Hydroxymercuration-demercuration of N-p-tolysulfonyl-4,4a,9,9a-tetrahydro-3H-carbazoles and N-p-tolyl(or methyl)sulfonyl-1,3a,4,8b-tetrahydrocyclopenta[b]indoles leads to the formation of the corresponding N-p-tolylsulfonyl-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-hexahydro-1H-carbazol-2-ols and N-p-tolyl(or methyl)sulfonyl-1,2,3,3a,4,8b-hexahydrocyclopenta[b]indol-2-ols. The latter are oxidized to 2-oxo derivatives with potassium dichromate. The oxidation of 2-methoxy-8-methyl-N-p-tolylsulfonyl-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-hexahydro-1H-carbazol-1-ol under analogous conditions gives 2-methoxy-8-methyl-N-p-tolysulfonyl-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-hexahydro-1H-carbazol-1-one.  相似文献

The solvate structures formed by the ortho-, meta-, and para-isomers of hydroxybenzoic acid (o-HBA, m-HBA, and p-HBA) with a polar co-solvent (methanol at a concentration of 0.030 and 0.035 mole fractions) in supercritical carbon dioxide at a constant density of 0.7 g/cm3 and temperatures of 318 and 328 K have been studied by the classic molecular dynamics. It has been determined that a stable hydrogen-bonded complex with the co-solvent forms via the hydrogen of the carboxyl group for all isomers. The probability of this complex existence is high at all temperatures and concentrations. In the o-HBA molecule, the other functional groups are engaged in the intramolecular hydrogen bond, but not involved in interactions with methanol. It has been found that m-HBA and p-HBA can be involved in hydrogen bonds with methanol via hydroxyl hydrogen and oxygen atoms; they are characterized by the presence of one more co-solvent molecule (rarely, two molecules) in their solvation shell and intermittent formations/breakages of hydrogen bonds via other functional groups. These bonds are far less stable, and their formation is sensitive to change of temperature and co-solvent concentration. It has been concluded that the degree of selective solvation of m-HBA and p-HBA by co-solvent molecules is approximately the same, but the rate of structural rearrangements in the nearest environment of m-HBA is higher than that of p-HBA.  相似文献

Reactions of syn- and anti-4-(4-bromophenyl)-2-methylnon-1-en-5-ols and 3-(4-bromophenyl)-5- methyl-1-phenylhex-5-en-2-ols with trifluoromethanesulfonic acid and salicylaldehyde derivatives in the presence of Et2O · BF3 (Prins reaction) or with salicylaldehydes in the presence of trimethyl orthoformate and p-toluenesulfonic acid stereoselectively afforded tri- and tetrasubstituted tetrahydrofurans with one or two fused heterocycles and various functional groups (COOEt, Br, MeC=CH2). The reactivity of the synthesized compounds toward thiophen-2-ylboronic acid in the Suzuki reaction was studied, and hydrolysis and reduction (LiAlH4) of the ester group therein gave the corresponding carboxylic acids and alcohols. One of the obtained tetrahydrofuran derivatives was converted into amide, aldehyde, and aldehyde oxime. Stereochemical configuration of substituents was retained in all chemical transformations.  相似文献

Tri- and tetrasubstituted tetrahydropyranes fused to one and two heterocycles with various functional groups (COOEt, Br, MeC=CH2) were synthesized in stereoselective fashion by reactions of syn- and anti-1-R-2-(4-bromophenyl)-5-methylhex-4-en-1-ols (R = Bu, PhCH2) with trifluoromethanesulfonic acid, aldehydes in the presence of boron trifluoride–diethyl ether complex (Prins reaction), and salicylaldehydes in the presence of trimethyl orthoformate and p-toluenesulfonic acid. The obtained compounds were brought into Suzuki coupling with thiofen-2-ylboronic acid, hydrolysis, and reduction of the ester group with lithium tetrahydridoaluminate. The resulting carboxylic acid was converted to carboxamide, and the alcohol was oxidized to aldehyde which was converted to oxime. The steric configuration of substituents remained unchanged in all chemical transformations.  相似文献

The effect of a number of quinoid compounds on methyl methacrylate polymerization initiated by azo-bis(isobutyronitrile) has been studied. It has been revealed that N-aryl-o-iminobenzoquinones, in contrast to o-benzoquinones, can provide radical polymerization of methyl methacrylate in controllable mode. The efficiency of the compounds as chain growth regulators has been found to depend on their composition and reaction conditions. It has been established that 4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(2,6-diethylphenyl)-o-iminobenzoquinone and 4,6-di-tert-butyl-N-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)-o-iminobenzoquinone under radical initiation conditions provide the synthesis of poly(methyl methacrylate) with wide-range molecular weight, retaining polydispersity indices about ~1.4–1.8 up to deep conversions.  相似文献

X-ray structural analysis has been performed for two complex compounds: Cu(en)2(o-HB)2H2O (I) (a = 16.873(4) Å, b = 8.713(2) Å, c = 14.803(3) Å, β = 91.15(2)°, V = 2175.8(8) Å3, C2/c, Z = 4, R(F) = 0.0263, 1516 reflections with I > 3σ (I)) and [Cu(en)2(OH2)2]2+(o-AB?)2 (II) (a = 7.488(5) Å, b = 22.122(8) Å, c = 7.856(5) Å, β = 118.77(2)°, V = 1140.7(11) Å3, P21/n, Z = 2, R(F) = 0.0432, 1684 reflections with I > 3σ(I)) synthesized under identical conditions (en is ethylenediamine, o-HB is o-hydroxybenzoate, and o-AB is o-aminobenzoate). Although the compounds were assumed to have similar structures and the Cu-Lig bond lengths and the cis and trans angles are acceptable for an octahedral structure, the geometric parameters of o-HB suggest that the copper atom has a plane square environment.  相似文献

Oxidative cleavage of exo- and endo-alkyl- and hydroxyalkyl-substituted bicyclo[n.1.0]alkan-1-ols with (diacetoxy-λ3-iodanyl)benzene gave the corresponding methyl alkenoates exclusively with E or Z configuration of the double bond. This reaction was used as the key stage in the syntheses of stereoisomerically pure components of pest insect pheromones: (E)-dodec-9-en-1-yl acetate (European pine shoot moth Rhyacionia buoliana), (Z)-tetradec-11-en-1-yl acetate (European oak leafroller Tortrix viridana), and (3E,8Z,11Z)-tetradeca-3,8,11-trien-1-yl acetate (tomato leafminer Tuta absoluta).  相似文献

The mean atomic Gibbs energies of formation of (Δ f ? at 0 ) of s-, p-, and d-element diphosphates have been calculated using ion increments of the Gibbs energy (Δ f G 0). Reaction of N-ethoxycarbonyl-2-(1-cycloalken-1-yl)anilines with meta-cloroperbenzoic acid leads to the corresponding 2-[1-o-(3-chlorobenzoyl)-2-hydroxycyclopent-1-yl]anilines. 5-(2-Acetylaminophenyl)-5-oxopentanic or 6-oxohexanic acids are formed as main products in the reaction of N-acetyl-2-(1-cycloalken-1-yl)anilines with m-chloroperbenzoic acid in CH2Cl2. The mechanisms of redox transformations of sterically hindered [1IBQ]-[3IBQ], 9,10-iminophenanthraquinone [4IFQ], and o-aminophenol [5AP] have been studied by cyclic voltammetry. It has been shown that the reduction process in tetrahydrofuran consists of two consecutive reversible steps leading to the formation of a radical anion and a dianion. In the case of acetonitrile, only the first redox process is detected, which involves the steps of protonation and electron addition resulting in the formation of a monoanion. Quantum-chemical calculations indicate a lower degree of participation of the six-membered nonaromatic carbon ring in the spin density delocalization in the o-iminosemiquinonate radical anions as compared to o-benzosemiquinonate radical anions. The oxidation of iminoquinones results in the formation of an unstable radical cation, which undergoes further chemical transformations. An increase in the acidity of a medium leads to the formation of protonated forms with the reduction potential being shifted anodically. The introduction of screening groups makes it possible to suppress side reactions of hydrolysis and cyclization of oxidized o-aminophenol [5AP] forms. Therefore, the major product of complete electrolysis is o-iminobenzoquinone [2IBQ].  相似文献

A capability was studied of hydrogenated α-pyrone heterocycle in 7-methoxy-4-(4-methoxy-phenyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[h]chromen-2-one to undergo aminolysis under the treatment with hydrazine hydrate, primary and secondary aliphatic and aromatic amines. A new approach was developed to the preparation of perihydroxyketone of naphthalene series containing a specific functional substituent in the ortho-position with respect to hydroxy group. The effect was revealed of an acetyl group in the position 9 of 7-methoxy-4-(4-methoxyphenyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H-benzo[h]chromen-2-one on the reaction of this compound with aliphatic amines and hydrazine hydrate. 9-Methoxy-1-(4-methoxyphenyl)-6-methyl-3H-benzo[de]pyrido[3,2,1-if]cinnolin-3-one [9-methyl-6-methoxy-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-10,10a-diazapyren-1-one] was obtained, a new bis-peri-fused heteroaromatic system.  相似文献

R,R-2,3-butanediol (R,R-2,3-BD) was produced by Paenibacillus polymyxa ZJ-9, which was capable of utilizing inulin without previous hydrolysis. The Jerusalem artichoke pomace (JAP) derived from the conversion of Jerusalem artichoke powder into inulin extract, which was usually used for biorefinery by submerged fermentation (SMF), was utilized in solid state fermentation (SSF) to produce R,R-2,3-BD. In this study, the fermentation parameters of SSF were optimized and determined in flasks. A novel bioreactor was designed and assembled for the laboratory scale-up of SSF, with a maximum yield of R,R-2,3-BD (67.90 g/kg (JAP)). This result is a 36.3% improvement compared with the flasks. Based on the same bath of Jerusalem artichoke powder, the total output of R,R-2,3-BD increased by 38.8% for the SSF of JAP combined with the SMF of inulin extraction. Overall, the utilization of JAP for R,R-2,3-BD production was beneficial to the comprehensive utilization of Jerusalem artichoke tuber.  相似文献

The 5p-4d emission spectrum, obtained during cascade de-excitation of the initial deep 3d vacancy in the Xe atom, was calculated by directly constructing a decay tree in a stepwise manner. The cascade decay tree was constructed with allowance for all radiative and nonradiative channels of decay for the initial and all intermediate ionic configurations of the cascade. The probabilities of branching and transition energies were calculated in a one-electron approximation with averaging over configurations. The 5p-4d cascade emission spectrum has a complex structure with many components, which reflects the transitions from the wide variety of the many-hole intermediate configurations generated by the cascade. The calculated data agree well with the experiment.  相似文献

A nucleophilic addition reaction of 4-hydroxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl (OH-TEMPO) to 3,6-di-tert-butyl-o-benzoquinone was used to obtain a new sterically hindered o-benzoquinone (1) containing 2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidineoxyl functional group, which was characterized by IR spectroscopy, mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, and X-ray diffraction. A one-electron reduction of 1 with potassium and thallium is an efficient method for the generation of earlier unknown heterospin biradicals 5a and 5b, respectively, containing nitroxide and o-semiquinone radical centers. Analysis of the hyperfine structure of the ESR spectra of biradicals 5a and 5b in solution showed that they belong to the group of heterospin biradicals with strong (J >> a) and fast exchange interaction between the radical centers.  相似文献

A series of hydrazones based on hydrazides of o- and p-hydroxybenzoic acids have been prepared. N-(5-Bromo-2-hydroxybenzylidene)-4-hydroxybenzohydrazide has been studied by X-ray diffraction analysis; its molecule forms hydrogen bond with a solvating ethanol molecule. Biological activity of the synthesized hydrazones towards cathepsin Е and(or) elastase of human neutrophils has been determined.  相似文献

Determination of the characteristics of native starches is crucial in order to select their best application in various industrial fields. Thus, two different types of non-traditional native starches from the Dioscoreaceas species (Dioscorea sp. and Dioscorea piperifolia Humb. var. Wild) were studied regarding their thermal, structural and rheological properties. The results were contrasted with traditional commercial starch sources (potato, cassava and corn). From the thermogravimetric results (TG/DTG), D. piperifolia starch obtained the highest thermal stability of the samples, except for potato starch. Furthermore, using differential scanning calorimetry and viscoamylograph profiles (RVA), it was found that the Dioscoreaceas starches presented a higher onset (T o) temperature and susceptibility to retrogradation. They also showed lower values in relation to relative crystallinity, which was calculated from their X-ray patterns and tendency to white (L*) colour. The shapes of the Discoreaceas starch granules were determined using electron microscopy; it was found that as the potato starch the Dioscoreaceas starches showed a wide range of particle size.  相似文献
