Interaction energies between two similar plane parallel double layers for (NH4)2Fe(SO4)2 or (NH4)2Cu(SO4)2 type complex salt electrolytes at positive surface potential were expanded in a power series and accurate numeral results were given for 0.1 ≤ y e  < y 0 ≤ 20. The general expressions were given for the interaction energies of A ν +B ν′ +Cν? type complex salt electrolytes at y > 0. The interaction energies for simple salts NaCl, CaCl2, Na2SO4, FeCl3, Na3PO4, Mg3(PO4)2, Al2(SO4)3, and complex salts (NH4)2Fe(SO4)2 or (NH4)2Cu(SO4)2 at y 0 = 1 were compared. There was hardly difference between these simple salts and this complex salt for the interaction energies. The interaction energy for complex salt (NH4)2Fe(SO4)2 was close to that for simple salt Na3PO4.

Mono-dispersed oxide and hydroxide nanoparticles have been synthesized through the solvothermal process in alcohol-water mixtures. The products were characterized by powder x-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Plate-like nanoparticles are obtained for Bi2O2.33, Fe2O3, and Cd(OH)2, and spherical nanoparticles are obtained for SnO2. The growth mechanism for the mono-dispersed nanoparticles has been preliminarily discussed.  相似文献

The compound previously reported as Ba2Ti2B2O9 has been reformulated as Ba3Ti3B2O12, or Ba3Ti3O6(BO3)2, a new barium titanium oxoborate. Small single crystals have been recovered from a melt with a composition of BaTiO3:BaTiB2O6 (molar ratio) cooled between 1100°C and 850°C. The crystal structure has been determined by X-ray diffraction: hexagonal system, non-centrosymmetric space group, a=8.7377(11) Å, c=3.9147(8) Å, Z=1, wR(F2)=0.039 for 504 unique reflections. Ba3Ti3O6(BO3)2 is isostructural with K3Ta3O6(BO3)2. Preliminary measurements of nonlinear optical properties on microcrystalline samples show that the second harmonic generation efficiency of Ba3Ti3O6(BO3)2 is equal to 95% of that of LiNbO3.  相似文献

TiO2,ZrO2-TiO2,andZrO2-TiO2-CeO2 were prepared by co-precipitation method and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), specific surface area measurements (BET), temperature programmed desorption (NH3-TPD), oxygen storage capacity (OSC), and temperature programmed reduction (H2-TPR). The results showed that ZrO2-TiO2-CeO2 exhibited large number of surface strong acid, possessed some oxygen storage capacity, and strong redox property. The three materials were used as supports and the monolith catalysts were prepared with 1% (w) V2O5 and 9% (w)WO3 for selective catalytic reduction (SCR) of NO with ammonia in the presence of excessive O2, and the results of catalytic activity showed that the catalyst used ZrO2-TiO2-CeO2 as support yielded nearly 100% NO conversion at 275 °C at a gas hourly space velocity (GHSV) of 10000 h−1, and it had the best catalytic activity and showed great potential for practical application.  相似文献

Single crystals of K3RESi2O7 (RE=Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu) were grown from a potassium fluoride flux. Two different structure types were found for this series. Silicates containing the larger rare earths, RE=Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb crystallize in a structure K3RESi2O7 that contains the rare-earth cation in both a slightly distorted octahedral and an ideal trigonal prismatic coordination environment, while in K3LuSi2O7, containing the smallest of the rare earths, lutetium is found solely in an octahedral coordination environment. The structure of K3LuSi2O7 crystallizes in space group P63/mmc with a=5.71160(10) Å and c=13.8883(6) Å. The structures containing the remaining rare earths crystallize in the space group P63/mcm with the lattice parameters of a=9.9359(2) Å, c=14.4295(4) Å, (K3GdSi2O7); a=9.88730(10) Å, c=14.3856(3) Å, (K3TbSi2O7); a=9.8673(2) Å, c=14.3572(4) Å, (K3DySi2O7); a=9.8408(3) Å, c=14.3206(6) Å, (K3HoSi2O7); a=9.82120(10) Å, c=14.2986(2) Å, (K3ErSi2O7); a=9.80200(10) Å, c=14.2863(4) Å, (K3TmSi2O7); a=9.78190(10) Å, c=14.2401(3) Å, (K3YbSi2O7). The optical properties of the silicates were investigated and K3TbSi2O7 was found to fluoresce in the visible.  相似文献

Two oxoborates, (Pb3O)2(BO3)2MO4 (M=Cr, Mo), have been prepared by solid-state reactions below 700 °C. Single-crystal XRD analyses showed that the Cr compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic group Pnma with a=6.4160(13) Å, b=11.635(2) Å, c=18.164(4) Å, Z=4 and the Mo analog in the group Cmcm with a=18.446(4) Å, b=6.3557(13) Å, c=11.657(2) Å, Z=4. Both compounds are characterized by one-dimensional chains formed by corner-sharing OPb4 tetrahedra. BO3 and CrO4 (MoO4) groups are located around the chains to hold them together via Pb–O bonds. The IR spectra further confirmed the presence of BO3 groups in both structures and UV–vis diffuse reflectance spectra showed band gaps of about 1.8 and 2.9 eV for the Cr and Mo compounds, respectively. Band structure calculations indicated that (Pb3O)2(BO3)2MoO4 is a direct semiconductor with the calculated energy gap of about 2.4 eV.  相似文献

The solid-solid interactions between manganese and magnesium oxides in absence and in presence of small amounts of Li2O have been investigated. The molar ratios between manganese and magnesium oxides in the form of Mn2O3 and MgO were varied between 0.05:1 to 0.5:1. The mixed solids were calcined in air at 400-1000°C. The techniques employed were DTA, XRD and H2O2 decomposition at 20-40°C.The results obtained revealed that solid-solid interactions took place between the reacting solids at 600-1000°C yielding magnesium manganates (Mg2MnO4, Mg6MnO8, MgMnO4 besides unreacted portions of MgO, Mn2O3 and Mn3O4). Li2O-doping (0.75-6 mol%) of the investigated system followed by calcination at 600 and 800°C decreased progressively the intensity of the diffraction lines of Mn2O3 (Bixbyite) with subsequent increase in the lattice parameter 'a' of MgO to an extent proportional to the amount of Li2O added. This finding might suggest that the doping process enhanced the dissolution of Mn2O3 in MgO forming solid solution. This treatment led also to the formation of Li2MnO3. Furthermore, the doping with 3 and 6 mol% Li2O conducted at 800°C resulted in the conversion of Mn2O3 into Mn3O4, a process that took place at 1000°C in absence of Li2O. The produced Li2MnO3 phase remained stable by heating at up to 1000°C. Furthermore, Li2O doping of the investigated system at 400-1000°C resulted in a progressive measurable increase in the particle size of MgO.The catalytic activity measurements showed that the increase in the molar ratio of Mn2O3 in the samples precalcined at 400-800°C was accompanied by a significant increase in the catalytic activity of the treated solids. The maximum increase in the catalytic activity expressed as reaction rate constant measured at 20°C (k 20°C) attained 3.14, 2.67 and 3.25-fold for the solids precalcined at 400, 600 and 800°C, respectively. Li2O-doping of the samples having the formula 0.1 Mn2O3/MgO conducted at 400-600°C brought a progressive significant increase in its catalytic activity. The maximum increase in the value of k 20°C due to Li2O attained 1.93 and 2.75-fold for the samples preheated at 400 and 600°C, respectively and opposite effect was found for the doped samples preheated at 800°C.This revised version was published online in November 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.  相似文献

The near infrared spectra of water in aqueous solutions of La(ClO4)3, Pr(ClO4)3, Nd(ClO4)3, Gd(ClO4)3, Er(ClO4)3, Yb(ClO4)3, Lu(ClO4)3, and NaClO4 have been measured in the concentration range from 0.3 to 2.5 mol-dm–3, at 25°C. The relative contents of free OH groups in the 1.0, 1.6, and 2.2M solutions have been calculated from extinction coefficients for water at 1160 nm. They increase with increasing salt concentration and are greater in solutions of the lighter lanthanide perchlorates at any fixed molarity. The results are discussed in terms of the stoichiometry and structure of hydrated cations of trivalent lanthanides.  相似文献

The crystal structures of compounds with nominal compositions Bi6FeP2O15+x (I), Bi6NiP2O15+x (II) and Bi6ZnP2O15+x (III) were determined from single-crystal X-ray diffraction data. They are monoclinic, space group I2, Z=2. The lattice parameters for (I) are a=11.2644(7), b=5.4380(3), c=11.1440(5) Å, β=96.154(4)°; for (II) a=11.259(7), b=5.461(4), c=11.109(7) Å, β=96.65(1)°; for (III) a=19.7271(5), b=5.4376(2), c=16.9730(6) Å, β=131.932(1)°. Least squares refinements on F2 converged for (I) to R1=0.0554, wR2=0.1408; for (II) R1=0.0647, wR2=0.1697; for (III) R1=0.0385, wR2=0.1023. The crystals are complexly twinned by 2-fold rotation about , by inversion and by mirror reflection. The structures consist of edge-sharing articulations of OBi4 tetrahedra forming layers in the a-c plane that then continue by edge-sharing parallel to the b-axis. The three-dimensional networks are bridged by Fe and Ni octahedra in (I) and (II) and by Zn trigonal bipyramids in (III) as well as by oxygen atoms of the PO4 moieties. Bi also randomly occupies the octahedral sites. Oxygen vacancies exist in the structures of the three compounds due to required charge balances and they occur in the octahedral coordination polyhedron of the transition metal. In compound (III), no positional disorder in atomic sites is present. The Bi-O coordination polyhedra are trigonal prisms with one, two or three faces capped. Magnetic susceptibility data for compound (I) were obtained between 4.2 and 350 K. Between 4.2 and 250 K it is paramagnetic, μeff=6.1 μB; a magnetic transition occurs above 250 K.  相似文献

The room temperature structures of the five layer Aurivillius phases A2Bi4Ti5O18 (A=Ca, Sr, Ba and Pb) have been refined from powder neutron diffraction data using the Rietveld method. The structures consist of [Bi2O2]2+ layers interleaved with perovskite-like [A2Bi2Ti5O16]2− blocks. The structures were refined in the orthorhombic space group B2eb (SG. No. 41), Z=4, and the unit cell parameters of the oxides are a=5.4251(2), b=5.4034(1), c=48.486(1); a=5.4650(2), b=5.4625(3), c=48.852(1); a=5.4988(3), b=5.4980(4), c=50.352(1); a=5.4701(2), b=5.4577(2), c=49.643(1) for A=Ca, Sr, Ba and Pb, respectively. The structural features of the compounds were found similar to n=2-4 layers bismuth oxides. The strain caused by mismatch of cell parameter requirements for the [Bi2O2]2+ layers and perovskite-like [A2Bi2Ti5O16]2− blocks were relieved by tilting of the TiO6 octahedra. Variable temperature synchrotron X-ray studies for Ca and Pb compounds showed that the orthorhombic structure persisted up to 675 and 475 K, respectively. 选用B3LYP方法在LanL2MB水平下, 对双帽α-Keggin型杂多阴离子[H4As3Mo12O40]-的电子结构和质子的定位进行了密度泛函理论(DFT)研究. 结果表明, 双帽的形成大大影响了杂多阴离子[As3Mo12O40]5-的电子结构和性质, NBO分析显示参与成帽的三桥氧上的电子密度比双桥氧上的要大, 简单地从电荷密度来看, 质子将首先在三桥氧上定域成键, 但通过比较质子定域在几种桥氧上质子化稳定化能的大小, 发现[H4As3Mo12O40]-中的四个质子将在八个双桥氧中的其中四个氧原子上定位, 而不是如文献中报道的在四个三桥氧上定域成键. 对杂多酸H3PM12O40 (M=Mo, W)中质子的定位也进行了理论计算并与文献进行了比较, 结果显示, H3PMo12O40中质子是定位在双桥氧上; 而H3PW12O40中质子将优先在双桥氧上定位, 但也可在端氧上定位; 这一结果与文献报道的相一致.  相似文献

Two solid-state coordination compounds of rare earth metals with glycin, [Gd4/3Y2/3(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O and [ErY(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O were synthesized. The low-temperature heat capacities of the two coordination compounds were measured with an adiabatic calorimeter over the temperature range from 78 to 376 K. [Gd4/3Y2/3(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O melted at 342.90 K, while [ErY(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O melted at 328.79 K. The molar enthalpy and entropy of fusion for the two coordination compounds were determined to be 18.48 kJ mol−1 and 53.9 J K−1 mol−1 for [Gd4/3Y2/3(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O, 1.82 kJ mol−1 and 5.5 J K−1 mol−1 for [ErY(Gly)6(H2O)4](ClO4)6·5H2O, respectively. Thermal decompositions of the two coordination compounds were studied through the thermogravimetry (TG). Possible mechanisms of the decompositions are discussed.  相似文献

A highly water and thermally stable metal-organic framework (MOF) Zn2(Pydc)(Ata)2 (1, H2Pydc = 3,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid; HAta = 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole) was synthesized on a large scale using inexpensive commercially available ligands for efficient separation of C2H2 from CH4 and CO2. Compound 1 could take up 47.2 mL/g of C2H2 under ambient conditions but only 33.0 mL/g of CO2 and 19.1 mL/g of CH4. The calculated ideal absorbed solution theory (IAST) selectivities for equimolar C2H2/CO2 and C2H2/CH4 were 5.1 and 21.5, respectively, comparable to those many popular MOFs. The Qst values for C2H2, CO2, and CH4 at a near-zero loading in 1 were 43.1, 32.1, and 22.5 kJ mol−1, respectively. The practical separation performance for C2H2/CO2 mixtures was further confirmed by column breakthrough experiments.  相似文献

Thin crystals of La2O3, LaAlO3, La2/3TiO3, La2TiO5, and La2Ti2O7 have been irradiated in situ using 1 MeV Kr2+ ions at the Intermediate Voltage Electron Microscope-Tandem User Facility (IVEM-Tandem), Argonne National Laboratory (ANL). We observed that La2O3 remained crystalline to a fluence greater than 3.1×1016 ions cm−2 at a temperature of 50 K. The four binary oxide compounds in the two systems were observed through the crystalline-amorphous transition as a function of ion fluence and temperature. Results from the ion irradiations give critical temperatures for amorphisation (Tc) of 647 K for LaAlO3, 840 K for La2Ti2O7, 865 K for La2/3TiO3, and 1027 K for La2TiO5. The Tc values observed in this study, together with previous data for Al2O3 and TiO2, are discussed with reference to the melting points for the La2O3-Al2O3 and La2O3-TiO2 systems and the different local environments within the four crystal structures. Results suggest that there is an observable inverse correlation between Tc and melting temperature (Tm) in the two systems. More complex relationships exist between Tc and crystal structure, with the stoichiometric perovskite LaAlO3 being the most resistant to amorphisation.  相似文献

The thermoanalytical curves of (C6H5)4AsCl (I) and (C6H5)4PCl (II) were generated simultaneously by using a Netzsch simultaneous thermal analyser 409 under static air and dynamic argon atmospheres. The ranges of thermal stability of I and II were found to be 145–310°C and 137–365°C, respectively, and their melting points to be 261 and 278°C. The DTA profiles of I and II differ and can be used for their distinction.  相似文献

DSC measurements were carried out for [Ni(H2O)6](ClO4)2 (sampleH) and [Ni(D2O)6](ClO4)2 (sampleD) in the temperature range 300–380 K. For both compounds two anomalies on the DSC curves were detected. The results for sampleH are compared to those previously obtained using adiabatic calorimetry method. For both compounds studied in this work the high-temperature transition appears at the same temperature while the low-temperature one is shifted towards higher temperatures in sampleD. Disorder connected with H2O or D2O groups is suggested in the intermediate phase between the low- and high-temperature transitions.  相似文献

利用类石墨氮化碳(g-C_3N_4)和亚稳相钙钛氧化物(CaTi_2O_5)固相法制备C_3N_4/CaTi_2O_5复合材料。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及附带能谱分析仪(EDS)和N2吸附-脱附对样品的显微结构和比表面积进行检测分析,并用紫外-可见吸收光度计(UV-Vis)测试了样品的光吸收性能,研究C_3N_4与CaTi_2O_5物质的量之比(nC_3N_4/nCaTi_2O_5)对C_3N_4/CaTi_2O_5复合样品的物相结构和微观形貌的影响,同时考察C_3N_4/CaTi_2O_5复合样品在可见光照射下光催化降解罗丹明染料效果。实验结果表明:相比纯C_3N_4和CaTi_2O_5样品,C_3N_4/CaTi_2O_5复合样品在可见光下具有较高的光催化性能,随着nC_3N_4/nCaTi_2O_5增加,样品的光催化降解率随之增加而后降低,当nC_3N_4/nCaTi_2O_5=1∶1时,样品的光催化降解率达到最大值99.5%,并且循环重复利用5次后,样品的光催化剂降解率仍几乎保持不变。复合样品光催化性能提高主要归因于复合能级结构有效地抑制了电子和空穴复合所致。  相似文献

Subsolidus phase equilibria and crystal chemistry were studied for the La2O3-MgO-TiO2 system and for the ternary sections LaMg1/2Ti1/2O3-CaTiO3-La2O3 and LaMg1/2Ti1/2O3-CaTiO3-La0.833Mg0.25Ti0.75O3 in the quaternary La2O3-CaO-MgO-TiO2 system. Dielectric properties (relative permittivity and temperature coefficient of resonant frequency, τf) were measured at 5-10 GHz and mapped onto the phase equilibria relations to reveal the compositions of temperature-stable (τf=0) compounds and mixtures. Phase equilibria relations were obtained by X-ray powder diffraction analysis of approximately 80 specimens prepared by solid-state reactions in air at ∼1450°C. Six ternary phases were found to form in the La2O3-MgO-TiO2 system, including the three previously reported compounds LaMg1/2Ti1/2O3, La5Mg0.5Ti3.5O15, and “La6MgTi4O18”; and the new phases La10MgTi9O34, La9Mg0.5Ti8.5O31, and a perovskite-type solid solution (1−x)LaMg1/2Ti1/2O3-xLa2/3TiO3 (0?x?0.5). The phase previously reported as “La6MgTi4O18” was found to form off-composition, apparently as a point compound, at La6Mg0.913Ti4.04O18. Indexed experimental X-ray powder diffraction patterns are given for LaMg1/2Ti1/2O3, La5Mg0.5Ti3.5O15, La6Mg0.913Ti4.04O18, La10MgTi9O34, and La9Mg0.5Ti8.5O31. LaMg1/2Ti1/2O3 exhibits a slightly distorted perovskite structure with ordered B-cations (P21/n; a=5.5608(2) Å, b=5.5749(3) Å, c=7.8610(5) Å, β=90.034(4)°). La5Mg0.5Ti3.5O15 (Pm1; a=5.5639(1), c=10.9928(5) Å) and La6Mg0.913Ti4.04O18 (R3m; a=5.5665(1), c=39.7354(9) Å) are n=5 and n=6 members, respectively, of the (111) perovskite-slab series AnBn−1O3n. The new phases La10MgTi9O34 (a=5.5411(2), b=31.3039(9), c=3.9167(1) Å) and La9Mg0.5Ti8.5O31 (a=5.5431(2), b=57.055(1), c=3.9123(1) Å) are n=5 and n=4.5 members, respectively, of the (110) perovskite-slab series AnBnO3n+2, which exhibit orthorhombic subcells; electron diffraction revealed monoclinic superlattices with doubled c-parameters for both compounds. Extensive perovskite-type solid solutions form in the ternary sections LaMg1/2Ti1/2O3-CaTiO3-La2O3 and LaMg1/2Ti1/2O3-CaTiO3-La0.833Mg0.25Ti0.75O3. The La2O3-MgO-TiO2 system contains two regions of temperature-stable (τf=0) compositions. The quaternary La2O3-CaO-MgO-TiO2 system contains an extensive single-phase perovskite-type volume through which passes a surface of temperature-stable compositions with permittivities projected to be in the 40-50 range. Traces of this surface occur as lines of τf=0 perovskite-type phases in the ternary sections LaMg1/2Ti1/2O3-CaTiO3-La2O3 and LaMg1/2Ti1/2O3-CaTiO3-La0.833Mg0.25Ti0.75O3.  相似文献
