激光二极管侧面抽运Nd∶YAG锁模激光器的研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
利用谐振腔的稳定条件对激光二极管侧面抽运的 Nd∶YAG锁模直腔的稳区特性和谐振腔内的光斑分布进行了分析。根据对腔参量的分析,选取合适的腔参量设计了一个简单的侧面抽运直腔,该谐振腔腔形简单,没有像散,振荡光模式好,有利于激光器的锁模运转。实验中采用国内自行研制的半导体可饱和吸收镜,实现了激光二极管侧面抽运半导体可饱和吸收镜锁模Nd∶YAG激光器的连续锁模运转,平均输出功率为 2 W,锁模脉冲宽度为10 ps,重复频率为100 MHz。结合实验结果进一步讨论了半导体可饱和吸收镜的一些参量如饱和恢复时间、调制深度等对实现稳定连续锁模的影响。 相似文献

An 2 μm pulse laser based on an intracavity optical parameter oscillator (OPO) pumped by an electrooptical Q-switched 1.064 μm laser is realized. A type-II phase-matched (θ = 51.5° and φ = 0) KTP crystal and a limiting diaphragm with a diameter of 4 mm were used. The parameters of the KTP-OPO tuning curves
as a function of the phase matching angles were analyzed for the case of 1.064 μm laser pumping. Experiments based on single and double KTPs for walk-off compensation were performed. An output energy of
26 mJ in the 2 μm wavelength region was obtained with a pump-to-signal conversion efficiency of 26%. The center wavelengths of the signal

The paper discusses the performance characteristics of a Nd: glass laser system designed for laser produced plasma studies.
It consists of aQ-switched oscillator followed by two amplifier stages. The output behaviour of the oscillator, i.e. laser pulse duration,
peak power and optimum coupling, has been studied and is in good agreement with theory. Gain characteristics of amplifiers
were obtained as a function of various parameters. Energies in excess of 7 J with pulse durations as small as 18 nsec were

通过在稳定连续波运转的Yb:YAG 激光器中插入不同掺杂浓度的新型钠、镱共掺的氟化钙晶体的对比性实验,证明了镱、钠共掺的氟化钙晶体在1050nm具有明显的可饱和吸收作用,从而解释了该晶体作为增益介质在该波段总是趋于自调Q运转的原因.Yb3+离子是该晶体可饱和吸收作用的主要因素,但是共掺入适当的Na离子可以明显改善晶体的调Q效果.优化共掺镱、钠离子的浓度和比例后的氟化钙晶体能够作为1050nm波段激光器的被动Q开关.

The Cr4+-doped saturable absorber Cr4+:YAG is used as the passive Q-switch for a conventional pulsed Nd:Sr5(VO5)3F(Nd:S-VAP) oscillator, and the short high-peak-power pulses of laser have been obtained. The laser output characteristics are investigated under the conditions of different small-signal transmittance of Cr4+:YAG and different reflectivity of the output coupler. We present the generation of wavelength-switchable single-polarization solitons in an all-polarization-maintaining erbium-doped fiber laser mode-locked by a graphene saturable absorber. Ultrashort pulses centered at the wavelength of 1531.6 nm with the duration of 816 fs and centered at the wavelength of 1557.8 nm with the duration of 402 fs are separately obtained from the same fiber laser cavity. The cavity loss adjusted by the gold reflector plays a crucial role in wavelength switching. 相似文献

An approximate simple scaling law is obtained for asymmetric (e, 3e) process on helium-like ions for double ionization by fast electrons. It is based on the equation (Z
′3π) exp[-Z(r1 + r2)],Z′ = Z – (5/16) for ground state wave function of helium-like ions and Z′2 scaling of energies. The scaling law is found to work very well if the lower energy electron is ejected along the momentum
transfer direction and the other one is ejected in the opposite direction. It also works quite well if this electron is ejected
within about 90° of the momentum transfer direction with the other electron going in the opposite direction. The scaling law

Self-starting Q-switching, Q-switched mode-locking and mode-locking operation modes are achieved sequentially in an all-fiber erbium-doped fiber laser with thulium-doped fiber saturable absorber for the first time. The central wavelengths of Q-switching, Q-switched mode-locking and mode-locking operation modes are 1569.7 nm, 1570.9 nm, and 1572 nm, respectively. The mode-locking operation of the proposed fiber laser generates stable dark soliton with a repetition rate of 0.99 MHz and signal-to-noise ratio of 65 dB. The results validate the capability of generating soliton pulse by doped fiber saturable absorber. Furthermore, the proposed fiber laser is beneficial to the applications of optical communication and signal processing system. 相似文献

Computer simulation of the processes occurring in a thin layer of absorbing liquid adjoining a transparent dielectric with internal reflection from the interface is carried out for the case where the reflector is incorporated into the resonator of a solid-state laser. It is shown that the process of heating the liquid layer near the wall is essentially nonadiabatic. The sharp increase in the pressure of the liquid in the period of maximal heating leads to a situation where the temperatures of switching on and switching off of the total internal reflection at the interface become substantially different. The difference becomes smaller with decrease in the liquid-layer thickness due to a more efficient heat removal, which displays itself as a change in the character of single-pulse laser generation. Periodic emission of nanosecond pulses in the liquid layer in a quasistationary lasing regime is found, whose characteristic feature is stabilization of the liquid-layer temperature. 相似文献

Abstract In the present investigation the excitation and fluorescence spectra and lifetimes of Mn2+ ions in calcium chloride, for various manganese concentrations and sample temperatures have been studied for the first time. The fluorescence spectrum consists of an asymmetric broad band, which upon lowering the sample temperature, shifts its maximum from 580 nm at 300 K to 596 nm at 11 K. This luminescence band was associated with the 4Tlg(4G)→6Alg(6S) spin-forbidden transition in the manganese ions occupying Ca-sites in the lattice of CaCl2. The excitation spectrum of the Mn2+ fluorescence revealed the features of manganese ions in octahedral coordination and consisted of nine excitation peaks which were associated with Mn2+-crystal-field-sensitive transitions. A crystal field analysis of the wavelength positions of these transitions by means of the model developed by Curie et al. allowed us to determine the magnitude of the cubic field splitting 10Dq, the reduced Racah parameter B', the Koide-Pryce covalency parameter ε and the spin transfer coefficients f [sgrave] and f σ. From the measurement of the temperature dependence of the Mn2+ fluorescence lifetime, we have also obtained information about the different mechanisms which are involved in the relaxation of excited Mn2+ ions in this host crystal in the temperature range (11–300 K). 相似文献

A new kind of hybrid nanoparticles composed of copper ions and poly(p-phenylenediamine) has been synthesized in aqueous solution at room temperature. The nanoparticles have been characterized
and studied by TEM, AFM, XPS, and UV spectroscopy. The synthesized nanoparticles are prone to connect with each other and
form large nanoclusters. The diameters of the nanoparticles are 46 ± 26 nm. It is believed that a porous network structure
exists inside the nanoparticles. The UV absorption spectra of the nanoparticles are sensed with pH and can be reversibly changed
according to the pH level. This phenomenon of the nanoparticles has some potential applications. Nanosheets and branched rods
composed of copper ions and poly(p-phenylenediamine) have also been obtained by using different ratios of copper ions and p-phenylenediamine as the initial reactant. 相似文献
