1引 言 1960年Meyer-K(o)nig W.和Zeller K.在[6]中提出了Meyer-K(o)nig-Zeller算子 Mn(f,x)=∞∑k=0f(k/(n+k))mn,k(x),0≤x＜1,Mn(f,1):=f(1),mn,k(x)=(n+kk)xk(1-x)n+1,在[1,2,5,7,9,10,12]中对于此算子的逼近性质及各种修正了的Meyer-K(o)nig-Zeller算子作了研究,其中重要的变形是Kantorovich型的积分算子： M*n(f;x)=∞∑k=0((n+k)(n+k+1))/n∫(k+1)/(n+k+1)k/(n+k)f(u)dumn,k(x),x∈[0,),其中Mn(f,1)：＝f(1),mn,k(x)＝(n+kk)xk(1+x)n+1,mn,-1(x)：=0. V.Totik在[8]中给出了M*n(f;x)的Lp-逼近(1≤p＜∞),王建力在[11]研究了其加权Lp-逼近(1≤p＜∞).本文引进新的K+泛函,利用Ditzian-Totik模ω2ψ(f,t)研究了该算子的点态逼近性质,得到了它的逼近正、逆及等价定理.

首先运用比文献[2]更简单的方法导出了一元Meyer-K\"{o}nig and Zeller算子矩量的一个积分表示, 然后利用这一方法建立了二元(单纯形上)Meyer-K\"{o}nig and Zeller算子矩量的一个递推公式, 最后作为这个递推公式的应用, 给出了该算子的二阶、三阶矩量的积分表示.

On the convergence properties of sampling Durrmeyer-type operators in Orlicz spaces

Here, we provide a unifying treatment of the convergence of a general form of sampling-type operators, given by the so-called sampling Durrmeyer-type series. The main result consists of the study of a modular convergence theorem in the general setting of Orlicz spaces $L^{\phi }(\mathbb{R})$. From the latter theorem, the convergence in $L^p(\mathbb{R})$, in $L^{\alpha }{\log }^{\beta }L$, and in the exponential spaces can be obtained as particular cases. For the completeness of the theory, we provide a pointwise and uniform convergence theorem on $\mathbb{R}$, in case of bounded continuous and bounded uniformly continuous functions; in this context, we also furnish a quantitative estimate for the order of approximation, using the modulus of continuity of the function to be approximated. Finally, applications and examples with graphical representations are given for several sampling series with special kernels.     

Two-sided bounds and leading term for rates of convergence in the multivariate central limit theorem

For a sequence of independent and identically distributed random vectors, upper and lower bounds are obtained for the discrepancy between the probability measure P_n, induced by their normalized sum, and the Normal measure Φ. The upper and lower bounds are of the same order of magnitude. These results may be derived by a “leading term” approach, in which a signed measure Q_n is introduced as a first order approximation to P_n − Φ. The purpose of this paper is to investigate properties of the leading term.     

On the rate of convergence for multi-category classification based on convex losses

The multi-category classification algorithms play an important role in both theory and practice of machine learning.In this paper,we consider an approach to the multi-category classification based on minimizing a convex surrogate of the nonstandard misclassification loss.We bound the excess misclassification error by the excess convex risk.We construct an adaptive procedure to search the classifier and furthermore obtain its convergence rate to the Bayes rule.

The present paper deals with the new type of Gamma operators, here we esti- mate the rate of pointwise convergence of these new Gamma type operators Mn,k for func- tions of bounded variation, by using some techniques of probability theory.
