(piperazin-1-ylmethyl)-, and 2-{[(2-hydroxyethyl)sulfanyl]methyl}-5,5-dimethyl-5,6-dihydrobenzo[h]quinazolin- 4(3H)-ones. The condensation of 2-(chloromethyl)benzo[h]quinazoline with 2-thioxo derivatives of quinazoline and benzo[h]quinazolines led to the formation of bis-quinazolines in which 5,5-dimethyl-5,6- dihydrobenzo[h]quinazolin-4(3H)-one fragment is linked to quinazoline or benzo[h]quinazoline system through a CH2S bridge.  相似文献

The condensation of 3-hydroxyamino-3-methylbutan-2-one or 3-ethyl-3-hydroxyamino-pentan-2-one with aldehydes and ammonia afforded a series of new 1-hydroxy-4-methyl-2,5-dihydroimidazoles, whose oxidation gave rise to the corresponding 5-methyl-4H-imidazole 3-oxides. The latter, like 1-hydroxy-4-methyl-2,5-dihydroimidazoles, react with PriONO in the presence of bases to form 4H-imidazole-5-carbaldoxime 3-oxides, which are transformed into 4H-imidazole-5-carbonitrile 3-oxides in the reaction with TsCl in the presence of Et3N. N-Allyl-5-amino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides in reactions with polyphosphoric acid, with N-halosuccinimides in chloroform, and with (chlorosulfanyl)benzenes in nitromethane in the presence of lithium perchlorate underwent cyclization involving the N-allylamide fragment to give 4-[5-methyl(halomethyl)-4,5-dihydrooxazol-2-yl]-1H-pyrazol-5-amines and 2-(5-amino-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-[(arylsulfanyl)methyl]-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazolium perchlorates, respectively. Analogous reactions of N-propargyl-5-amino-1H-pyrazole-4-carboxamides with polyphosphoric acid afforded 4-(5-methyloxazol-2-yl)-1H-pyrazol-5-amines, and with (chlorosulfanyl) benzenes, 2-(5-amino-1H-pyrazol-4-yl)-5-[(arylsulfanyl)methylidene]-4,5-dihydro-1,3-oxazolium perchlorates.  相似文献

A series of novel 9-{2-[(1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)methoxy]phenyl}-3,3,6,6-tetramethyl-3,4,5,6,7,9-hexahydro-1H-xanthene-1,8(2H)-dione derivatives were synthesized by a click chemistry approach. The structures of all the newly synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, MASS, 1H and 13C NMR spectral data. The final analogues showed good to excellent antibacterial and antifungal activities in an agar well diffusion assay. Compounds 6i and 6f were the most active against all the test bacterial and fungal strains.  相似文献

4-Hydroxy-6H-1,3-oxazin-6-ones with a coumarin fragment in position 2 of the oxazine ring were synthesized. Their hydrolysis, alcoholysis, and hydrazinolysis afforded a number of new coumarin derivatives containing malonamic acid and 1,2,4-triazole residues. The low stability of the title compounds toward oxygencentered nucleophiles was interpreted by quantum chemical calculations.  相似文献
