对含有次近邻节点自旋交换耦合的自旋-1/2伊辛-海森伯钻石链体系进行了研究,利用矩阵对角化和传递矩阵方法对基态磁相和宏观热力学量进行了严格求解,重点探讨了所有交换耦合均为反铁磁耦合时,体系节点伊辛自旋间次近邻相互作用的影响.研究结果表明次近邻节点伊辛自旋存在反铁磁耦合时会增强系统的阻挫效应,引入破坏平移对称性的经典亚铁磁相,使基态呈现出上上上下上上的自旋构型以及磁化曲线新颖的2/3磁化平台,丰富了体系的基态相图和宏观磁性行为.  相似文献

基于一维自旋链模型,采用Monte Carlo方法对具有反铁磁相互作用的自旋一I和自旋-3/2交替混合的亚铁磁系统进行模拟计算,研究单离子各向异性对系统磁特性的影响.模拟结果发现:基态时系统的磁化强度在外加磁场作用下呈现出阶梯状,并获得了自旋-1和自旋-3/2交替混合的亚铁磁系统相图.最后,通过对系统能量和自旋组态的研究,解释了该系统中出现的阶梯效应和相图.  相似文献

The mixed spin-(1/2, 1) Ising chain with axial and rhombic zero-field splitting parameters in the presence of the longitudinal magnetic field is exactly solved within the framework of decoration-iteration transformation and transfer-matrix method. Our particular emphasis is laid on an investigation of the influence of the rhombic term, which is responsible for an onset of quantum entanglement between two magnetic states Skz=±1 of the spin-1 atoms. It is shown that the rhombic term gradually destroys a classical ferrimagnetic order in the ground state and simultaneously causes diversity in magnetization curves including intermediate plateau regions, regions with a continuous change in the magnetization as well as several unusual field-induced transitions accompanied with magnetization jumps. Another interesting findings concern with an appearance of the round minimum in the temperature dependence of susceptibility times temperature data, the double-peak zero-field specific heat curves and the enhanced magnetocaloric effect. The temperature dependence of the specific heat with three separate maxima may also be detected when driving the system through the axial and rhombic zero-field splitting parameters close enough to a phase boundary between the ferrimagnetic and disordered states and applying sufficiently small longitudinal magnetic field.  相似文献

The magnetic properties of an anti-ferromagnetic and ferrimagnetic mixed spin-1/2 and spin-5/2 Ising model with a crystal field in a longitudinal magnetic field on the honeycomb (z=3) and square lattice (z=4) are studied by using the effective-field theory with correlations. The ground state phase diagram of the model is obtained in the longitudinal magnetic field (h) and a single-ion potential or crystal-field interaction (Δ) plane. We also investigate the thermal variations of the sublattice and total magnetizations, and present the phase diagrams in the (Δ/|J|, ) plane. The phase diagrams have one, two or even three compensation temperatures depending on the values of the crystal-field interaction. Moreover, the susceptibility, internal energy and specific heat of the system are numerically examined, and some interesting phenomena in these quantities are found due to the applied longitudinal magnetic field.  相似文献

The zero- and low-temperature behaviors of spin-1/2 two-leg ladder with staggered dimerization are investigated by the Green’s function theory. At zero temperature, the ground state phase diagram is explored, wherein the leg-dimer and rung-singlet phases are revealed, which reflect two different intrinsic gapped behaviors. The former is attributed to the bond alternation along the legs, while the latter is due to the strong rung coupling. It is found that the quantum phase transition from one to another is of the first order, which can be clearly signaled by the rung entanglement entropy. At finite temperatures, the temperature dependence of thermodynamic quantities such as the magnetic susceptibility, specific heat, thermal Drude weight and rung entanglement entropy are calculated to characterize the corresponding quantum phases. It is shown that the magnetic behaviors clearly manifest a typical antiferromagnetism at low temperature, which is in accordance with the experimental results. It is also found that the intrinsic gapped low-lying excitations are responsible for the observed thermodynamic behaviors.  相似文献

量子系统各部分间的量子关联可以作为量子信息应用研究的基础资源. 而量子失协是度量量子关联大小的物理量. 由此研究杨-巴克斯特自旋1/2链模型的量子关联情况. 首先利用两个杨-巴克斯特方程的解得到相应的杨-巴克斯特自旋1/2链模型. 然后, 计算分析热平衡时杨-巴克斯特自旋1/2链模型的量子失协、几何量子失协和量子纠缠随着温度和外磁场的变化情况. 结果表明对于杨-巴克斯特自旋1/2链模型, 量子失协和几何量子失协能够比量子纠缠更好地度量量子关联.  相似文献

We extend the recent paper [W. Jiang, V-C. Lo, B-D. Bai, J. Yang, Physica A 389 (2010) 2227-2233] to present a study, within a mean-field approach, the dynamic magnetic properties of the mixed spin-2 and spin-5/2 Ising ferrimagnetic system, which corresponds the molecular-based magnetic materials AFeIIFeIII(C2O4)3 [ A=N(n-CnH2n+1)4, n=3-5], by using the Glauber-type stochastic dynamics. This mixed Ising ferrimagnetic system is used on a layered honeycomb lattice in which FeII (S=5/2) and FeIII (σ=2) occupy sites. First, we investigate the time variations of average order parameters to find the phases in the system and then the thermal behavior of the dynamic order parameters to obtain the dynamic phase transition (DPT) points as well as to characterize the nature (first-or second-order) phase transitions. We also present the dynamic phase diagrams and study the dynamic magnetic hysteresis loop behaviors of the kinetic mixed spin-2 and spin-5/2 Ising ferrimagnetic system. The results are compared with some experimental and theoretical works and a good overall agreement is found.  相似文献

I studied the ferrimagnetic Ising model with nearest neighbour interactions for a square lattice and simple cubic one, using mean field theory. The free energy of a mixed spin Ising ferrimagnetic model was calculated from a mean field approximation of the Hamiltonian. By minimizing the free energy, I obtained the equilibrium magnetizations and the compensation temperatures. Clear indications of the single-ion anisotropies on the compensation points of the mixed spin-3/2 and spin-5/2 ferrimagnetic lattices are found. Some interesting behaviors of these systems are obtained depending not only on the values of magnetic anisotropies for both sublattice sites but also on the lattice structure. The longitudinal magnetic fields dependence of the spin compensation temperature is the main focus of research. The possibility of many compensation temperatures is indicated.  相似文献

The free energy and correlation lengths of the spin-1/2XYZ chain are studied at finite temperature. We use the quantum transfer matrix approach and derive non-linear integral equations for all eigenvalues. Analytic results are presented for the low-temperature asymptotics, in particular for the criticalXXZ chain in an external magnetic field. These results are compared to predictions by conformal field theory. The promotion of collinear classical spin configurations as well as the enhanced tendencytowards nearest-neighbor clustering of the quantum spins are typical features of thefrustrating isotropic three-body exchange interactions in Heisenberg spin systems. Basedon numerical density-matrix renormalization group calculations, we demonstrate that theseextra interactions in the Heisenberg chain constructed from alternating S = 3/2 and σ = 1/2 site spins can generate numerous specific quantum spinstates, including some partially-polarized ferrimagnetic states as well as adoubly-degenerate non-magnetic gapped phase. In the non-magnetic region of the phasediagram, the model describes a crossover between the spin-1 and spin-2 Haldane-typestates.  相似文献

We investigated the properties of the spin-1/2 ferromagnetic-antiferromagnetic-antiferromagnetic alternating Heisenberg chain using the spin-wave theory. The spin-wave excitation spectra, the sublattice magnetizations and the local bond energies of the model are calculated to be compared with the corresponding properties of the mixed spin (1, 1/2) chain for a range of α. The results demonstrate that all the properties show similar behaviours in the small α limit, so the properties of the mixed spin (1, 1/2) chain can be described using the spin-1/2 ferromagnetic-antiferromagnetic-antiferromagnetic alternating Heisenberg chain.  相似文献

The ground state, magnetization scenario and the local bipartite quantum entanglement of a mixed spin-1/2 Ising–Heisenberg model in a magnetic field on planar lattices formed by identical corner-sharing bipyramidal plaquettes is examined by combining the exact analytical concept of generalized decoration-iteration mapping transformations with Monte Carlo simulations utilizing the Metropolis algorithm. The ground-state phase diagram of the model involves six different phases, namely, the standard ferrimagnetic phase, fully saturated phase, two unique quantum ferrimagnetic phases, and two macroscopically degenerate quantum ferrimagnetic phases with two chiral degrees of freedom of the Heisenberg triangular clusters. The diversity of ground-state spin arrangement is manifested themselves in seven different magnetization scenarios with one, two or three fractional plateaus whose values are determined by the number of corner-sharing plaquettes. The low-temperature values of the concurrence demonstrate that the bipartite quantum entanglement of the Heisenberg spins in quantum ferrimagnetic phases is field independent, but twice as strong if the Heisenberg spin arrangement is unique as it is two-fold degenerate.  相似文献

By using the infinite time-evolving block decimation, we study quantum fidelity and entanglemententropy in the spin-1/2 Heisenberg alternating chain under an external magnetic field .The effects of the magnetic field on the fidelity are investigated, and its relation with the quantum hase transition (QPT) is analyzed. The phase diagram of the model is given accordingly, which supports the Haldane phase, the singlet-dimer phase, the Luttinger liquid phase and the paramagnetic phase. The scaling of entanglement entropy in the gapless Luttinger liquid phase is studied, and the central charge $c=1$ is obtained. We also study the relationship between the quantum coherence, string order parameter and QPTs. Results obtained from these quantum information observations are consistent with the previous reports.  相似文献

We present phase diagrams for a nonequilibrium mixed spin-1/2 and spin-2 Ising ferrimagnetic system on a square lattice in the presence of a time dependent oscillating external magnetic field. We employ the Glauber transition rates to construct the mean-field dynamical equations. The time variation of the average magnetizations and the thermal behavior of the dynamic magnetizations are investigated, extensively. The nature (continuous or discontinuous) of the transitions is characterized by studying the thermal behaviors of the dynamic magnetizations. The dynamic phase transition points are obtained and the phase diagrams are presented in two different planes. Phase diagrams contain paramagnetic (p) and ferrimagnetic (i) phases, and one coexistence or mixed phase region, namely the i+p, that strongly depend on interaction parameters. The system exhibits the dynamic tricritical point and the reentrant behaviors.  相似文献

We consider the spin-1/2 Heisenberg chain with alternating spin exchange in the presence of additional modulation of exchange on odd bonds with period 3. We study the ground state magnetic phase diagram of this hexamer spin chain in the limit of very strong antiferromagnetic (AF) exchange on odd bonds using the numerical Lanczos method and bosonization approach. In the limit of strong magnetic field commensurate with the dominating AF exchange, the model is mapped onto an effective XXZ Heisenberg chain in the presence of uniform and spatially modulated fields, which is studied using the standard continuum-limit bosonization approach. In the absence of additional hexamer modulation, the model undergoes a quantum phase transition from a gapped phase into the only one gapless Lüttinger liquid (LL) phase by increasing the magnetic field. In the presence of hexamer modulation, two new gapped phases are identified in the ground state at magnetization equal to [Formula: see text] and [Formula: see text] of the saturation value. These phases reveal themselves also in the magnetization curve as plateaus at corresponding values of magnetization. As a result, the magnetic phase diagram of the hexamer chain shows seven different quantum phases, four gapped and three gapless, and the system is characterized by six critical fields which mark quantum phase transitions between the ordered gapped and the LL gapless phases.  相似文献

A molecular-based magnetic material AFeIIFeIII(C2O4)3 (A = organic cation) with a honeycomb structure is studied. The molecular-based magnet system consists of mixed spin-2 and spin- 5/2 honeycomb lattices with ferrimagnetic interlayer coupling. The magnetization, hysteresis loops and initial susceptibility have been calculated using a numerical method which includes both the longitudinal and transverse fields. We investigated the magnetic reversal of the system and found the existence of triple hysteresis loop patterns, affected by the anisotropy, longitudinal and transverse fields, and interlayer and intralayer exchange.  相似文献

The spin-1/2 antiferromagnetic and spin-(1/2, 1) ferrimagnetic single-walled nanotubes are described by XXZ Heisenberg model. The sublattice magnetization and the critical temperature of the system are calculated by using the double-time spin Green's function method. At zero temperature, with the increase of the exchange interaction in the circumferential direction, a maximum value appears in the sublattice magnetization curves of antiferromagnetic and ferrimagnetic systems. As the diameter of the tube increases, the spin quantum fluctuations and thermal fluctuations are suppressed. In addition, the spin quantum fluctuation of the spin-1/2 antiferromagnetic system is greater than that of the spin-(1/2, 1) ferrimagnetic system. The critical temperature of the system increases firstly and then tends to a constant with the increase of the diameter of tube, and it decreases to zero as the exchange anisotropy of the system disappears.  相似文献

The magnetic properties of a mixed spin-1 and spin-3/2 Heisenberg ferrimagnetic system on a square lattice are investigated by using the double-time temperature-dependent Green's function technique. In order to decouple the higher order Green's functions, Anderson and Callen's decoupling and random phase approximations have been used. We investigate the low-temperature thermodynamics of the spin-1/2 Heisenberg chain with open ends. On the basis of boundary conformal field theory arguments and numerical density matrix renormalization group calculations, it is established that in the isotropic case the impurity susceptibility exhibits a Curie-like divergent behavior as the temperature decreases, even in the absence of magnetic impurities. A similar singular temperature dependence is also found in the boundary contributions of the specific heat coefficient. In the anisotropic case, for 1/2相似文献
