[Ru(CO)(PPh3)23-O,N3,S-TSC1)] (1), [Ru(Cl)(CO)(PPh3)22-N3,S-TSC2)] (2), and [Ru(Cl)(CO)(PPh3)22-N3,S-TSC3)] (3) have been prepared by reacting [Ru(H)(Cl)(CO)(PPh3)3] with the respective thiosemicarbazones TSC1 (2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone), TSC2 (3-hydroxybenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone), and TSC3 (3,4-dihydroxybenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone) in a 1?:?1 M ratio in toluene and all of the complexes have been characterized by UV–vis, FT-IR, and 1H and 31P NMR spectroscopy. The spectroscopic studies showed that TSC1 is coordinated to the central metal as a tridendate ligand coordinating via the azomethine nitrogen (C=N), phenolic oxygen, and sulfur to ruthenium in 1, whereas TSC2 and TSC3 are coordinated to ruthenium as a bidentate ligand through azomethine nitrogen (C=N) and sulfur in 2 and 3. Oxygen sensitivities of 1–3 and [Ru(Cl)(CO)(PPh3)22-N3,S-TSC4)] (4), and antimicrobial activities of 1–3 have been determined.  相似文献

The complexes [Mo(CO)4(L2N,N′)] [L2 = 1‐methylimidazol‐2‐yl(pyridin‐2‐yl)methanone and 1‐benzylimidazol‐2‐yl(1‐phenylaldimine)] have been synthesized from hexacarbonylmolybdenum(0) in order to define the coordination characteristics of the bidentate nitrogen‐donor ligands; the complexes exhibit distorted octahedral coordination for molybdenum(0) and cis‐bidentate ligand configurations.  相似文献

Four copper(II) complexes and one copper(I) complex with pyridine-containing pyridylalkylamide ligands N-(pyridin-2-ylmethyl)pyrazine-2-carboxamide (HLpz) and N-(2-(pyridin-2-yl)ethyl)pyrazine-2-carboxamide (HLpz?) were synthesized and characterized. The X-ray crystal structures of [Cu2(Lpz)2(4,4?-bipy)(OTf)2] (1, OTf?=?trifluoromethanesulfonate, 4,4?-bipy?=?4,4?-bipyridine) and [Cu(Lpz)(py)2]OTf·H2O (2, py?=?pyridine) revealed binuclear and mononuclear molecular species, respectively, while [Cu(Lpz)(μ2-1,1-N3)]n (3), [Cu(Lpz?)(μ2-1,3-N3)]n (4), and [Cu(HLpz)Cl]n (5) are coordination polymer 1-D chains in the solid state.  相似文献

Reactions of anhydrous copper(II) chloride with NaX (1 : 1 or 1 : 2) and AgX (1 : 2) containing appropriate N,N,N′,N′-tetraalkylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxamides(O-daap) in CH3CN yield monosubstituted five-coordinate [Cu(L1)Cl(CF3SO3)] (1), [Cu(L2)Cl(ClO4)] (2), [Cu(L3)Cl(ClO4)] (3), and six-coordinate [Cu(L2)(CF3SO3)2] · H2O (4) (X = ?OClO3 and–OSO2CF3; L1 = N,N,N′,N′-tetraethylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxamides; L2 = N,N,N′,N′-tetraisopropylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxamides; L3 = N,N,N′,N′-tetraisobutylpyridine-2,6-dicarboxamides). The structures of these complexes have been determined by X-ray crystallography. The Cu2+ in 13 adopts distorted square-pyramidal geometry, while 4 exhibits octahedral structure. Steric factors in conjunction with lattice effects and the nature of the anions are responsible for the variety in coordination spheres. These compounds undergo extensive intermolecular H-bonding to give to 2-D sheets extending along various planes.  相似文献

Treatment of [Ru(CHCHCH2PPh3)X(CO)(PPh3)2]+ (X=Cl, Br) with KTp (Tp=hydridotris(pyrazolyl)borate) and NaBPh4 produced [TpRu(CHCHCH2PPh3)(CO)(PPh3)]BPh4. Reaction of RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3 with HCCCH(OEt)2 produced Ru(CHCHCH(OEt)2)Cl(CO)(PPh3)2, which reacted with KTp to give TpRu(CHCHCHO)(CO)(PPh3). Treatment of [TpRu(CHCHCH2PPh3)(CO)(PPh3)]BPh4 with NaN(SiMe3)2 and benzaldehyde produced TpRu(CHCHCHCHPh)(CO)(PPh3). The later complex was also produced when TpRu(CHCHCHO)(CO)(PPh3) was treated with PhCH2PPh3Cl/NaN(SiMe3)2. The bimetallic complex [TpRu(CO)(PPh3)]2(μ-CHCHCHCHC6H4CHCHCHCH) was obtained from the reaction of [TpRu(CHCHCH2PPh3)(CO)(PPh3)]BPh4 with NaN(SiMe3)2 and terephthaldicarboxaldehyde.  相似文献

Treatment of [Ru(PPh3)3Cl2] with one equivalent of tridentate Schiff base 2-[(2-dimethylamino-ethylimino)-methyl]-phenol (HL) in the presence of triethylamine afforded a ruthenium(III) complex [RuCl3(κ2-N,N-NH2CH2CH2NMe2)(PPh3)] as a result of decomposition of HL. Interaction of HL and one equivalent of [RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3], [Ru(CO)2Cl2] or [Ru(tht)4Cl2] (tht = tetrahydrothiophene) under different conditions led to isolation of the corresponding ruthenium(II) complexes [RuCl(κ3-N,N,O-L)(CO)(PPh3)] (2), [RuCl(κ3-N,N,O-L)(CO)2] (3), and a ruthenium(III) complex [RuCl2(κ3-N,N,O-L)(tht)] (4), respectively. Molecular structures of 1·CH2Cl2, 2·CH2Cl2, 3 and 4 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The reaction of di-μ-chlorobis(1,5-cyclooctadiene)dirhodium with (4S, 5S)-2,2-dimethyl-4,5-bis(methylaminomethyl)-1,3-dioxolane (1) gave the complex [Rh(cod)(1)]Cl (cod is 1,5-cyclooctadiene). The composition of the complexes CoCl2 · L2 and [Rh(cod)(L2)]X (L2 = 1, (4S,5S)-2,2-dimethyl-4,5-bis(aminomethyl)-1,3-dioxolane, and (4S, 5S)-2,2-dimethyl-4,5-bis(dimethylaminomethyl)-1,3-dioxolane; X = Cl, TfO) was studied using IR and 1H NMR spectroscopy. In the RhI cyclooctadienediamine complexes, the diene molecule forms a stronger bond with the metal atom than that in the cyclooctadienediphosphine analogs. Schiff bases o-vanilidene-1-aminobenzene (HL1) and o-vanilidene-2-methyl-1-aminobenzene (HL2) lead to the formation of mono- and bis-[(Cl)Zn(L1)] (1), [(Cl)Zn(L2)] (2), [(Cl)Hg(L1)] (3), [(Cl)Hg(L2)] (4), [Zn(L1)2] (5), [Zn(L2)2] (6), [Hg(L1)2] (7), and [Hg(L2)2] (8) complexes by reactions of zinc(II) and mercury(II) chlorides in different mole ratio(s). Complexes 18 have been characterized by elemental analyses (Zn, Hg, C, H, Cl, and N), melting point and spectral (IR, 1H-NMR), PXRD, molar conductivity measurement, and TGA. Conductivity measurements suggest non-electrolytes. Structural compositions have been assigned by mass spectral studies. Four-coordinate geometry may be assigned to these complexes tentatively. Structural study reveals that in 14 two metal centers are held together by two bridged (μ2-Cl) chlorides, whereas 58 contain two bidentate Schiff-base ligands around one metal-producing monomers.  相似文献

Three unsymmetrical tetradentate Schiff base ligands, H2salipn, H2salipn-Br4 and H2salipn-Cl2, have been synthesized from the typical condensation reactions of treating 1,2-diaminopropane with salicylaldehyde, 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde and 5-chlorosalicylaldehyde, respectively. Treatment of [RuCl2(PPh3)3] with one equivalent of H2salipn or H2salipn-Br4 in the presence of triethylamine in tetrahydrofuran (THF) afforded the corresponding ruthenium(III) complexes [RuIIICl(PPh3)(salipn)] (1) and [RuIIICl(PPh3)(salipn-Br4)] (2). Interaction of [RuHCl(CO)(PPh3)3] with one equivalent of H2salipn-Cl2 or H2salipn-Br4 under the same conditions led to isolation of ruthenium(II) complexes [RuII(CO)(PPh3)(salalipn-Cl2)] (3) and [RuII(CO)(PPh3)(salalipn-Br4)] (4), respectively, in which one of the imine bonds was nucleophilically attacked by hydride to result in the formation of a mixed imine-amine ligand. The molecular structures of 1?1.5CH2Cl2, 2, 3?0.5CH2Cl2 and 4 have been determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The electrochemical properties of 14 were also investigated. Their cyclic voltammograms displayed quasi-reversible Ru(IV)/Ru(III) and Ru(III)/Ru(II) couples with Eo ranging from 0.67 to 1.05 V and 0.74 to 0.80 V vs. Ag/AgCl (0.1 M), respectively.  相似文献

A new class of half‐sandwich (η6p‐cymene) ruthenium(II) complexes supported by 2‐aminofluorene derivatives [Ru(η6p‐cymene)(Cl)(L)] ( L  = 2‐(((9H‐fluoren‐2‐yl)imino)methyl)phenol ( L 1 ), 2‐(((9H‐fluoren‐2‐yl)imino)methyl)‐3‐methoxyphenol ( L 2 ), 1‐(((9H‐fluoren‐2‐yl)imino)methyl)naphthalene‐2‐ol ( L 3 ) and N‐((1H‐pyrrol‐2‐yl)methylene)‐9H‐fluorene‐2‐amine ( L 4 )) were synthesized. All compounds were fully characterized by analytical and spectroscopic techniques (IR, UV–Vis, NMR) and also by mass spectrometry. The solid state molecular structures of the complexes [Ru(η6p‐cymene)(Cl)(L2)], [Ru(η6p‐cymene)(Cl)(L3)] and [Ru(η6p‐cymene)(Cl)(L4)] revealed that the 2‐aminofluorene and p‐cymene moieties coordinate to ruthenium(II) in a three‐legged piano‐stool geometry. The synthesized complexes were used as catalysts for the dehydrogenative coupling of benzyl alcohol with a range of amines (aliphatic, aromatic and heterocyclic). The reactions were carried out under thermal heating, ultrasound and microwave assistance, using solvent or solvent free conditions, and the catalytic performance was optimized regarding the solvent, the type of base, the catalyst loading and the temperature. Moderately high to very high isolated yields were obtained using [Ru(η6p‐cymene)(Cl)(L4)] at 1 mol%. In general, microwave irradiation produced better yields than the other two techniques irrespective of the nature of the substituents.  相似文献

Synthesis, spectral characteristics, and structure of palladium(I) carbonyl complexes containing anions of N-heterocyclic carboxylic acids and pyridine-2-sulfonic acid of the general formula [Pd(CO)(NHC-CO2)]n/[Pd(CO)(NHC-SO3)]n, where NHC is an N-heterocycle, were described. The resulting complexes can be attributed to a binuclear structure with bridging or terminal coordination of carbonyl ligands depending on the nature of the substituents in the heterocycle.

Two new Pb(II) coordination polymers, [Pb(3-pdip)(L1)]?·?0.5H2O (1) and [Pb(4-pdip)(L2)] (2) [L1?=?heptane diacid, L2?=?hexane diacid, 3-pdip?=?2?-(3-pyridyl)imidazo[4,5-f]1,10-phenanthroline, 4-pdip?=?2?-(4-pyridyl)imidazo[4,5-f]1,10-phenanthroline], have been obtained from hydrothermal reactions of Pb(II) nitrate with two flexible fatty carboxylic acids and two phenanthroline derivatives. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that 1 is a 1-D staircase-like double chain coordination polymer extended by binuclear [Pb2N4O8] subunits and pairs of L1 ligands. Compound 2 exhibits a 2-D (4,4) network based on bi-metallic [Pb2N6O8] units and (L2)2/(4-pdip)2 double linkers. Furthermore, adjacent chains of 1 and layers of 2 are extended into 3-D supramolecular networks by π–π stacking interactions between aromatic rings of phenanthroline groups. The organic carboxylic acids with different lengths show great influence on the shapes of Pb(II)-carboxylate double chains. Phenanthroline derivatives possessing different sites of N-donors (3-pyridyl and 4-pyridyl) determine the final coordination frameworks of 1 and 2. Photoluminescence and thermal stabilities of 1 and 2 were also investigated.  相似文献

Three series of lanthanide coordination polymers, namely catena‐poly[[lanthanide(III)‐μ2‐(benzene‐1,2‐dicarboxylato)‐μ2‐[2‐(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridin‐4′‐yl)benzoato]] monohydrate], {[Ln(C8H4O4)(C22H14N3O2)]·H2O}n or {[Ln(1,2‐bdc)(L)]·H2O}n, with lanthanide (Ln) = dysprosium (Dy, 1 ), holmium (Ho, 2 ) and erbium (Er, 3 ), poly[bis(μ2‐benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato)bis[μ2‐2‐(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridin‐4′‐yl)benzoato]dilanthanide(III)], [Ln2(C8H4O4)2(C22H14N3O2)2]n or [Ln2(1,3‐bdc)2(L)2]n, with Ln = gadolinium (Gd, 4 ), Ho ( 5 ) and Er ( 6 ), and poly[(μ2‐benzene‐1,4‐dicarboxylato)[μ2‐2‐(2,2′:6′,2′′‐terpyridin‐4′‐yl)benzoato]lanthanide(III)], [Ln(C8H4O4)(C22H14N3O2)]n or [Ln(1,4‐bdc)(L)]n, with Ln = Dy ( 7 ), Ho ( 8 ), Er ( 9 ) and ytterbium (Yb, 10 ), were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction. Compounds 1 – 3 possess one‐dimensional loop chains with Ln2(COO)2 units, which are extended into three‐dimensional (3D) supramolecular structures by π–π interactions. Isostructural compounds 5 and 6 show 6‐connected 3D networks, with pcu topology consisting of Ln2(COO)2 units. Compounds 7 – 10 display 8‐connected 3D frameworks with the topological type rob , consisting of Ln2(COO)2 units. The influence of the coordination orientations of the aromatic dicarboxylate groups on the crystal structures is discussed.  相似文献

New mixed-ligand copper(I) complexes, [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)X], [Phca2en = N,N′-bis(β-phenylci-nnamaldehyde)-1,2-diiminoethane and X=Cl (1), Br (2), I (3), NCS (4), N3 (5)] have been synthesized and characterized by various techniques. 1H and 13C-NMR and IR spectral data of these copper(I) complexes are compared with the free ligand to elucidate some structural features. The structures of [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)Br] (2) and [Cu(Phca2en)(PPh3)I] (3) have been determined from single-crystal data showing that the coordination geometry around copper atom is a distorted tetrahedron. Furthermore, these Cu(I) complexes exhibit supramolecular motifs of the type multiple phenyl embraces resulting from attractive interactions between phenyl rings of PPh3 moieties. The presence of the C–H…Cu weak intramolecular hydrogen bonds, due to the trapping of C–H bonds in the vicinity of the metal atoms, is also reported.  相似文献

Abstract

Schiff bases S-benzyl- and S-methyl-β-N-(2-hydroxyphenyl)methylene dithiocarbazate (H2L1 and H2L2, respectively) and S-benzyl- and S-methyl-β-N-(2-chlorophenyl)methylenedithiocarbazate (HL3 and HL4, respectively) were prepared. Then organotin(IV) complexes [SnPh2(L1)] (1), [SnMe2(L1)] (2), [SnPh2(L2)] (3), [SnMe2(L2)] (4), [SnPh2Cl(L3)] (5), and [SnPh2Cl(L4)] (6) were obtained from the reaction of Schiff bases with SnR2Cl2 (R = Ph and Me). The synthesized complexes have been investigated by elemental analysis and IR, 1H NMR, and 119Sn NMR spectroscopy. Spectroscopic studies show that, in complexes 1–4, the Schiff base acts as a tridentate dianionic ligand and coordinates through the thiol group, imine nitrogen, and phenolic oxygen. The coordination number of tin is five. In complexes 5 and 6, the ligand is monoanionic and unidentate, and coordinated only via the thiol group, and the azomethine nitrogen is not involved in coordination to tin. Therefore the coordination number of tin is four.

A range of complexes of the binucleating tetrathio- and tetraseleno-ether ligands, 1,2,4,5-C6H2(CH2EMe)4 (E = S, L3 or Se, L4) or C(CH2EMe)4 (E = S, L5 or Se, L6) and of bidentate analogues 1,2-C6H2(CH2EMe)2 (E = S, L1 or Se = L2) with molybdenum and tungsten carbonyls and manganese carbonyl chloride have been prepared, and characterised by IR and multinuclear NMR (1H, 13C{1H}, 77Se, 55Mn, 95Mo) spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. Crystal structures are reported for [Mo(CO)4(L2)], [Mo(CO)4(L3)], [Mo(CO)4(μ-L3)Mo(CO)4], [Mo(CO)4(L4)], [Mn(CO)3Cl(μ-L3)Mn(CO)3Cl], [Mo(CO)4(μ-L5)Mo(CO)4], [Mn(CO)3Cl(L5)] and two forms (containing meso and DL diastereoisomers) of [W(CO)4(L5)].  相似文献

Two new cadmium(II) coordination polymers, [Cd2(nda)2(L1)] n (1) and [Cd(nda)(L2)0.5] n (2), were hydrothermally synthesized with 1,4-naphthalenedicarboxylic acid (H2nda) and auxiliary N-donor coligands [L1?=?1,5-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-1-yl)pentane and L2?=?4,4′-bis(2-methyl-imidazol-1-ylmethyl)biphenyl]. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses showed that the topological networks are different when the N-donor ligands are changed. Compound 1 showed a (416.65) topology and 2 showed a twofold interpenetrating pcu topology.  相似文献

Two new dioxomolybdenum(VI) complexes, [MoO2(L1)] n · 0.5 n CH3OH (I) and [MoO2(L2)(CH3OH)] (II), where L1 and L2 are the dianionic form of N′-[1-(4-diethylamino-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]isonicotinohydrazide and N′-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzylidene)-3-methylbenzohydrazide, respectively, were prepared and structurally characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods and single-crystal X-ray determination. For complex I, a polymeric structure is obtained, which is linked by coordination of the pyridine N atoms to the Mo atoms of other [MoO2(L1)] units. Complex II is a mononuclear molybdenum compound. In both complexes, the Mo atoms are in octahedral coordination. The catalytic properties of the complexes indicate that they are efficient catalysts for sulfoxidation.  相似文献
