A binuclear copper(Ⅰ) complex [Cu2(dppm)2(C7H6N2)2](NO3)2 (C7H6N2 = benzimidazole, dppm = Ph2PCH2PPh2) has been synthesized and characterized by X-ray crystallography.The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 14.167(3), b = 21.209(4), c =20.680(4) A, β = 103.93(3)°, C32H28CuN3O3P2, Mr = 628.05, Z = 8,μ = 0.868 mm-1, V = 6031 (2)(。A)3,F(000) = 2592, Dc= 1.383 g/cm3, R = 0.0593 and wR = 0.1736.A total of 5297 independent reflec tions were collected, of which 3503 were observed with I > 2σ(I).The central copper atom is tri-coordinated by phosphorus atoms from bridging dppm and nitrogen atom from benzimidazole.In the coordination sphere, the bond lengths of Cu-P(1) and Cu-P(2) are 2.2607(17) and 2.2503(16)(。A),respectively and the P-Cu-P bond angle is 127.26(6)°.  相似文献

Differently substituted benzimidazoles have been synthesized in very good yields in solvent-free conditions from o-phenylenediamine and aldehydes in the presence of BF3·OEt2 as a catalyst. The reactions of 2-methylbenzimidazole or 2-methylbenzimidazolium iodide with aromatic aldehydes are accelerated under microwave irradiation by using Ac2O or piperidine as dehydrant or catalyst in the absence of any solvent. The cannabinoid 2 receptor (CB2R) has high therapeutic potential for multiple pathogenic processes, such as neuroinflammation. Pathway-selective ligands are needed to overcome the lack of clinical success and to elucidate correlations between pathways and their respective therapeutic effects. Herein, we report the design and synthesis of a photoswitchable scaffold based on the privileged structure of benzimidazole and its application as a functionally selective CB2R “efficacy-switch”. Benzimidazole azo-arenes offer huge potential for the broad extension of photopharmacology to a wide range of optically addressable biological targets. We used this scaffold to develop compound 10 d , a “trans-on” agonist, which serves as a molecular probe to study the β-arrestin2 (βarr2) pathway at CB2R. βΑrr2 bias was observed in CB2R internalization and βarr2 recruitment, while no activation occurred when looking at Gα16 or mini-Gαi. Overall, compound 10 d is the first light-dependent functionally selective agonist to investigate the complex mechanisms of CB2R-βarr2 dependent endocytosis.  相似文献

Benzimidazoles have been synthesized in very good yield from o‐phenylenediamine and aromatic aldehydes in the presence of monoammonium salt of 12‐tungstophosphoric acid [(NH4)H2PW12O40], an efficient heterogeneous catalyst. A novel dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex [CuL(NO3)]2·2MeOH was obtained by the coordination reaction of Cu(NO3)2·3H2O with ligand HL (HL=N-(methyl-2-benzimidazol- methylidene)-2-hydroxyaniline). The single-crystal X-ray analysis has revealed that the complex crystallizes in triclinic, space group P with a=9.535(3), b=10.009(3), c=10.666(4) , α=104.303(4), β=100.105(4), γ=115.917(4)o, V=839.0(5) 3, C16H16CuN4O5, Mr=407.87, Z=2, Dc=1.614 g/cm3, F(000)=418, μ=1.338 mm-1, R=0.0543 and wR=0.0980. The basic dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex units [CuL(NO3)]2 are formed by NO3- as co-bridging ligands and L as NNO tridentate chelate coordinating to the copper ions. The potential of oxidized multiwalled carbon nanotubes as a fiber coating for solid-phase microextraction of carbendazim, thiabendazole, and thiophanate-methyl from aqueous solution has been investigated, and the mechanism of adsorption has been explored. When an analytical method combining SPME with high-performance liquid chromatography was applied to real environmental water samples, recoveries of the spiked compounds was 75.7–104.5%, the linear range was 5–500 ng mL?1, the squared correlation coefficients (r 2) were from 0.9978 to 0.9984, LOD were from 0.3 to 1.5 ng mL?1, and RSD were from 2.3 to 10.5%.  相似文献

A new complex [Zn1.5(dpa)1.5(bim)]2n(dpa = 2,2-diphenic acid,bim = benzimida-zole)1 has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis,IR,fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The complex crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a = 18.773(8),b = 16.560(7),c = 16.417(9),β = 94.737(9)o,V = 5086(4)3,C56H36N4O12Zn3,Mr = 1153.00,Dc = 1.506 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)= 1.472 mm1,F(000)= 2344,Z = 4,the final R = 0.0573 and wR = 0.1164 for 2968 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)).It exhibits a one-dimensional chain-like structure and shows luminescent property in the blue region.  相似文献
