Reaction of 4-aryl-1,2,4-triazines with hydrazine

The action of hydrazine on 3,5-dioxo-4-aryl-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazines gave 4-amino-3,5-dixo-2,3,4,5-tetrahydro-1,2,4-triazines. The intermediates of this reaction were isolated and shown to be α-ketoacidhydra-zide 4-arylsemicarbazones and not the α-ketoanilidecarbohydrazones. The realtive rates of cyclization of the latter isomeric derivatives provide a support for a proposed intermediates which were not isolated in the reaction of 3-mercapto and 3-methylmercapto-4-aryl-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1,2,4-triazines with hydrazine.     

Ultrasound- and microwave-assisted synthesis of (E)-1-aryl-3-[2-(piperidin-1-yl)quinolin-3-yl]prop-2-en-1-ones and (E)-1-aryl-3-[2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)quinolin-3-yl]prop-2-en-1-ones,and their antimicrobial activity

Series of new (E)-1-aryl-3-[2-(piperidin-1-yl)quinolin-3-yl]prop-2-en-1-ones and (E)-1-aryl-3-[2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)quinolin-3-yl]prop-2-en-1-ones have been efficiently prepared via the Claisen-Schmidt condensation of 2-(piperidin-1-yl)quinoline-3-carbaldehyde and 2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)quinoline-3-carbaldehyde, respectively, with aryl methyl ketones under conditions of ultrasound and microwave irradiation. Structures of the products have been confirmed by IR, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR, and mass spectroscopy, as well as by elemental analysis. Evaluation of the in vitro antibacterial activity against bacterial (Gram-positive Staphylococcus aureus and Gram-negative Escherichia coli) and fungal (Aspergillus niger and Candida metapsilosis) strains has revealed good antimicrobial activity of some of the tested compounds.     

2,3-Diamino-5-aryl-7-(4-nitrophenyl)-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidinium-6-olates

The corresponding triazolopyrimidinium salts and 1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidinium-6-olates were formed from the reaction of 3,4,5-triamino-1,2,4-triazole and 1-aryl-3-(4-nitrophenyl)-2,3-dibromopropanones. The structure of one of the latter has been established by X-ray crystallography.

用DCNPNPT测定江水中季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂

利用三氮烯类试剂与季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂形成离子缔合物可用于季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂的测定。如用HDNPAPT[1]、HDAA[2]测定CTMAB、CPB,但其灵敏度有待提高。本文研究了显色剂1 (2,6 二氯 4 硝基苯) 3 (4 硝基苯) 三氮烯(DCNPNPT)[3]与阳离子表面活性剂的显色反应,结果表明,DCNPNPT与CTMAB、CPB反应的表观摩尔吸光系数分别为3 93×104L·mol 1·cm 1,和4 16×104L·mol 1·cm 1,是目前报道的用光度法测定季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂较灵敏的体系之一。用此法测定了瓯江水中微量阳离子表面活性剂CTMAB、CPB的…

Carbon-13 NMR Studies of 3-Aryl-4-(5-aryl-Δ 2-1,2,4-oxadiazolin-3-yl)sydnones and 3-Aryl-4-(5-aryl-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)sydnones

The ¹³C NMR spectra of twelve 3-aryl-4-(5-aryl-Δ²-l,2,4-oxadiazolin-3-yl)sydnones and twelve 3-aryl-4-(5-aryl-l,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)sydnones have been measured and assigned by means of proton-noise decoupling and DEPT-experiments. The coupling constants were determined by means of gated decoupling, and NOE effects were observed by comparison of proton-decoupled and inverse-gated decoupled spectra. Differences shown by the oxadiazoline and the oxadiazole rings and the substitution effects are discussed.

Reaction of 6-aryl-3-dimethylamino-1,2,4-triazine 4-oxides with KCN results in constriction of the heterocycle and formation of 3-amino-5-aryl-4-nitrosopyrazoles. Complete ozonolysis of 3-methyl-4-(prop-1-en-1-yl)cyclohexene

Complete ozonolysis of the thermal dimer of piperylene, 3-methyl-4-(prop-1-en-1-yl)cyclohexene, followed by reduction of primary peroxy compounds with dimethyl sulfide, gave 2-methyl-3-formyl-1,6-hexanedial as the major product and five-and six-membered hydroxy lactones which were formed via intramolecular cyclization of peroxides with participation of oxygen-containing functional groups.     

1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(3,5-二溴吡啶)三氮烯的合成及其与汞的显色反应

合成了1-(4-硝基苯基)-3-(3,5-二溴吡啶)三氮烯(NPDBPDT),并研究了NPDBPDT与汞的显色反应.在Na2B4O7-NaOH缓冲溶液(pH11.0)介质中,在Triton X-100存在下Hg(Ⅱ)与试剂生成络合物(1∶2).络合物在450 nm处有最大正吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.36×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,在535 nm处有最大负吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.57×105 L·mol-1·cm-1,以535 nm为参比波长,以450 nm为测量波长进行双波长测定,表观摩尔吸光系数为2.93×105 L·mol-1·cm-1.汞量在0～0.48 μg/mL范围内符合比耳定律.     

Reactions of 1,3,5-triazinylnitroformaldoxime 4.* synthesis of (5-R-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)-1,3,5-triazines

Heating 4-R-methoxy-1,3,5-triazin-2-ylnitroformaldoximes with nitriles leads not to the formation of 1,2,4-oxadiazoles but rather to dimerization of the intermediate 1,3,5-triazinylnitrile oxides to give furoxanes. The reaction of 4-R-6-methoxy-1,3,5-triazin-2-ylnitroformaldoximes with ammonia and amines gives 1,3,5-triazinylamidoximes, which upon acylation and subsequent intramolecular cyclization yield (5-R-1,2,4-oxadiazol-3-yl)-1,3,5-triazines.     

3-芳基-1-(吡啶-3-基)-2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)-2-丙烯-1-醇的合成及生物活性研究

用硼氢化钠还原3-芳基-1-(吡啶-3-基)-2-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)丙烯酮, 合成了10个新型含吡啶基的三唑醇类化合物. 所有化合物均经核磁、元素分析确证. 生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物具有一定的杀菌活性及植物生长调节活性.     

3-(4-Phenyl-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)chromones

The condensation of 4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazol-3-ylacetonitrile with 2-methyl-, 4-ethylresorcinol, and with pyrogallol gave α-(4-phenyl-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)-2,4-dihydroxyacetophenones. Upon treatment with acid anhydrides and chlorides and subsequent hydrolysis these form 7-hydroxy-3-(4-phenyl)-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)chromones with different substituents in both the benzene and the pyrone rings. __________ Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 11, pp. 1676–1684, November, 2005.     

N-(6-色酮-3-基-亚甲氨基)-S-{[4-芳基-5-(吡啶-4-基)]-1,2,4-三唑-2-基}巯乙酰胺类化合物的合成

N-芳基-2-[(吡啶-4-基)羰基]氨基硫脲1a～1e用NaOH溶液环合, 得到3-巯基-4-芳基-5-(吡啶-4-基)-1,2,4-三唑(2a～2e), 经酯化, 肼解, 得S-{[4-芳基-5-(吡啶-4-基)]-1,2,4-三唑-3-基}巯乙酰肼(3a～3e), 再与3-甲酰基色酮(4a～4d)反应, 合成得到了一系列新化合物5a～5e, 6a～6e, 7a～7e, 8a～8e. 化合物的结构经元素分析, IR, ¹H NMR和MS谱确证.
