中国加速器驱动次临界系统(C-ADS)计划采用一个平均流强为10 mA的连续波质子加速器作为次临界堆的驱动器,驱动加速器的束流功率为15 MW,最终能量1.5 GeV,其中主加速器是驱动加速器的一个重要部分,完成束流能量从10 MeV到1.5 GeV的加速,所有加速腔均采用超导结构。为了避免频繁束流中断对反应堆的损坏,设计要求驱动加速器在运行过程中束流可以中断的次数非常有限,因此加速器在设计过程植入了容错机制,尝试了各种可能的方法以最大程度地满足C-ADS加速器的高可靠性和稳定性的要求。介绍了C-ADS主加速器的基本设计: 总长度306.4 m, 束流的归一化RMS发射度增长控制在5%以内。总结了各个重要参数选择过程中的考虑以及整个加速段多粒子跟踪模拟的束流动力学结果。  相似文献

 光阴极注入器型能量回收射频加速器(PERL)是新一代加速器,在高平均功率自由电子激光和下一代高亮度光源等研究中有很好的应用前景。分析了PERL的强流与高平均功率特性,对注入器输出束流品质的要求及光阴极注入器、超导加速腔等关键技术进行了研究,设计分析了一种特殊结构的高压DC Gun光阴极注入器,能有效地提高DC加速腔中的加速场强,当高压为1MV和加速场达到10MV/m时,产生的电子束流能够基本满足PERL应用要求。同一超导加速段中的束流加速和能量回收的数值模拟计算结果表明,能获得高效率电子束流能量回收效果。  相似文献

The structure of ISR RFQ accelerator, beam dynamics calculation results by PARMTEQ, RF systems, beam transport lines and the beam test evolutions of a 26 MHz 300 keV ISR RFQ accelerator are also presented, respectively. 对曙光一号自由电子激光实验方案和结果进行了系统的理论分析和数值计算。首先用实测的束流发射度ε_N=0.36~0.63rad·cm论证了电子束可以不经调制而由束流传输段直接进入摇摆器达到有效产生自由电子激光。其次用编制的三维电子束传输程序模拟2kA强流束从加速器出口到摇摆的器入器传输过程。最后根据实测参数,使用CEBQ程序和WAGFEL程序,对曙光一号ASE实验、功率放大实验和磁场失谐曲线进行的计算表明,曙光一号束流发射度大约在印ε_N=0.61~0.8rad·cm附近;ε_N=0.8rad·cm时,上述实验与曲线的理论计算基本一致;曙光一号双向聚焦摇摆器设计是成功的;从功放结果分析,磁控管输入摇摆器的TEO1模的功率约为50W,并对下一轮实验提出了改进意见。  相似文献

The behavior of an excess electron in condensed inert gases in an external electric field is considered at densities and temperatures at which the mobility of a slow electron is relatively high. On the basis of experimental data and a model of a pair electron interaction with atoms, an effective potential energy surface is constructed for an excess electron inside a dense inert gas. The region available for a slow electron consists of many intersecting channels that form a Delaunay network located between atoms. A drifting electron, as a quantum object, propagates along these channels (tubes), and electron transition between intersecting potential energy tubes of different directions provides an effective electron scattering. This mechanism of electron drift and scattering differs from that in gases and crystals. Peculiarities of electron drift inside dense inert gases are analyzed within the framework of this mechanism of electron scattering, leading to a moderate change of the electron mobility upon melting.  相似文献

The quantum state of an electron in a strong laser field is altered if the interaction of the electron with its own electromagnetic field is taken into account. Starting from the Schwinger-Dirac equation, we determine the states of an electron in a plane-wave field with inclusion, at leading order, of its electromagnetic self-interaction. On the one hand, the electron states show a pure quantum contribution to the electron quasimomentum, conceptually different from the conventional classical one arising from the quiver motion of the electron. On the other hand, the electron self-interaction induces a distinct dynamics of the electron spin, whose effects are shown to be measurable in principle with available technology.  相似文献

Propagations of an oblique electron thermal mode under the electron plasma frequency without boundary effects are investigated experimentally and theoretically in a magnetized plasma. The phase, ray, and group velocity surfaces of the electron thermal mode are obtained in a polar coordinate. The experimental observation of the electron mode radiated from a point source is found to be in fair accord with the theoretical wave fronts which are obtained from the ray velocity surface. Wave fronts and ray trajectories of an oblique electron thermal mode radiated from a point source are numerically obtained in an inhomogeneous magnetized plasma with a use of an electrostatic kinetic theory. The spatial numerical results are indicated mainly below the electron plasma and cyclotron frequencies. Reflections of the mode in the plasma density lower than the electron plasma frequency are made clear numerically.  相似文献

An ultrafast electron diffraction technique with both high temporal and spatial resolution has been shown to be a powerful tool to observe the material transient structural change on an atomic scale.The space charge forces in a multi-electron bunch will greatly broaden the electron pulse width,and therefore limit the temporal resolution of the high brightness electron pulse.Here in this work,we design an ultrafast electron diffraction system,and utilize a radio frequency cavity to realize the ultrafast electron pulse compression.We experimentally demonstrate that the stretched electron pulse width of14.98 ps with an electron energy of 40 keV and the electron number of 1.0 ×10~5 can be maximally compressed to about0.61 ps for single-pulse measurement and 2.48 ps for multi-pulse measurement by using a 3.2-GHz radiofrequency cavity.We also theoretically and experimentally analyze the parameters influencing the electron pulse compression efficiency for single-and multi-pulse measurements by considering radiofrequency field time jitter,electron pulse time jitter and their relative time jitter.We suggest that increasing the electron energy or shortening the distance between the compression cavity and the streak cavity can further improve the electron pulse compression efficiency.These experimental and theoretical results are very helpful for designing the ultrafast electron diffraction experiment equipment and compressing the ultrafast electron pulse width in a future study.  相似文献

测试像增强器荧光屏的亮度均匀性,需要能够发射均匀电子的面源电子枪,设计面源电子枪要对灯丝各点发射的电子数量、电场分布、电子轨迹,以及均匀电子垂直轰击荧光屏几个方面进行理论分析和计算。指出在真空系统中面源电子枪灯丝的热均匀性是使灯丝各点发射的电子数量相等的先决条件,也是灯丝造型设计首先要解决的问题。在真空系统中,热辐射是影响面源电子枪灯丝各点温度的主要因素。参考相关资料,对热辐射均匀性进行了理论分析,推导出3种几何形状的热辐射公式;通过计算和比较,得出了锥状螺旋灯丝的热平衡较好的结论,为下一步电场分析和电子轨迹分析做好了准备。  相似文献

We present a new model of an electron gun for generating subrelativistic femtosecond (fs) electron pulses. The basic idea is to utilize a dc acceleration stage combined with a time focusing region, the time focusing electrode generates an electron energy chirp for bunching at the target. Without considering the space charge effects, simulations of the electron gun were carried out under the conditions of different dc voltages and various slopes of the voltage added on the time focusing electrode. Tracing and simulating large numbers of photoelectrons through Monte-Carlo and finite difference methods, the electron pulses with 1 ps can be compressed to 55 fs, which will allow significant advances in the field of ultrafast diagnosis.  相似文献

We propose a model to describe correlated two-electron dynamics in strong laser fields during laser-induced recollision between an electron and its parent ion. We derive an effective interaction potential which describes the effect of the laser-driven electron collision with an ion while retaining the correlation between the colliding and the bound electron. Using dissociative ionization of molecular hydrogen as an example, we analyze the dynamics of correlation-driven electron localization in a dissociating hydrogen molecular ion.  相似文献

 利用含电流的传输线方程,并在考虑多模注-波互作用及多模耦合的情况下,利用自主开发的多模高次谐波渐变结构复合腔回旋管的注-波互作用数值模拟软件,对3 mm波段二次谐波渐变复合腔回旋管进行了自洽非线性模拟,分析了H02-H03模式对下磁场系数、电流、电子注速度比对注-波互作用效率的影响。计算结果表明,在合适的腔体结构尺寸下,以及合适的磁场系数、电流、速度比下,注-波互作用效率可达27%。  相似文献
