In this paper, we present the synthesis of new selenoloquinoxaline derivatives starting from 2-chloroquinoxaline-3-carbonitrile 1 . The compound 1 was subjected to a reaction with selenium metal in the presence of NaBH4 as a reducing agent in ethanol, under a nitrogen atmosphere. This reaction resulted in the formation of the sodium salt of 3-cyanoquinoxaline-2-selenolate, which was subsequently reacted with α-halogenated carbonyl compounds in situ. This reaction produced a series of newly synthesized 3-aminoselenolo[2,3-b]quinoxaline-2-substituents. Ethyl 3-aminoselenolo[2,3-b]quinoxaline-2-carboxylate 3a was hydrolyzed by sodium hydroxide to give the corresponding sodium salt 9 . This salt was then refluxed with acetic anhydride to produce oxazinone compound 10 . The reaction of compound 10 with ammonium acetate afforded pyrimidoselenolo[2,3-b]quinoxaline derivative 11 . Compound 11 was then chlorinated using phosphorous oxychloride to give the corresponding chlorocompound.  相似文献

Reactions of 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran with 3-aminothieno[2,3-b]pyridines afford a number of substituted 3-(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)thieno[2,3-b]pyridines. The possibility of the reaction and the yield of the product are determined by the character of a substituent in position 2 of thieno[2,3-b]pyridine. The Curtius rearrangement of 2-acylazido-3(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)thieno[2,3-b]pyridines yields 4,5-dihydropyrido[3",2":4,5]thieno[2,3-e]pyrrolo[1,2-a]pyrazin-4-ones. The molecular and crystal structures of ethyl 4-methoxymethyl-6-methyl-3-(1H-pyrrol-1-yl)thieno[2,3-b]pyridine-2-carboxylate were determined by X-ray diffraction analysis.  相似文献

The reaction of 3-amino-4,6-dimethyl-2-thieno[2,3-b]pyridine carbohydrazide ( 1 ) with appropriate chalcones 2a-2d in the presence of acid catalyst produced the corresponding 3-amino-2-[(3,5-disubstituted-pyrazolin-1-yl)carbonyl]-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines 3a-3d . 3-Amino-2-[(3-substituted-pyrazolin-1-yl)carbonyl]-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines 7a, 7b were also obtained by the cyclization reaction of carbohydrazide 1 with Mannich base derivatives 6a, 6b under basic condition.  相似文献

Chlorination of the N-oxides of furo[2,3-b]- 1a , -[2,3-c]- 1b and -[3,2-c]pyridine 1c with phosphorus oxychloride afforded compounds substituted normally at the α- or λ-position to the ring nitrogen, 2a, 2′a, 2b, 2c, 2′c and 2′c , and in addition, in the case of 1b , compounds substituted on the furan ring, 2′b and 2″b . The structures of these compounds were confirmed from their ir, nmr and mass spectra. The major chlorinated products 2a, 2b and 2c were converted to methoxy- 5a, 5b and 5c , N-pyrrolidyl- 7a, 7b and 7c , and phenylthiofuropyridines 8a, 8b , and 8c .  相似文献

Polymethine dyes that are 4-substituted furo[2, 3-b]pyridine and selenopheno-[2, 3-b] pyridine derivatives were synthesized. It was shown that replacement of the vinylene group in the benzene ring of a 4-quinoline heteroresidue in the cyanine dyes by an oxygen or selenium atom causes a greater hypsochromic shift in their absorption maxima than replacement by a sulfur atom.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 1, pp. 56–60, January, 1976.  相似文献

Synthesis of a series of novel sulfone derivatives 6(a-u) possessing benzimidazoles and isoxazoline rings tailored in a single molecule 5(a-u) was done by reactions using 5-(bromomethyl)-3-phenyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazoles 3(a-u) and 5-{[(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)thio]methyl}-3-phenyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazoles 4(a-u) molecules. The chemical structures of all the newly synthesized compounds were established by IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR and LCMS spectral data. The biological characteristics of the novel sulfone compounds, such as their antioxidant and antibacterial activity, were evaluated. Among the synthesized sulfones derivatives, compounds 6 g, 6b, and 6e demonstrated outstanding antibacterial activity while compounds 6b, 6c, 6i, 6j, and 6 k demonstrated higher antioxidant activity. Further insilico absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and toxicity (ADMET) studies of synthesized sulfones were studied which exhibited excellent intestinal absorption which is more than 80 %, and relatively moderate toxicity. Molecular docking studies confirmed the antibacterial and antioxidant potential which is comparable with the standard.  相似文献

A series of novel triazolothione, thiadiazole, triazole-functionalized furo/thieno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives 9a–l, respectively, were prepared starting from 2 (1H) pyridone 3 through selective O/S-alkylation followed by Thorpe–Ziegler cyclization to form furo/thieno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives 6. Compounds 6 on reaction with hydrazine hydrate resulted carbohydrazide derivatives 7 and further reacted with diverse substituted phenyl isothiocyanates to form phenyl hydrazine carbothiamide derivatives 8. Each compound 8 is independently reacted in presence of NaOH, H2SO4, and N2H4.H2O to form triazolothione, thiadiazole, triazole-functionalized furo/thieno[2,3-b]pyridine derivatives 9a–l, respectively. All the products 9a–l were screened against Gram +ve, Gram –ve bacteria and fungal strains. Compounds 9c–h showed high activity against Bacillus subtilis microbial-type culture collection (MTCC) 121 at <8.0 micromolar concentration. Promising compounds further screened for minimum bactericidal concentration against B. subtilis MTCC 121 using ciprofloxacin as standard and found to show very good activity. These compounds also screened for biofilm inhibition activity against B. subtilis MTCC 121 using erythromycin as standard and confirmed the high activity.  相似文献

Coupling the diazonium salt of 3-amino-2-cyano-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine 1 with malononitrile 2 gave 2-cyano-3-(hydrazonomalononitrile)-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine 3 which then reacted with hydrazine compounds 4a-4h to yield corresponding 2-cyano-3-(3,5-diamino-1-substituted-pyrazol-4-yl)azo-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines 5a-5h. The 2-cyano-3-(2-amino-5,7-disubstituted-pyrazolo-[1,5-a]pyrimidine-3-yl)azo-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines 7a-7f were obtained in good yield by the cyclocondensation reaction of 2-cyano-3-(3,5-diamino-pyrazol-4-yl)azo-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridine 5a with the appropriate 1,3-diketones 6a-6f under acidic condition.  相似文献

Substituted 4-[(3-cyanopyridin-2-yl)thiomethyl]coumarins have been synthesized by the alkylation of 2-mercapto-4,6-dimethylnicotinonitrile with 4-chloromethylcoumarins. Substituted 4-(3-amino-thieno[2,3-b]pyridin-2-yl)coumarins have been obtained by a subsequent intramolecular condensation of the methylene and cyano groups. 6H-Chromeno[4,3-d]thieno[3,2-b:5,4-b']dipyridin-6-ones were isolated as a result of the interaction of these compounds with aldehydes, and their aminomethyl derivatives were synthesized.  相似文献

A simple method for the synthesis of substituted selenopheno[2,3-c] and -[3,2-c]coumarins by treatment of the corresponding ethynylcoumarins with in situ prepared selenium(IV) bromide in 1,4-dioxane-water was elaborated. Molecular structures for selected derivatives were confirmed by X-ray diffraction measurements. The cytotoxic activity of novel selenophenocoumarins showed higher activity and lower acute toxicity than sodium selenite on various tumor cell lines as well as an ability for inhibiting matrix metalloproteinases (MMP-1 – MMP-14), angiogenesis on matrigel in vitro and in vivo. The compounds exhibit antioxidant and prooxidant properties.  相似文献

Bromination of 3-bromofuro[2,3-b]- 1a , -[3,2-b]- 1b and - [3,2-c]pyridine 1d afforded the 2,3-dibromo derivatives 2a, 2b and 2d , while the -[2,3-c]- compound 1c did not give the dibromo derivative. Nitration of 1a-d gave the 2-nitro-3-bromo compounds 3a-d . The N-oxides 4a-d of 1a-d were submitted to the cyanation with trimethylsilyl cyanide to yield the corresponding α-cyanopyridine compound 6a-d . Chlorination of 4a and 4d with phosphorus oxychloride gave mainly the chloropyridine derivatives 7a, 7′a and 7d , while 4b and 4c gave mainly the chlorofuran derivatives 7′b and 7′c accompanying formation of the chloropyridine derivatives 7b, 7′b and 7c . Acetoxylation of 4a and 4b with acetic anhydride yielded the acetoxypyridine compounds 8a, 8′a and 8b , while 4c and 4d gave the acetoxypyridine 8′c, 8′d and 8′d , pyridone 8c and 8d , acetoxyfuran 8′c and dibromo compound 9c and 9′c.  相似文献
