Two new rearranged taxane diterpenoids, 5alpha,7beta,10beta,13alpha-tetrahydroxy-2alpha,9alpha,15-triacetoxy-11(15-->1)-abeo-taxa-4(20), 11-diene (1) and 5alpha,9alpha,10beta,13alpha-tetraacetoxy-15-hydroxy-11(15-->1)-abeo-taxa-4(20), 11-diene (2) have been isolated from the barks of Taxus wallichiana. The structures of these compounds have been confirmed by modern spectroscopic techniques.  相似文献

A total of two new (1, 2) and four known (3-6) withanolides were isolated from the whole plant of Withania somnifera. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic techniques and were characterized as 6alpha,7alpha-epoxy-3beta,5alpha,20beta-trihydroxy-1-oxowitha-24-enolide (1), 5beta,6beta-epoxy-4beta,17alpha,27-trihydroxy-1-oxowitha-2,24-dienolide (2), withaferin-A (3), 2,3-dihydrowithaferin-A (4), 6alpha,7alpha-epoxy-5alpha,20beta-dihydroxy-1-oxowitha-2,24-dienolide (5), and 5beta,6beta-epoxy-4beta-hydroxy-1-oxowitha-2,14,24-trienolide (6), respectively. Compounds 2, 3, 5, and 6 displayed inhibitory potential against butyrylcholinesterase, but only compounds 3, 4, and 6 were found to be active against acetylcholinesterase.  相似文献

Four edible mushrooms, Panellus serotinus, Lepista nuda, Tricholoma matsutake and Naematoloma sublateritium, have been investigated chemically. Two new sterols, 5alpha,9alpha-epidioxy-(22E)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3beta,6alpha-diol (1) and 5alpha,9alpha-epidioxy-(22E)-ergosta-7,22-diene-3beta,6beta-diol (2), have been isolated from Panellus serotinus. Compound 2 was also isolated from Lepista nuda. A new sterol, 3beta,5alpha,9alpha,14beta-tetrahydroxy-(22E)-ergosta-7,22-dien-6-one (3), and compound 2 have been isolated from Tricholoma matsutake. Three new triterpenoids, sublateriols A-C (4-6), have been isolated from Naematoloma sublateritium. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of their spectral data.  相似文献

Phomosine K (1), a new phomosine derivative, has been isolated from Phomopsis sp., in addition to six known compounds: phomosine A (2), phenylalanine amide (3), 2-hydroxymethyl-4beta,5alpha,6beta-trihydroxycyclohex-2-en (4), (-)-phyllostine (5), (+)-epiepoxydon (6), and (+)-epoxydon monoacetate (7). Preliminary studies showed that compound 1 had strong antibacterial activity, while compounds 4-7 showed good antifungal, antibacterial, and algicidal properties, except compounds 4 and 6, which lacked antifungal activity.  相似文献

Two new sterols, 5alpha,9alpha-epidioxy-8alpha,14alpha-epoxy-(22E)-ergosta-6,22-dien-3beta-ol (1) and 3beta,5alpha-dihydroxyergost-7-en-6-one (2), have been isolated from P. eryngii, together with six known ones (3-8). Five new cadinane-type sesquiterpenes, 15-acetoxy-T-muurolol (1), isokhusinodiol (2), cadin-10(14)-ene-4beta,5alpha-diol (3), cadinane-4beta,5alpha,10beta-triol (4), and muurolane-4beta,5beta,10beta-triol (5), together with five known compounds, T-cadinol (6), T-muurolol (7), alpha-cadinol (8), delta-cadinol (9), and khusinodiol (10), were isolated from the roots of Taiwania cryptomerioides. Chemical investigation of a soft coral of the genus Lobophytum of the Andaman and Nicobar coasts resulted in the isolation of a new marine sterol acetate, (24S)-ergostane-3beta,5alpha,6beta,25-tetraol-3,6,25-triacetate (1) and of two known sterol glycosides 3beta,4alpha-dihydroxypregn-20-ene-4-O-beta-D-arabinopyranoside and 24-methylenecholest-5-ene-3beta,7beta, 16beta-triol-3-O-alpha-L-fucopyranoside-7beta-acetate. The structures of the compounds were elucidated based on spectral studies and chemical conversions.  相似文献

Five new sesquiterpenes, 1beta-furanoyl-2beta,3alpha,7alpha,8beta,11-pentaacetoxy-4alpha,5alpha-dihydroxy-dihydroagarofuran (1), 1beta,2beta,3alpha,5alpha,7beta,8beta,11-heptaacetoxy-dihydroagarofuran (2), 1beta-furanoyl-2beta,3alpha,7alpha,8beta,11-pentaacetoxy-5alpha-hydroxy-dihydroagarofuran (3), 1beta,7beta,8alpha-triacetoxy-2beta-furanoyl-4alpha-hydroxy-11-isobutyryloxy-dihydroagarofuran (4), and 1beta-nicotinoyl-2beta,5alpha,7beta-triacetoxy-4alpha-hydroxy-11-isobutyryloxy-8alpha-furanoyl-dihydroagarofuran (5), were isolated from the xylem of Tripterygium wilfordii, together with a known compound (6). Their structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic studies. Compounds 2-5 showed significant immunosuppressive activities.  相似文献

Investigation of the constituents of the fruits of Morus alba LINNE (Moraceae) afforded five new nortropane alkaloids (1-5) along with nor-psi-tropine (6) and six new amino acids, morusimic acids A-F (7-12). The structures of the new compounds were determined to be 2alpha,3beta-dihydroxynortropane (1), 2beta,3beta-dihydroxynortropane (2), 2alpha,3beta,6exo-trihydroxynortropane (3), 2alpha,3beta,4alpha-rihydroxynortropane (4), 3beta,6exo-dihydroxynortropane (5), (3R)-3-hydroxy-12-[(1S,4S)-4-[(1S)-1-hydroxyethyl]-pyrrolidin-1-yll-dodecanoic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (7), (3R)-3-hydroxy-12-[(1S,4S)-4-[(1S)-1-hydroxyethyl]-pyrrolidin-1-yll-dodecanoic acid (8), (3R)-3-hydroxy-12-1(1R,4R,5S)-4-hydroxy-5-methyl-piperidin-1-yll-dodecanoic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (9), (3R)-3-hydroxy-12-[(1R,4R,5S)-4-hydroxy-5-methyl-piperidin-1-yll-dodecanoic acid (10), (3R)-3-hydroxy-12-[(1R,4R,5S)-4-hydroxy-5-hydroxymethyl-piperidin-1-yl]-dodecanoic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (11), and (3R)-3-hydroxy-12-[(1R,4S,5S)-4-hydroxy-5-methyl-piperidin-1-yl]-dodecanoic acid (12) on the basis of spectral and chemical data.  相似文献

The aerial parts of Erigeron annuus (L.) PERS., E. philadelphicus L. and E. sumatrensis RETZ. (Compositae) have been investigated chemically. A new sesquiterpenoid, 6beta,14-epoxyeudesm-4(15)-en-1beta-ol (1), and a new diterpenoid, philadelphinone (6), have been isolated from E. philadelphicus. Four new sesquiterpenoids, (7R*)-opposit-4(15)-ene-1beta,7-diol (2), 11-methoxyopposit-4(15)-en-1beta-ol (3), 15-methoxyisodauc-3-ene-1beta,5alpha-diol (4) and 10alpha-hydroxycadin-4-en-15-al (5), have been isolated from E. annuus. Compounds 2 and 4 were also isolated from E. sumatrensis. The structures of the new compounds were elucidated on the basis of their spectral data.  相似文献

Two furostanol saponins were obtained from the rhizomes of Tupistra chinensis Bak. Their structures were determined as 5beta-furost-delta(25(27))-en-1beta,2beta,3beta,4beta,5beta,7alpha,22xi,26-octaol-6-one-26-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (1) and 5beta-furost-delta(25(27))-en-1beta,2beta,3beta,4beta,5beta,6beta,7alpha,22xi,26-nonaol-26-O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (2), on the basis of chemical and spectroscopic evidence. Both compounds displayed marked inhibitory action against NO production in rat abdomen macrophages induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) at 40 microg/mL.  相似文献

Six new carbocyclic nucleosides were prepared by constructing a purine base (in compounds 9-11) or pyrimidine base (in 6-8) on the amino groups of (+/-)-(1 beta,2 alpha,4 beta)-4-amino-1,2-cyclopentanedimethanol (4) and (+/-)-(1 beta,3 alpha,4 beta)-4-amino-1,3-cyclopentanedimethanol (5), and their activities against a variety of viruses and tumour cell lines were determined.  相似文献

The new compounds (Z)-ethyl 2-cyano-2-(3H- and 2-methyl-3H-quinazoline-4-ylidene) acetate (1 and 2, respectively) were synthesized by multi-step reactions. The structures in a solution have been determined by (1)H-NMR spectroscopy and in the crystal form by X-ray analysis. Molecule 1 crystallized in a primitive monoclinic cell, space group capital ER, P2(1/c). The cell dimensions are a=7.970(6) A, b=7.061(2) A, c=20.537(7) A, beta=97.69(5) degrees , V=1145.3(10) A(3). Molecule 2 crystallized in a triclinic cell, space group P-1, the cell dimensions are a=8.196(5) A, b=8.997(6) A, c=9.435(4) A, alpha=74.22(4) degrees, beta=89.75(4) degrees , gamma=74.07(5) degrees , V=641.9(6) A(3). In both compounds the presence of intra-molecular NH---O=C hydrogen bonding between the nitrogen atom in position 3 of the quinazoline ring and a carbonyl group of the ethyl cyanoacetate residue was proven by quantum-chemical, (1)H-NMR and X-ray methods.  相似文献

A complex mixture of isomeric neutral oligosaccharides from pooled human milk was analyzed by nano-electrospray ionization (ESI) in a quadrupole ion trap mass spectrometer (QIT-MS) in the negative ion mode. Since deprotonated molecules of neutral oligosaccharides follow distinct fragmentation rules, which have been elucidated by using model compounds (see [1]), spectra obtained from consecutive CID experiments allowed the differentiation of isomers out of this highly complex mixture. With this method new human milk oligosaccharides of previously unknown isomeric structures have been identified, e.g., the occurence of three isomeric fucosylated lacto-N-hexaoses could be determined precisely, which have not been described before: (1) Fuc (alpha1-->2) Gal (beta1-->3) GlcNac (beta1-->3) Gal (beta1-->4) GlcNac (beta1-->3) Gal (beta1-->4) Glc, (2) Gal (beta1-->4) GlcNAc [(alpha1-->3) Fuc] (beta1-->3) Gal (beta1-->4) GlcNac (beta1-->3) Gal (beta1-->4) Glc, (3) Gal (beta1-->4) GlcNAc (beta1-->3) Gal (beta1-->4) GlcNac [(alpha1-->3) Fuc] (beta1-->3) Gal (beta1-->4) Glc.  相似文献

Four new triterpenoid saponins, designated as stelmatotriterpenosides E-H (1-4), together with three known compounds, asterbatanoside B (5), 2alpha,3beta,19alpha,23-tetrahydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (6) and 2alpha,3beta,19alpha,23-tetrahydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (7), were isolated from the stems of Stelmatocrypton khasianum. On the basis of chemical and spectral evidence, the structures of 1-4 were established as 2alpha,3beta,23-trihydroxy-olean-12-en-28-oic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (1), 2alpha,3beta,23-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->6)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (2), 2alpha,3beta,19alpha-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-28-oic acid-3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-(1-->2)-beta-D-glucopyranosyl ester (3), and 2beta,3beta,19alpha-trihydroxy-urs-12-en-24,28-dioic acid-24-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl-28-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl diester (4).  相似文献

Six new highly oxygenated lanostane-type triterpenes, called ganoderic acid gamma (1), ganoderic acid delta (2), ganoderic acid epsilon (3), ganoderic acid zeta (4), ganoderic acid eta (5) and ganoderic acid theta (6), were isolated from the spores of Ganoderma lucidum, together with known ganolucidic acid D (7) and ganoderic acid C2 (8). Their structures of the new triterpenes were determined as (23S)-7beta,15alpha,23-trihydroxy-3,11-dioxolanosta-8, 24(E)-diene-26-oic acid (1), (23S)-7alpha,15alpha23-trihydroxy-3,11-dioxolanosta-8, 24(E)-diene-26-oic acid (2), (23S)-3beta3,7beta, 23-trihydroxy-11,15-dioxolanosta-8,24(E)-diene-26-oic acid (3), (23S)-3beta,23-dihydroxy-7,11,15-trioxolanosta-8, 24(E)-diene-26-oic acid (4), (23S)-3beta,7beta,12beta,23-tetrahydroxy-11,15-dioxolanos ta-8,24(E)-diene-26-oic acid (5) and (23S)-3beta,12beta23-trihydroxy-7,11,15-trioxolanosta-8,24(E )-diene-26-oic acid (6), respectively, by chemical and spectroscopic means, which included the determination of a chiral center in the side chain by a modification of Mosher's method. The cytotoxicity of the compounds isolated from the Ganoderma spores was carried out in vitro against Meth-A and LLC tumor cell lines.  相似文献

Phytochemical investigation of Ixeris chinensis NAKAI (Asteraceae) has resulted in the isolation of a new guaianolide-type sesquiterpene lactone, ixerochinolide (1) as well as the related glucoside, ixerochinoside (2). In addition, the known guaianolides, 8beta-hydroxy-3-oxo-guaia-4(15),10(14),11(13)-trien-1alpha,5alpha,6beta,7alphaH-12,6-olide (8beta-hydroxydehydrozaluzanin), 8beta,15-dihydroxy-2-oxo-guaia-1(10),3,11(13)-trien-5alpha,6beta,7alphaH-12,6-olide (lactucin), 3beta,8alpha,10alpha-trihydroxy-guaia-4(15),11(13)-dien-1alpha,5alpha,6beta,7alphaH-12,6-olide (10alpha-hydroxy-10,14-dihydro-desacylcynaropicrin) and 3beta-D-glucopyranosyloxy-8beta-(p-hydroxyphenylacetyloxy)-guaia-4(15),10(14),11(13)-trien-1alpha,5alpha,6beta,7alphaH-12,6-olide (8-epicrepioside) were identified. The structures were determined on the basis of spectral analyses, especially 1- and 2D NMR. Compound 1 exhibited significant cytotoxicity against human PC-3 tumor cells.  相似文献
