在进行青藏高原某硼酸盐盐湖卤水的天然蒸发实验中确定,该卤水的蒸发析盐顺序不是按平衡溶解度相图,而是按“太阳相图”预示的亚稳过程进行。从天然蒸发过程中盐卤的浓缩倍数与浓缩卤水中硼富集倍数的一致性认为,盐卤在天然蒸发浓缩析盐过程中硼酸盐并不以固体盐形式析出,而是被赋存于浓缩卤水中。 相似文献

业经确定自日晒浓缩高含硼天然盐卤结晶析出的硼酸盐固相中,存在七水六硼酸镁(MgO·3B2O3·7H2O)和氧柱硼镁石(2MgO·2B2O3·MgCl2·14H2O)。本工作配制了含5.12%MgO·2B2O3等的氯化镁近饱和MgB4O7-MgCl2-H2O合成卤水,在无扰动条件下使静置结晶析出硼酸盐。 相似文献

硫酸盐型盐湖卤水天然制取软钾镁矾 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
根据我国盐湖的自然气候条件和资源特点,以Na、K、Mg/Cl、SO_4-H_2O五元体系25℃介稳相图为依据,提出了一条经调节卤水组成后,藉盐田天然日晒蒸发获得软钾镁矾的新工艺途径。文中给出了在窒内于模拟野外条件下进行实验的结果。过程中钾的回收率可达80%以上。 相似文献

以天津汉沽盐场高含镁卤水为研究对象,分析其成色原因,建立了过氧化氢氧化-氢氧化锆吸附联合脱色工艺,分别考察了脱色剂用量、温度、pH值等因素对卤水色度、CODCr及镁离子损失率的影响,确定了最佳的脱色工艺条件:用卤水处理量1%(体积比)的过氧化氢于室温下将卤水氧化2h后,在pH值为2~3的条件下经氢氧化锆吸附脱色40min,氢氧化锆投加用量为60g/L卤水。在此条件下,卤水色度及CODCr去除率分别可达99%和85%,镁离子的损失率可控制在1%以下,均高于目前现行的工艺方法。吸附剂氢氧化锆经脱附后可循环使用,大大降低了工艺运行成本。 相似文献

本工作采用模拟合成盐卤硼酸盐的方法,配合多种物理分析法进行物相鉴定,确认浓盐卤析出硼酸盐固相是由两种硼酸盐组成。其中一种硼酸盐的化学式为MgO·3B_2O_3·7H_2O,另一种是未见报导的新硼酸盐,化学式为2MgO·2B_2O_3·MgCl_2·14H_2O。这种含氯化镁的硼酸镁水合复盐的晶粒细小,电镜下呈针柱状,我们给出了它的伦琴射线粉晶衍射数据,红外光谱和热重分析结果,在差示热分析曲线上出现两个明显的晶型转变放热峰,与柱硼镁石(MgO·B_2O_3·3H_2O)的差示热分析曲线类似。 相似文献
