选择激发YPO4:Pr3+ 中Pr3 + 离子的3P0 能级 ,测量了系列浓度样品不同温度下的发射光谱及 3P0 与1 D2 能级的发光衰减曲线。讨论了 6 13 2nm发射谱线的来源问题 ,确认是Pr3+ 离子的1 D2 (Γ3)→3 H4(Γ5 )的发射。研究了Pr3+ 离子3P0 与1 D2 能级不同的浓度猝灭关系 ,并用静态模型对1 D2 衰减曲线进行了拟合 ,结果显示1 D2 能级发光发生浓度猝灭的原因主要是相邻中心的偶极 四极相互作用引起的交叉弛豫。  相似文献

我们制备了Tm3 +掺杂的不同浓度的MFT玻璃材料 ,在 6 5 0nm激发下观察了Tm3+掺杂的MFT玻璃材料的两个蓝色上转换发光 ,研究了上转换发光的浓度猝灭。实验结果证明这种材料的蓝色上转换荧光的猝灭浓度达到 0 6mol· % ,比其他材料中报道的猝灭浓度高 3倍。研究了Tm3 +离子间的交叉弛豫行为 ,详细讨论了引起浓度猝灭的原因  相似文献

采用传统高温固相法制备了GdNbO_4∶10%Yb~(3+),x%Er~(3+)荧光粉。利用XRD对样品的晶体结构进行了分析,结果表明所得的样品为纯相。在980nm光纤激光器激发下,测量了样品的上转换发射光谱,实验发现样品发生了浓度猝灭。利用荧光强度比(FIR)方法研究了GdNbO_4∶Yb~(3+)/Er~(3+)荧光粉的温度传感特性,结果表明灵敏度随温度的升高先增大后减小。建立了Er~(3+)的两个绿色发射能级的温度猝灭物理模型并用其成功解释了样品的绿色上转换发光温度猝灭现象。  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了不同掺杂浓度的YAG∶1%Ce~(3+),x%Yb~(3+)(x=5,10,15,20,25)系列荧光粉。在450 nm蓝光激发下,测试了样品的发射光谱,得到了中心波长在550 nm的可见宽带发射(Ce~(3+):5d→4f)和1 030 nm的近红外发射(Yb~(3+):2F_(5/2)→2F_(7/2))。可见和近红外发射强度随Yb~(3+)掺杂浓度的变化表明Ce~(3+)到Yb~(3+)存在能量传递过程,并得到Yb~(3+)的猝灭浓度为15%。在低温条件下(80~300 K)测试YAG∶1%Ce~(3+),15%Yb~(3+)样品的发射光谱和拉曼光谱,通过对其量子剪裁发光温度特性的分析,描述了基质声子在Ce~(3+)到Yb~(3+)的能量传递过程中起到的重要作用。  相似文献

利用电子束蒸发技术在P型硅衬底上沉积了CeO2 /Tb4 O7超品格样品,将样品置于弱还原气氛中高温退火后,观察到薄膜样品在488,544,588以及623 nm左右出现Tb3+的四个典型发光峰.结合激发光谱、吸收光谱以及XRD分析表明,CeO2薄膜在高温下失氧,发生Ce4+→Ce3+转变,Ce3+吸收紫外光后,Ce3+与Tb3+发生能量传递,产生发光.通过改变Tb4 O7薄膜厚度,研究了Tb4 O7层厚对超晶格发光的影响,结果显示在Tb4 O7层厚为0.5nm时,发光强度最大;Tb4 O7层厚大于0.5nm时,由于Tb3+间的能量传递,产生浓度猝灭.同时,对超晶格样品在900~1 200℃之间进行了不同温度、不同时间的退火,结果显示在1 200℃下进行2h的退火,薄膜发光强度达到最大.研究认为,Ce3+的浓度、氧空位缺陷以及Ce3+与Tb3+间距的变化是导致这一结果的主要原因.  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成了一种Pr3 离子激活的钙钛矿结构氧化物CaSnO3磷光体。测定了该磷光体的XRD、光致发光光谱、长余辉发射光谱以及长余辉衰减曲线,研究了该磷光体的热释发光。研究结果表明,CaSnO3∶Pr3 磷光体具有较好的长余辉特性,进一步深入研究有望开发出一种具有实用价值的新型长余辉发光材料。  相似文献

We report on the role of cross-relaxation in the decay of the 1D2 level of trivalent Pr in YPO4 in crystals with Pr concentrations of 0.1%, 1%, 2%, and 5%. We have found that the 1D2 level decay is purely radiative in the low-doped system. As the Pr concentration is increased, the 1D2 luminescence is quenched due to a cross-relaxation energy transfer between two Pr ions. The temporal behavior of the 1D2 luminescence following pulsed excitation has been monitored in each sample at temperatures between 30 K and 300 K, and all decay curves were fit to the Yokota–Tanimoto model. The decay times decrease as temperature increases, due to an increase in both the radiative rate and the energy transfer rate with temperature. There is little evidence of diffusion at any temperature, even in the more concentrated samples. We have also fit the decay curves using the LumiTrans computer simulation. A comparison of the fits to the decay curves of the two methods is presented.  相似文献

Stationary and time-resolved spectroscopic methods are used to show that the impurity ions in Y2SiO5:Pr3+ and YPO4:Pr3+ nanocrystals are distributed nonuniformly. This nonuniform distribution is found to be caused by the temperature-dependent segregation of Pr3+ ions near the surface of a nanocrystal. The motion of the activator ions from the bulk of a nanocrystal to the near-surface layer is traced when the activator concentration and the heat-treatment parameters are varied over wide ranges, and the main parameters of this effect (impurity redistribution intensity and time, diffusion coefficient) are estimated.  相似文献

YPO4 phosphors doped with trivalent ion Pr3+ were prepared by sol–gel method and treated with different doses of gamma radiation, from 0.25 MGy to 4 MGy. Effects of radiation on morphology, structure and luminescent properties were analyzed. Also, the influence of radiation on the change in the color of the samples was examined. The color efficiency of powders was evaluated by colorimetric analysis (CIE and L * a * b system). It has been observed that powders change color under the influence of radiation, i.e. they pass from white to pinkish red. Also, it has been determined that the radiation affects morphology change, as the particle size increases with increasing of the radiation dose. With the increase in the radiation dose, the emission intensity of samples decreases. The structure remains almost unchanged after irradiation, and the intensity constantly decreases with increasing of dose.  相似文献

Nanopowders of YPO4 phosphors with different Pr3+doping were successfully prepared by a sol gel method under different synthesis conditions. The crystallite size and strain show a strong dependence on the Pr3+ doping concentration and on the annealing temperature. By annealing at 300 °C one can obtain the xenotime structure of the pure YPO4. The crystallite size can be controlled by controlling the annealing temperature and it increases with increasing the annealing temperature. The room temperature inter-configurational 4f2 ↔ 4f5d and intra-configurational 4f2↔ 4f2 emission-excitation transitions spectra are measured and investigated. Upon 4f2 → 4f5d excitation transition, all the samples present broad intense emission bands attributed to 4f5d → 4f2 emission transitions and peaks in red region assigned to 1D23H4 transition as photon cascade emission phenomena (PCE). The presence of only 1D23H4 transition is discussed. In addition, the 1D2 energy level lifetimes as well as the refractive indexes were determined and discussed.  相似文献

利用水热法分别合成了Ce~(3+)、Tb~(3+)共掺杂的YPO_4下转换荧光粉和Er~(3+)、Yb~(3+)、Tm~(3+)共掺杂的YPO_4上转换荧光粉,经过工艺优化获得了1μm左右尺寸均匀的发光材料。通过系列实验研究了反应温度、反应时间、稀土离子掺杂比例和退火温度对样品发光性能的影响。YPO_4∶Ce~(3+),Tb~(3+)荧光粉在295 nm紫外光的激发下产生下转换发光效应,当Tb~(3+)摩尔分数为1%时得到明亮的绿光;YPO_4∶Er~(3+),Tm~(3+),Yb~(3+)荧光粉在980nm近红外光激发下产生上转换发光效应,当稀土离子中Er~(3+)摩尔分数为3%时,所制备的样品经过1 000℃退火处理后发出很强的暖白光。  相似文献

采用固相反应法制备了Pr3+,Yb3+共掺杂的YPO4下转换发光粉体,并在450 nm光激发条件下,研究了Yb3+不同摩尔分数(0%,1%,2%,4%,20%,30%)对转光效率的影响。结果表明:不同Yb3+浓度的样品,其荧光峰强度不同,这可能是由于Pr3+-Yb3+之间Yb3+浓度不同存在能量传递效率差异的原因。研究也发现了样品的下转换发光,其能量传递过程为:Pr3+:3P0→Yb3+:2F5/2+2F5/2。荧光光谱测试结果表明,Yb3+的最佳掺杂摩尔分数为2%。Pr3+,Yb3+共掺杂的YPO4材料在提高太阳能电池光电转换效率方面具有潜在的应用。  相似文献
